i found serious mass on ebay and the recommendation is 334 g of pulver and 300 ml of water / milk... thats a 5 kg bag so that means the whole product will last for 15 drinks only... and it costs like 45 euro... please let me know if thats normal... should i buy it or not... i might be mistaken but thats what i saw on ebay.

Danish Nafees It should be a total of 16 servings if Im correct, I would take 1 scoop after workouts, and 1 scoop before bed. Make sure to drink enough water too

+``EternalShotz`` there's the issue then, maybe you are eating more calories than what you are burning, also more importantly the ratio of your macros. I recommend you look online for a macro calculator for your goals, and and app for the phone called fat secret, where you input all the stuff you eat (preferably if you measure it with a scale) so it gives you info on the macros you are eating and calories, to keep them at bay.

Looks lean but question is what percent of all of that is muscle, fat, and water? I would recommend pro gainer as it promotes more lean mass gains and it has less carbs and sugar.

I have a metabolism disease, i burn food REALLY FAST - this product helps me with that since theres alot of calories, aka alot of shit for my body to burn. I literally cant gain weight without it (From what i've seen) On top of this i eat 7 HEALTHY meals a day

mass gainer is mostly for people who are skinny and just begin going to gym, of you already have muscle, I advise you not to take it, because it will only make you fat, 3 years ago I took it, my arms and chest got huge, but my stomach looked like I was pregnant lol, mass protein gives you a huge belly, and belive me that's not the way you want to look, if you are skinny then that's the best one to start with, but if I had to recommend any protein powder I would recommend gold standard whey, or iso100.

yea guys this stuff really works, im about to buy my 5th, i was gaining about 10 pounds every 2 weeks. went from 150 to 185 now. Eat breakfast-drink a shake, eat lunch- then gym drink a shake right after workout, eat dinner- then drink a shake right before bed.. mix with 2% milk for more calories chocolate taste better to me and mix with some peanut butter..

I remember when I took this mass gainer, saw some very good results. Only thing is, it made me break out a lot so I stopped taking mass gainers all together. +CVGWAG Yes as long as you eat right and work out for an hour or two every other day you should be fine. Its very important to eat and not just use the gainer to fill you up in the morning, increase your diet.

Serious mass works for me under 2 months went from 6'2 185lbs to 203lbs I just double my scoops cause my metabolism is extremely high. But if you not underweight or skinny this supplement is not for you just buy muscle builder supplement

Guys, do not listen to this guy, he just gave you worst results from using supplements. Creatine is used to increase muscular mass, it gives you few % more water in muscles, the muscle consists of 80% water so you have to drink water however. If you are using Creatine, you need to drink at least 3L water/day, and most importantly, you have to piss whenever you need it. Using creatine you get on durability, so you can for example do 20 push-ups instead of 10. The only cause of problems can be kidneys, so it would be nice to test the kidneys before using Creatine. There is no any diseases or side effects, of course if you are using it properly. MOST IMPORTANT THING, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMMENTS ON YOUTUBE, SOME OF THEM ARE TRUE, BUT 95% ARE NOT. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHAT TO DO CONTACT FITNESS TRAINER AND CONSULT YOURSELF!

+OrbitWide Not difficult but the mass gainer works against it. My suggestion to go around this is have a diet with Very Low Carb all day. That way the carbs from the shake dont add to your daily carbs and turn into fat. Also keep your metabolism high that way you can burn calories faster which also helps in keeping your abs if you have them.  In summary: abs come with low bodyfat and a mass gainer is counter intuitive so find ways around it with a low carb diet and eat every two hours to boost your metabolism

+OrbitWide Its mostly water retention which is good because our muscles are composed of almost 70% water. So when you take the gainer you get bigger but you will lose some definition. However, your stomach will also retain water and you look bloated. Not at first but over time. Your PR will increase which is good too (PR = Personal Record aka moving past old weights)

Grind up some Oats 1 cup. 1 egg, 1 cup of milk, 2 tsp of flax seed ( grounded ). 1-2 bananas and 1 yogurt + whatever fruit. Boom 850-900+ Calories in One Smoothie/shake. 4 shakes a day would put you over 3500 Calories plus your 3 meals a day easily and is much much cheaper then this stuff. Serious mass last about 2 weeks. Thats it. so your paying over $100 dollars each month. You could buy 1 gallon of milk every day for the same price and get more out of it. Don't kid yourself muscle growth isn't 1 shake after a workout. Its continuing to feed your body long afterwards. Your body is healing 5+ days after your workout and you need to continue to feed yourself as you are working out. Don't listen to this "8 pounds in a week" nonsense. Your body can only build roughly 1-2 pounds of muscle a month. Or the size of a thimble a day. Te rest if you can even pack it on will be water weight+ fat. All things you will have to burn off when you build muscle if you want to look toned. And if your a skinny guy you WONT put that kind of fat on. You will skip that phase and slowly put muscle on . It may seem slow as hell buy its a blessing. It takes work and a long time. 1 year should have you at 12+ pounds of muscle added on if you work out correctly.

you all should try russian bear 5000 instead. I put on 8 pounds my first week. Im almost done with my 3rd bottle. Overall i went from 142 to 164. no joke, make some pretty good gains too on my bench and squat.
