I seen your videos for a while now randomly, not really trying to hate but provide feedback from an outside perspective. You seem to be in your mid 20’s and interested im weightlifting and building a physique yet you have looked the same, and then went on trt, seems like you’ve had your foot on the gas for a bit but you may need to look at things from an outside perspective. Don’t want you to hurt yourself. Take that as you wish, im subscribed and have been keep up making videos

haha ik. its wild, people need to just stick to something simple. heck if you follow a BAD program but actually follow it for an extended period of time you will still see results, compared to program jumping.

Kyle Pierrehumbert nice comment man, all this guy does is throw drugs at it he done DNP t3 sarms prohormones and trt now he on about dick pills and eating disorders i bet his facebook page a real hoot he wants to give advice but doesnt do research has a eating disorder doesnt train right this the end product, load up carbs cam go lift heavy and feel the inner "hulk!" Less fluff and pump more compound movements thank me later
