I had my historectamy 3 months ago....my belly is still soar and I feel numbing...im also spoten....is this normal...my dr doesnt really tell me anything...

Am I supposed to do these exercises after my staples are out or just after my hysterectomy surgery? I had surgery to weeks ago. I want to loose more weight in my stomach. Any suggestions?
