My feet are always cold and my right foot hurts pretty much all the time, and not only that I get ulcers on my lower legs and feet, unfortunately there is no cure I'm on tinzaparin injections daily to thin the blood this help loads

I have a daughter ( middle age) who exercises regularly is an RN. Her circulation in her feet leaves them white and cold, even with support hose.

All right. I am 23 and I have blood circulation issues, particularly only in my right ankle. My right ankle has been VERY mildly swollen and only noticeable way up close. It has been swollen for about six months now. I had DVT ruled out. I have no pain, no other symptoms. I am anemic so I went back to iron supplements. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. Usually the swelling goes away with compression socks but this time its not. Its seems it can be anything that will cause the swelling. Humidity, walking too much, exercising too much, etc. Now its just always. I have no idea what it is other than poor circulation but nothing I do makes it go back to normal. So where does that leave me?
Hang in there, I'm 34 and had spider veins and vericose small veins starting in my mid 20's and I was pretty active. A good portion is genetic, the rest is diet and work/lifestyle factors like sitting or standing a ton. The best thing we can probably do is work on diet, exercise etc. and listen to the physician.
I had a ultrasound and she said she had a hard time following my veins cause they are "thin." Not that its necessarily a bad thing but rather its hereditary and might be just something I have to deal with. Whether there is any long-term affects I am still waiting to have a follow-up with my doctor as this was just what the technician told me. It could also be a lymphatic issue but seems unlikely cause I'm only 23 lol.
