About 25%-35% of your diet should be protein consisting of pasture raised whole eggs, grass fed bison/buffalo and wild caught fish such as salmon. Stay away from dairy and soy. Chicken is worthless and because of how cows are raised, most red meat shouldn’t be eaten - that’s by Bison is better. Carbs About 40%-50% should come from healthy, natural carbohydrates such as vegetables, fruits, white rice and yams. Eliminate all man-made, processed carbs and sugars. Fats Most people just don’t eat enough of good, healthy fats and eat too much of the wrong, processed fats. About 25%-30% of your diet should be from whole eggs, RAW coconut oil, macadamia oil, hemp oil, avocados, and raw nuts/seeds such as walnuts. Stay away from all vegetable oils. EXERCISE Most people exercise too much, too long and do the wrong form. Lift weights, 3-4x weekly and no more, or else your stress hormone cortisol goes up and testosterone goes down. Thank you. One reason men are warmer than women is because of testosterone. Also, more “free” testosterone also increases thyroid production and thus, faster metabolism and “warmer” body temperature. I don’t have a problem with HIIT and I’ve never said that, I have a problem with high intensity/duration such as running, jogging, biking. That is not HIIT. A HIIT workout is basically like lifting weights. You hit it hard, rest,hit it again, rest, etc., etc. But running for 30 minutes is ongoing and THAT is very unnatural! =)

Both. Total and free testosterone levels. If possible, you should do SHBG, Estradiol (sensitive), DHT and full thyroid panel. These hormones work well together and need to be balanced properly. Thus, testing for just ONE doesn’t give you the REAL answer. This is why AlphaViril is so effective - it helps improve all of these hormonal pathways and thus, biggest results and performance.=)

It all depends on the ranges based on your testing lab. I’d need to know those results as well. But, based on general numbers, they should be improved so they are optimal. I will do a video about the testosterone differences -- but both numbers are important. However FREE is more important as that will do most of the work. Think of testosterone as your INCOME and FREE testosterone as your NET profit (after taxes and so forth) =)

Yikes… microwave? Come on, that’s not the way to cook and heat your food. Chicken has no real value. It takes 3 months to grow, kill and serve it to you. While beef takes a few years and has a lot more nutrients. Just something to keep in mind. No essential fats, not creatine, no vitamins, minerals, etc. -- nothing! Just protein. I’ll release a new video about this in about a week.

No. It won’t affect it. IF you get a really good brand, which is hard to get these days, it has health benefits. I would suggest whole eggs (the fat in yolks) and coconut oil better for raising testosterone levels.

It’s too general, but maybe 6-12 weekly is fine. I have more, some can’t. Also, if you have eggs all the time, your body may become allergic to them, so make sure you take days off.

stephen verasammy, your body dose needs salt and it dosent have to be Celtic to eat it!!! There are plenty of good salts with no aditives, Himalayan, etc!!! You get minerals from salt and the body can have the electrolytes it needs. Doc says it helps you to look bigger but i dont understand him. It will help you to look bigger or it will help you to be bigger. Well salt can retain some watter in the tissues those resulting in some weight on you. Can this called that it makes you look bigger? No! My body needs a lot of salt, im extra salting everything because i have hyperhydrosis (sweat a lot) and i loose a lot of salts and electrolytes. Im the saltman!
