A wonderful, non dairy soft cheeze to use as a dip for crudite, veggie wraps/sandwiches and/or the "cheese" component to a raw lasagne ~ Enjoy! Ingredients: 2 C cashews, soaked for 2 hours, drained and rinsed 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend 1/4 C sundried tomatoes, reconstituted and chopped 1/8 C fresh basil, chopped 1 clove fresh garlic, remove germ 1 tsp probiotic powder 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (adds a "cheese" flavor as well as B vitamins including B12) juice of 1/2 lemon 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 C filtered water, use more as needed Method: refer to video for instructions
