I had sleep problems in the time I drunk 1 cup of black coffee in the morning, every morning. Yes I had more energy, but I also was nervous and sweating. I even got a bit addicted. Thats the reasons why I drink coffee rarely and unregularly.

Coffee is a bad adductive drug.. ..its toxic... and acidic.......it wrecks your stomach, depletes you of vitamins, minerals, negatively affects your nervous system and tooth enamel...How stupid this video is!
Steve H (1 month ago)
I love coffee although I know it is addictive and kind of an unnatural product for the human body. Never during evolution has the human body consumed concentrated caffeine in these amounts. But what worries me most is my dogs agressive reaction when he comes close to my coffee cup ^_^ I still can't go without it.

You did mention some good effects of coffee but why didn't you mention any of the dangers? Such as coffee damaging the immune system permanently. As another person has written it's addictive, because of the addiction you will drink more coffee and not enough water. The caffeine causes anxiety leading to unhealthy hormones flowing through our bodies. I've never in my life drank tea, coffee, alcohol, smoked nor taken unprescripted drugs, I have never tried anything I see or hear described as addictive.

Hi Daniel! We have a video talking about that, take a look here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3FTkotRjSw

General case of the "blahs"?
Orvillecarlk Foster (2 months ago)
To me I don't care what you drink in the morning can be coffee tea water is your preference and if someone is gonna commit suicide is because something happened in a relationship I wouldn't say is because of the coffee would not make you do something like that depression comes from something that is within you that happen in your life when you grew up that's what I know about everything else and the best thing to avoid doing something drastic to yourself is let that bird fly away and look for another one that would respect and love you and trust you who you are honestly is the best thing in life even if you at work they give you stress so you mean to say that you gonna drink coffee every time you feel down-and-out no I don't think so but I like to watch your video I hope they help people out and God-bless you in your family you have a great day God-bless you as well Amen By the way I live in Honolulu

Reason 1- If u drink coffee u can easy get cancer 2-problems with blood pressure 3-when you drink coffee you body reacts like you take poison, cause coffee is to much acid for our body I was lover of coffee till i didint see what coffee do to your body, didnt drink her for 15 years, and i will never take it again.Drink water and be healthy people, take care of your body, dont let stupid videos like this ruin your health
STU377 (2 months ago)
Coffee is a poison, the stimulation it brings is from the body quickly flushing the toxin from the system. A powerful diuretic it flushes the body of important minerals and nutrients. You ill sprain muscle and ligaments when on coffee.
Johnathon Castro (2 months ago)
What if coffee gives you anxiety? I love coffee but at night my anxiety kicks in.
aurangzeb zeb (2 months ago)
I also became victim of severe anxiety because of black cofee. So be careful 😊😊😊
Natural Cures (2 months ago)
Hello Johnathon... That's because there are varying degrees of caffeine sensitivity. Most people have a normal sensitivity to caffein, but those who are hypersensitive to caffeine can’t tolerate small amounts of it without experiencing negative side effects. Maybe that is your case. Thanks for watching!
Michelle Blackburn (2 months ago)
Important info the video failed to mention is that in order to achieve the full potential of these benefits One MUST drink Organic Coffee. Otherwise the glyphosate , heavy metals , pesticides , herbicides , and toxic chemicals in the agricultural industry will negate the whole goal of natural healing/nutrients.

Brianna V.B. (2 months ago)
Natural Cures ... thank you! .. been thinking some more about this and considering some coffees are much stronger than others that could make a big difference ... my brother & i make really strong coffee in the mornings, three cups of our coffee would send us, or anyone, to the E.R. 😃
Natural Cures (2 months ago)
Hi Brianna... In the US, a standard coffee cup holds 6 fluid ounces. Thanks for watching :)

So should it be the coffee with milk n sugar or the black one? As the video says n shows coffee of all types... How bad is the milk n sugar added coffee? 😣😣 i love it..
Samara Koch (2 months ago)
I think the coffee should be black, because milk and sugar aren’t good for you but if you don’t like black coffee you could put in another cream like almond milk, or another sweetener like maple syrup, hope that helps.
