I am Arab and I do not masturbate English and I use traduction. I hope you understand me because I suffer from PCOS with high milk hormone. Is yoga safe and will not cause pain in my uterus?

Ok! i think masturbate is probably not the word you're looking for here! Yoga is very safe as long as you practise postures specifically for PCOS, it should relieve pain the uterus xxx

Thanks Allannah, after doing part 1 and 2 and your 2 part fertility yoga,I can tell a big difference in my digestion and my bloating problem is going away. This is the flattest I have seen my stomach in years. I haven't had a cycle yet but, I will continue because I am definitely seeing results. PCOS will not beat me :)

Can you please tell me how many repititions of each posture have to be done?

Hi Anjali, its not the repititions so much as the length of time that you hold each pose. Its meant to be practised back to back with part one, so all in all about a 20 min practice. You can practise it six days a week if you wish, but do listen to your body and see if it feels appropriate xxx

i have pcos..suffered long time,i am 23... before I didn' try  any pcos yoga.. I saw your vedio n tried ... I feel better....if I try regular is it possible to remove my cyst.thanks

+rahima sultana Hi Rahima, I'm so glad you felt better. Try the first video for PCOS and practice them together. I can't guarantee that it will remove your cyst - yoga is not a cure - but it will re-balance your hormonal system, which will go a long way towards helping the issue xxx

It could. Any exercise can exacerbate a hernia. You need to check with your doctor first. namaste

Hi Eyah, there are two schools of thought on this. - The video does demonstrate shoulder stand, which some women with PCOS prefer not to practice, but it is excellent for toning the thyroid gland – which is often underactive with PCOS. If you prefer not to practice shoulder stand please practice legs up the wall instead. namaste

Try to practice 2 or 3 times a week to start, just a short yoga sequence like this one with a relaxation (i'm uploading a good one this week). You should start to see a reduction in symptoms. Keep me posted. namaste

Thank you so much! I practice twice a week in a studio, and the sequence includes most of this excercises. I'll try to do the exact secuence at home, the days I don't have class...

You don't have to practise this exact sequence, no. You can incorporate other postures that you like, just make sure these ones are part of your practice. But if you are practising at home, this exact routine will be great! namaste

I already practice yoga, many of this poses are done in class. For PCOS, does we have to do this exact secuence, or by separate excercises is ok? Thanks for the answer...
