It astonishes me to this day how obvious these "ingredients" are, yet such an abundance of restaurant owners either don't seem to grasp them or they do not care. Thank you for this video.

Simple answer - dumb slobs just act like pigs by going to restaurants that fail in service and food quality. So more restaurants keep getting away with it. If the customer has no self dignity then it will be business as usual.
