This is a great combination of mild exercises to get you moving and that's the key. This may not seem like a lot but for someone who lives a sedentary life, this would be great to do ❤ Thank you

Thank you @Lucy for providing these workouts. I started doing it 2 weeks ago and discovered you on youtube. I finished my 7 day leg challenge and realized that I hadn't measured my legs. I do see a difference. Less cellulite and more toned legs/thighs. I can't wait to do this workout.

Love you so much! Your an awsome trainer and the fact i can be trained online for free is just amazing! When I first found you and tried this out I was in LOVE! Every morning I would go for a walk then come home and do these workouts! I've started a year ago and am in shape! My first month of doing your workouts, I lost 2 inches of belly fat! I stand proud at 87 pounds!

Hello Lucy, just wanted to tell you that I love your videos. I am 66 years old but everyone thinks that I'm in my late 40's or early 50's. My co-workers are all younger than me and most can 't keep up with me at work. I tell everyone I can about your videos. What I love is the variety of videos that you have. I got to like this workout. I am doing it as a part of the 7 minute Loose Arm Flab series and it's all great and doable (and I also see the changes!). I'm curious though: Does anyone know why my left thigh bone "cliks" when I do the front leg kicks with the arm kicks? It doesn't hurt but bugs me...

+drpri24 good Im feeding my little one i dont want to opt fr intermittent fasting I hav a sweet tooth so if i eat sweet after doing intermittent fast my body wil swell up Slow and steady win the race after long lucy mam said she wil hold our hand til v get healthy so take dt benefit😁😁

+drpri24 same here Im loving my self now B4 i cnt able wear my dresses after delivery in march But wit in few days of lucy mam work out i cn see i m able to fit in those dresses Im not regular bcz of baby n home get together at weekend but in week days im doing it Im callling it as LUCY mam work out fever im loving it I set a target till the birthday of my baby in march nxt year N im fully confident dt i wil accomplish it Im doing her other 7min challenges too in weekdays

u hv made several videos for targeting several parts of body like belly fat...thighs n butt...n arms n legs.....i m so confused cn this alone 15 min. walk workout can target each n every body part of us ....n cn we do this 15 min. workout only by skipping all other workouts

Great workout! I am not very sporty and overweight and was searching for something that wouldn't completely destroy me for the rest of the day (but manages to make me sweat a bit) and something that I could do standing up. I live in dorm and is really busy with studies.. I found my self lack of exercise and easily get tired.. So I set a goal to spend 15 minutes twice weekly, lead by this video and started my workout routine to stay healthy. This is my first week and I never been more fresh going to class!! I have had 2 surgerys on my lower back ... 2 and 5 years ago And these low impact Videos have been the best for me so far . If there ever is something that hurts i tend to just do something else in the meantime Like push ups are a no go for me 😊

I weigh 130 lbs and 5.34 feet. I used to weigh 125. Would love to lose couple pounds and mainly tone my abs and back. Arm toning can be helpful as well. What would you advise me? Should I start with walking weight lost, belly fat lost and abs toning exercise?

I mainly focused on my nutrition and started to eat healthy food. During that process I used to walk fast for 30 min every day. That was my only exercise. :).
