It is awesome to watch your video this morning about cinnamon and honey I am 72 years old and I have a belly and I think that would help me out very much I was 279 pounds in 2 years all way down to 187 pounds today I just changed my way of eating I love the way how I look I look very young I don't look like I'm 72 I look like I'm 50 so I think I did pretty good for myself but I'm going to try that remedy when I go to bed or in the morning before breakfast
