When taking raw powder, you’ll need a lot more, 3-4 grams at least. Or you can take extracts. But, just enjoy the spice.

Nope, that’s not me. Turmeric is great. Flax Seeds that are raw or flaxseed oil without lignans is good. Almonds that have been soaked overnight is fine.

I answer a few HUNDRED questions every week - for FREE. So be patient or better yet, you can HIRE me if you want something answered directly and quickly. Cheese is bad. Oats (regular to steel cut) is fine as well. Turmeric lowers estrogen and helps increase testosterone. This is the best part about the internet -- 90% of the information is WRONG and that’s why I finally decided to make this channel and my videos. To give clarity and the truth.

Dr Robbins, I ordered Alpha Viryl and CholesLo. I just ordered Blood flow optimizer, can I take all 3 supplements together? Should I alternate them? The Alpha Viryl gave me flu like symptoms, but I already had a cold to begin with and Alpha Viryl made me feel like I had the flu (body aches and chills) like 3-4 hours after taking it. It raised my libido through the roof though, I had wood to spare. I am 53 and taking testosterone shots along with HCG and estrogen blockers and B complex

When taking the spices, you need a much higher dosage than the extracts, which are highly concentrated. So, keep that in mind. That’s why I prefer extracts - less is needed and you’ll feel more. Assuming it comes from a reputable source/company.

Dr Sam Robbins I always love your video, they are a wealth of excellent information and great for giving me a much more healthier body. I have always used fresh ginger mixed with a lemon & honey & warm water great in the morning or I mix with a smoothie. I have been using Turmeric as a anti inflammatory in capsules form, is it better used fresh from the Supermarket? Just one down side, I think it makes your urine smell?? I will have to add cinnamon to my diet also. Thank you once again.

Thank you Stephen =) … Curcumin 95% extract is much more potent than turmeric “powder”. It’s highly concentrated. There’s nothing wrong with Turmeric, except you need a lot of it. And I’m not sure about the urine smell -- maybe it does. But if you feel better on it, the smell is harmless. Keep up the great work and stay happy and healthy!

Yes, when used in HIGH amounts and done so in short bursts. But if you use it often or daily, it stops working and the opposite happens =( … Plus, you get other problems - higher estrogen, DHT, prolactin, etc. That’s why I created AlphaViril - because it prevents the negatives and thus, KEEPS your testosterone HIGH!!!

I don’t see how it will boost testosterone levels, maybe energy levels. And as with anything, you would need to try it and see how YOUR body responds. If not much, you don’t need it. If it does, that’s good - but, you need to for sure cycle it. When you take any product, especially ONE compound, your body will adapt quickly. That’s why my energy product BodyBrainEnergy and my testosterone boosting product AlphaViril work so well because it takes much longer for your body to adapt and thus, the positive benefits are seen and felt longer. I know it’s not a specific answer, but it’s best and most honest one =)
