Each month, an egg is released from an ovary in a process called ovulation. At the same time, the lining of the uterus thickens, ready for pregnancy. If fertilization does not take place, the lining of the uterus is shed in menstrual bleeding and the cycle starts over. An ovary contains hundreds of thousands of primary oocytes - immature eggs, or ova. Each of these is enclosed in a structure called a follicle, and at this stage -- a primordial follicle. The menstrual cycle is under control of hormones secreted by the pituitary gland and the ovaries. The pituitary itself is under control of the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus produces a hormone called the gonadotropin-releasing hormone or GnRH. GnRH stimulates the anterior lobe of the pituitary to secrete follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). FSH travels in the bloodstream to the ovaries and stimulates a group of follicles to grow. These primordial follicles develop into primary follicles and then secondary follicles. These produce a hormone named estrogen which acts to stimulate the growth of the endometrium -- the inner lining of the uterus. The secondary follicles compete with each other and only one of them will survive and become a mature follicle, the rest atrophy and die. The increasing level of estrogen also acts on the hypothalamus and the anterior pituitary to increase the level of GnRH and induce the production of another hormone -- luteinizing hormone (LH). A surge in LH secretion triggers ovulation - the release of the egg from the follicle and the ovary. The egg is then swept up by the fimbriae (FIM-bree-ee) and taken into the uterine tube. Fertilization by a spermatozoon, when it occurs, usually takes place in the ampulla, the widest section of the fallopian tube. The fertilized egg immediately begins the process of development while travelling toward the uterus. After 6 days it becomes a blastocyst and is implanted into the endometrium of the uterus. Meanwhile, the left-over of the ruptured follicle has become a corpus luteum which secretes progesterone. Progesterone further stimulates uterine development making it a nutritious bed for the embryo in the event of pregnancy. In the absence of pregnancy, the corpus luteum atrophies and progesterone level falls. This leads to the breakdown of the endometrium, menstruation begins and the cycle starts over. 10 Early Warning Signs Your Estrogen Levels Are Too High & How To Fix It

04:56
Nothing helps the body work like it should than when its hormones are perfectly balanced. The key to making sure that women’s bodies are hormonally balanced is making sure that their estrogen levels are where they need to be. Estrogen also plays an important role regulating the menstrual cycle. Bloating and a decreased sex drive are just two indicators of estrogen dominance—what takes place when your estrogen level gets and stays too high. Recognizing the signs and symptoms of too much estrogen can help you know to make sure your hormones stay regulated. Weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, and pregnancy are some of culprits of estrogen dominance. Let’s take a closer look at these and more. Here are 10 signs that you have estrogen dominance: 1. Weight Gain Putting on more than a few extra pounds can be an indication of too much estrogen. It causes bloating and makes it even harder to lose the weight. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, your estrogen can’t suffer rapid changes. 2. Heavy Menstruation When your estrogen levels rise, it can have the unwanted side effect of giving you a heavier period than normal. So, if that happens, you might want to consider having your estrogen level checked. 3. Decreased Sex Drive When you just don’t want intimacy with your significant other, it could mean a significantly increased amount of estrogen. High amounts of estrogen point to a lowered sex drive; however, you don’t want your estrogen to fall too low. It can also affect your desire for sex. 4. Irregular Period As we’ve already seen, your hormones and your period are closely related. When your estrogen fluctuates more than it should, the time between your period becomes unpredictable also. 5. Swollen Breasts When your hormone levels change, your breasts can become overly sensitive. So, when your breasts get tender to the touch, it might mean that you’ve got too much estrogen. 6. Changes in Mood Estrogen can affect your mental health. Too much of the female hormone has been attributed to panic and anxiety attacks as well as depression. 7. Frequent Headaches Have you recently experienced migraine headaches? Have you begun to get headaches more than normal? These issues could be cause by estrogen dominance. 8. Hair Loss When your body produces too much estrogen, your hair begins to thin. As it thins, it begins to fall out. Balancing your estrogen levels can take care of this irritating problem. 9. Insomnia When you’re having trouble sleeping, the cause could be too much estrogen. Our bodies know when there are problems and often times has problems adjusting. Sleep loss can be a reflection of that. 10. Cold Extremities Estrogen levels can affect circulation too. If your hormone levels are abnormal it could be the reason you're having a hard time keeping your hands and feet warm. Balance Your Hormone Levels with These 5 Foods 1. Rosemary Rosemary doesn’t just add flavor to your favorite recipes. It can also improve memory function, boost your metabolism, and contribute to a properly functioning thyroid. Best of all, rosemary is one of the foods responsible for producing estrogen. 2. Cruciferous Vegetables I3C, or indole-3-carbinol as this nutrient is properly known, is found in cruciferous vegetables like spinach, bok choy, kale, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli. These all have the important job of ridding the body of excess estrogen because the I3C converts into a substance that helps the liver flush the body when it has too much estrogen. 3. Flaxseed Another food that assists in getting rid of excess estrogen is flaxseed. The lignans and phytoestrogens present in these tiny seeds help regulate estrogen in the body by controlling how much of the hormone is able to bind to estrogen receptors. 4. Isoflavones Found in several herbs such as Trifolium pratense, Puerari montana, and Pueraria lobata, isoflavones have antioxidant properties that boost low estrogen levels. These herbs can be found in certain teas and are a great way to balance estrogen levels. 5. Activated Folic Acid You often hear about the importance of folic acid in women’s health. That’s because it’s present in the same leafy green vegetables that are high in I3C. It’s able to change estrogen into a form that actually lowers the risk of some forms of cancer. The brain and ovarian hormones | Marwa Azab | TEDxMontrealWomen

17:45
Brain chemicals covertly direct female hormones, but their effects on behaviors, emotions, cognitive abilities and relationships can make us vulnerable. The more we become aware and understand these vulnerabilities, the more we can transform them to actually empower us… Marwa Azab has been interested in human behavior and why we do what we do since she was a child. Her interest compelled her to complete two advanced degrees in Psychology and a PhD in Neuroscience. She has been teaching in the Psychology, Biology and Human Development departments, presenting to various audiences ranging from first graders to seniors and is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post. Her approach to understanding any human behavior—or misbehavior—is unique because it is Gestalt. This interdisciplinary background allows her to intersect fields and come up with innovative ways to understand “why we do what we do”. She is a firm believer that it is at these intersection foci that creativity and novelty find fertile grounds. She practices this holistic approach in individual and group life-coaching. My Instagram: http://instagram.com/vitalivesfree I tried taking the Vitex herb and it was a bit of a disaster. I felt exactly the same as when I started taking the birth control pills many years ago. it's all due to too much progesterone. What I Eat In A Day For Hormonal Balance

08:35
Hi wonderful people! I want to stress that I’m not dismissing the pill or what it can do for people. It has many benefits, the main one being preventing unwanted births (which is huge!). My aim for this video wasn’t to sway people in one direction or another, although it might’ve seemed so with my experience. I wanted to give a bit of backstory as to why I was eating specific foods for hormonal balance, and why my hormones were out of whack. I was prescribed Yaz when I was very young to combat painful, heavy periods and acne. Looking back, I think we could’ve explored different options that would have been more appropriate for a 15/16 year old that wasn’t sexually active. The pill might be the right choice for some people and not for others, that is for each individual to decide on, hopefully with all the information needed to make a well-informed choice. For those of us who are not on the pill, or who have recently quit and have found our hormones affecting our way of life, these are some of the foods and rituals I have found help me, especially during that time of the month. This is just my experience, I’m not a doctor, I’m not a specialist. I am sharing what I have learned along the way in hopes that what I’m sharing might help you. You can head to https://camandnina.com/products/morsel to check out our recipe ebook! Read more about foods, hormones and my experience on my blogpost: https://camandnina.com/recipes/hormonalbalancefood This is the first video in the Women Series in which I try to dive into all of the ways we can take charge of our own health and wellbeing, for a more fulfilling and happy life. I wanted to start the series by talking about the foods I usually eat when I'm on my period, because it is one of the easiest ways to prevent or alleviate PMS symptoms, heavy periods, hormonal acne, etc. I'd love to hear what rituals, foods or practices you include or what you'd like to hear on future Women Series videos! 5 Hormones Responsible For Weight Gain In Women | Hormonal Imbalance In Women

5 Hormones Responsible For Weight Gain In Women | Hormonal Imbalance In Women Have you tried everything possible to lose weight but in vain? Why not get your hormones checked? Women are vulnerable to hormonal imbalance, food cravings and slow metabolism at all phases of their life. These may be related to pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS), pregnancy, menopause or day to day stress. In Today's video Remedies One will discuss 5 Hormones Responsible For Weight Gain In Women and in 2nd part i will discuss how to treat these Hormons . 1. Thyroid, The thyroid gland, which is present at the base of your neck produces three hormones—T3, T4, and calcitonin. These hormones regulate metabolism, sleep, heart rate, growth, brain development, etc. Sometimes the thyroid gland under-produces the thyroid hormone leading to hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is often associated with weight gain, depression, constipation, fatigue, high blood cholesterol, slow heart rate. 2. Insulin, Insulin is a hormone secreted by the pancreas, which helps to carry the glucose into the cells to be used as energy or to store them as fat. This helps maintain the glucose levels in the blood. Over consuming processed foods, alcohol, artificially sweetened drinks, and snacking on unhealthy foods (or even consuming too many fruits) can lead to insulin resistance. In this case, the muscle cells are not able to recognize glucose-bound insulin, and therefore glucose remains in the bloodstream causing a spike in blood sugar levels. This finally leads to weight gain and Type 2 diabetes. 3. Leptin, Under normal conditions, the hormone leptin signals that you are full and should stop eating. But due to overconsumption of foods that are high in sugar content such as candies, chocolates, fruits (that are modified to contain a lot more fructose), and processed foods, the oversupply of fructose is converted to fat that gets deposited in liver, belly and other regions of the body. Now, fat cells secrete leptin. As you keep consuming more fructose-containing foods, more fat gets accumulated, and more leptin is secreted. This, in turn, desensitizes the body to leptin and the brain stops receiving the signal to stop eating. This ultimately leads to weight gain. Hormonal Imbalance in Women - Chronic Fatigue, Stress and Weight Gain

13:04
Hormonal Imbalance in Women - Chronic Fatigue, Stress and Weight Gain: http://mariahdolan.com/adrenal-fatigue/. If you're gaining weight, fatigued all the time, can't focus, are stressed/anxious/irritable or depressed, have ruthless PMS symptoms wreaking hormone havoc and you have no idea why because you're doing all the right things, you need to watch this video. Secondly, if you've been shuffled around from doctor to doctor telling you there's nothing wrong with you and you're normal, you need to watch this video. You may have adrenal fatigue if you allow stress to go unchecked. Today I'm getting personal. So personal, that I'm sharing all my private lab tests with you. So what do my lab tests have to do with you and how can you benefit from this information? #1. Because I'm the perfect example of somebody who was doing all the right things, and still got sick. VIDEO TRANSCRIPT Over the past year, I've been struggling with some health issues that I didn't want to tell you about, primarily because I'm a physical therapist, personal trainer and a health coach. How can I possibly have any health issues? I'm supposed to be the model of optimum health, right? But here's the deal. I'm human too. Just because I have a fancy health education doesn't make me immune to disease. So I decided that if I withhold my personal health struggles from you, what a disservice that is. What if right now, you're experiencing the same symptoms that I have? I want you to be able to use me as an example of what to do, and what NOT to do, so that you don't have to struggle like I did. One year ago, I started getting tired, like reeeeeeeallly tired. My alarm clock would go off, and I would just lay there and think, "oh my gosh, I will cut off my right arm for 20 more minutes of sleep!" The problem was, this incredible sense of fatigue I had, never went away, even if I got enough sleep. So that was warning sign #1. Eventually, I'd roll out of bed, drag my sluggish body downstairs to workout before my kids woke up. I'd complete my workout, and literally feel like I did nothing. Seriously, not a drop of sweat on my body, not even that glow that you get like when you just worked out. So that was warning sign #2. Warning sign #3: I started gaining weight. Now this was the most frustrating symptom of all, because I was doing all the right things. I was eating clean, I was working out, yet I was storing fat around my midsection and couldn't help it. Warning sign #4 I had constant PMS symptoms. (Again, another fun one.) I had breast tenderness and swelling, bloating, water retention, irritability, and the strongest high-fat high-carb cravings I've ever had. The best way I can describe it is always feeling like you're just about to get your period. That's how I felt...all. the. time. Warning sign #5 I started spotting between periods. Then my periods started getting closer together, then every 2 weeks, to where I eventually never stopped bleeding. And this went on for 2 months. So you can imagine this was the symptom that finally did me in. It was a physical symptom that I couldn't make an excuse for. So I went to my doctor like most people would where she ran some blood tests, and there was nothing wrong with me. Then I went to my gynecologist about the prolonged bleeding, she ordered a vaginal ultrasound and yep, nothing wrong with me. She prescribed birth control pills, 20 mcg of estrogen per day, to get me back on track. And I'll tell you, something just didn't sit right with me that we were throwing something at my symptoms without knowing why. Plus birth control pills aren't recommended for women over the age of 35. And yep, I'm over 35! So here I was, feeling like crap, with nothing wrong with me. So, I started doing all the wrong things like eating sugar and drinking caffeine because I was desperately trying to borrow energy to get through my day. Of course this only caused more weight gain and made my energy problems worse. That's when I finally decided to find a naturopathic doctor who I hoped would listen, and run some unconventional tests to figure out why I was feeling so crummy. Top 7 Essential Oils to Balance Hormones Naturally

03:58
Most of us aren’t high wire performers because we lack balance. And perhaps there’s a great deal of fear. Our internal wiring also appreciates balance. When hormones are firing improperly, mood swings may be in full bloom in men and women. Other symptoms may be fatigue, weight gain, fertility problems, depression and insomnia. Left untreated, hormonal imbalances might trigger something more serious. In today’s video, we will explore the medicinal benefits of 7 essential oils and how they can equalize those hormones. Lavender Oil The distinct scent of lavender extract has an ability to balance hormones. Also, women with PMS may find relief from feelings of stress and discomfort. Thyme Oil Studies have shown that thyme essential oil positively affects progesterone, by improving progesterone production. Low levels of this hormone lead to depression, infertility, and PCOS. Basil Oil The function of the adrenal glands is to cope with daily stress, by producing cortisol. This essential oil boosts the body’s natural response to both physical and emotional stress. Researchers have found that the daily use of basil extracts reduce the general stress symptoms, such as exhaustion, sleep issues, and forgetfulness. Clary Sage Oil A study conducted in 2014 showed that the inhalation of clary sage oil reduces the levels of cortisol by 36%, and increases the thyroid hormone levels. According to researchers “clary sage oil had a statistically significant effect on lowering cortisol and had an anti-depressant effect improving mood.” Lemongrass Oil The ovaries produce estrogen and progesterone, and when these hormones are imbalanced, the person experiences infertility, PMS, and difficult or irregular menstrual cycles. According to Dutch researchers, the compounds in lemon peels, which are also found in this oil, boost liver functions, as well as the production of hormones, by reducing liver cholesterol. Sandalwood Oil It balances testosterone in women and man and improves the levels of hormones in the body. It also acts as a powerful natural aphrodisiac which enhances libido. Myrtle Oil About 20 million Americans suffer from some kind of thyroid disease, and even 60% of them are not aware of it. The thyroid gland regulates numerous processes in the body, as well as the metabolism and the body’s temperature. This essential oil stimulates the thyroid activity, and balances and normalizes the function of the ovaries and the balance of hormones. Here is how to use them in order to treat hormonal imbalance: - You should mix some coconut oil with some of these essential oils and rub it on different areas of the body, to help their absorption through the skin. - To improve hormone balance, mix 2 drops of clary sage oil with 2 drops of lavender oil and create a powerful aromatherapy formula. - Soak in a bath with some warm water, 2 drops of lavender, and 3 drops of clary sage. This will soothe PMS symptoms. ----------------------------------------- Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Natural Cures channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. On average, it’s a 28-day cycle. 1) FOLLICULAR Phase - Day 1 to Day 14 - Go hard! Do high intensity workouts, lift heavy and perform total body strength training. - Your body is more tolerant to pain and muscles recover quicker. - Your body uses Carbs as its main source of fuel. - You can increase your carb intake slightly especially after an intense workout. 2) LUTEAL Phase - Day 14 to Day 28 - I like to call this phase the “roller coaster” phase. - this is when all the PMS symptoms start to hit: you might crave for sugar or high fat food, you have bigger appetite, you feel sluggish, you have trouble sleeping, your body retains more water, you feel bloated and you might suffer from mild cramps too. - Your body turns to FAT AS FUEL instead of carbs. - Good news, your body is now burning FAT rather than carbs or glycogen. Focus on steady pace cardio to get the most out of your workout. - This is also when the muscle breakdown increases, hence it takes longer for you to recover from your workout. So choose moderation workout that’s less intense. - You might lose your motivation BUT power through your workout, as much as possible, eat well and you WILL feel better. We are all very different and it takes time to really understand your body. If you have this knowledge, you’re able to take advantage of the hormonal benefits and overcome the challenges by adjusting and changing your workout routine and also food intake. Again, remember this is a guideline as there is very limited research in regards to training with your menstrual cycle. Give it a try, make changes and see what works for you. __________ MUSIC Daily Beetle by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) Source: http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?isrc=USUAN1500025 Artist: http://incompetech.com/

Hormonal Axis Imbalances and PMS

03:37
https://www.drlam.com/blog/hormonal-axis-imbalances-and-pms/29063/ This is Dr. Lam, founder of drlam.com. Today’s questions come from somebody who has this to ask: I never had PMS issues until I started dealing with adrenal fatigue. Why is it happening now? To understand this concept we have to take a step back and look and understand what hormonal axis is all about. The adrenal glands are responsible for over 50 hormones of the body. Some of them are woman’s hormone including estrogen and progesterone. When a person is in adrenal fatigue there’s a tendency for the body to shunt a precursor such as pregnenolone to cortisol in order for the body to make these anti-inflammatory hormones. When that happens the body can be in a state of what we call estrogen dominance. In another words the estrogen is too much in the body relative to progesterone, because the progesterone may also be shunted away. In absolute terms the estrogen may be normal. But in relative terms it may be high because of the low in progesterone level. When this happens then the body’s estrogen tend to circulate and causes what we call estrogenic effect such as bloatedness, edema, swelling of the breasts, anxiety, brain fog, and severe PMS. Sometimes it’s not severe, it just can be troublesome. As well during the adrenal recovery period sometimes the estrogenic hormone can raise, and therefore the body can experience estrogenic symptoms such as PMS and the things that we mentioned earlier as well. This usually is temporary and it should go away. However, if it doesn’t that means there’s something else going on such as liver congestion or extracellular matrix pollution and underlying issues of the body has to be dealt with. Hormonal axis usually is self-regulatory. But when a person has adrenal fatigue that regulation tend to be dysfunctional. Some people continue to have normal regulation but many have imbalances. As a result, their estrogen can be higher than normal or lower than normal. And same thing with other hormones such as progesterone, DHEA, testosterone. So don’t be too afraid when things like this happen. Talk to your practitioner. There are reasons why. We don’t want to jump to conclusion that it is only estrogen dominance that was as a result of adrenal fatigue. Sometimes these things can come on and they tend to resolve. If it don’t resolve then we have to look deeper and figure out what is really going on and what the body is trying to tell us in terms of the hormonal axis regulation. Symptoms of Female Hormone Imbalance & Impact on Weight Loss

07:07
http://getleantoday.com - Dr. Raj Banerjee introduces a series of videos that show you step-by-step how to stop your suffering and literally hand your life back to you - no matter how hard you've tried before. Here are the tough but true facts: - North America is facing an epidemic of obesity and chronic diseases. - 50 percent of Americans will have some form of cancer in their lifetime. - One in six Americans is either pre-diabetic or diabetic. - 66 % of Americans are overweight. - Over ten million Americans are taking anti-depressants. - 50% of people over 85 will have Alzheimer’s Disease. - Someone dies of heart disease every 34 seconds. - One in six Americans suffers from an Anxiety Disorder. - For the first time, in the history of our species our life expectancy is going down. That means that our children will get sicker and die younger than their parents. Dr Raj is going to share with you how you can make it stop and how he can help you feel yourself again! What are the symptoms of Hormone Imbalance that Dr Raj can help with? Fat, fatigued, depressed, food dependency, compulsive overeating, chocolate craving, bread or carbohydrate cravings, low sex drive, cry easily, PMS, mood swings, hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, irritability, sweet cravings, bloating, fluid retention, gas, weight gain without changes in diet even when you are exercising more, drinking alcohol or wine daily to relax cramping, irrational thoughts, anxiety, waking up at night around 2 to 4am, poor bladder control, osteoporosis, breast cancer, heart disease, infertility, irregular cycles, poor reactions to estrogen. The first 3 are the most common: Fat, fatigued and depressed. Here's the summary of hormone imbalances. Putting on weight that you can’t lose with all the typical strategies you have done in the past. Being tired all the time. Even though you are getting enough sleep, so you shouldn’t be tired. And having low mood, or depression. Those are the cardinal symptoms of adrenal exhaustion and female hormonal imbalances. He shares a case study of Sara, a big, beautiful, 40 some year old woman who charged into his office and demanded to know what Dr Raj can do to help her. Watch how he helped her figure out the cause of her hormone imbalance and safely and naturally led her to a healthy balance. Mary is another client case. She was on very heavy dosage of HRT, a synthetic hormone therapy, She had hot flashes and night sweats. And her symptom? She wanted to kill her husband, though she had a great marriage, and been married for 27 years, but couldn’t stand him. Dr Raj helped her make a transition from synthetic hormone to natural hormone over the course of 6 months. She now wants to get off the natural hormones because she feels in control. Her mood and energy is great, her sex drive is back, and she is happy with her husband again. She has made a transition in her life, from heavy dependency on a synthetic hormone to dependency on a safer, natural hormone to even thinking about stopping that. Its pretty simple once you do the detective work and find out what is actually causing your problem. and fix the underling cause and not just the symptoms. Dr Raj wants you to know ovarian hormones and female hormones do not spontaneously malfunction by themselves. They are responding to stress as a stress hormone called cortisol. Every molecule of cortisol that you produce comes from progesterone. When you under stress guess what happens? Your cortisol goes up and your progesterone drops. Dr Raj can test your cortisol and fix it. He can test your female hormones and fix your whole hormonal system at the same time and eliminate all your symptoms. This will help eliminate depression and fatigue, night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings and it will improve your metabolism so you will able to start losing weight effectively. Watch more Women's Health videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/218013-How-to-Relieve-PMS-Symptoms If you're among the 85 percent of women who suffer from PMS, or premenstrual syndrome, take heart. These remedies will soothe your symptoms. Warning Check with your doctor before taking any herb or dietary supplement. Step 1: Keep track of symptoms Record your symptoms in a journal over the course of a few months to identify when symptoms appear and possible triggers. Step 2: Eat well, sleep, and exercise Avoid salt, sugar, alcohol, and caffeine around the time you tend to experience symptoms. Get plenty of sleep, and engage in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. Tip Yoga, massage, and deep-breathing exercises can help reduce stress and relieve symptoms such as insomnia and headaches. Step 3: Take NSAIDs Take over-the-counter non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen, before or at the onset of your period if you experience joint or muscle pain, cramps, or headaches. Step 4: Take vitamins Take a daily multivitamin with at least 50 to 100 milligrams of vitamin B-6 and 400 international units of vitamin E to reduce cramps and breast tenderness. Step 5: Magnesium and calcium Take 400 milligrams of magnesium to reduce bloating and fluid retention. Add 1200 milligrams of calcium and a vitamin D supplement to ease physical and psychological symptoms. Tip A severe form of PMS, called Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), may require treatment with prescription antidepressants. Step 6: Consider herbal remedies Use herbal remedies. Although scientifically unproven, some women find relief from black cohosh, ginger, red raspberry leaf tea, and evening primrose oil. Did You Know? The first medical paper on PMS was published in Britain in 1953.

Supporting the old mantra of “food is your medicine,” today's video shows how seeds can help regulate and support your menstrual cycle. This technique can be used by anyone who is experiencing irregular periods, heavy flows, substantial PMS, and even women going through peri-menopause and menopause. Menstrual Cycle – Period Tracker Methods and Ovulation Calendar to Calculate the Dates

04:06
A menstrual cycle is a period tracker process and ovulation calendar to calculate the dates. The menstruation cycle is a regular process and it happens in the woman reproductive system. Commonly this cycle has been counted by 28 days. To know detail please subscribe this channel: https://goo.gl/gQL0cj Estrogen levels stay very low on the first day of the cycle and it helps to improve the action of serotonin. Estrogen makes a good chemical development in the brain during this time. Estrogen levels can slowly increase at this time and women can experience more normal than before. Estrogen levels stay very high during this time. These high stages of estrogen provide more confidence and it also creates the shiny skin. This high estrogen levels can stop the flow of hormone and it affects ovulation on day 14. Commonly the period finishes in this time and women mood comes back to normal. Some women can experience a flow of energy as her personal discharge. Women also can feel friendlier, motivated, and optimistic for the higher levels of estrogen during this time. Women can be attracted to the man at this time and they can find a partner. Mainly it is the ovulating time for a woman. If a woman wants to be pregnant, she should intercourse with her partner during this time without any protection. Hormones can cause a train wreck up symptoms, everything under the sun: Weight gain Anxiety Tireness Tingliing fingers Rashes Sllergies "Dis-eases" Endometriosis Thyroid fibrocystic breasts vision issues Hormones are crazy, especially perimenopause. Let's focus on perimenopause. Many of Jen's clients go to their health practitioner and the professional completely misses it! If you're starting to see weird symptoms and you're in your 30's - 40's like restless sleep, anxiety, impatient, tense, tearful, or even down in the dumps - this can be perimenopause. This can be perimenopause happening to you! Jen encourages you to find a health practitioner to help you through this transition. Perimenopause symptom help is beyond rubbing on some progesterone cream, oil, or tablet. Many cases (like Jen's) it can go right to estrogen. She gained 25 pounds in 6 months! Blockers need to be in place to prevent this from happening. The high estrogen causes fat storage due to testosterone and progesterone drop at this time in life. These hormones drop and we lose muscle tone and start to get a belly! Other things we see are: Fat arms and double chin Joints hurts Skin not pretty Dryness "down there" These are all signs of perimenopause! Get with a practitioner to help you with this. Get hormones tested! Research ways to balance your hormones. TO DO: 1. Get chemicals and toxins out of your home: cleaning & personal care products. They act like ESTROGEN!!! 2. Clean up your diet: no processed foods, soy, non-organic dairy & meat 3. Digestive cleansing. Fiber catches garbage estrogen in intestines. 4. Cleanse the liver, it conjugates estrogens. You're not going crazy, you may be perimenopausal. This will ease your mind.
