Each month, an egg is released from an ovary in a process called ovulation. At the same time, the lining of the uterus thickens, ready for pregnancy. If fertilization does not take place, the lining of the uterus is shed in menstrual bleeding and the cycle starts over. An ovary contains hundreds of thousands of primary oocytes - immature eggs, or ova. Each of these is enclosed in a structure called a follicle, and at this stage -- a primordial follicle. The menstrual cycle is under control of hormones secreted by the pituitary gland and the ovaries. The pituitary itself is under control of the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus produces a hormone called the gonadotropin-releasing hormone or GnRH. GnRH stimulates the anterior lobe of the pituitary to secrete follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). FSH travels in the bloodstream to the ovaries and stimulates a group of follicles to grow. These primordial follicles develop into primary follicles and then secondary follicles. These produce a hormone named estrogen which acts to stimulate the growth of the endometrium -- the inner lining of the uterus. The secondary follicles compete with each other and only one of them will survive and become a mature follicle, the rest atrophy and die. The increasing level of estrogen also acts on the hypothalamus and the anterior pituitary to increase the level of GnRH and induce the production of another hormone -- luteinizing hormone (LH). A surge in LH secretion triggers ovulation - the release of the egg from the follicle and the ovary. The egg is then swept up by the fimbriae (FIM-bree-ee) and taken into the uterine tube. Fertilization by a spermatozoon, when it occurs, usually takes place in the ampulla, the widest section of the fallopian tube. The fertilized egg immediately begins the process of development while travelling toward the uterus. After 6 days it becomes a blastocyst and is implanted into the endometrium of the uterus. Meanwhile, the left-over of the ruptured follicle has become a corpus luteum which secretes progesterone. Progesterone further stimulates uterine development making it a nutritious bed for the embryo in the event of pregnancy. In the absence of pregnancy, the corpus luteum atrophies and progesterone level falls. This leads to the breakdown of the endometrium, menstruation begins and the cycle starts over. On average, it’s a 28-day cycle. 1) FOLLICULAR Phase - Day 1 to Day 14 - Go hard! Do high intensity workouts, lift heavy and perform total body strength training. - Your body is more tolerant to pain and muscles recover quicker. - Your body uses Carbs as its main source of fuel. - You can increase your carb intake slightly especially after an intense workout. 2) LUTEAL Phase - Day 14 to Day 28 - I like to call this phase the “roller coaster” phase. - this is when all the PMS symptoms start to hit: you might crave for sugar or high fat food, you have bigger appetite, you feel sluggish, you have trouble sleeping, your body retains more water, you feel bloated and you might suffer from mild cramps too. - Your body turns to FAT AS FUEL instead of carbs. - Good news, your body is now burning FAT rather than carbs or glycogen. Focus on steady pace cardio to get the most out of your workout. - This is also when the muscle breakdown increases, hence it takes longer for you to recover from your workout. So choose moderation workout that’s less intense. - You might lose your motivation BUT power through your workout, as much as possible, eat well and you WILL feel better. We are all very different and it takes time to really understand your body. If you have this knowledge, you’re able to take advantage of the hormonal benefits and overcome the challenges by adjusting and changing your workout routine and also food intake. Again, remember this is a guideline as there is very limited research in regards to training with your menstrual cycle. Give it a try, make changes and see what works for you. __________ MUSIC Daily Beetle by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) Source: http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?isrc=USUAN1500025 Artist: http://incompetech.com/

Symptoms Of Periods - Signs And Symptoms Of Periods Coming - Period Symptoms

Signs And Symptoms Of Periods Coming: In this video, I am going to share with you symptoms of periods, signs and symptoms of periods coming, period symptoms. Subscribe to our channel for more videos. Watch: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xi9NMEyIw00) 9 Signs Your Period is Coming If you’re a woman (and you probably are if you’re reading this article), you’re probably familiar with the signs that your period is approaching. Ninety percent of women have premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms at some point in their reproductive life. Even though a huge portion of the world’s female population has uncomfortable and unpleasant premenstrual symptoms, doctors still aren’t totally sure why they happen. Changing hormones are the reason behind it all, but experts don’t know exactly how, for example, hormonal shifts would cause cramps or feelings of depression. Brain chemicals are also involved, but it’s unclear to what extent. If you have more severe premenstrual symptoms, it doesn’t mean that you have higher or more out-of-whack hormone levels than other women. Researchers think it’s because you’re more sensitive to hormonal changes. But why, again, they don’t know. Regardless of what’s on your personal pre-period checklist, you’ll usually start noticing the signs 1 to 2 weeks before your period and they’ll go away once bleeding starts. How many of these do you recognize? 1.You’re breaking out. 2.Your breasts are changing. 3.You’re tired… but you can’t sleep 4.You have cramps 5.You’re constipated… or havediarrhea. 6.You’re bloated and gassy. 7.You have a headache 8.You’re having mood swings. 9.You’re anxious and depressed. Thanks for watching symptoms of periods, signs and symptoms of periods coming, period symptoms video and don't forget to like, comment and share. I am sure most of my female readers can agree that even a minor change in hormones (such as the one they experience while going through their cycle) can affect everything from mood, to cravings, to impurities. If you find that uncomfortable, then imagine some of the side effects of a constant hormone imbalance (acne, Hashimoto’s fibroids in the breasts, cancer, and signs of menopause). The most incredible thing is that many women (up to 70-80%) are walking around with too much estrogen. And they don’t even know it. Luckily, most hormone imbalances can be balanced simply by changing the diet. This week, I am talking to Magdalena Wszelaki, who is an expert on hormone imbalances. She has just published her new book, ”Cooking For Hormone Balance”. An amazing book that reveals the effect of hormone imbalance on your health, and 125 amazing recipes that will teach you how to balance hormones with foods. Right at day 14, there is ovaluation. This is the day on which the person is most fertile and the egg is released in the uterus and there are high chances of getting pregnant (in a 4 day window). Most issues occur due to estrogen dominance (female hormone). Too much or too little of estrogen may cause menstruation issues. A female releases about 400 eggs in her lifetime. Ovary on the one side releases egg for one month and then the ovary on the other side releases egg the next month, which causes a stressful condition. The brain and ovarian hormones | Marwa Azab | TEDxMontrealWomen

17:45
Brain chemicals covertly direct female hormones, but their effects on behaviors, emotions, cognitive abilities and relationships can make us vulnerable. The more we become aware and understand these vulnerabilities, the more we can transform them to actually empower us… Marwa Azab has been interested in human behavior and why we do what we do since she was a child. Her interest compelled her to complete two advanced degrees in Psychology and a PhD in Neuroscience. She has been teaching in the Psychology, Biology and Human Development departments, presenting to various audiences ranging from first graders to seniors and is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post. Her approach to understanding any human behavior—or misbehavior—is unique because it is Gestalt. This interdisciplinary background allows her to intersect fields and come up with innovative ways to understand “why we do what we do”. She is a firm believer that it is at these intersection foci that creativity and novelty find fertile grounds. She practices this holistic approach in individual and group life-coaching. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx

What I Eat In A Day For Hormonal Balance

08:35
Hi wonderful people! I want to stress that I’m not dismissing the pill or what it can do for people. It has many benefits, the main one being preventing unwanted births (which is huge!). My aim for this video wasn’t to sway people in one direction or another, although it might’ve seemed so with my experience. I wanted to give a bit of backstory as to why I was eating specific foods for hormonal balance, and why my hormones were out of whack. I was prescribed Yaz when I was very young to combat painful, heavy periods and acne. Looking back, I think we could’ve explored different options that would have been more appropriate for a 15/16 year old that wasn’t sexually active. The pill might be the right choice for some people and not for others, that is for each individual to decide on, hopefully with all the information needed to make a well-informed choice. For those of us who are not on the pill, or who have recently quit and have found our hormones affecting our way of life, these are some of the foods and rituals I have found help me, especially during that time of the month. This is just my experience, I’m not a doctor, I’m not a specialist. I am sharing what I have learned along the way in hopes that what I’m sharing might help you. You can head to https://camandnina.com/products/morsel to check out our recipe ebook! Read more about foods, hormones and my experience on my blogpost: https://camandnina.com/recipes/hormonalbalancefood This is the first video in the Women Series in which I try to dive into all of the ways we can take charge of our own health and wellbeing, for a more fulfilling and happy life. I wanted to start the series by talking about the foods I usually eat when I'm on my period, because it is one of the easiest ways to prevent or alleviate PMS symptoms, heavy periods, hormonal acne, etc. I'd love to hear what rituals, foods or practices you include or what you'd like to hear on future Women Series videos! Hormonal Axis Imbalances and PMS

03:37
https://www.drlam.com/blog/hormonal-axis-imbalances-and-pms/29063/ This is Dr. Lam, founder of drlam.com. Today’s questions come from somebody who has this to ask: I never had PMS issues until I started dealing with adrenal fatigue. Why is it happening now? To understand this concept we have to take a step back and look and understand what hormonal axis is all about. The adrenal glands are responsible for over 50 hormones of the body. Some of them are woman’s hormone including estrogen and progesterone. When a person is in adrenal fatigue there’s a tendency for the body to shunt a precursor such as pregnenolone to cortisol in order for the body to make these anti-inflammatory hormones. When that happens the body can be in a state of what we call estrogen dominance. In another words the estrogen is too much in the body relative to progesterone, because the progesterone may also be shunted away. In absolute terms the estrogen may be normal. But in relative terms it may be high because of the low in progesterone level. When this happens then the body’s estrogen tend to circulate and causes what we call estrogenic effect such as bloatedness, edema, swelling of the breasts, anxiety, brain fog, and severe PMS. Sometimes it’s not severe, it just can be troublesome. As well during the adrenal recovery period sometimes the estrogenic hormone can raise, and therefore the body can experience estrogenic symptoms such as PMS and the things that we mentioned earlier as well. This usually is temporary and it should go away. However, if it doesn’t that means there’s something else going on such as liver congestion or extracellular matrix pollution and underlying issues of the body has to be dealt with. Hormonal axis usually is self-regulatory. But when a person has adrenal fatigue that regulation tend to be dysfunctional. Some people continue to have normal regulation but many have imbalances. As a result, their estrogen can be higher than normal or lower than normal. And same thing with other hormones such as progesterone, DHEA, testosterone. So don’t be too afraid when things like this happen. Talk to your practitioner. There are reasons why. We don’t want to jump to conclusion that it is only estrogen dominance that was as a result of adrenal fatigue. Sometimes these things can come on and they tend to resolve. If it don’t resolve then we have to look deeper and figure out what is really going on and what the body is trying to tell us in terms of the hormonal axis regulation. Hormones are secreted by various glands and organs including your thyroid, adrenals, pituitary, ovaries, testicles and pancreas. The entire endocrine system works together to control the level of hormones circulating throughout your body, and if one or more is even slightly imbalanced it can cause widespread, major health problems. Estrogen: How to Balance Hormones with Proper Food & Vitamins- Thomas DeLauer How do we balance estrogen and testosterone in our bodies and how do we know which estrogens are good or bad? You can check out more at http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Estrogens are a group of hormones present in both women and men. Functions include: Puberty changes in women Fertility Plays a role in controlling cholesterol levels Helps bone health Affects the brain, including mood Also affects the heart, skin and other body tissues Affects heart and blood vessels In males, the maturation of sperm and labido maintenance Estrogen is produced by the ovaries, fat tissue, testis and adrenal glands. There are three kinds of estrogen: Estradiol - the primary kind of estrogen found in women during their fertile years Primarily produced in the ovaries, but also the placenta and adrenal glands Excess estradiol is implicated in many diseases, such as cancers and fibroids Found in both women and men Estriol - the estrogen associated with pregnancy A waste product of estrogen metabolism Estrone - the estrogen produced postmenopause Produced in tissues throughout the body, mainly fat and muscle tissues Known as the weakest form of estrogen Found in both women and men Estrogen levels change: Throughout the month when fertile, with peak estrogen in the middle of a woman’s menstrual cycle, signalling ovulation, and the lowest levels while bleeding. Estrogen levels drop after menopause. Problems can arise when your body produces too much or too little estrogen Too little - symptoms: Women Irregular periods Mood swings Loss of sexual desire Trouble sleeping Hot flashes Headaches Men Excess adipose tissue around the midsection Low sexual desire Too little causes: Anorexia Extreme exercise Medications Hypogonadism Post-childbirth Too much - symptoms: Women Irregular periods Weight gain Fatigue Low sex drive Depression and anxiety More intense premenstrual pain Cysts Men Erectile dysfunction Female characteristics, such as breasts Prostate enlargement and cancer Low sex drive Depression Fatigue Weight gain Too much causes: Obesity Puberty Diabetes Pregnancy High blood pressure Ovarian or adrenal gland tumors Medications When estrogen is broken down through aerobic metabolism, it can be broken into “good” or “bad” estrogen metabolites. The good metabolites, 2-hydroxyestrone (2-OHE), are estrogen antagonists. They have high antioxidant activity, providing protection for the heart and brain. The bad metabolites, 16-hydroxyestrone (16-OHE), are estrogen agonists. They have been implicated in causing cancer and weight gain. Therapies that increase the 2-OHE:16-OHE ratio are thought to decrease the risk for a number of estrogen-responsive cancers. Natural compounds found in food have been founds to be antiestrogenic and thus are being further explored to discover how to capture these benefits for possible cancer prevention and treatment. DIM (Diindolylmethane) DIM is a stable compound derived from the plant indole I3C (indole-3-carbinol) found in cruciferous vegetables. Dietary indoles found in cruciferous veggies such as broccoli and cabbage, have been found to exhibit chemoprotective and chemotherapeutic properties against many cancers. Its benefit has to do with hormone balancing. I3C has been found to decrease estrogen signaling and alter estrogen metabolism, leading to a reduced production of “bad” estrogen metabolites. DIM consumption has been linked to an increase in the production of the “good” estrogen metabolites and thus a resulting decrease in the production of the “bad” estrogen metabolites. -Increases the 2-OHE:16-OHE ratio One study on women with thyroid proliferative disease (TPD) found that supplemental DIM enhanced estrogen metabolism in such a way as to act as a dietary antiestrogenic supplement and in this way may decrease the likelihood of women to develop TPD. DIM has other hormone balancing properties and can contribute to more balanced hormones. -This more beneficial hormone balance can lead to a healthier metabolism The hormonal balance influence of DIM also positively impacts testosterone. For men, this estrogen metabolism has the added benefit of freeing up testosterone in the body. Free testosterone is important for mood, energy and labido. References: 1. How to Naturally Balance Your Hormones with Essential Oils

04:16
For more info: https://draxe.com/10-ways-balance-hormones-naturally/?utm_campaign=Youtube-May-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=hormones In today’s video I’m going to talk about how essential oils can naturally balance your hormones. I will talk about specific oils that can benefit progesterone balance, estrogen balance, thyroid issues, and naturally boost low testosterone. The three main essential oils we will cover are clary sage, thyme oil, and sandalwood oil. Clary sage’s biggest benefit is that it helps balance estrogen in the body. If you have infertility or estrogen-induced cancer, clary sage helps balance your estrogen levels and hormones. Thyme oil benefits the body by producing more progesterone, which helps balance the body’s hormones. Finally, sandalwood oil helps balance testosterone levels in both men and women. A few additional essential oils that help balance the body’s hormones are rose oil, lavender oil, and chamomile oil. And for thyroid issues, one of the best essential oils to use is frankincense oil. Yoga for menstrual cramps relief: Alleviate & Purify

17:00
This Yogea practice blends asana, mudra and pranayama and is especially designed to relieve and reduce pain caused by pre-menstrual or menstrual cramping. Lower belly breathing strengthens the abdominals rectus, releasing clotting and increasing vaginal muscle tone. Pelvic floor stretches in frog pose release the flow while aiding the engaging of "Mula Banda" -- the Earth seal. Seated butterfly positions are integrated with receptivity inducing "Yoni Mudra" to relax the tightness of the uterus. Pelvic contractions catalyze the first and second chakras, creating an open portal for re-directing downward flow. Trigger point activation is used while opening the hip flexors to stimulate the sexual glands and regulate the high hormone levels during menstruation. Supine forward bends and back bends strengthen the mid back and hips. Focused tapping into the navel speeds up detoxification and restores the vital flow. http://yogea.blogspot.com/2013/09/alleviate-purify.html

Supporting the old mantra of “food is your medicine,” today's video shows how seeds can help regulate and support your menstrual cycle. This technique can be used by anyone who is experiencing irregular periods, heavy flows, substantial PMS, and even women going through peri-menopause and menopause. From Day 1 to Day 15 naturally increase our estrogen levels with flaxseed and pumpkin seeds. From Day 15 to Day 28 (or 30 depending on your cycle) stimulate progesterone production by adding two tablespoons of sesame and sunflower seeds per day. Have questions?? Menstrual cycle in female is described. ..Role of GTH & sex hormones...graphs related to mens ,uterine changes & sex mood change are also describe Biology 12 overall concept http://youtu.be/bmC_E09K7tQ The menstrual cycle is the regular natural change that occurs in the female reproductive system (specifically the uterus and ovaries) that makes pregnancy possible.[1][2] The cycle is required for the production of oocytes, and for the preparation of the uterus for pregnancy.[1] Up to 80% of women report having some symptoms during the one to two weeks prior to menstruation.[3] Common symptoms include acne, tender breasts, bloating, feeling tired, irritability and mood changes.[4] These symptoms interfere with normal life and therefore qualify as premenstrual syndrome in 20 to 30% of women. In 3 to 8%, they are severe.[3] The first period usually begins between twelve and fifteen years of age, a point in time known as menarche.[5] They may occasionally start as early as eight, and this onset may still be normal.[6] The average age of the first period is generally later in the developing world and earlier in developed world. The typical length of time between the first day of one period and the first day of the next is 21 to 45 days in young women and 21 to 35 days in adults (an average of 28 days).[6][7] Menstruation stops occurring after menopause which usually occurs between 45 and 55 years of age.[8]Bleeding usually lasts around 2 to 7 days.[6] The menstrual cycle is governed by hormonal changes.[6] These changes can be altered by using hormonal birth control to prevent pregnancy.[9] Each cycle can be divided into three phases based on events in the ovary (ovarian cycle) or in the uterus (uterine cycle).[1] The ovarian cycle consists of the follicular phase, ovulation, and luteal phasewhereas the uterine cycle is divided into menstruation, proliferative phase, and secretory phase. Stimulated by gradually increasing amounts of estrogen in the follicular phase, discharges of blood (menses) flow stop, and the lining of the uterus thickens. Follicles in the ovary begin developing under the influence of a complex interplay of hormones, and after several days one or occasionally two become dominant (non-dominant follicles shrink and die). Approximately mid-cycle, 24–36 hours after the luteinizing hormone (LH) surges, the dominant follicle releases an ovocyte, in an event called ovulation. After ovulation, the ovocyte only lives for 24 hours or less without fertilization while the remains of the dominant follicle in the ovary become a corpus luteum; this body has a primary function of producing large amounts of progesterone. Under the influence of progesterone, the uterine liningchanges to prepare for potential implantationof an embryo to establish a pregnancy. If implantation does not occur within approximately two weeks, the corpus luteum will involute, causing a sharp drop in levels of both progesterone and estrogen. The hormone drop causes the uterus to shed its lining in a process termed menstruation. Menstruation also occurs in some other animals including shrews, bats, and other primates such as apes and monkeys.[10] courtsey:Wikipedia Total syllabus link:https://youtu.be/bmC_E09K7tQ Biology books-https://youtu.be/PkLmL9cwv0g

2 Weeks Pregnancy Symptoms in Hindi | By Ishan

2 Weeks Pregnancy Symptoms in Hindi | By Ishan But even before you miss a period, you may suspect - or hope - that you're pregnant. For some women, early symptoms of pregnancy begin in the first few weeks after conception. Pregnancy symptoms can also vary in their intensity, frequency and duration. The following early signs and symptoms of pregnancy checklist are only a guideline. Many early pregnancy symptoms can appear similar to routine pre-menstrual discomforts. Symptoms In Short: - Implantation bleeding: If you have a regular menstrual cycle of 28 days, you may experience implantation bleeding and cramping around days 20 to 24, i.e., in the third week. Basal body temperature: BBT usually raises during the menstrual cycle, but in pregnancy, the temperature elevates. Sore, tender and heavy breasts: You will start to notice changes in breasts around one to two weeks after conception. Fatigue: Progesterone levels spike during early stages of pregnancy, therefore causing tiredness and sleepiness. Nausea: You will start feeling nauseous in the first weeks of a missed period though your pregnancy is not confirmed. Bloating: You will experience heavy or bloated feeling before a missed period, and it may be due to progesterone hormone. Urge to pee: You may feel the urge to pee soon after you miss your period, and it is a typical sign of pregnancy. Food aversions: Nearly 85% of women develop aversion to food in their first trimester. Dizziness: Dizziness is quite normal during early pregnancy stages, and it happens due to reduced blood pressure caused by dilated blood vessels. Mood swings: Pregnancy hormones also affect neurotransmitters in the brain which may cause mood swings in the early stages of pregnancy. Dr Whiting on PMS

08:45
https://phoenixvitamins.com/ (CLICK HERE TO ORDER) PMS affects many thousands of women of childbearing age. The group of symptoms, which may include bloating, fluid retention, menstrual cramps, mood swings, anxiety and other emotional issues, are often caused by an imbalance of key hormones during specific times of the menstrual cycle. Research done by the late Dr. John Lee, has shown that most women who suffer from PMS are in fact, estrogen dominant. Estrogen dominance comes about in women with PMS, when progesterone levels fall below optimal levels. This occurs most often the last 8 or 10 days prior to menstruation. Since this is the case, Dr. Lee recommended that women use a topical progesterone cream the 10 days prior to anticipated menstruation. Once the period begins, you should stop using the progesterone cream until the following month at the same time again. Symptoms such as mood swings, menstrual cramps, bloating and depression are most often the result of this hormone imbalance. Other factors that can play into PMS are the other glands such as the thyroid, adrenal, and pancreas. If you suffer from moderate to severe PMS, you may wish to check out your thyroid function and your blood sugar and insulin levels. Low blood sugar can produce similar symptoms to the PMS roller coaster. If you are under a fair amount of stress, this can over-work your adrenal glands. This can lead to anxiety and even depression. Since these organs and glands work together, checking for possible thyroid, adrenal and pancreas involvement is often beneficial.

Headphones are required. Binaural Beats: Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli. The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the amplitude and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject's ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain. Binaural beats reportedly influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves and provide other health benefits such as control over pain. Headphones are required. Atmospheres: Sound environments with a main objective to produce a calming/soothing effect for the listener. Isochronic Tones: At its simplest level, an Isochronic Tone is just a tone that is being turned on and off rapidly. They create sharp, distinctive pulses of sound. The volume or intensity of the sound goes almost directly from 0 to 100 and back again in an evenly-spaced manner. This leaves a stronger impression on the brain, compared to binaural beats or other methods that use wave-like pulses. When Isochronic Tones are utilized as a stimulus under specific circumstances, research has shown evidence of beneficial outcomes such as anxiety reduction and increased concentration. Chromotherapy: Chromotherapy, sometimes called color therapy, colorology or cromatherapy, is an alternative medicine method. In 1933, Indian-born scientist Dinshah P. Ghadiali claimed to have discovered the scientific principles which explain why and how the different colored rays have various therapeutic effects on organisms. He believed that colors represent chemical potencies in higher octaves of vibration, and for each organism and system of the body there is a particular color that stimulates and another that inhibits the work of that organ or system. Ghadiali also thought that by knowing the action of the different colors upon the different organs and systems of the body, one can apply the correct color that will tend to balance the action of any organ or system that has become abnormal in its functioning or condition. Transitions: Positive mental attitude audio recordings focusing on New Thought movement authors and speakers or similar. Transmissions: Timeless forward thinking composers and/or compositions spanning all eras and musical genres. Solfeggio Tones: The “Solfeggio frequencies” are cyclic variation of the numbers 369, 147 and 258. It is claimed that each frequency has specific spiritual and physical healing properties. It is also claimed that they are part of a process that can assist you in creating the possibility of life without stress, illness, and sickness.
