How Can Comments Make Me Attractive In The Marketplace

Have you ever heard that one way to be successful in this industry is to become attractive in it? You may be wondering how to do that if you're new and haven't mastered any skills yet. That's the whole idea behind attraction marketing - making yourself attractive so people will be drawn to you, approach you and look to you for strategies so they can build successful businesses. One way to do that is by the use of comments. 2 Ways Comments Can Make You Attractive Yes, when you leave comments, "like" a post or share one, people notice you. When they notice you and see what you're about, you become attractive to them. In this post, I'm going to share two ways I engaged on a status update and a blog post and how I was noticed in the process. Comments On A Leader's Page In several trainings I've attended over the past few years, I learned that one way to meet people and get noticed is by visiting the page of a leader. Leaders in the industry have a large following and most of the the people who follow that leader are in the industry themselves. They have already decided that this is the route they want to take. They don't need convincing or persuading - they've already made their decision. This is important because these people are also looking to connect with other people in the industry. I visited Tony Robbins's page one day, August 4 to be exact, and read through several of his posts. There was one that stuck out about fear and since I was going through my own case of fear with Facebook Live, I commented on it. This is the actual comment taken right from Tony Robbins's page. That's a great way of thinking because it will get you doing things that you may not ever do simply because you're afraid to. :) I got 137 likes on that one comment and 29 replies. And, still getting an occasional reply to this day, three months later. With that, I also got followers, friend requests and messages. The comment made me attractive because the responses told me that many people related to what my comment said. status updateThey wanted to connect with me because of it. The same can happen to anyone who comments on a post. The feedback is certain and, of course, those reading and replying to the comment can become leads as you engage in conversations with them. This practice of visiting a leader's Facebook page and engaging also allows people the opportunity to go onto your page or profile where they can learn about you. Here, they can find out who you are, what you do and the kind of value you deliver on a regular basis. This is good for you because if you are looking to make friends who may one day become customers or business partners, this is a place where it can begin. Comments On Blog Posts Here's another example. Back in October, I stumbled upon a blog post which was an interview about someone in the same community as me. I read the interview and as always, left a comment. A few days later, I received an email from Erik Christian Johnson, the person who interviewed my colleague. He told me that he was happy that I left the comment and that he went on to visit my blog. He was impressed by it and wanted to interview me. He sent me a series of questions and before I knew it, the interview was live! I didn't expect to be interviewed when I wrote that blog comment but this is what can happen when you leave a comment. There are a lot of people who read blog posts and rather than write the comment on the blog post itself will leave a comment on the Facebook page where the link was found. These are marketers who don't realize the benefits of leaving a comment on the blog post not only for the writer of the post but for them as well. I was reading an article on Pro Blogger which talks about the 7 benefits of leaving a comment on someone else's blog. Here are three: comments enable you to become noticed by another blogger or two or many more; comments can increase your website traffic; comments open the door to opportunities. If you would like to read Pro Blogger's full article, you can read it HERE. When reading updates, blog posts or any other content written by someone else leave a comment whenever you have the opportunity. This helps the person who wrote it as well as the person, you, commenting. How To Write Comments Your comments should be relevant to what the post was about and should reflect how it affected or impacted you. A good comment tells what was learned from the post and how it connects with your own experiences. You can ask a question that might have arisen from reading the content.

In this interview Dr. Cordain describes the importance of exercise and a Paleo Diet that is low in sugar and carbohydrates as was found in nature. Following this sort of Paleo Diet template is the fastest way to shed weight. Dr. Cordain explains in this interview the dangers of honey and other Paleo sugars as they wreck blood sugar and are to be avoided as they are similar to high fructose corn syrup. The original humans were naturally lean and had six packs Dr. Cordain says in this interview as they ate a diet that was legume free, grain free, and dairy free. The Paleo Diet was low carb in nature and low in sugar which promoted an anti-inflammatory state within the body. This is why many popular athletes and people with autoimmune issues follow a Paleo Diet. Dr. Cordain also discusses Chris Kresser appearance on Dr. Oz this year and his lack of education when it comes to saying legumes should be apart of a Paleo template. Fat Does Not Make You Fat by Mark Hyman, MD Last Updated November 27, 2013 Articles, Diet & Nutrition, House Call 2 Comments 74 If you're feeling completely confused about whether you should cut fat from your diet, you are not alone. But here's the bottom line: fat does not make you fat or sick. So, why do so many people believe that fat is bad for you and causes heart attacks? This all started in the Dr. Key's Seven Countries Study decades ago that examined heart risk based on lifestyle and dietary habits. He found that in the countries where people ate more fat—especially saturated fat—there were more cases of heart disease, and he concluded that the fat caused the disease. But here's the problem with this study: correlation is not causation. Just because both fat intake and heart disease were higher among the same population doesn't mean the heart disease was caused by the fat consumption. Here's another way to look at it: Every day, you wake up and the sun comes up, but although these events happen at the same time, you waking up doesn't cause the sun to come up. A study that observed this would show a 100% correlation between these two events, but it would be wrong to conclude that you caused the sun to rise. Because of studies like this, we became sidetracked into believing that saturated fat causes heart disease. But in fact, we are now learning that sugar is the true culprit, not fat. A review of all the research on saturated fat published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found there was no correlation between saturated fat and heart disease. And a recent editorial in the British Journal of Medicine hammers home the same point and shatters the myth that fat causes obesity and heart disease. Researchers have found that, while it's true that lowering saturated fat in the diet may lower total cholesterol, it's actually lowering the good kind of cholesterol, the light, fluffy, buoyant LDL that's not a problem. When people eat less fat, they tend to eat more starch or sugar instead, and this actually increases their levels of dangerous cholesterol, the small, dense cholesterol that causes heart attacks. In fact, studies show that 75% of people who end up in the emergency room with a heart attack have normal overall cholesterol levels. What they do have is pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes. So, what's the conclusion here? Eating a diet with good quality fat and protein prevents and even reverses diabetes and pre-diabetes (diabesity). And eating sugar and refined carbs cause diabesity. So, I encourage you to look at the issue of fat and sugar in a totally different way. Don't cut out the fat; enjoy it! Eat good fats. Here are my favorite sources of fat: Avocados Nuts—walnuts, almonds, pecans, macadamia nuts, but not peanuts (one recent study showed a handful of nuts a day reduced death from all causes by 20 percent) Seeds—pumpkin, sesame, chia, hemp Fatty fish, including sardines, mackerel, herring, and wild salmon that are rich in omega-3 fats Extra virgin olive oil (a large study showed that those who consumed 1 liter a week reduced heart attacks by 30 percent) Enjoy grass-fed or sustainably raised animal products (I recommend the Environmental Working Group's Meat Eater's Guide to eating good quality animal products that are good for you and good for the planet). You can even eat saturated fat like extra virgin coconut butter, which is a great plant-based source of saturated fat that has many benefits. It fuels your mitochondria, is anti-inflammatory, and it doesn't cause problems with your cholesterol. In fact, it may help resolve them. I have many diabetic patients whose health improves when I get them on diet that's higher in fat. I was just talking to researchers from the Joslin Diabetes Center who told me that the low fat recommendations for diabetics promoted by the American Diabetic Association has in fact been harmful, bad advice making diabetes worse! Their new research shows that diabetics should be switching to a diet that's about 30% fat, 30% protein, and about 40% low starch vegetables and fruits (carbohydrates). That turns their previous advice on its head. So here's the take-home message: Fat doesn't make you fat. Sugar makes you fat. Eating good fats can actually help you stay healthy. So, eat good quality fats and real, whole, fresh food, and don't worry about it. Now, I'd like to hear from you. Send in your comments and share your experiences. Build ripped muscle like Zac with this program… http://athleanx.com/x/built-like-zac-year-round Zac Efron’s workout and diet plan are making waves this Summer because of his incredible physique transformation preparing for Baywatch. Along side the Rock, Zac holds his own, having carved out a chiseled body by focusing on 7 key elements of his training and nutrition. Recently, Men’s Fitness magazine published a story about the gains Efron made to get ready for his Summer comedy role. In this video, I am breaking down the most important aspects of his diet plan and workouts to help you to start getting better results from your workouts heading into Summer. I’m also going to take a look back at a former “most wanted” celebrity body (that of Taylor Lautner) to see what went wrong and prevented his gains from being permanent. First and foremost, it is worth noting that neither Zac Efron or Taylor Lautner are heavyweights. Both stand just 5 foot 10 inches tall and weigh no more than 170 pounds. To make his transformation for Baywatch, Efron gained just 10 pounds of lean muscle. The thing is, when you minimize your body fat levels and maximize the amount of muscle your body can naturally carry…you look much bigger than you are. Both of these guys have mastered this. That said, you can’t expect to look better without being willing to put in some hard work along the way. Zac did just this by adopting more heavy weight training into his workout routine. He stated that he never had lifted very heavy or explosive before preparing for this film. A lot of people actually find themselves in a similar position either because they are uncomfortable lifting heavy or just don’t have the base strength to be able to do it. By increasing his strength levels on the basic compound lifts, Efron was able to start adding to his muscle density and thickness. Next he followed a push, pull, legs training split. This workout sequence allows you to train your body more athletically since you train movements instead of individual muscles. The back and biceps are responsible for all lifts in which you pull the weight towards you or pull your body towards a fixed bar. It’s impossible to isolate their actions so it helps to train them together to allow you more recovery time between workouts. Daily ab training is another key to having the resting tone needed to showcase your abs year round (provided your diet and nutrition are in check). Zac Efron’s diet is also covered here as well. I'd like to tell you a little bit about this Candida Crusher YouTube channel and why I've developed this channel up. YouTube's fantastic. YouTube is one good way for me to connect up with many different people around the world. With current existing patients, with patients I've seen many years ago, with prospective new patients, with people who have an interest in yeast infections for many or different reasons. It's a fantastic resource, which I'm going to fully utilize. It's my aim in time to make this one of the most informative channels on the internet regarding all aspects of Candida yeast infections. You may be familiar with my book, Candida Crusher. I started to write a book quite a few years ago, but because I've got a family, I abandoned the idea. But three years ago, I gathered a lot of these notes up and finally set about earnestly writing a book. It took three years to write Candida Crusher. Three years of hard work. It is 719 pages. If you do purchase the book, you can use it as an e-book, and even better, you can take it on a flash drive to your print shop and get it printed in two parts. I'm a strong proponent of training as close to barefoot as your environment will allow (ie: minimalist footwear), and have written articles on this subject before, so I was looking forward to giving these a shot. Cyborg quickly countered that belief and explained why she doesn’t have interest in fighting Amanda on her blog and stated “I have fought 4 consecutive fights against girls who have come up from 135lbs to fight me, because they were “SUPERFIGHTS” for the fans.” As a World Champion it is important that you face the #1 contender. That is what makes it a sport and not entertainment, otherwise what are the girls fighting for at 145lbs? I have a responsibility to the sport to ensure that when I retire the 145lbs division continues to exist, and it is because of that I want my next fight opponent to be against a contender from the featherweight division that has fought at 145lbs within the last year.” She went on to say that she still has interest in fighting Megan Anderson when shes ready. Then she directly addressed the Amanda Nunes callout and said “If Amanda Nunes truly wants an opportunity at the 145lbs belt, a win against any ranked contender in that division would help establish her back in a weight class she left before fighting me.”Dana and Amanda have yet to respond. Dustin Poirier was interviewed by Flo Combat and asked about whether he would be rematching Eddie Alvarez next.If you recall, their first bout was stopped and ruled a no contest by Referee Herb Dean because he believed the illegal strikes thrown by Eddie to be unintentional. Daniel Cormier and Joe Rogan could be heard commentating and disagreeing with Herbs decision. They were both in agreement that the strikes were illegal. Essentially saying it should’ve been ruled a disqualification which would have given porieir the win. During the post fight speech Alvarez explained that they were in a fist fight and it got the better of him. He started to get booed by the crowd and Dustin even came to his defense. Alvarez got back on the mic and said “lets run it back, I think we could do it again.” Dustin clearly out struck Eddie using great distance management in the first round and rocked him a few times in the second. Eddie also landed a clean shot which then led to the position where Dustin found himself in, but he was clearly still in the fight. This is when Alvarez delivered the knees. As the division stands now upon Conor’s return he’d be facing Tony or khabib. If he doesn’t we’re looking at Khabib vs Tony. Essentially they’re all tied up. Barboza is coming off a recent loss to khabib and Gaethje is coming off a loss to Eddie. So, we potentially could be seeing Dustin vs barboza or Gaethje most likely. He went on to explain what his plans are, and said: “I think it’s kind of funny the ‘Underground King’ or the ‘King of Violence’ whatever that sh*t he’s saying. Turns out he’s actually the f*cking track team captain. We’ll see what happens though. If the UFC calls me with a fight that makes sense then we’ll do it.” Eddie hasn’t touched on the subject since being on the MMA hour on the 18th of December. He claimed it would be “foolish” to go and fight Dustin after he knocked out Gaethje who was being guaranteed a title shot if he had gotten through Alvarez.
