That being said those meds saved my life and prevented me from bleeding out. So I am grateful for them for that. How To Lose Weight After Hysterectomy
How To Lose Weight After Hysterectomy Official Venus Factor Website : http://tinyurl.com/onlyvenusfactor just read what some of the thousands of women say about the venus factor. Sheila K. - Milroy, Pennsylvania Vital Stats: Age 40, weight lost 50 lbs, inches lost: 10" on waist, 9" on hips. At the beginning of 2012 I was doing what I always do, searching for a workout program to help me lose the weight I had gained the previous year. Every year it was the same goal and that was to reach 135 lbs by my birthday in October. The only difference was that this was my fortieth birthday and I wanted to enter my forties in the best shape of my life. I have spent the last 17 years since having kids trying to lose weight. So working out and dieting is nothing new for me. Some years I had success but it was like a roller coaster up and down. This year when I stepped on the scale I weighed 173 lbs and I decided that it was time to take control. I spent January through May doing different exercise programs but only managed to lose 13 lbs, how pathetic is that? I was busting my butt with cardio and I didn't seem to make any improvement in the appearance of my body. I realized that my eating was a major issue and I started searching online for how low I could go without putting my body into "starvation mode" and that is how I happen to come across the Venus Index. I listened to a short video that intrigued me and I then purchased VI 1. I started on June 17th at 160.5 lbs and my first week was just getting through the fasting and then the 2nd week was when I started the actual workouts. From that point on, I never looked back and I never strayed. 6 months later, I am 50 lbs lighter and 37 lbs of that was lost through using the Venus Index and Eat Stop Eat. And the best part was that not only did I meet my goal but I surpassed it and weighed in at 131 lbs for my 40th birthday. The best birthday present ever! Barabara H., Mexico Vital Stats: Age 44, weight lost 50lbs, inches lost: 9" on waist, 10" on hips. After following the program to the T, here I am now, three months after, 44 years old with the same waist I had in college, with a ten month old baby, fit and strong as ever and with the toned body I always dreamed of (without exercising, of course). I look better than most of the girls I see at he gym that are less than half my age. Thank you John. Naomi S. - Gainesville, Florida Vital Stats: Age 46, weight lost 45 lbs., inches lost: 7" on waist, 5" on hips. I love my pictures, very excited, this is the look I really wanted my entire life. I'm 46 years and I've finally achieved it. And I owe this achievement to the team at the Venus Factor, because I wouldn't have gotten in such a shape without them and their program. Maro K. The community and the podcasts were really an asset and huge support for me. When I had a bad day, I would just post there and immediately felt better after the supportive comments. I had some backwards days, crazy work, and weak will power at some days, but support from the community really helped me keep going. It was amazing to find out that other women had exactly the same challenges and hearing them talking about what they were doing to get them handled was amazing. Venus helped me simplify my life and I finally know that I could actually be the rule maker in my diet and don't have to make myself eat certain way if I don't want to. Venus is truly a great system. and that is just a few of what thousands of women are saying. check out the video that shows you how the system works at Official Venus Factor Website : http://tinyurl.com/onlyvenusfactor

Beat Menopause Belly Fat by Starving Your Fat Cells (Not Yourself)
You can beat menopausal belly fat. Watch as Dr. Becky shares the foods to eat and avoid to starve your fat cells (not yourself). Click Here for Dr. Becky's Weight Loss Coaching Program http://www.drbeckyfitness.com/coaching When you reach menopause your body wants more fat because fat is a source of estrogen. You don’t want those extra pounds, so in this video I’ll show you how to keep belly fat under control by starving your fat cells, without starving yourself. Menopause changes two things: 1. It change where fat is stored on your body (i.e. more gets deposited in your midsection and less in your lower body). 2. It changes where estrogen is produced. The ovaries no longer make estrogen, but your fat cells do, so higher body fat% is not frowned upon by your post-menopausal body. Cortisol is another hormone that is not automatically thought about with menopause, but it contributes to belly fat. Think of cortisol as the stress hormone, physical or emotional stress, even a lack of sleep causes an increased release of cortisol. Bottom Line: you have to work with your body during and after menopause to get it to do what you want. The trick is to starve your fat cells without starving yourself. In this video I show you how with the right food choices and time-restricted eating. 7 Best Ways To Lose Weight After Menopause
Are you a woman who is nearing your late 40s? Do you often worry about the undesirable physical changes that occur when you have to go through your menopause? Well, every woman experiences menopause normally between the ages of 45 and 55 years, and she may feel rather surprised by a few psychical changes that she experiences during this phase. Menopause is a natural phenomenon in which a woman's reproductive hormones cease to be produced and hence she no longer menstruates. Usually, menopause happens gradually, and during this phase, numerous hormonal changes occur in a woman's body, creating certain undesirable physical and psychological symptoms. During menopause, a woman's body decreases its production of oestrogen to a great extent and the androgens and testosterone levels in her body increase. This phenomenon can lead to symptoms like increase in unwanted body hair, weight gain, decreased bladder control, vaginal dryness, depression, mood swings, hot flushes, etc. Weight gain during menopause can be quite different when compared to regular weight gain, as it is caused mostly by a hormonal imbalance. So, if you want to lose the weight gained after menopause, have a look this video! 1. Cut Down On Sugar Sugary foods can worsen your hormonal imbalance and add on to those extra pounds, apart from putting you at the risk of diabetes and obesity! 2. Add Fish To Your Diet Fish or fish oil capsules can help older women maintain a healthy weight, as the vitamin E content in fish can burn more fat and also regulate the hormones! 3. Walk Often Make sure you walk as often as possible, take the stairs instead of elevators, walk to the grocery store, etc. This habit can help keep your metabolism active and also help you lose weight. 4. Change Your Exercise Routine Continuing the same exercise routine, which had worked for you while you were younger, could be a bad idea, as you may need special exercises after menopause. Talk to a professional and follow a suitable workout routine. 5. Cut Down On Alcohol Your body is not the same how it was when you were 30 years old, so excess alcohol consumption can lead to quick weight gain and also pose a threat of related disorders. 6. Treat Stress Many women going through menopause tend to experience stress and depression, which may in turn lead them to overeat! So, make sure you stay calm and get treated by a professional. 7. Have A Diet Plan You can visit a dietitian or your physician and follow a safe and healthy diet plan that is best suited for your health needs. Video URL : https://youtu.be/TYlKg0I-76w

Life after a Hysterectomy
Intimacy in my humble opinion will not change, but I can't speak for everybody though. Maybe some women's bodies do change, mind didn't. Some men may even just have a mental block about intimacy after hysterectomy just like some do after a woman's pregnancy. It shouldn't have to change for couples, especially with partial hysterectomies(leaving ovaries). Please like and share this video with someone that needs some motivation after a hysterectomy
