Click Here: http://www.stophairlossforwomenfast.com/hair-loss-black-book-review-will-this-guide-give-you-a-remedy-for-hair-loss/ Hair loss can be an extremely unpleasant, even traumatic experience, especially for women. Vitamin deficiency has been pointed out as one of the major causes of hair loss around the globe. In this day and age, the problem only seems to be growing. It’s not that people don’t have the means to eat rich, nutritious food, in fact, that’s never been easier. However, life today is so busy that people barely have enough time to sit down and have a decent meal at the right time. It’s not uncommon to see people skipping meals, eating on the run, or grabbing the first thing that’s easily available. Due to their hectic schedule, many people miss out on fruits, vegetables and other foods that are filled with vitamins and other nutrients. When a person starts to have a lack of vitamins in their body, they start to use the stored vitamins inside the body from the non-essential tissues, such as hair. As a result, hair starts becoming dryer, weaker and gradually leads to hair loss. While most women freak out about their hair loss, experts argue that the hair loss might in fact just be a symptom of some sort of vitamin and mineral deficiency. Here are some of the vitamins whose deficiency can lead to hair loss in women. Omega 3 Fatty Acids We usually consume limited amounts of fatty acids. However, these fatty acids are extremely useful for us. Omega-3 fatty acids are abundant in cold water fish and plants like flax. Omega 3 fatty acids, including other fatty acids help to keep our body healthy. The NYU Medical Center discovered that deficiency of omega-3 fatty acids can cause sudden hair loss. So there’s no need to panic; if you experience sudden hair loss it could just be a symptom of that deficiency. Vitamin B12 B12 is a part of the B complex vitamins, which consists of multiple vitamins. Researchers believe that B12 is an extremely important ingredient when it comes to hair health. The lack of B12 can cause hair loss in women. Because vitamin B12 is responsible for activating other vitamins like B6, you will be at even more harm if you are deficient in vitamin B12. With the consultation of your doctor, you might even need to start taking supplements. Biotin Biotin is extremely important to maintain healthy hair. It helps to maintain the wetness of the hair and maintain hair strength from the root. Its deficiency causes thinning of the hair and hair loss. We always recommend that you try natural hair loss remedies first. If you are looking for a natural approach to hair loss and to learn ways you can regrow your hair naturally, we have reviewed a guide called the Hair Loss Black Book that we highly recommend that is getting some great feedback from many people who have followed the guidelines, it is so simple and effective you will kick yourself when you discover the secret, but you will also be very pleased as you start to grow your hair back naturally and get results. 05:12
Vitamins For Hair Loss In Women. Vitamins for hair loss in women are becoming more and more popular as many women are trying to address problems of female thinning hair and women's loss of hair through alternative means such as by taking vitamins, rather than buying commercially produced women hair loss treatment products. Loss of hair is becoming a very common problem which helps to explain the expanding market for hair loss help products including vitamins. Healthy hair is generally a sign of good overall health, while a loss of hair may often be an outward indicator of possible internal health conditions. Hair reduction for women is usually attributed to a wide range of factors that are well-known to be causes of a loss of hair including lifestyle stresses (job, family), scalp conditions, anemia or iron depletion, problems with body organs such as the liver, kidneys or thyroid, emotional stresses, illnesses, or the lack of essential nutrients and vitamins in the body need to maintain good general health. This final factor that focuses on vitamin deficiency has given rise to a renewed interest in vitamins for hair loss in women. The increased interest in these kinds of vitamins is a combination of new research findings which have identified clearly which types of vitamins are best for preventing a loss of hair plus the low costs associated with simple diet changes or simply taking vitamins in pill form to address a hair thinning problem. Vitamins For Hair Loss In Women The 5 essential vitamins for hair loss in women include vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin E, vitamin A and vitamin B7 Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) may be classified as one of the vitamins for women with hair thinning issues since it helps with protein creation which in turn makes for healthy hair a shown by thick, shiny hair with good amount of texture. Food sources for B1 include citrus fruit (pineapple, strawberries), soybean, green vegetables, dried beans, whole grains, rice, eggs and meat (red meats, fish, chicken, turkey). Another one of the very important vitamins for hair loss in women is Vitamin C. It contains antioxidants which helps the body to convert fats and carbohydrates into energy allowing for healthier skin and hair. Another benefit is the creation of healthy collagen which helps to bind tissue together and prevents hair from breaking and the ends from splitting. Food sources for Vitamin C include citrus fruits, green peppers, potatoes, tomatoes and green vegetables. When looking at vitamins for hair loss in women, one can not forget about the role played by Vitamin E. Most people think of Vitamin E as a healing agent, but it also plays an important role in enhancing our immune system so we stay healthy. It also increased the oxygen uptake, which improves circulation to the scalp and subsequently acts to improve the health and growth of hair. Another one of the essential vitamins for hair loss in women is Vitamin A. This vitamin will help your body produce the right amount of sebum that your scalp needs in order to encourage hair growth and become stronger. Good sources of vitamin A are milk, eggs, liver, fortified cereals, darkly colored orange or green vegetables including carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and kale. Vitamin B7 or Biotin is heavily involved in the production and growth of your hair and nails which makes it very one of the very important vitamins for hair loss in women. The B7 helps the body to better utilize the building blocks known as amino acids, to repair and replace the tissues in the body. Biotin is also required making of keratin, the protein required to build both hair and nails. Good sources of B7 are from milk, rice, liver, eggs, soy and brewer's yeast. These 5 key vitamins for hair loss in women may be easily obtained by simply following a healthy eating plan. If you are unable to consume some of the foods listed that are good sources for these essential vitamins to help prevent hair thinning in women, then another alternative is to take vitamin pills containing these essential vitamins to help prevent a loss of hair. 5 Signs and Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency YOU NEED to Know

04:05
Follow us on Twitter: @foods4health1 Recipes4Health: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2bZhXBHIb51n1fE3VWPmcQ/videos To learn more about the health benefits of food, visit: http://www.benefitsoffood.blogspot.com Vitamin D is very important for our bodies since it effects a number of bodily functions. We often get this vitamin from exposure to sunlight, but it is also obtained by eating certain foods such as fish and dairy products. Vitamin D supplementation is also popular, since getting enough of this vitamin is difficult from diet alone. Unfortunately, there are quite a few individuals who are deficient in this vitamin without even knowing it as the signs and symptoms are either subtle or not well known. Over time this could have a negative effect on an individuals quality of life. Lets discuss some signs and symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. 1. Those who are vitamin D deficient may feel more fatigued and tired. Since there are so many reasons why we can feel tired and fatigued during the day, such as lack of sleep or obesity, vitamin D deficiency is often overlooked. Vitamin D deficiency can cause daytime fatigue or even make it harder to get out of bed in the mornings, even with quality sleep. 2. Vitamin D plays an important role in keeping our immune system strong and free from different bacteria and illness. This is because vitamin D directly effects the cells that are responsible for fighting against infection. Therefore, another sign and symptom of vitamin D deficiency is getting sick more often. Low levels of vitamin D can be a contributing factor to becoming infected with cold and flus more often. As well, it has been found that taking vitamin D supplements may reduce the risk of certain respiratory tract infections. 3. Another possible symptom of vitamin D deficiency is bone and lower back pain. Vitamin D is an important vitamin for maintaining overall bone health. It supports bone health and helps with the body’s absorption of calcium. It has been found that those individuals with a vitamin D deficiency were more like to have back pain which often limited their daily activities. As well, they were also more likely to have bone pain through out their bodies, such as in their legs and joints. A deficiency in this vitamin will not only cause bone pain, but it can also cause bone loss since it not only helps with calcium absorption, but also bone metabolism. This can lead to lower bone mineral density. 4. Vitamin D deficiency may also negatively effect our mood. Feelings of depression may be a sign of vitamin D deficiency. This has often been linked to older adults. By being deficient in this vitamin, it may also cause seasonal depression during the colder months, when exposure to sunlight is limited. Depression and all mental health symptoms are complex and should be discussed with your medical practitioner to determine its exact cause and remedy. 5. Lastly, another sign and symptom of vitamin D deficiency may be hair loss. When hair loss is severe, this can be the result of nutrient deficiency. Hair loss may be a sign of vitamin D deficiency in female-patten hair loss. As well, there have been links found between low levels of vitamin D and alopecia areata, and low levels of this vitamin may be a risk factor for developing this autoimmune disease which can effect hair loss. Be sure to discuss any of the above signs and symptoms with your medical practitioner to determine their exact cause and also to discuss the correct amount of vitamin D you should be taking daily to support your health. Biotin For Faster Hair Growth And Hair Loss Prevention

03:56
Get your hair loss treatment here ►►► http://endhairloss.eu Biotin For Faster Hair Growth And Hair Loss Prevention Read more here: http://endhairloss.eu/best-supplements-for-hair-loss/biotin-can-help-stop-alopecia/ Hello, this is Daniel from Endhairloss.eu Anything in the vitamin B family can help a great deal, if you are trying to stop hair loss by using a more natural approach, and among the different B vitamins, the most important for the health of our hair is the Vitamin B7, commonly called Biotin. Biotin is an overlooked Vitamin B for energy, healthy hair, skin and nails. The reason why Biotin is so important for our hair is because it helps to regulate the functions of the sebaceous glands, and plays a fundamental role in the synthesis of keratin, the main protein component of the hair. Biotin is found in several foods such as carrots, liver, yeast and bananas, and it is essential for the synthesis, not only of keratin, but also of fatty acids, glucose and some important amino acids such. It helps to regulate the biochemical process by which cells metabolize nutrients, and is known to help control blood sugar levels. In fact, if you do not get enough biotin, you can also eventually lose your eyelashes, eyebrows, and your hair. Biotin levels are reduced in athletes, elderly, those who follow a poor diet and pregnant and nursing mothers, who have lower levels of biotin due to increased demand for the vitamin in the body. Also people with metabolic disorders such as alcoholics are known to have lower levels of biotin than the general population. Symptoms of deficiency include hair loss, decreased appetite, dermatitis, red rashes and scaly skin of the face and genitals. The facts that its deficiency can contribute to cause hair loss and that its supplementation improves hair health, are enough evidence to support the use of this vitamin as a hair loss remedy. That alone should be reason enough to be certain you get enough Biotin in your diet. Whether through diet or supplements, you need to keep your levels of this vitamin in your body high enough. Biotin is a crucial component to skin cells, and you should keep in mind that healthy skin cells play a major role in the health of hair follicles as well. Getting the proper nutrition is crucial to proper hair growth to allow the conversion of protein into hair shafts. Biotin helps with this, and is necessary for metabolism of fats and cell growth. By improving the health of your hair follicles with the proper intake of Biotin, you can promote fast hair regrowth. Besides the ones already mentioned, the other main natural sources of Biotin are cauliflower, whole grains, soybeans, black-eyed peas – no sorry, this is the band ah ah, I meant these black eyed peas, mushrooms, sardines, nut butter, swiss chard, cooked eggs and raw egg yolks. But remember, hair loss may decrease with the proper intake of Biotin, but if the amount of DHT (the male hormone enemy of our hair) is excessive on your scalp, then you should definitely use our Full Program to stop hair loss to deactivate naturally the effects of this hormone in your hair. Besides, if the micro blood circulation to your hair follicles, is poor, it is almost useless that you increase your intake of Biotin and other vitamins, as they will not be able to reach the hair follicles. Biotin hair growth 3 months...this is what you could achieve with this supplement. An intesting video that I recommend you to watch is "Grow Your Hair with Biotin" By Michael Peak. That will give you more data about this b vitamin. But I have good news for you! Here at Endhairloss.eu we have developed a 100 % natural method to prevent baldness efficiently, and today you can get a free video course made of 4 presentation videos of our exclusive method to stop hair loss. Click on the link http://endhairloss.eu , to watch the first video now! OK, thank you for your time, and please comment below telling me how you will increase your intake of Biotin, through diet or supplements, to improve the health of your hair. Biotin is really good for hair loss prevention, remember! Let me know! Thank you for your time!

Here are five signs of vitamin deficiencies that can be seen on your face: 1. Puffy Eyes. Do your eyes look extra puffy in the morning? Puffy eyes often indicate that you’re not getting enough sleep, but they can also be sign of low iodine levels in the body. Eat This: Cranberries, yogurt, kelp, potatoes, strawberries and navy beans. 2. Extremely Pale Skin. You might notice you’re looking a little pale in the dead of winter, but if your skin has become overly pale, it could be a sign that you’re lacking Vitamin B12. If your body isn’t getting enough B12, you’ll start to feel fatigued and your skin can suffer. Eat This: Salmon, red meat, fortified cereals, yogurt and Swiss cheese. 3. Dry Hair. Has your hair felt extra dry and brittle lately? Have you noticed a large amount of dandruff on your scalp? These could be signs that you’re lacking biotin or Vitamin B7. A biotin deficiency can be the result of using antibiotics. Eat This: Eggs, almonds, nuts, legumes and whole grains. 4. Pale Lips. Pale lips can be a sign that you’re lacking in iron. An iron deficiency can cause your immune system to become weak. If you’re getting sick often, it could be another sign that your body needs more iron. Eat This: Red meat, seafood, beans, dark green leafy vegetables, iron-fortified cereals and peas. 5. Bleeding Gums. If your gums have been bleeding lately, it could indicate a lack of Vitamin C in your body. Without Vitamin C, your immune system can weaken, causing muscle pain and problems with your teeth. Eat This: Oranges, red peppers, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, strawberries and grapefruit.

What are causes of severe hair fall like 100 strands daily? - Dr. Nischal K

03:20
Severe hair fall, about 100 or more, in anyone is a very alarming situation. It can happen during stress, post-surgery, acute illness, severe typhoid, severe viral infection can give rise to severe hair fall, or some treatments like chemotherapy in a patient who has malignancy or some form of cancer. So when it is happening at an alarming rate and very acutely it has to be investigated. We check in for nutritional deficiency, we do a counseling to find what stress factors could be precipitating. They do go through lot of counseling sessions, and we have to look at other medical histories. If at all a medication is the root cause, then we have to supplement it with a different one, or sometimes we gave to accept and go ahead because sometimes we have not other alternatives for that medicine like for cancer patient. But if it is because of stress or illness, the recovery is good. So if you lose 100 hairs, you will get 100 hairs. The problem is when people have little baldness tendencies. If so, whatever hair you lose, may not come back with the same number. So if you lose 100 strands, you may get back only 50 and that may be the starting point for baldness. Managing acute sever hair fall in case of nutritional deficiency, is by being on supplements. For example a severe anemia, which has occurred after a surgical procedure or an unknown procedure. So the matter and be investigated, then rectify. So in case of anemia, injections of iron tends to build up the hemoglobin very fast and the hairfall comes under control. Nutritional deficiencies, like protein deficiencies can cause severe hair fall, like people on crash diet like they have fruits one day, they have water one day, they lose out on lot of proteins in their diet and tend to lose a lot of hair and they need a protein supplementation. It is not only the antioxidants and vitamins, but also a wholesome diet rich with carbohydrate, proteins, essential fatty acids, amino acids and Vitamins as well, with lot of antioxidants. So when the supplementation is good, the hair fall recovery is better. In cases of chemotherapy, we have to continue, we have to put people on peptide which may to some extent reduce hair fall but not absolutely take it off.

You Have Dry Skin? You Are Losing Your Hair? Find Out Which Vitamins You Are Missing!

02:52
You Have Dry Skin? You Are Losing Your Hair? Find Out Which Vitamins You Are Missing! - - - Vitamins give joy and health to our whole body and organism. They are organic compounds which we receive from the food that we consume. Sometimes if your body does not produce enough organic compounds and we do not consume enough vitamin- rich foods than we may end up being deficient of some vitamins and receive several health complications. 1. Lips crack – For cracked lips you can blame the deficiency of iron, zinc, vitamin B3, vitamin B2 and vitamin B 12. Because of their limited nutrition, the vegetarians are the one who are most exposed to this problem. How to fix it – Start consuming more peanuts, Swiss chard, lentils, legumes, salmon, tuna, poultry meat and eggs. When is combined with vitamin C your body absorbs iron much faster. Therefore eat food rich in vitamin C among as red peppers, broccoli, cauliflower and kale. 2. Red rush on face and hair loss – This occurs due to lack of vitamin B17 How to fix it – Eat plenty of cooked eggs and avoid fresh ones. Consume more avocado, mushrooms, salmon, soybeans, raspberries, cauliflower, walnuts and bananas. 3. Red or white skin changes on face, arms, tights and backs – Result from lack of fatty acids and A and E vitamins. How to fix it — Avoid trans- fats and saturated fats. Eat more healthy fats. Increase you walnuts consumption, flax and hemp seeds and salmon and sardines consumptions. If you want to increase your vitamin A level eat green vegetables, sweet potatoes, peppers and carrots. Spend at least 10 minutes outdoors on the sun for increasing the level of vitamin D. 4. Numbness and tingling on hands, feet and sometimes whole body – Peripheral nerves are connected with vitamins B9, B6 and B12 directly. Therefore if you star experiencing depression, fatigue, anemia and hormone imbalance all of this is happening because of the lack of these vitamins. How to fix it – Problems like this can be fixed if you consume more asparagus, beets, spinach eggs, beans and chicken meat. 5. Muscle cramps, pain in fingers, feet, legs and back – happens due to the lack of calcium, magnesium and potassium. How to fix it – Eat foods that are rich in the previous mentioned nutrients. Apples, bananas, kale, spinach, grapefruit and dandelion leaves.

6 Signs Your Body Needs More Vitamin D

03:01
Vitamin D is an extremely important vitamin that has powerful effects on several-systems throughout the body. Unlike most vitamins, vitamin-D actually functions like a hormone, and every single cell in your body has a receptor for it. Your body makes it from cholesterol when your skin is exposed to sunlight. It's also found in certain foods such as fatty fish and fortified dairy products, although it's very difficult to get enough from diet alone. The recommended daily intake is usually around 400-800 IU, but many experts say you should get even more than that. Vitamin-D deficiency is very common. It's estimated that about 1 billion people worldwide have low levels of the vitamin in their blood. Here are 6 signs you may have Vitamin-D deficiency. 1.Bone and Back Pain Vitamin-D is involved in maintaining bone health through a number of mechanisms. For one, it improves your body's absorption of calcium. Bone pain and lower back pain may be signs of inadequate vitamin D levels in the blood. Large observational studies have found a relationship between a deficiency and chronic lower back pain. 2.You Have Gut Trouble Remember, vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, which means if you have a gastrointestinal condition that affects your ability to absorb fat, you may have lower absorption of fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin D as well. This includes gut conditions like Crohn's, celiac and non-celiac gluten sensitivity, and inflammatory bowel disease. 3.Depression A depressed mood may also be a sign of deficiency. On the other hand, most of the controlled trials, which carry more scientific weight than observational studies, didn't show a link between the two Some controlled studies have shown that giving vitamin D to people who are deficient helps improve depression, including seasonal depression that occurs during the colder months. 4.Hair Loss Hair loss is often attributed to stress, which is certainly a common cause. However, when hair loss is severe, it may be the result of a disease or nutrient deficiency. Hair loss in women has been linked to low Vitamin-D levels, although there is very little research on this so far  In a case study, topical application of a synthetic form of the vitamin was found to successfully treat hair loss in a young boy with a defect in the Vitamin-D receptor. 5.Bad mood A depression diagnosis is often actually linked to a shortage of vitamin D. While the jury is still out about why, the Vitamin D Council says that the mineral may work in the same brain areas—and impact the same hormones, like serotonin—as those that affect mood. 6.Fatigue and Tiredness Feeling tired can have many causes and vitamin D deficiency may be one of them. Unfortunately, it's often overlooked as a potential cause. In one case, a woman who complained of chronic daytime fatigue and headaches was found to have a blood level of only 5.9 Nanograms per milliliter. This is extremely low, as anything under 20 Nanograms per mililiter is considered to be deficient.

How to treat HAIR LOSS- Part 2

16:29
https://www.instagram.com/drdavinlim/ Instagram- for awesome skin FOR LIFE https://www.lasersandlifts.com.au My guide to skin treatments, lasers, peels, and many more https://www.realself.com/find/Australia/Brisbane/Dermatologist/Davin-Lim More before and after pictures, and real reviews How to treat hair loss- part two Dermatologists are formally trained in disorders of skin, hair and nails. This video gives insight into the hundreds of hair disorders medical dermatologist treat. Disclaimer- I am a procedural dermatologist – this means I only perform procedure such as PRP and low level laser. I work with a team of medical dermatologist to treat hair loss disorders. As a rule I do not prescribe drugs as this needs careful monitoring at regular intervals. This video will concentrate on the management of female hair loss, a very different entity and approach to male pattern hair loss. In males, the most common condition by far is non scarring androgentetic alopecia, or genetic balding. Unfortunately I suffer from this condition – due to my father’s genes. In females androgenetic alopecia is much less common, and other medical conditions such as thyroid disorders, iron, Folate, vitamin deficiencies need to be investigated. Inflammatory disorders such as lupus, lichen planus or frontal fibrosing alopecia, and alopecia aerata need to be excluded. There are over 210 causes of hair loss, and this short video will only cover telogen effluvium and androgentic alopecia. Treatment options for female pattern hair loss due to androgentic causes include the following. 1. Minoxidil topically or orally. If a foam or lotion is to be considered, both male and females should use 5% at night. If oral medication is indicated by your medical dermatologist, 1-3 mg daily should be taken. You can obtain a bespoke prescription from your physician at www.myskinpharmacy.com.au For females this should be stopped in pregnancy as it not category A 2. DHT inhibition is another option- either Finesteride or Duasteride. Side effects and the risk benefit ratio will be discussed with your medical dermatologist. This is off label use in females, and must be ceased if you are pregnant. 3. Spironolactone or C. acetate are androgen blockers, and can be very useful in the management of female pattern hair loss. Your dermatologist will guide you as to the dose. 4. PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma can be adjunctive therapy. My protocol is to inject in the areas of Norwood or Ludwig pattern baldness. 3 sessions spaced 6-8 weeks apart, followed by 2 injections annually. As stated this is NOT a stand-alone procedure. This should be conducted by a specialist and not a nurse led procedure as the pattern of hair loss is critical to results. 5. Low Level Laser emission devices in the 630-655 nm wavelength can stimulate blood flow and increase hair density. Like PRP for hair loss this is not a stand alone procedure, and needs to be combined with medical or surgical procedures. My Laser of choice is the Lutronic System as it provides exact energy delivery to the entire scalp. This is a medical and not a cosmetic laser. 6. Surgical options. FUE is the current standard of practice. Your result will be dependent on one person- the surgeon. This is not a branch, brand or franchise, nor is it a robot. Do your research and find the best specialist. FUE is different for females than it is in males due to the pattern of hair loss. I do one video a week, covering common medical conditions that general dermatologist see, however my specialist trade is a laser, and procedural based dermatologist, with an interest in facial rejuvenation and acne scarring. Dr Davin Lim, Laser and procedural dermatologist. Brisbane, Australia. NOTE- Dr Lim does NOT prescribe, he is part of a team of hair loss specialist, and only performs PRP and Low Level Laser Energy protocols. I will initiate tests and in some case prescribe topicals, but as a rule I work in a team of medical specialist if medication needs to be prescribed, or complex investigations such as biopsies and high level testing are needed.

5 Signs And Symptoms Of IRON Deficiency YOU NEED To Know

04:00
Follow us on Twitter: @foods4health1 Recipes4Health: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2bZhXBHIb51n1fE3VWPmcQ/videos To learn more about the health benefits of food, visit: http://www.benefitsoffood.blogspot.com If we want to be at our best when it comes to our health, it is important that we are consuming adequate nutrients. A deficiency in these nutrients can lead to certain health complications that may impact you on a day-to-day basis. This is certainly true for those individuals who suffer from iron deficiency, and are not getting adequate levels of this mineral. Iron deficiency is very common around the world, and is one of the most widespread nutrient deficiencies. When our bodies don’t have enough iron, this can lead to health complications since iron is important to get enough oxygen throughout our body. Iron is also used to make hemoglobin and impacts the red blood cells in our bodies. Lets discuss some other signs and symptoms of iron deficiency. 1. First, one of the most common signs of iron deficiency is fatigue and lack of energy. These fatigue feelings are prevalent even after getting a good nights sleep. This is because iron deficiency may cause less oxygen to reach your tissues, as mentioned previously. When there is this lack of oxygen, our bodies can be deprived of important energy to fuel us during our busy day. Not only will you feel fatigued and tired, but iron deficiency can also bring on symptoms of irritability, weakness and an inability to focus like you once did. 2. Another common iron deficiency sign or symptom is an increase in the paleness of your skin color. As mentioned previously, a deficiency in this nutrient can negatively affect hemoglobin levels in your body. Hemoglobin is responsible for giving your blood its reddish color, which provides your skin with a more rosy hue. Low levels of hemoglobin can affect this, and leave your skin looking more pale. Not just skin tone is affected from this. It can also make your gums, lips and even the bottom of your eyelids less red as well. 3. It is also common for those individuals with iron deficiency to suffer from headaches and head pain. This is because when your are iron deficient, your body will work to prioritize getting important oxygen to your brain, before it will distribute it to the rest of your bodily tissues. Even still, those with an iron deficiency will still get less oxygen in their bodies than it normally would. This lack of oxygen can cause arteries in the brain to swell, resulting in unwanted headaches and pain. 4. Iron deficiency can also negatively affect your hair. This is especially true when this deficiency progresses into iron deficiency anemia, since it can lead to hair loss in both men and women. Again, due to the bodies lack of sufficient levels of oxygen, your body will supply this oxygen to support the most vital functions of the body, which generally does not include keeping the hair healthy, strong and intact. Not only is hair loss possible, but the overall look of your hair can decrease, while becoming brittle and weak. 5. Lastly, iron deficiency can lead to increased feelings of anxiousness and worry more often. Decreased oxygen in the body, along with low levels of iron, can negatively affect your nervous system and increase anxiety. As well, low iron levels can cause your heart to race, which can increase feelings of fight-or-flight. These anxious feelings can come on even when there is nothing particularly to cause you increased anxiousness or stress. Please note, all of the above signs and symptoms should be discussed with your medical practitioner in order to determine their direct cause and and their best treatment for you. As well, you should also discuss your iron levels with your doctor, and adequate intake levels to support your health. Foods high in iron include oatmeal, spinach, various meats such as beef, chicken and liver and tofu. Thank you for watching the video! Please like, comment and share. Vitamin D and Treatments for Hair Loss http://www.hair-loss-treatments.com.au/ http://www.brisbanehairloss.com.au/ http://www.hair-loss-sydney.com.au/ The Essential Guide to Vitamin D – Recommended Reading This booklet is a useful round-up of what the experts are currently saying about vitamin D. Our study here will also open up the microcosm of the human condition; the incredible intricacies of the cell; the relationship of light to human health; how the body has been uniquely designed to process sunlight in optimal amounts to prevent disease and even fix us when we are sick. Hopefully among the useful insights you will take away from this booklet will be a humble appreciation of how intricately ordered and finely tuned our Earthly condition is, and what we can do to enhance not only our own health and wellbeing, but those of our loved ones and friends who will listen. Read on and be amazed."- Phillip Day Vitamin D and Treatments for Hair Loss and how this is connected to health and your immune system, what the experts have to say: • “Current research has implicated vitamin D deficiency as a major factor in the pathology of at least 17 varieties of cancer as well as heart disease, stroke, hypertension, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, depression, chronic pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, muscle weakness, muscle wasting, birth defects, periodontal disease, and more.” - The Vitamin D Council • “Because vitamin D is so cheap and so clearly reduces all-cause mortality, I can say this with great certainty: Vitamin D represents the single most cost-effective medical intervention in the United States.” - Dr. Greg Plotnikoff, Medical Director, Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. • “Sunlight is more powerful than any drug; it is safe, effective, and available free of charge. If it could be patented, it would be hyped as the greatest medical breakthrough in history. It’s that good.” – Mike Adams, author • “This is like the Holy Grail of cancer medicine; vitamin D produced a drop in cancer rates greater than that for quitting smoking, or indeed any other countermeasure in existence.” - Dennis Mangan, clinical laboratory scientist • “In all my many years of practice of medicine, I’ve never seen one vitamin, even vitamin C, have such profound effects on human health.” – Dr Soram Khalsa, board-certified internist and medical director for the East-West Medical Research Institute • “Vitamin D insufficiency and deficiency is a worldwide public health problem in both developed and developing nations.... Nearly one billion people worldwide are deficient.” – EurekaAlert Check out this book and many more on important health topics, also available in downloadable format at http://credence.org/ Daily requirements for vitamin D are around 800–1000 IU, but larger doses are needed for patients who are already deficient. For moderate deficiency, that is 15–25 nmol/L, oral supplementation with 3000–5000 IU daily for 6–12 weeks can be used to replete stores followed by a maintenance dose of 1000–2000 IU per day. Vitamin D status should be assessed 3–4 months after commencing treatment as vitamin D is stored in fat and muscle and there is a lag time before normalisation of serum concentrations. http://www.australianprescriber.com/magazine/33/4/103/6 Bischoff-Ferrari HA, Dawson-Hughes B, Staehelin HB, Orav JE, Stuck AE, Theiler R, et al. Anemia & Hair Loss: My Story and Recovery

11:28
MEGA FOOD BLOOD BUILDER ⇨ http://amzn.to/2rjTfyC ——————————————————————————————— Iron deficiency anemia develops if your body doesn't have enough iron to build healthy red blood cells. Hemoglobin is the protein inside red blood cells that carries oxygen through the body. Oxygen helps the growth and repair of all body cells including the cells that make up hair follicles. This leads to hair thinning, hair loss and brittle nails. ——————————————————————————————— In this video, I discuss my battle with iron deficiency anemia and how I recovered. I have struggled with anemia for a good portion of my life. I have finally reached a point where I feel that I have the anemia under control. I have also found the BEST iron pills on the market that do not hurt your stomach or have painful side effects. Sometimes hair loss can be genetics but sometimes it can be caused by anemia. If you believe you may be anemic I urge you to visit a doctor and have your blood levels tested first before taking any supplements. I hope that my story was able to help at least 1 person out there. I know I have struggled for years with my hair and not knowing why it was thinning. Please share your stories, tips and advice down below! ———————————————————————————————

Vitamin D Deficiency and Hair Loss!?

08:20
A few weeks ago, I uploaded a video about "the dreaded back part" where I talked about an annoying split in my hair that I could not get rid of. The video received a lot of engagement with people saying they deal with the exact same thing! You guys were leaving me comments and messaging me on instagram to express your frustrations with this - it was so nice to chat and compare stories!  It wasn't until I received a message from a viewer saying that she was going to seek medical attention for her hair loss that I started to take mine a little more seriously. She was diagnosed with telogen effluvium, a form of hair loss that happens when you go through major stress or trauma. I was a little more stressed out and irritable than usual, but I didn't think it was that bad. Her story stayed in the back of my mind and I kept noticing my hair thinning in photos and videos, it became a huge pain point and I was super self conscious about it.  I decided to visit my doctor and found out that I was actually suffering from a Vitamin D deficiency and the hair loss wasn't the only symptom... I had been suffering with symptoms that had gone unnoticed and under the radar for awhile. Remember that irritability I talked about earlier? Well anxiety and depression can be major indicators of a deficiency - who knew!? I hope you guys enjoy this video and let me know if you've ever dealt with something like this before! The cells that support strong, healthy hair shafts depend on a balanced diet, just like every other parts of our organism. If you follow a unbalanced diet, you may not notice the negative effects on your hair right away. It can take much longer to notice positive or negative changes. • In just 7 days with a bad diet, this can develop acne flare-ups; • In just some days you can notice a very sallow skin but • It can take up to 30 days or more of nutritional deficiency and junk food, for the effects to really show up and be evident on your hair. The nutrients you eat today help the hair follicle stay vibrant and strong. Yes, of course there are other factors connected with your hair’s health and there’s more to it than your diet. If you smoke excessively for example, or if you don’t sleep well and may you have some be hormonal imbalances, well your hair will still be in trouble, and have a tendency to fall out. If the micro blood flow to your hair follicles diminuishes, well you can’t really help your hair, unless you do the necessary vasodilation of the capillaries that permit the blood to reach the roots and follicles. But if you eat a balanced, varied, protein-rich diet based on the foods mentioned in the video and in this article, you’ll be giving your hair the exact nutrition it needs to be healthy. So, here are the top 5 foods for stronger and healthier hair: 1. Blueberries Exotic fruits may have lots of qualities, but when it comes to vitamin C, it’s hard to top this nutritional fruit. Vitamin C is very important for blood circulation to the scalp and supports the small blood vessels that feed your hair. Too little C in your diet can eventually cause your hair to break. The alternatives I recommend are strawberries, kiwis and tomatoes. 2. Spinach Spinach, among the other minerals and elements, contains folate, beta carotene, a good source of iron, and lots of vitamin C that I have just mentioned: these factors contribute to keep the hair follicles healthy and promote blood flow. The alternatives I recommend are: similar dark leafy vegetables, such as broccoli, swiss chard, and kale. 3. Lentils Lentils are really full of protein, iron, zinc, and even biotin, and this makes them a great nutritional element for both vegetarians and those who eat meat and every thing else. The alternatives I recommend are other beans such as soybeans and kidney beans. 4. Salmon The flesh of this pink delicious fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D and different proteins: all key elements to have vibrant hair. Our body can’t make these fatty acids by itself, but these are really needed to grow hair. A tiny percentage of the hair shaft is made up of these fatty acids, which are also located in the cell membranes in the skin of our scalp. Introducing salmon in your diet can help integrating these beneficial acids in our body, helping our hair to grow healthier. If this fish is not your favorite, you can also get essential fatty acids from other fishes like trout mackerel and sardines. Other good sources are avocado, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts. 5. Walnuts Walnuts are the only type of nut that have a decent amount of omega-3 fatty acids, but also the other nuts they have of course. They’re also rich in vitamin E and biotin, which helps protect our cells from DNA damage. Biotin is extremely important for our hair, shafts and too little of it can lead to hair thinning. These nuts contain also the mineral copper, which helps maintain the natural color of our hair. Well, thanks for reading the article, and subscribe for more info about how to stop hair loss with nutrition, tricks and a lot of other info.

Vitamin D deficiency - 9 Signs and Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency You Can Identify Yourself

04:25
Vitamin D deficiency - 9 Signs and Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency You Can Identify Yourself You probably know that the primary source of vitamin D is right outside your door and up in the sky. The sun helps synthesize vitamin D in the skin — promoting the growth of strong muscles and bones, lowering blood pressure, and slowing the progression of multiple sclerosis. But just as vitamin D can promote good health, a lack of it may lead to health issues. For a number of reasons, many people aren’t getting enough vitamin D to stay healthy. This is called vitamin D deficiency. Here are 9 signs, symptoms and risk factors for Vitamin D deficiency. Science shows us that even immune cells contain Vitamin D receptors, demonstrating that Vitamin D exerts some level of influence over our immunity. If you’re getting sniffy more often than you’d like, it could be due to lack of Vitamin D. Slow healing of wounds after surgery or injury may be a sign that vitamin D levels are too low. If you have recently become overweight or obese, this could be a sign of low vitamin d and weight gain. Vitamin D is involved in maintaining bone health through a number of mechanisms. Bone pain and lower back pain may be signs of inadequate vitamin d deficiency fatigue levels in the blood. Vitamin d deficiency depression: A study published reports that inadequate levels of vitamin D in the bloodstream will double the chances of a depression diagnosis. Among the possible causes of TE include vitamin d deficiency hair loss. One study concluded that low ferritin and vitamin D levels were associated with both types of hair loss. Patients with autoimmune thyroiditis had significantly vitamin d deficiency thyroid, and that it correlated with thyroid antibodies. They concluded that vitamin D deficiency may be involved in hypothyroidism. Click Here To Subscribe: https://goo.gl/40vkOn

When vitamins that are essential for production of melanin are missing from your diet, insufficient melanin synthesis will turn your hair gray. However, premature graying of hair associated with nutritional deficiency is reversible. Consumption of foods rich in these essential nutrients helps in restoring the normal melanin synthesis process of the hair. Therefore, if your hair is losing its natural color, before covering the grays with hair color, check whether you are suffering from any of the following vitamin deficiencies. 1. Folic Acid. Deficiency of folic acid or vitamin B9 is associated with premature graying of hair. Increasing intake of foods rich in folic acid seems to help in reversing premature graying of hair. To stop graying of hair at an early age, add folic acid rich foods to your diet such as leafy greens, broccoli, citrus fruits and tomatoes. As this water-soluble vitamin cannot be stored in the body, regular intake of foods that are rich in folic acid is necessary to avert deficiency of this important vitamin. 2. Vitamin B12. Loss of natural hair color is also associated with deficiency of vitamin B12. Your body cannot produce enough red blood cells when you are suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency, which leads to a condition known as pernicious anemia. Premature loss of hair color is one of the common symptoms of pernicious anemia, which can be reversed by increasing intake of vitamin B12 rich foods such as fish, red meat, liver, eggs and dairy. 3. Biotin. Biotin plays an important role in healthy hair growth. Therefore, deficiency of this B vitamin can cause loss of hair color at an early age. To fight premature graying of hair, consume foods rich in biotin such as chicken, red meat, egg and milk and dairy. 4. Vitamin B5. Vitamin B5, also known as pantothenic acid, is known to help in slowing down graying of hair. Deficiency of this B vitamin reduces melanin production. Hence, to maintain the normal melanin producing activities of the hair cells, add foods rich in pantothenic acid to your diet. Liver, sunflower seeds, broccoli, mushroom, corn, tomatoes and avocado are good sources of vitamin B5. 5. Vitamin E The antioxidant Activity of vitamin E is believed to help in slowing down graying of hair. It helps in inhibiting degeneration of the cells responsible for producing the hair color. To increase vitamin E intake, add wheat germ, corn, broccoli and green leafy vegetables to your diet.

vitamins for hair loss Video Link:https://youtu.be/fOkRF_D1pdc Hair loss caused by bad diet is telogen effluvium, a impermanent hair loss condition that reasons hairs that are typically in the anagen (growing) step to be prematurely pushed into the telogen (resting) phase of the hair growth cycle, triggering those hairs to fall out. Telogen effluvium can be pickled over several months. Treat hair loss naturally by eating more vitamins and complements, and minerals for hair loss, such as Vitamin C, Biotin, Niacin, Iron and Zinc. If you cannot become these nutrients in the foods you eat, try vitamins for hair growth like Viviscal hair growth supplements. subscribe to my channel:https://youtu.be/fOkRF_D1pdc https://www.facebook.com/Hairlossproblemsolve365/?ref=aymt_homepage_panel vitamins for hair loss, vitamins for hair loss prevention, vitamins for hair loss and thinning, vitamins for hair loss in females, hair loss causes hair loss cure loss of hair, vitamins for hair growth, biotin, vitamins for hair loss due to thyroid, vitamins for healthy hair, vitamins for hair loss men, vitamins for hair loss treatment, hair (measured body part), vitamins for hair loss and regrowth, vitamins for hair loss reviews, remedies for ha r loss-oils and vitamins for hair growth ,vitamins for hair loss and thinning, vitamins for hair loss reviews, vitamins for hair loss during menopause, vitamins for hair loss from stress. #vitamins for hair loss #vitamins for hair growth, #biotin, vitamins for hair loss due to thyroid, #vitamins for healthy hair, vitamins for hair loss men, #hair loss vitamin deficiency, #vitamins for hair loss due to stress, #vitamins for hair loss female
