Blackberries were found to be the most effective, followed by red raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, respectively. Though additional research is required to determine the amount of berries or juice individuals should consume to help in lowering cholesterol. But, drinking more berry juice on a regular basis may be very beneficial. 2. Ginger Tea. Ginger has been used medicinally for years in the treatment of health problems such as diarrhea and nausea. Preliminary researches indicate that ginger tea may also help in lowering cholesterol and in preventing atherosclerosis, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. It is recommended to not consume more than 4g of ginger daily. 3. Grape Juice. Another possible drinks for anyone who does not consume alcohol is the grape juice. Grape juice contains similar nutrition to the red wine to help lower the cholesterol level. Grape is contains nutrition that brings benefits to lower LDL cholesterol level and improve the HDL cholesterol level in the blood. The best juices to help control blood cholesterol are: 1. Grape juice: Benefit. It has resveratrol, which has antioxidant and antiplatelet action, which decreases the oxidation of LDL. How to do. Beat in the blender 1 cup of purple grapes with ½ cup of water, strain and sweeten to taste. 2. Orange juice with eggplant: Benefit. Aubergine is rich in soluble fiber, polyphenols, and saponins, which help reduce LDL cholesterol because they favor the elimination of cholesterol by feces. How to do. Beat in the blender 1 eggplant (200gram) with peel + 200 ml of pure orange-pear juice, sweeten to taste. 3. Guava juice: Benefit. I am now half way through my fast and still going strong much to my dismay. I did a 36 hour Dry Fast (no liquids or food or any kind) last week which took my energy levels way down for a few days. Lots of black toxic stuff (mucoid plaque) is still coming out of my bowels so I know I still have lots of work to do. On Wednesday I was expelling a golden yellow substance which I assume was my liver/gallbladder cleansing. My energy is now returning and I am able to go about all my usual daily activities. I had plenty of energy for surfing and kept my body temp up even though the water was 59 degrees. I'm looking forward to the next 20 days and the deeper healing it will bring. Aap red wine ghar pe bdi asani se bna sakte hain, to aiye dekhte hain step by step how to make red wine at home in hindi👇👇 Ingredientes~ 1kg Black grapes 500gram Sugar 1cup wheat 10gram dry yeast 1.6liter Mineral water Sterilized jar Method~ Step1- काले अंगूरों को उनके डंठल से अलग कर के चलते पानी मे अच्छे से धुलें और फिर हवा में अच्छे से फैला कर सुखा लें। गेहूं को अच्छे से धो कर धूप में सुख लें और यीस्ट को एक tbsp शक्कर और 1/2 कप गुनगुने पानी मे घोल कर ढक कर रख दें 15 मिनट के लिए। एक जार को गरम पानी से धो कर अच्छे से सुखा लें या किसी साफ कपड़े से पोंछ लें। STEP2- सूखे जार में अंगूरों को डालकर किसी लकड़ी के साफ चमचे से कुचलें। उसके बाद उसमे चीनी का आधा हिस्सा मिलाएं, आधा हम बाद में मिलाएंगे। बाकी की सामग्रियां भी मिला कर अच्छे से चला लें। STEP3- Fermentation जार को उसके ढक्कन से बंद करें और सुनिशित कर लें कि आपका जार एयरटाइट हो। STEP4- Do Daily Checks From Day 1 to 21 अब 21 दिनों तक आप उस जार को किसी सूखी और अंधेरी जगह पर रखें, और हर रोज़ जार में मौजूद चीज़ों को किसी सूखे लकड़ी के चम्मच से चलाये। STEP5- Filteration & Further Fermentation अब एक छन्नी से जार की सारी चीजों को किसी लकड़ी के चम्मच या साफ सूखे हांथों से निचोड़कर उनके जूस से अलग कर दीजिए। अब एक साफ जार लें और बाकी की बची 250 ग्राम शक्कर को जार में डालें और ऊपर से अंगूरों का जूस डालें जो कि हमने छान कर रखा है। अच्छे से मिलाएं और दोबारा जार के ढक्कन को बंद करें और वापिस 21 दिनों के लिए अपनी पुरानी जगह पर रखें। ध्यान रखे कि अब इन 21 दिनों में कोई भी चेक नही करना अर्थात रोज़ रोज़ नही चलाना है। STEP6- After another 21 days जार को खोलें, और जार के ऊपर का हल्का जूस वाइन ग्लास में परोसें या फिर स्टोर करें किसी कांच की साफ बोतल में। To guys ye tha process how to make red wine at home. agar apko mera ye video pasand aye to please like share jarur karen.
