Goodbye Cholesterol, Blood Glucose, Lipids And Triglycerides

A few years ago, a former professor showed me a blood test, and I must say – it impressed me. The five key blood parameters: urea, cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides had values which far exceeded thenormal levels. He said that the person with these analyses should already be dead, or if he is still alive, it’s probably just out of pure stubbornness. My teacher then showed me the name of that patient. He had his name hidden with his hand. That patient was the professor himself! I was shocked! And I said: “But how? And what did you do?”. With a smile he introduced me to another sheet analysis, saying: “Now, look at this, compare the values of the parameters and see the dates.”That’s what I did. The parameter values were clearly within the recommended range, the blood was perfect, flawless. But, I was shocked when I looked at the dates. The difference between the dates was just one month (between the two analysis of the same person)! The parameter values were clearly within the recommended range, the blood was perfect, flawless. But, I was shocked when I looked at the dates. The difference between the dates was just one month (between the two analysis of the same person)! Goodbye-Cholesterol And then I asked: “How did you do it? This is really amazing!” My professor told me that the miracle was made by his doctor, who suggested a treatment from another doctor that was his friend. I have used the same treatment, for couple of times, with impressive results. And I do this miraculous treatment once a year, I check my blood, and if either is present tendency to breakdown, return immediately to repeat this process. I highly recommend that you should try it. Here’s the secret: every week for 4 weeks, you should buy raw pumpkin at the supermarket or the bazaar. Then, you need to peel 100 grams of pumpkin, place the pieces in a blender (raw), and add some water (WATER ONLY!), And mix well, making a vitamin pumpkin-smoothie with water. Take this vitamin smoothie, 15-20 minutes before breakfast. Make sure you do this treatment for a month, or every time you think you need to lower your cholesterol. The best thing about this treatment is that you control the outcome, making analysis before and after treatment with other pumpkin. According to the doctor, there is no contraindication, because it is just a natural vegetable and water (do not use sugar!). My professor teacher, who is an excellent chemical engineer, studied the pumpkin to find out which of the active ingredients it contains and found that the pumpkin compounds eliminated all LDL cholesterol from the arteries, through the urine. He found that this miraculous remedy cleansed his arteries and he was feeling refreshed and full of energy.

Is Papaya Good For Diabetes?

03:09
Is Papaya Good or Bad For Diabetes Download Diabetes Management Book: http://bit.ly/2g0NDAH Hello, I'm Ty Mason from TheDiabetesCouncil.com, researcher, writer and I have type 2 diabetes. Today I'm going to answer the question, is papaya good for diabetes. But before we get into that, make sure you download my free diabetes management book which also includes a diabetes grocery shopping guide (foods to eat and avoid) by clicking the link: http://bit.ly/2g0NDAH OK, time for another one of my now famous one question quizzes. Papayas grown on trees, true or false? False, while the fruit papaya grows on a very large looking plant, it is not a tree, it is actually an herb! The herb itself is the Carica papaya, we eat the fruit of the herb. Though we really don’t know exactly where it originated, the papaya is believed native to tropical America, perhaps in southern Mexico and neighboring Central America. It is now cultivated in most tropical climates. It does not do well in the cold at all. A 2012 study conducted by the Journal of the International Society for Complementary Medicine Research concluded that papaya exerted a hypoglycemic and antioxidant effect; it also improved the lipid profile in diabetic rats. The study said that papaya significantly diminished blood glucose levels in diabetic rats. The study is great news for those with diabetes who want to add fruit to their diet. The papaya is a wonderful addition to the diet. Not only is it good, it is helpful in maintaining blood glucose levels. And it is good for you in other ways. The fruit is a potent source of beta-carotene and is also packed with vitamin A, B and C. Papaya is filled with anti-oxidants that obstruct or prevent further cell damage thus keeping heart and nervous ailments at bay. It has been shown that regular consumption of a generous serving of papaya helps impede progression of Type 2 diabetes. Unlike many fruits that have high sugar amounts, papaya despite being sweet has lower sugar content. So, is papaya good for diabetes? There is no question that it is. In addition to all that we have talked about, papaya is rich in fiber which makes you seem full long after you eat it. The problem is that papaya is really only readily available year round in larger markets. The good thing is, they keep really well. Yet another problem, however, is that is not cheap. But if you find fresh papaya, buy as much as you can afford, take it home, remove the rinds and the seeds, cut in cubes and it will last quite a while frozen. I hope this answered your question is papaya good or bad for diabetes. Don’t forget to get your diabetes management book by clicking the link: http://bit.ly/2g0NDAH Let me know if you have any other diabetes related questions.

Cholesterol tests: does yours indicate danger? Which ratios indicate cardiovascular or diabetes risk

12:29
PrevMedHeartRisk.com In order to interpret your cholesterol tests, we need to understand lipoproteins. If fats and oils are released into the bloodstream, they would cause major damage if not for lipoproteins. Fats and oils would coalesce into large "bubbles", or emboli. These emboli would cause damage like heart attack if not controlled. Lipoproteins keep the fats and oils from forming large, or embolic, particles. LDL (Low Density Liporotein) and HDL (High Density Liporotein) are the same except for the portion of protein. HDL has 50% or more protein. LDL has 25% or less protein. HDL is therefore like an empty dump truck, able to carry fats and oils away. LDL is like a full dump truck, spilling and leaving fats and oils in the lining of the arteries. That LDL deposition is plaque formation. Other particles get larger and are with more fats and oils. These are called IDL (Intermediate Density Lipoprotein) and VLDL ( Very Low Density Lipoprotein) all have more fats and oils (cholesterol and triglycerides). Hi Friends, Watch ► 10 Simple and Natural Ways To Cure Diabetes Without Medication : https://goo.gl/UnZvu8 Is it possible to cure diabetes completely? What foods to eat to get rid of diabetes? What is the best home remedy for diabetes? How can you lower your blood sugar without medication? 10 ways to cure Diabetes without Medicines DIABETES type 2 may be reversed by eating a better diet and doing more exercise. A health organisation has claimed switching to this diet could help control high blood sugar levels and reverse the condition. Diabetes was once considered as an incurable disease. However, thanks to recent developments, we have seen that type 2 diabetes can be managed and, in most cases, reversed with modification in one’s lifestyle habits. 1. Consume probiotics: Probiotics can help to reduce blood sugar levels, insulin levels and glucose resistance. “Probiotics promote healthy gut health which helps in glucose metabolism. This helps in improving blood sugar levels, prevents inflammation, and improves glycaemic control, normal lipid profile and blood pressure control in type 2 diabetes. 2. Remove refined carbohydrates from the diet: Refined sugar can spike blood sugar levels. Soda, white bread, biscuits, sugar, and honey enter the bloodstream directly and can elevate blood sugar to a great extent. 3. Eat low glycaemic foods: Diabetics should eat low glycaemic foods such as non-starchy vegetables, nuts, seeds, avocados, eggs, and raw pastured dairy. “Apart from controlling blood sugar, low GI food also helps in losing weight. Lean protein foods are also good options, be it egg whites, chicken breast, or turkey breast, which provide satiety and prevent you from snacking later on. 4. Substitute sugar with natural sweeteners: Opt for natural sweeteners such as raw honey, stevia, coconut sugar, balsamic vinegar and dates. “They are loaded with minerals and are low in glycaemic load. Such naturally available and easily digestible substances help in managing diabetes effectively, 5. Increase the fibre intake: A high-fibre diet can slow down sugar absorption. “Along with giving satiety and aiding in digestion, it also helps lower blood glucose levels. You can get your daily dose of fibre from fruits and vegetables eaten with the skin, beans, legumes, and whole grains like barley, quinoa and oats 6. Don’t drink more: Alcohol may contain added sugars which increase blood glucose levels and dehydrate the body. “Drink occasionally and in moderation. Have no more than one drink at a time. 7. Avoid smoking: Diabetics must also quit smoking as nicotine promotes insulin resistance. “Along with creating blood sugar related problems, it also increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases and kidney problems. 8. Avoid stress: Stress can impact your blood sugar levels. So, a good way to control diabetes is to keep stress levels normal. You can go for long walks, do yoga, or meditate to beat stress. 9. Get adequate sleep: A good night’s sleep can improve glucose metabolism. “A single night of inadequate sleep can make the body react in a manner similar to insulin resistance, and may lead to increased blood levels. 10. By adopting and following healthy life style regularly may reverse diabetes permanently Follow us On Facebook: https://goo.gl/L2p5KT Twitter: https://goo.gl/LSiwaO Google + : https://goo.gl/R4UnR7 Blogger: https://goo.gl/DN6GtF Wordpress: https://goo.gl/F9yejA ================================= Thank you for watching Our videos For more –like-comment-share & subscribe ================================= DISCLAIMER: The information provided on this channel and its videos is for general purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. Even though, it is expected that vitamin supplementation might be more effective and might induce a beneficial role on diabetic process when deficiency exists. Despite the current contradictory in the association between the discussed vitamins and diabetic complications, and regardless of the lack of strong and inclusive evidence about their mechanism of action, the discussed effects of these vitamins seem promising for preventing and reducing the severity of diabetic complications. Since optimal blood level of all vitamins is important for normal metabolic process, it is essential to encourage diabetic patients and high risk population to try to achieve and maintain this level. And until more inclusive evidence is established about vitamins supplementations, the awareness of diabetic patients should be elevated toward the importance of consuming adequate amounts of all vitamins. Thiamine: Thiamine acts as an essential cofactor in glucose metabolism, therefore, it may modulate diabetic complications by controlling glycemic status in diabetic patients. Additionally, deficiency of thiamine was observed to be associated with dysfunction of β-cells and impaired glucose tolerance. Different studies indicated possible role of thiamin supplementation on the prevention or reversal of early stage diabetic nephropathy, as well as significant improvement on lipid profile.
