kidney stone operation | how to treat with kidney pain
kidney stone operation | how to treat with kidney pain Kidney pain is one of the common symptoms for the most common kidney problems. Pain could be mild or extremely severe. Kidney pain could also be symptomatic of other health problems like high blood pressure (hypertension) or diabetes. Both of these conditions cause damage to kidney tissue, causing pain in the lower back or "flank" areas on either side of the back. More often, kidney back pain is a sign of a kidney stone, a kidney infection, kidney cancer, kidney damage or polycystic kidney disease. In the worst case, it could be a sign of kidney failure, which is a life threatening medical emergency requiring medical intervention and care. Sometimes, what people think is a back ache turns out to be a "kidney ache." I had chronic discomfort on my lower left side as early as 7th grade - around age 12. No one at that time suspected my pain was a symptom of a kidney stone, but years later I learned that it probably was. I had to be taken to an emergency room with severe back pain at age 22. Two days later, I had a kidney stone surgically removed. I've had about a dozen kidney stones in my lifetime, and I've been hospitalized twice. I know what kidney stone pain feels like, and it feels exactly like that ache in felt in the left flank area when I was just 12 years old. subscribe us https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkHeWhaCa3kiEIRhwBfBU2Q?view_as=subscriber

This will protect your kidneys from kidney stones and failures in future
kidney detox video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BxD4T_1ByWE The steps you take to keep your kidneys healthy help the rest of your body too Your kidneys are among one of the most important organs in your body. They have important functions in the regulation of your blood, your blood volume, blood pressure, and blood PH. They are also responsible for filtering your blood plasma, and separating waste from the useful chemicals. Take good care of your kidneys to improve your overall health and reduce your chances of illness. Many things can go wrong but if you follow some simple tips, you can make it less likely that you will suffer from things such as Kidney-stones, kidney infections and or failure. 1. Eat a balanced diet. A healthy balanced diet is a major factor to good overall health, and kidney-health is no exception. Avoid fatty and salty-food, and eat lots of fresh-fruit and vegetables. If you are unsure about what a balanced diet might look like, look at the food groups identified in the food pyramid and go from there. 2. Lower the amount of salt in your diet. It is very common for people to have diets which exceed the recommend amount of salt, or sodium. Diets which are high in sodium can have particularly bad-effects on your kidneys, as a high sodium diet can lead to high-blood pressure. Over time, having high-blood pressure will damage your kidneys and could make you more vulnerable to serious kidney problems. 3.Eat kidney-friendly foods. The most important thing is to have a balanced and healthy diet, but there are some foods out there which are particularly beneficial for your kidneys and kidney function. Foods with antioxidants, typically fruit and vegetables, can be a boost to your overall health and your kidneys. Some of the best ones to ensure you have regularly on your shopping list are cabbage and cauliflower, berries (especially cranberries), red bell peppers, and onions 4. Drink lots of water. Staying well-hydrated has big benefits for your health. Being well-hydrated will mean that your urine is more diluted which will help maintain kidney function and health. Some doctors recommend eight-glasses a day, but in some cases more than this is recommended. Water helps to flush toxins and waste from the body so being hydrated aids the kidneys with this task, as well as regulating body-temperature. 5. Only drink alcohol in moderation. Drinking a lot of alcohol can have very serious negative consequences for your kidney functionality. One of the kidney’s main tasks is filtering out harmful-substances from your blood. Alcohol is one of the harmful substances that the kidney deals with, and excessive alcohol can negatively impact on the kidney’s ability to do this. 6.Control your weight. It is important to keep to a healthy weight, as being overweight can increase your blood-pressure which in turn puts more strain on your kidneys. Having a healthy and balanced-diet and taking regular exercise should be enough for you to maintain a healthy weight and keep your blood pressure down. See What Happens To Your Body When You Drink A Pint Of Beer Everyday
Feel guilty about drinking a beer or two? Don’t feel guilty. Contrary to what you might expect, moderate beer consumption is actually good for you. Science has shown that beer can bring many surprising health benefits even though it’s usually perceived as unhealthy. However, remember the key to good health is moderation like a pint a day. Binge drinking on a Friday night will do way more damage and it would be unwise to justify poor habits with false science. So Here are some remarkable and surprising beer benefits that might change your perception of the drink. 1.It can help prevent kidney stones A study conducted in Finland established that moderate daily consumption of beer can reduce the risk of developing kidney stones by 40%. This health benefit is attributed to beer’s high water content (about 93%) that helps flush harmful toxins out of the body and keep the kidneys working properly. Also, compounds in hops used in brewing help slow the release of calcium from bones, which in turn prevents build up of lost calcium in the kidney in the form of stones. 2.It can help reduce risk of heart disease One eye-opening study conducted at Italy’s Fondazion di Ricerca e Cura found that people who drank a pint of beer daily had a 31% reduced chance of heart disease. This heart protecting power of beer stems largely from beer’s natural antioxidants called phenols. However, the study also showed risk of heart disease increased in people who consumed higher amounts of beer. 3.It can help minimize risk of cancer Beer contains an important antioxidant known as xanthohumol. Xanthohumol is known to have powerful anti cancer properties that help fend off cancer causing enzymes in the body. Specifically, moderate beer consumption helps prevent a certain chemical reaction that can lead to prostate cancer in men. Beer has also been shown to reduce the chances of getting breast cancer in women. 4.It can help reduce cholesterol levels If you’d like an unorthodox method for cutting your cholesterol levels, indulging in moderate beer consumption may be the way to go. The barley used in brewing of beer contains a type of soluble fiber known as beta glucans that has been shown to help in lowering cholesterol levels. 5.Reduce risk of stroke. Study discussed on Web-MD found occasional beer drinkers had a 12 percent decreased risk of ischemic stroke, compared with nondrinkers. On the flip side, heavy drinkers have a 33% increased risk of ischemic stroke. 6.Lower blood pressure. If you have a choice between beer, wine, or a cocktail, choose beer. Men's Health says a Harvard study found beer drinkers are less likely to develop high blood pressure than are wine and liquor drinkers. So now you have a reason to drink a pint everyday, remember the key to reaping these amazing health benefits of beer is moderate consumption. Overindulgence in beer and other alcoholic drinks can be disastrous to your health. Kidney Pain Symptoms - Signs Of Kidney Stones, Kidney Infection, Renal Failure
For more information on kidney pain symptoms, visit http://stayhealthyvideos.com/kidneydisease. It was an invaluable resource in writing the script for this video. I've produced this video on kidney pain symptoms in the hope that I'll help people who don't know if they have kidney pain or back pain. Renal problems ("renal" is the medical term for anything related to the kidneys) can be very confusing to those who are experiencing them for the first time. If you have a history of kidney problems in your family, there's a good chance, and you're feeling some discomfort in the area of the lower back toward the flanks, you may very well have kidney trouble of some kind. I've made a number of other videos on topic related to health and well being. Please visit http://stayhealthyvideos.com to view them.

Eat 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda Daily and THIS Happens to Your Kidneys
The kidneys are small, only about the size of a fist, but they perform vital functions that play a role in overall health. Each day, the kidneys filter about 120-150 quarts of blood, to produce 1-2 quarts of urine, filtering waste and extra fluid out of the body. The kidneys prevent the buildup of waste in the body, keep electrolyte levels stable, and make hormones that regulate blood pressure, make blood cells, and maintain strong bones. Many factors can lead to kidney damage, including type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, a disease called glomerulonephritis, which damages the kidney’s filtering units, infections, kidney stones, and overuse of some over-the-counter pain killers. Repairing the kidneys after damage just may lie in a common household item: baking soda. How Baking soda it Work? The endocrine system produces hormones and enzymes to help digest food into safer chemicals that the body can process. The pancreas is usually the organ that produces the majority of sodium bicarbonate to protect the kidneys during digestion. Sometimes, the kidneys will produce additional amounts, depending on the type of food you eat. If your diet includes added sugar, fried foods, fatty foods and other unhealthy choices, the endocrine system can become stressed. Both the pancreas and the kidneys will suffer a significant reduction in their ability to produce sodium bicarbonate effectively. Without sufficient production of bicarbonate, the acids produced during digestion cannot be effectively neutralized, causing kidney damage. How to Use Sodium Bicarbonate for Kidney Damage Talk to a health care professional before starting any type of treatment. Sodium bicarbonate is not toxic, but it can be difficult for a sensitive stomach to digest. Proper administration for those in danger of developing kidney disease includes: On the first day, dissolve 1/2 teaspoon baking soda under the tongue. The next day, mix 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda with 1/2 teaspoon of salt into 1.5 liters of water, and drink each day for 2-3 days. Then, reduce your daily dosage to 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/3 teaspoon of salt. Kidney damage can be caused by living an unhealthy lifestyle, so the best way to protect your kidneys is to maintain a healthy weight and a healthy diet! Corn Silk Has Amazing Health Benefits, Kidney Stones, Blood Clotting, Cholesterol, Blood Sugar!
Corn silk is the hair-like strands found under the green outer covering of the corn. Many of us just discard it because we’re ignorant of the fact that it has numerous health benefits. This article highlights some of its wonderful benefits. PREVENTS KIDNEY STONES: Kidney stones are formed due to build up of small crystals in the kidney. It helps in the proper flow of urine, which averts the accumulation of crystals. Nonetheless, it can’t remove the stone that already exists in the kidney. ASSISTS IN BLOOD CLOTTING: It contains vitamin K that aids blood clotting. When you get hurt, the vitamin ensures that you don’t lose too much blood from your body by helping it to clot. CONTROLS BLOOD SUGAR: Numerous studies have confirmed that corn silk has the potential of controlling the blood sugar levels. Besides elevating insulin levels, it also helps in the repair of damaged pancreas cells, where insulin is produced. CONTROL CHOLESTEROL High cholesterol is associated with various heart diseases. Hence, you need to consume the outer corn silk to safe guard yourself from heart-related complications, as it controls the cholesterol levels in the body. DIURETIC PROPERTIES The diuretic properties of corn silk help to flush excessive fluids and toxins out of the body, hence averting the risk of Urinary tract infecting (UTI) and cardiovascular disease. How To Consume Corn Silk Add it in boiled water, make tea, serve hot or cold. To enhance the taste add lemon juice. In a jar full of water put corn silk and keep the jar under direct sunlight for a day. In the evening add some honey to that water and drink. NOTE: Use only organically grown corns, not the ones sprayed with pesticides and full of GMOs. When taken in extremely large doses, corn silk can decrease potassium levels in the blood and can cause skin rashes, itching, and allergies.

10 Habits That Can Damage Your Kidneys
10 Habits That Can Damage Your Kidneys 1. Smoking Smoking adversely impacts your blood pressure. You also increase cardiovascular risk since smoking increases your heart rate, narrows the blood vessels in your kidneys, damages arterial branches, and causes arteriosclerosis in the renal arteries. These, in turn, stack the odds against you for kidney damage. Smoking is deadly for those with diabetes because it increases the chances of kidney problems. Smokers run the risk of losing kidney function faster than non-smokers. But quitting smoking will significantly decrease any future risks. 2. Constantly Holding It In Not urinating often enough can be bad for your kidneys. Nature’s call is meant to be answered in a regular, timely manner and if you don’t, your body and kidneys in particular retain all the toxins meant to be expelled. Over time, this can actually lead to incontinence as well as kidney stones and other forms of kidney damage. 3. Indulging Your Sweet Tooth Too Often Having excess sweet foods like desserts, candy, and packaged snacks and sodas can be bad for your kidneys. A study confirmed that consuming too much fructose could bring a rise in uric acid levels and ultimately lead to cardiorenal disease. Those with diabetes are already at high risk of developing renal problems; too much sugar in your diet can worsen this situation. Be sure to read food labels and pick foods that are low in sugar and high in fiber. 4. Not Monitoring Your Blood Pressure It is important to keep track of your blood pressure since hypertension is a leading cause of kidney damage. Keep to the recommended levels set by your doctor and take measures to control any high blood pressure. The level is usually set at under 140/90 mm Hg. 5. Winging It With Medication Sticking to the prescribed medicines is important. Certain medication can cause kidney damage if taken incorrectly or not closely monitored. If your doctor has suggested a specific dosage for a fixed duration, take it only for that long and no more. OTC pain medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, and acetaminophen are all bad for your kidneys if taken regularly or on a daily basis. Certain antibiotics (aminoglycosides, amphotericin B, cephalosporins, bacitracin, and vancomycin) can also be harmful if you have delicate kidneys. 6. Skipping Exercise Exercise is good for the body’s circulation and can help you manage conditions like blood pressure and diabetes. Overweight or obese people can cut the load on their body by exercising. As one study showed, weight loss can positively impact renal function in severely obese individuals. For everyone else, exercise helps keep the body and cardiovascular system in good working order. 7. Not Eating Right Eating healthy may not always mean you’re eating right when you have kidney trouble. If your kidneys are already strained, things change a little. Your doctor may suggest a diet that has less potassium and phosphorus. This means traditionally “bad” foods like white rice, white bread, and pasta suddenly become good for you. 8. Binge Drinking Or Heavy Alcohol Consumption Kidneys help your body filter out harmful substances, including alcohol. So when you drink heavily, your kidneys are under tremendous pressure. Doing this on a regular basis can cause damage to the renal system. Alcohol is extremely dehydrating, and an excess level in your body can cause your organs to be inadequately hydrated and hamper their performance. Alcohol is also a cause of liver disease, which in turn interferes with the regulation of blood flow to the kidneys. 9. Going Heavy On The Salt High levels of sodium in your diet, whether in the form of salt in your cooking or more commonly through hidden sources, are potentially problematic, especially if you have a tendency for hypertension. Many snacks, junk, canned, and packaged foods contain high amounts of sodium, so cut down on these. Opt for fresh cut fruit, vegetables, nuts, or homemade snacks instead. Limit sodium intake to under 2,300 mg a day. 10. Not Drinking Enough Water Kidneys depend on adequate flow of fluids to work properly. Staying hydrated is important to help the kidneys properly flush out the toxins from your body. The National Kidney Foundation recommends staying hydrated as one of the “9 Things That Everyone Should Do” for good kidney health. The National Health Service in the UK also mentions dehydration as a cause for kidney damage and kidney stones. How does weight loss affect kidney function and blood pressure? http://www.clevelandclinicwellness.com/
Q&A 290 - High Blood Pressure, Kidney Disease, Venous Malformation, Cancer
00:30 – Matthew - Hi doctor, heres where I am at right now any advise on turning my health back around would be brill, I have high blood pressure, kidney disease, swollowing digestive and bowel issues, weight loss 25 kilos, I had diarrhoea for a few years now its more it doesn't want to come out these days and its never a solid stool. Also chronic fatigue and ive had sinus congestion for years to now also, im guessing my adrenals are down from the kidney function and stress and the sinus issue probally the lymphatic system? Ive cut out dairy and gluten as I seem to not tolerate them, or maybe I just dont tolerate poison ;)I have got a small % of my kidney function back as I am changing my diet, I do have social anxiety and ptsd sysmptoms so yes I do understand alot of these issues could be stress related really struggling mentally emotional spiritually and physically right now. Your thoughts? And great job you're doing really digging what you are all about. 12:33 – Lijanas - my name is Julia and I'm 17 years old and since I was born I have a venous malformation on my face (cheek & lip), which are abnormally developed blood vessles (veins). It looks similar to the attached pictures. It occurs during fetal developement and since you are saying that acidosis is the root cause of all diseases I wonder if abnormalities in the blood vessles are also caused by it? In the last couple of weeks I've noticed that it has grown and I don't know what to do since it makes me so self conscious. I did have a sclerotherapy done, where they inject a substance into the abnormal veins of the venous malformation (i'm not exactly sure what it was, but some sort of alcohol i think). The substance irritates the wall of the vessel which results in the formation of a blot clot within the vessel. The blood clot is supposed to stop the flow of blood through the bloodvessel and if the irritation is severe enough, the blood vessel will be destroyed and replaced with scar tissue. It was better for a short period of time but it's slowly growing bigger again. I feel like all it really did was just to scarr the tissue which makes it harder for me to move my lip on one side. Do you have any ideas what i could do? Could detoxing help with it not getting bigger? I have been taking your upper circulation herbs for a few days now and it feels a bit better.. Thanks so much for your videos, they inspire me a lot :) Greetings from Poland 24:32 – A’oi – I was wondering if you could talk a bit about the different levels of consciousness, how to achieve them, and how to live in the moment and plan for the future! 42:28 – Majesty - We need your help! We have just watched one of your videos and it was perfect timing. Our friend's dad has just been diagnosed with ALL TYPES OF CANCER (Heart, Lungs, Brain, and Both Kidneys). We are desperate and want to know how we can help him. The doctors have told him that he has 6-22 months with chemo pills (whatever those are) AND WE DON'T WANT HIM TO TAKE THEM. What are our options? Should we let him take the painkillers and chemo or should we recommend changing his diet or something? He had poor eating habits and smoked for years... 55:40 – Ann - I have suffered from frequent flatulence for about 6 years. I understand that a vegan fruit based diet would be ideal. I have experimented with a raw food diet for about a month before, and my gas stayed the same but sometimes worse. Please share some information on why I experience this and any of your advice. I have had blood work done and stool sample examined, everything came back normal. I am a 21 year old female, embarrassed to be around people, my social and work life have suffered long enough. 01:01:27 – Christiane – I came across your information and wondered what info or YouTube you have curing HSV-2 01:05:04 – Facebook discussion. 01:24:05 – Erika - Can a lipoma in the corpus callosum of the brain be dissolved? I know you have seen them on the skin but what about brain? I have severe vertigo, dizziness, mood swings, and mental changes. Sometimes I feel a lot of pressure on the left side of my head and my left pupil slightly bigger than my right. Im confused sometimes and dont know why? Internal dialogue is curupt by my symptoms. I have always had a strong bond with god/myself and I can feel my true soul trying to life me and make me survive but I live in Miami and the jobs dont pay enough to support organic living. Do you know any organic farms beyond Miami but not as far as your loc? I also gave gall stones, digestive issues like bloating and strange aches in gut. And brownish toe nails. I want to be my ultimate self, amazing and full of life so I may help this world in all the ways I know I can

How Does Salt (Sodium) Raise Your Blood Pressure?

SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/user/DrJohnKiel FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/medicinelifestyle TWITTER: https://twitter.com/LifestyleMedYou I wanted to take a moment to talk about salt and it's effects on your body. Specifically, I wanted to talk about how it can raise your blood pressure. By better understanding the effects of salt on your blood pressure, you may be better able to manage that aspect of your health moving forward. Before I get started, I want to mention that salt has many roles in the human body and I'm going to specifically focus on blood pressure in this lecture. In a nutshell, sodium (or Na+), which I'll just refer to as salt ( NaCl) for now, helps your kidneys retain water. This serves a very essential function to our overall health and well being. The salt circulating in our bloodstream, and in the rest of our body, helps keep our circulatory system filled and allows the heart to do its job of delivering oxygen around the body. It is the job of your kidneys to regulate the amount of salt in your circulatory system. If total salt goes up, your kidneys will filter more out. If total salt goes down, those filters will close and your body will try to retain salt. This affects your blood pressure directly because the water "follows" the salt if you will. It does this through a physical process called osmosis. According to the American Heart Association, we require about 1500 mgs of salt per day. As Americans, we consume about 3,400 mg/day, more than twice what we need. Furthermore, 75% of the salt we consume comes from processed food and restaurant, and less than 25% from what we add ourselves. It's also worth noting that some people are more sensitive to salt intake than others. So if you have no heart or kidney problems, you're most likely able to filter out the excess salt. However, if you have heart or kidney issues, or you are particularly sensitive, then the excess salt can start causing problems and potentially damage some of your organ systems. Salt has several names including sodium, Na, Na+, NaCl, KCl and low sodium. Unsalted, no salt added, sodium free are terms you should look for on a nutrition facts label. Elevated sodium levels are associated with heart disease, heart attack, myocardial infarction, CAD or coronary artery disease, embolisms and blood clots, brain disease, stroke, dementia, vascular disease, atherosclerosis, arteriosclerosis, arteriostenosis, kidney disease, kidney failure, osteoporosis, stomach cancer, kidney stones and headaches. Symptoms of too much salt include dehydration, bloating, puffiness, weight gain, increased thirst, and excessive thirst. There are many ways to lower, decrease salt intake. One example is DASH diet or dietary approaches to stop hypertension (high blood pressure).

10 Serious Side Effects Of Beetroot For Health
10 Serious Side Effects Of Beetroot For Health. https://youtu.be/jfcHG4ArsfY Beetroot – A Brief. Primarily grown in North America, the beetroot is the taproot portion of the beet plant. It is one of the many varieties belonging to the species Beta vulgarism, all of which are known for their edible leaves and taproots. Beetroot has also been used as a medicinal plant and for food coloring. The vegetable has been used as a medicine since the Middle Ages, finding its application in treating numerous ailments. 1. Might Cause Beetroot. According to a UK study, this effect is more common in individuals deficient in iron . Another study conducted on eight individuals reported similar findings – all of them were given beetroot supplements, and seven of the eight participants showed signs of beetroot. 2. Kidney Stones. According to the Harvard Health Blog, beetroot is rich in oxalate that can cause kidney stones . If you already have stones, your doctor might advise you to quit beetroot or reduce its consumption. You may not be in danger if you don’t have a history of kidney stones. But if you do, you might contract the condition again upon beetroot consumption. 3. Rashes. One case of the presence of blood in urine is hematite. Though beetroot doesn’t cause this condition, the symptoms are similar to beetroot– urine being coke colored. Hence, if your urine is colored and you have been consuming beets, one reason could be beetroot. 4. Colored Stools. Beetroot contains a chemical named betacyanin, which gives the vegetable its deep red color. Though most foods are chemically altered and lose their coloration as they go through the digestive system, the breakdown of betacyanin might depend on certain factors. Blood in stools might indicate something serious. Beetroot can also cause a condition called melaena, which refers to tarry 5. Sudden Dips In Blood Pressure Levels. This could be a benefit. But if your blood pressure levels are already low or are fluctuating, then no. Because beetroot can cause sudden dips in blood pressure levels. One Australian study stated that beetroot juice might lower blood pressure in men when consumed as part of a normal diet. 6. Stomach Upset. Eating beets can also cause gas pains – pain that originates from the formation of gas in the stomach due to beetroot’s fiber content. Most of the time, passing gas or bowel movements can relieve gas pains. If not, do meet your physician. Being allergic to beets can also be one reason to develop issues like stomach cramps. 7. Spike In Blood Sugar. One of the concerning side effects of beetroot. This could be a serious concern for anyone who has blood sugar problems. Beets rate moderately high on the Hypoglycemic Index, which is a downside. Which is why it is best to avoid beets if you have issues related to your blood sugar levels. Beets might be an acceptable food on a diet designed for steady glucose levels. 8. Problems During Pregnancy. One compound in beetroot that causes concern for its use in pregnancy is Taine. As per studies, Taine had shown adverse effects in animal testing. And there are no adequate studies on pregnant women to support its safety. Also, pregnant women are more sensitive to the effects of nitrite. Beets being high in nitrites must hence be avoided by expecting mothers. And not just the mother, even the fetus could be more sensitive to the toxicity of nitrites – especially during the 30th week of pregnancy when there is a rise in oxidation stress. 9. Can Cause Gout. This type of arthritis that occurs due to excessive uric acid build-up can get extremely painful. The symptoms include extreme joint pains (particularly at the base of the toe), shiny red joints, and high fever. 10. Might Harm The Liver. Beets are rich in iron, magnesium, copper, and phosphorous – and that’s the good part. But the bad part is all of those are metals, and excessive consumption of these can lead to their accumulation in the liver. This can harm the liver and pancreas. Thanks For Watching My Video. Kidney Stones on a Ketogenic Diet | Does Keto increase Kidney Stone risk?
Are you at a higher risk of developing kidney stones on Keto compared to a high-carb diet? ► Keto Collagen: https://youtu.be/uQM7D_Ssavo You can actually expect quite the opposite, since a Ketogenic Diet is naturally low in all kinds of sugar and keeps insulin levels down. We know since 1967 that the breakdown of fructose can raise uric acid levels very quickly. Table sugar for example is 50% fructose, corn syrup has an even higher percentage and many fruits, especially dried fruits have a high fructose content as well. Apart from being more easily stored as fat than glucose, eating more fructose also increases your risk of developing a fatty liver, higher blood pressure and higher triglycerides. Alcohol also raises uric acid levels. And when your uric acid level builds to a level higher than 6mg/dl, you run the risk of a formation of kidney stones. The hormone insulin also plays an important role. While your kidneys want to get rid of some uric acid by pushing it out through urine, high insulin levels force your kidneys to reabsorb uric acid into the blood instead and your uric acid levels stay elevated. Here is the problem with typical 'anti kidney stone diets' that are prescribed when someone is at risk for kidney stones: You're told to reduce purine rich foods like sardines, mackerel, organ meats, meat in general and vegetables like spinach, asparagus and cauliflower, which coincidentally are some of the most nutrient-dense foods out there and to replace them with some foods that barely have any nutritional value. Bread, cereal, fruit & fruit juice, fat-free dairy or even sugar and sweets. They also ask you to maintain a healthy weight at the same time, which is pretty much impossible when you start replacing protein with more sugar which can also cause a lot of other metabolic diseases. Also, dietary purines don't actually contribute to total uric acid levels by more than 1mg/dl. The protein in many so called "high purine foods" actually helps eliminate purines through the urine and can therefore actually lower uric acid levels. And lets not forget what I mentioned before, when your insulin levels are elevated because you're now eating bread instead of spinach and you replace protein & fat with more carbs, your kidneys have to reabsorb the uric acid into your blood instead of helping you get rid of it. So you're likely not lowering your risk for kidney stones by doing that and instead causing many more problems. There are drugs that lower uric acid levels successfully, but they don’t solve the actual, underlying problem either. A well-formulated Ketogenic Diet, that naturally lowers insulin levels and raises ketones, is a fantastic way to decrease uric acid levels without the need for meds. You don’t have to give up your sardines, bacon, grass-fed beef, spinach or other nutritious food that is higher in purines. So Keto doesn’t put you at higher risk for kidney stones but actually helps to prevent the creation of kidney stones or gout. Now, maybe you heard some stories of some people who had kidney stones even though they were doing Keto. Here is what you'll most likely hear: 1. They were at a higher risk for kidney stones to begin with, possibly a family history of kidney stones or gout 2. They heavily cheated before getting their kidney stones and this is the critical part! They had a ton of Christmas cookies, birthday cake or something similar and got wasted on beer over the weekend. So lets see what happened - they had lots of sugar, raising uric acid levels, alcohol, raising uric acid levels, high insulin because of the carbohydrates which in itself made it harder for their kidneys to get rid of uric acid through urine and to make things worse, because of the alcohol, they were dehydrated as well. When you combine all of these factors, kidney stones can build quickly, it doesn't matter whether or not you were doing Keto before. So it's wise not to take cheating too far. A great way to prevent Kidney stones: 1. Follow a well-formulated Ketogenic Diet which is naturally low in sugar and fructose and keeps your insulin levels low. Try to eat mostly whole, unprocessed food. 2. Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated 3. Don't yo-yo diet and keep cheating to a minimum, especially if you or someone in your family had kidney stones or gout before 4. If you do happen to cheat, make sure you're staying well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water 5. Another thing you can do as an additional protection against kidney stone formation and for kidney health in general is squeezing half a lemon in a glass of water and drinking it on an empty stomach. Most people quickly see an improvement in uric acid levels in the blood as well as a decrease in calcium oxalate stone formation on Keto without the need for meds. Some physicians like Dr. Nally, who you might have heard of, even specifically use a Keto Diet to successfully kidney stone risk with their patients.

Ketosis and Uric Acid Stones
Get Potassium Citrate: https://shop.drberg.com/electrolyte-powder-regular Dr. Berg's Book: https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Bergs-Body-Type-Guide/dp/0982601638 (PLEASE GIVE YOUR UNBIAS REVIEW) Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about higher levels of uric acid and uric acid stones. Because ketones are acidic and release more nitrogen as well as certain parts of your body needing glucose, more nitrogen is released. When your body makes glucose out of dietary protein and fat, this is called gluconeogensis. To the pathway to release this excess nitrogen is urea, in which you could end up with higher levels of uric acid crystals (gout). If your urine is too acid, it will be more difficult to dissolve these crystals. Higher insulin levels usually make higher levels of uric acid and gout, but the ketogenic diet can also do this...IF you do not consume enough potassium foods. Normally, kidney stones are made from oxalates (90%), but on a ketogenic diet, you will have more uric acid stones (50% of the time). RECOMMENDATION; 1. Keeping your potassium high (vegetables). 2. Take potassium citrate 3. Lemon juice (because its citrates). 4. Sea salt (on a keto diet you need 1 tsp per day. If you are doing a high carb diet, you need 1/4th of a tsp. 5. Take vitamin K2 if you have a tendency of getting kidney stones as a K2 deficiency is a major cause of kidney stones. In this video we are going to talk about ketosis, acids and stones. When you do a ketogenic diet, ketones are more acid so you are going to be releasing more acid to the body and you are going to be releasing something called nitrogen. A little bit more than you would if you are weren’t in a ketogenic diet. But because certain parts of the body or certain parts of the brain needs a little bit more of sugar, your body are also making a little bit of sugar from your dietary protein and dietary fat so it can make its own sugar, it is called gluconeogenesis. 12 Foods That Can Cause Kidney stones
you can also follow us on facebook https://web.facebook.com/Medical-Corner-1930423497240930 --------------------------------------------------- Music: www.bensound.com --------------------------------------------------- 1. Dairy Foods We eat dairy products because they are high in calcium to build strong bones. However, for those prone to kidney stones, calcium is not a friend. In fact, it increases the excretion of calcium in the urine, making waste elimination more difficult and encouraging kidney stones to form. 2.Carbonated drinks (i.e. soda, energy drinks, and certain bottled juices) will heighten the risk of developing kidney stones and even put you at risk for kidney disease. As an alternative, if you can’t drink your water plain, use frozen berries, slices of citrus, or a splash of natural cranberry or pomegranate juice. 3. Meat Animal proteins are also linked to kidney stones and organ damage. And those who consume a high-protein diet put particular stress on their kidneys because protein waste is difficult to eliminate form the body efficiently. Meat is also high in uric acid, a common cause of kidney stones. 4. Excessive Caffeine Too much caffeine—in the form of coffee, tea, and soda—can stress out the kidneys and lead to the development of kidney stones due to higher calcium levels in the urine, and even kidney failure due to the stimulant qualities that can cause organ exhaustion. 5. Salty food A healthy amount of sodium in your diet is necessary for healthy fluid levels. However, adding salt to your diet—via the salt shaker or processed foods—encourage water retention retaining water, meaning excess sodium isn’t flushed out of the body and the kidneys and blood pressure are put in jeopardy. 6. Artificial Sweetener You probably use artificial sweetener in your coffee as opposed to sugar in order to cut calories. And maybe you opt for diet soda for the same reason. However, studies show that non-caloric sweeteners impair kidney function if consumed long term. So it’s best to opt for natural sweeteners like honey, stevia or agave instead 7. Processed Foods Most processed foods, like that bag of chips you’re eating, contain genetically modified ingredients—such as corn, soy, rice, and canola—to protect crops from pests resistance and herbicides. However, these products impair healthy kidney and liver function, encouraging kidney stones to form. 8. Rhubarb If kidney stones are hereditary, you should steer clear of foods that contain oxalates (the material that makes up the actual stones). Rhubarb is one food that’s particularly high in oxalates. 9. Some Leafy Greens We’ve already discussed that kidney stones form due to a build-up of calcium oxalate. And those with a high level of the chemical compound in their urine are more prone to stones. That’s why it’s vital to stay clear of some leafy greens—such as spinach, okra, and Swiss chard. 10.Sea food or Sardines If you’re prone to kidney stones, you’ll also want to curb your diet of any foods that are high in purines (an organic compound that boosts aroma). Sardines are extremely guilty of purine content so don’t pop that can top. 11.Chocolates: If you have a sweet tooth and have suffered from kidney stones, then chocolates are a strict no-no as they contain oxalates. However, you can consume them once a week or replace chocolates with another sweet to fulfil your craving. 12.Tomatoes: Another oxalate-rich food which is widely used in Indian food preparations is tomato. However, it is not possible to completely shun this vegetable from your diet as it adds taste and is high in nutrients. So to prevent further worsening of your condition and add taste to your food, remove the seeds from tomatoes while preparing food. Apart from this, guavas, peanuts, seeds grains, legumes, beetroots and sweet potatoes also contain oxalates in high amounts and thus, their intake has to be strictly monitored. Replacing these foods with healthier ones like lemon juice, water, coconut water and calcium-rich foods prevents recurrence of kidney stones.

Why Can High Blood Pressure Lead To Kidney Failure?
Why Can High Blood Pressure Lead To Kidney Failure? There is one organ which causes high blood pressure (and it's not what you think!) and there are specific exercises you can use to target and fix your blood pressure easily. No diet, lifestyle changes or medication required: http://hibloodpressure.stream/ Answers from: Rui Chang Angela Punus Yolanda Smith Ronald Vincent Ma Caixia 2 1Now i will popularize some knowledge about hypertension to all of you.^^1. we should know that the common sense about kidney, an essential organ of our body, so i find this photo. From this picture1, we can understand the structure of kidney.2. Now, let us amplify the nephron(you can find it on the picture1), as the basic structural and functional unit of the kidney, which filters the blood in order to regulate chemical concentrations, and thereby produces urine. OK, this is what it look like. the two arteriole(show on the top) is the key to this question.3. i talk about blood vessel and hypertension. Do you know what is blood pressure and how hypertension make an effect on vessels? show you another picture( i draw it *^_^*): 3hypertension make vessels narrow and blood flow weaken, therefore nephrons shrink without function. 4. Kidney has a great number of vessels, just as picture 4because impaired vessels, as a result of hypertension, weaken blood flow(the two artiole become narrower), nephrons fail, which means renal failure. This process is an outcome of long term. More: https://youtu.be/O1_FVXv8eP8 Subscribe to our channel!

Study Links First Kidney Stone Event with Chronic Kidney Disease
Mayo Clinic scientists have connected first-time kidney stone formations with chronic kidney disease in a new study. Chronic kidney disease is characterized by a progressive loss in kidney function, reducing the body's ability to clear waste. Symptoms include nerve damage, high blood pressure, anemia and weak bones. In the study, Mayo Clinic researchers examined 384 individuals who had just had their first kidney stones for three months after their stone event alongside a control group, and found affected individuals maintained higher levels of the blood marker cystatin C and urine protein after their first stone event. Both factors are known to increase the risk of chronic kidney diseases. http://www.upi.com/Health_News/2016/11/02/Study-links-first-kidney-stone-event-with-chronic-kidney-disease/6971478108112/ http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

Diabetes and Kidney Problems
Click on http://stayhealthyvideos.com/kidneydisease to learn more about kidney health in general. Click on http://stayhealthyvideos.com/kidneydiet to get detailed information about a kidney healthy diet. Transcript: It's no coincidence that diabetes and kidney problems are related. People who have diabetes also, often, have kidney problems. To understand why this relationship between diabetes and kidney problems exists, you have to know a little bit about the anatomy of the kidneys--and how diabetes damages them. Put simply, the kidneys filter the blood through millions of tiny blood vessels called capillaries. Molecules of waste products are small enough to squeeze through these capillaries, and eventually, they're removed from the system as urine. However, substances that the body needs, like proteins and red blood cells, are too large to pass through the capillaries, so they stay within the system. Diabetes causes kidney problems by interfering with this filtering process. Unusually high levels of sugar cause the kidneys to work harder and eventually these filters become more porous. Waste products and toxins are no longer flushed out. Damage to the kidneys - possibly leading to chronic kidney disease and even kidney failure - may result. Furthermore, when you have diabetes, the body doesn't use glucose, or sugar, effectively. The glucose stays in your blood and begins to act like a toxin. Dangers of Diabetes and Kidney Disease As previously mentioned, diabetes can cause so much damage to your kidneys that they eventually fail. If this happens, you may need kidney dialysis or even a kidney transplant. In either case, there's a significant impact on your health and your quality of life. Dialysis employs use of an artificial kidney--a machine--to clean your blood. Kidney transplantation, of course, means using a kidney from a kidney donor to replace the kidney or kidneys that no longer work. Transplantation is major surgery requiring a lot of recovery time and lifestyle changes. Protecting Your Kidneys If You Have Diabetes To prevent kidney disease, you have to control your diabetes by keeping blood sugar in your target range. It's also important to keep your blood pressure down. The higher your blood pressure, the faster kidney disease progresses. When you have diabetes, even a slight increase in blood pressure can have a dramatic and deleterious effect on your kidneys. As any doctor will tell you, the best way to keep blood pressure in a healthy range is to get some aerobic exercise at least three times a week (elevating your heart rate for at least 20-30 minutes each time), eat a healthy, low fat, low cholesterol diet, with a minimum of salt, and avoid tobacco completely and keep your alcohol consumption moderate.

Kidney Stone Symptoms and How To Never Get Them!
http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free video guide to dietary supplements and alternative medicine! Today I'm going to share with you a few common kidney stone symptoms and what you can do to prevent this problem. Just like an automobile needs an oil filter to eliminate unwanted material, your body needs a filter for blood. Can you guess the name of this filter that the human body uses? Yes, it's the kidneys. The second job of the kidneys is to create urine that is used to eliminate any unwanted material. There is this tube that drains the kidney into the bladder and it's known as ureter. What if something blocked that tube and obstructed the flow of urine? This is what is known as a kidney stone. These stones are usually made of salts and other minerals. They could be really tiny in size or even as big as a golf balls. When something bad happens in the human body, most often there is a warning signal that takes place and it is pain. This pain usually is felt on the side of the body between the ribs and the hip. With kidney stones a person could also feel nausea like they want to vomit. Another sign of this disease would be someone's urine having an unpleasant smell or there could be blood in it. It's also possible that a person would not be able to urinate due to the lump of material blocking the pathway or there would be a lot of pain when trying to urinate. Lastly, a person could have high temperature and this might indicate an infection, where a harmful virus or bacteria starts to reproduce in an area. If you want to prevent this health problem it's a good idea to know what causes it right? One idea is that something is needed to dilute whatever is causing the stones. Do you have any idea what this? I'll give you a hint if someone doesn't consume enough of it they usually will get tired. The answer is water, which many people don't get enough of. If you are wondered how much water you should drink many people recommend the 8 by 8 rule. This means to drink 8 glasses that are 8 ounces of water. The other rule of thumb is when a person has really yellow urine they need to drink more water. Another way someone can reduce their chance of having kidney stones is to be active. If someone is sedentary for long periods of time, not only is it unhealthy but it can cause bones to release more calcium. Other risk factors include high blood pressure, eating too much sugar as well as digestive problems. Supplements and alternative medicine can be confusing and even harmful. Make things really simple and give your body a HUGE edge by viewing a free video guide I created at http://utahtexans.com/.

8 Crucial Kidney-Failure Symptoms That Most People Ignore!
8 Crucial Kidney-Failure Symptoms That Most People Ignore! These vitals are located right below the rib cage. They cleanse, or filter 120-150 quarts of blood every day. They are essential for every function in the body, and keep your blood stable. Kidneys eliminate excess fluids and waste material from the body. These organs regulate electrolyte levels, and thus keep your bones strong, produce red blood cells, and normalize blood pressure. When your kidneys fail to carry out their function, your health is in serious danger. This is why you should recognize any potential threat and potential damage. We give you the most common indicators of kidney damage: Swelling Kidney malfunction results in inability to eliminate excess fluids, which causes swelling in face area, joints and limbs. Any unexpected swelling may indicate kidney failure. Changes in urination These are usually the earliest warning symptoms indicating something is wrong with your kidneys: Trouble urinating and unexplained pressure Bloody urine Dark urine color, less frequent urination in small amounts Pale urine color, frequent urination in large amounts Foamy urine Urges to urinate in the middle of the night Skin rashes Kidney failure leads to waste buildups, which causes skin rashes and severe itching. Waste material tends to accumulate in the blood, and thus make the skin irritated and dry. You can use creams and lotions to solve your skin problem, but that will not treat your underlying problem, of course if your rashes have anything to do with kidney damage. Fatigue Healthy kidneys produce EPO or erythropoietin, a hormone that participates in the production of red blood cells that deliver oxygen. Kidneys lead to a decreased number of red blood cells, and cause sort of a fatigue that affects brain and muscles. Eventually, this results in anemia. Shortness of breath It may be a sign of kidney damage. The body lacks oxygen, because of the lower number of blood cells that carry oxygen. The number of these blood cells is largely affected by harmful buildups in the lungs. Metallic taste in the mouth Accumulated waste in the blood may alter the taste of food and cause bad breath. Any change in food preferences and poor appetite may indicate kidney damage. Pain Kidney damage is also accompanied with ache in the upper back area or in the same area where the damaged kidney is set. Kidney stones and infections also trigger spasms and severe pain. Poor concentration and dizziness Poor flow of oxygen to the brain is form of anemia that is associated with kidney damage. It causes concentration issues, dizziness, and even memory loss. Introduce some healthy dietary habits and eat more foods high in antioxidants. This will help you bring your kidney function at an optimal level. Check the video below for more foods that favor your kidneys. https://youtu.be/vSMgJBDLe6U

Kidney Stones removed in 1 hour without surgery - Nadipathy
Kidney Stones removed in 1 hour without surgery - Nadipathy KIDNEY STONES TREATMENT IN NADIPATHY The kidneys are a pair of organs located in the back of the abdomen. They play a vital role in urinary system and it maintains homeostatic functions in our body. Kidneys regulate the electrolytes, maintenance of acid-base balance and regulation of blood pressure (i.e. salt –water balance). They serve the body as a natural filter of the food and remove wastes which are diverted in to the urinary bladder. In producing urine, the kidneys excrete wastes such as urea and ammonium. The kidneys also responsible for the reabsorption of water, glucose & amino acids. The kidneys also produce hormones including calcitrol, rennin & erythropoietin. WHAT IS A KIDNEY STONE: It is a small stone, usually made up of calcium crystals, that forms inside the part of the kidney, where urine collects. The stone usually causes little problem until it falls into the ureter, the tube that drains the kidney in to the bladder, and causes an obstruction, preventing urine from draining out of the kidney and often causing severe pain. A variety of minerals and chemicals are excreted in the urine and sometimes these combine to form the beginning of a stone. Over time, this can grow from an invisible speck of sand in to a stone that can be an inch in diameter or larger. There are different terms for kidneys stones depending up on where they located within the urinary tract: Urolith: A stone anywhere within the urinary tract Nephrolith: A stone within the kidney Ureterolith: A stone within the ureter Calculus: A stone within the body WHAT CAUSES KIDNEY STONES? There are certain reasons to form kidney stones in some people and not others. Acid-base imbalance is one of the reasons to kidney stone formation and Thyroid and Parathyroid irregular function create poor absorption of calcium in the body. So that extra deposition of calcium settled as a stone in the kidneys. Dehydration, especially patients who do not drink enough fluids also cause for kidney stone formation. Calcium oxalate is the most common type of kidney stone. Less frequently, uric acid can cause stones. Xanthine, Struvite and other types of stones are rare. Some stones are combinations of these minerals and chemicals. Intake of high vitamin D also a factor to increase calcium stones in kidneys. High Calcium through supplements (not for dietary) in diet may increase the number of stones formed. SYMPTOMS OF KIDNEY STONES: When the stones move through urinary tract, they may cause:  Pain in back and belly  Frequent or painful urination  Nausea and vomiting  Blood in the urine NADIPATHY TREATMENT FOR KIDNEY STONES: Many of the treatments are available to cure kidney stones. But they are giving unnecessary medicines to internal body to passage the stones. It will need much time as weeks (or) months. Sometimes they are doing harmful surgeries to remove the kidney stones. This will cause side effects to kidney. Nadipathy introduced a special treatment first time in the world to remove kidney stones without using any medicines and surgeries. By using acupuncture, acupressure, marma therapy, Vedic therapy, magnet therapy, seed therapy, beach sand therapy, and some other natural therapies we remove the kidney stones safely with 0% side effects. The stones come out from bladder within 30 minutes. Sometimes based up on size of the stones, it needs to remove with 2 – 5 treatments. Once the problem is cured with our treatment, the stone does not appear in their lifetime. It is the safe treatment who needs to cure the kidney stone problem.
