How is kidney function related to blood pressure? - Dr. Pallavi Patri
Blood pressure and kidney disease are very closely related to each other. In certain cases very high blood pressure. In certain types of hypertensive conditions can damage the kidneys and cause chronic kidney disease and the flip is also true where chronic kidney disease in a patient who did not have a blood pressure problem can cause high blood pressure. So the kidneys are very important in regulating salt and water levels in the body and when the kidneys doesn’t work so well in the steering of chronic kidney disease, salt and water are not excreted well from the body. So salt and water accumulates and when this happens, the blood pressure can rise and the patient can develop high blood pressure. So in patient who have chronic kidney disease and have developed high blood pressure thereafter, it is important to follow dietary restrictions. Low salt diet is very important and in more severe stages of chronic kidney disease and end stage kidney disease, where patients are on dialysis, they may have water restrictions as well. The amount of fluid that they can take in a day may be restricted. And also in coordination with that in patients who have chronic kidney disease and have high blood pressure, the medications for blood pressure, may be a little more specific to their kidney disease. They may be required to take diuretic medications again to excrete more salt and water. So blood pressure may be managed a little bit differently in the patient who have chronic kidney disease. They may also be on certain medications that control the blood pressure that are protective to the kidneys in the long run.

kidney stone operation | how to treat with kidney pain
kidney stone operation | how to treat with kidney pain Kidney pain is one of the common symptoms for the most common kidney problems. Pain could be mild or extremely severe. Kidney pain could also be symptomatic of other health problems like high blood pressure (hypertension) or diabetes. Both of these conditions cause damage to kidney tissue, causing pain in the lower back or "flank" areas on either side of the back. More often, kidney back pain is a sign of a kidney stone, a kidney infection, kidney cancer, kidney damage or polycystic kidney disease. In the worst case, it could be a sign of kidney failure, which is a life threatening medical emergency requiring medical intervention and care. Sometimes, what people think is a back ache turns out to be a "kidney ache." I had chronic discomfort on my lower left side as early as 7th grade - around age 12. No one at that time suspected my pain was a symptom of a kidney stone, but years later I learned that it probably was. I had to be taken to an emergency room with severe back pain at age 22. Two days later, I had a kidney stone surgically removed. I've had about a dozen kidney stones in my lifetime, and I've been hospitalized twice. I know what kidney stone pain feels like, and it feels exactly like that ache in felt in the left flank area when I was just 12 years old. subscribe us https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkHeWhaCa3kiEIRhwBfBU2Q?view_as=subscriber

This will protect your kidneys from kidney stones and failures in future
kidney detox video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BxD4T_1ByWE The steps you take to keep your kidneys healthy help the rest of your body too Your kidneys are among one of the most important organs in your body. They have important functions in the regulation of your blood, your blood volume, blood pressure, and blood PH. They are also responsible for filtering your blood plasma, and separating waste from the useful chemicals. Take good care of your kidneys to improve your overall health and reduce your chances of illness. Many things can go wrong but if you follow some simple tips, you can make it less likely that you will suffer from things such as Kidney-stones, kidney infections and or failure. 1. Eat a balanced diet. A healthy balanced diet is a major factor to good overall health, and kidney-health is no exception. Avoid fatty and salty-food, and eat lots of fresh-fruit and vegetables. If you are unsure about what a balanced diet might look like, look at the food groups identified in the food pyramid and go from there. 2. Lower the amount of salt in your diet. It is very common for people to have diets which exceed the recommend amount of salt, or sodium. Diets which are high in sodium can have particularly bad-effects on your kidneys, as a high sodium diet can lead to high-blood pressure. Over time, having high-blood pressure will damage your kidneys and could make you more vulnerable to serious kidney problems. 3.Eat kidney-friendly foods. The most important thing is to have a balanced and healthy diet, but there are some foods out there which are particularly beneficial for your kidneys and kidney function. Foods with antioxidants, typically fruit and vegetables, can be a boost to your overall health and your kidneys. Some of the best ones to ensure you have regularly on your shopping list are cabbage and cauliflower, berries (especially cranberries), red bell peppers, and onions 4. Drink lots of water. Staying well-hydrated has big benefits for your health. Being well-hydrated will mean that your urine is more diluted which will help maintain kidney function and health. Some doctors recommend eight-glasses a day, but in some cases more than this is recommended. Water helps to flush toxins and waste from the body so being hydrated aids the kidneys with this task, as well as regulating body-temperature. 5. Only drink alcohol in moderation. Drinking a lot of alcohol can have very serious negative consequences for your kidney functionality. One of the kidney’s main tasks is filtering out harmful-substances from your blood. Alcohol is one of the harmful substances that the kidney deals with, and excessive alcohol can negatively impact on the kidney’s ability to do this. 6.Control your weight. It is important to keep to a healthy weight, as being overweight can increase your blood-pressure which in turn puts more strain on your kidneys. Having a healthy and balanced-diet and taking regular exercise should be enough for you to maintain a healthy weight and keep your blood pressure down. 7 Bad Habits Are Destroying Your Kidneys Every Day - STOP Doing These Things
7 Bad Habits Are Destroying Your Kidneys Every Day - STOP Doing These Things !! The kidneys are important body organs, they take care of the urination process in our bodies by filtering body waste and excess of water. Despite being such an important component of our body many of us do not properly care for them and millions of people die each year from kidney disease. There are habits many of us have that can harm our kidneys. Here is a list of some habits to avoid for healthy kidneys: 1. Drinking inadequate water: Not drinking enough water is the biggest contributor to damage that our kidneys bear every day. The main job of our kidneys is to drain metabolic waste from the body and regulate erythrocyte balances. When we do not stay properly hydrated, the renal blood flow decreases, ultimately resulting in accumulation of toxins in the blood. 2. Consuming too much sodium: Metabolizing the sodium we consume is another job for our kidneys. The salt we eat is the prime source of sodium and the majority of our sodium intake needs to be excreted. When we eat excessive salt the kidneys keep busy excreting sodium, which may cause long term stress on our kidneys. 90% of Americans consume too much salt and here are some useful tips to manage your salt intake. 3. Consumption of too much caffeine: When we feel thirsty we often choose beverages other than water like soft drinks and sodas. Many of these beverages contain caffeine. Caffeine can elevate blood pressure and high blood pressure puts strain on the kidneys which can damage them. According to researchers, most healthy adults, can consume about two to four cups of brewed coffee a day and stay away from harmful effects of caffeine. 4. Pain-killer abuse: Taking pain-killers for low-grade pain is a bad habit many people have. Most pain-killers have severe side effects and can damage different organs, such as kidneys. Research shows taking pain pills long term reduces blood flow and deteriorates kidney’s function. 5. Too much protein: Over-consumption of red meat and other protein-rich foods can deteriorate damaged kidneys condition. A protein-rich diet is essentially healthy unless you suffer from kidney damage and your doctor recommends a protein-restricted diet. Too much protein increases the metabolic load on our kidneys. 6. Ignoring colds and flu: Ignoring the common cold and flu is a habit that can cause kidney damage. Studies show people who have kidney disease also have a history of avoiding resting while sick. It is also observed that people with kidney disease are more sensitive to significant changes in weather. 7. Too much alcohol consumption: When we drink alcohol we often ignore the proper quantity suitable for good health. Too much alcoholic intake is a kidney-damaging habit. Alcohol contains toxins which put stress on our kidneys and can damage them.

8 Early Warning Symptoms of Kidney Stones
8 Early Warning Symptoms of Kidney Stones 1. Frequent & Painful Urination One of the earliest and most common warning signs that you may have kidney stones is a sudden and unexplained increase in the frequency and urgency of urination. You will notice an intense need to urinate, even when you haven’t been drinking unusually large quantities of fluid. However, you may find that very little urine comes out when you do get to the bathroom, given that your body doesn’t actually have much liquid to expel. When you do produce a normal volume of urine, you may find that the act of urinating causes intense pain. This happens if the kidney stone is moving from the bladder into the urethra. Sharp, searing pain will occur, and you may also develop a urinary tract infection (UTI) as the kidney stone migrates further. By the time things reach this point, chances are you’ll already have gone to see your doctor; if you haven’t, book an appointment. 2. Spreading Back Pain A localized, nondescript form of pain often accompanies kidney stones from their earliest stages. Patients usually report that this pain begins in their sides and back, just below the rib cage where the kidneys are located. As the condition develops, the pain may travel from the lower abdomen down into your groin area and into your lower back, presenting in fluctuating waves of throbbing pain and general tenderness. These waves of pain can last anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the size and location of the kidney stones. Men with kidney stones may also find that the pain can migrate into their scrotum and testicles. Some of the symptoms of kidney stones may mimic certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs), especially pain in the genital region and painful urination. If you’re experiencing these symptoms, it’s important that you get a prompt and proper diagnosis as soon as possible. 3. Blood in Urine In addition to more frequent urination and painful urination, you will likely notice changes in the color and consistency of your urine if you have kidney stones. Discoloration is one of the most notable of these changes; rather than being clear or yellow in color, your urine may range anywhere from pink or red to light or dark brown. As the kidney stones grow and block off your urethra, you may also begin to notice your urine tinged with small amounts of blood, a condition known as hematuria. Blood gets into your urine when the kidney stone lodges itself in your urethra, scraping against your ureter or kidneys. If that sounds painful, that’s because it is – this condition causes intense discomfort. The amount of pain you’re in is a good indicator of the size of the kidney stone; larger stones cause more intense pain, while smaller ones produce milder discomfort. 4. Nausea & Vomiting Some people suffering from kidney stones report that they feel nauseous. In some cases, this nausea can become so severe that it will cause vomiting, which can, in turn, cause a host of other complications ranging from nutritional deficits to dehydration. One of the causes of vomiting is the intense pain that you will experience if you pass a kidney stone. Some people find the pain so intense that they throw up. Another reason vomiting occurs is that the kidneys play a very important role in eliminating toxins and waste from your body. Kidney stones impair the organ’s proper function, meaning that there are likely to be elevated levels of toxins and impurities in your stomach contents and bloodstream. Your body wants to get rid of these toxins, but if your kidney function is impaired, vomiting may be the only other way to expel them. 5. Pungent Smelling Urine Patients suffering from kidney stones will also notice that along with discoloration, urine also appears cloudy and may give off a pungent and foul odor. While it is normal for urine to give off a slightly bitter smell from time to time, there’s no mistaking or missing the kind of sharp stench that can occur if you have kidney stones. This odor occurs due to the presence of a heavy concentration of hard chemicals and toxins in the urine. As mentioned, the kidneys play an important role in removing toxins and chemical impurities from your body. Many of these substances are eliminated through the urine, but with your kidney’s normal functioning impaired, these toxins can linger and actually crystallize in the body. Those crystallized toxins are what the kidney stone is made of, and when they are released in your urine, you’ll smell the difference. 6. Inability to Sit 7. Fever & Chills 8. Kidney & Abdominal Swelling

See What Happens To Your Body When You Drink A Pint Of Beer Everyday
Feel guilty about drinking a beer or two? Don’t feel guilty. Contrary to what you might expect, moderate beer consumption is actually good for you. Science has shown that beer can bring many surprising health benefits even though it’s usually perceived as unhealthy. However, remember the key to good health is moderation like a pint a day. Binge drinking on a Friday night will do way more damage and it would be unwise to justify poor habits with false science. So Here are some remarkable and surprising beer benefits that might change your perception of the drink. 1.It can help prevent kidney stones A study conducted in Finland established that moderate daily consumption of beer can reduce the risk of developing kidney stones by 40%. This health benefit is attributed to beer’s high water content (about 93%) that helps flush harmful toxins out of the body and keep the kidneys working properly. Also, compounds in hops used in brewing help slow the release of calcium from bones, which in turn prevents build up of lost calcium in the kidney in the form of stones. 2.It can help reduce risk of heart disease One eye-opening study conducted at Italy’s Fondazion di Ricerca e Cura found that people who drank a pint of beer daily had a 31% reduced chance of heart disease. This heart protecting power of beer stems largely from beer’s natural antioxidants called phenols. However, the study also showed risk of heart disease increased in people who consumed higher amounts of beer. 3.It can help minimize risk of cancer Beer contains an important antioxidant known as xanthohumol. Xanthohumol is known to have powerful anti cancer properties that help fend off cancer causing enzymes in the body. Specifically, moderate beer consumption helps prevent a certain chemical reaction that can lead to prostate cancer in men. Beer has also been shown to reduce the chances of getting breast cancer in women. 4.It can help reduce cholesterol levels If you’d like an unorthodox method for cutting your cholesterol levels, indulging in moderate beer consumption may be the way to go. The barley used in brewing of beer contains a type of soluble fiber known as beta glucans that has been shown to help in lowering cholesterol levels. 5.Reduce risk of stroke. Study discussed on Web-MD found occasional beer drinkers had a 12 percent decreased risk of ischemic stroke, compared with nondrinkers. On the flip side, heavy drinkers have a 33% increased risk of ischemic stroke. 6.Lower blood pressure. If you have a choice between beer, wine, or a cocktail, choose beer. Men's Health says a Harvard study found beer drinkers are less likely to develop high blood pressure than are wine and liquor drinkers. So now you have a reason to drink a pint everyday, remember the key to reaping these amazing health benefits of beer is moderate consumption. Overindulgence in beer and other alcoholic drinks can be disastrous to your health. Having Kidney Stones? What Foods to Eat and Avoid When You Have Kidney Stones?
10 Foods Proven to Trigger Kidney Stones. Your kidneys play an important function when it pertains to filtering waste out of the body. Every day, these organs on either side of the spinal column, filter more than 200 quarts of blood and 2 quarts of waste products prior to it's eliminated of the body by means of urination. Certainly, healthy kidneys are necessary for correct cleansing. However, specific foods can cause kidney stones and keep these organs from operating efficiently. Here are ten foods that motivate kidney stone development ... 1. Extreme Caffeine Too much caffeine-- in the type of coffee, tea, and soda-- can stress the kidneys and lead to the advancement of kidney stones due to greater calcium levels in the urine, as well as kidney failure due to the stimulant qualities that can cause organ fatigue. 2. Rhubarb If kidney stones are genetic, you should steer clear of foods which contain oxalates (the material that makes up the real stones). Rhubarb is one food that's particularly high in oxalates. 3. Synthetic Sweetener You most likely utilize artificial sweetener in your coffee as opposed to sugar in order to cut calories. And possibly you choose for diet plan soda for the same reason. Nevertheless, research studies reveal that non-caloric sweeteners impair kidney function if taken in long term. So it's best to choose natural sweeteners like honey, stevia or agave rather. 4. Meat Animal proteins are likewise connected to kidney stones and organ damage. And those who consume a high-protein diet plan put particular tension on their kidneys since protein waste is tough to remove form the body effectively. Meat is also high in uric acid, a typical reason for kidney stones. 5. Sardines If you're prone to kidney stones, you'll likewise wish to curb your diet of any foods that are high in purines (a natural compound that boosts scent). Sardines are exceptionally guilty of purine material so don't pop that can top. 6. Salt A healthy amount of sodium in your diet plan is essential for healthy fluid levels. Nevertheless, including salt to your diet-- via the salt shaker or processed foods-- encourage water retention keeping water, suggesting excess salt isn't eliminated of the body and the kidneys and high blood pressure are put in jeopardy. 7. Carbonated Drinks Carbonated drinks (i.e., soda, energy drinks, and certain bottled juices) will increase the risk of developing kidney stones and even put you at threat for kidney illness. As an alternative, if you cannot consume your water plain, use frozen berries, pieces of citrus, or a splash of natural cranberry or pomegranate juice. 8. Some Leafy Greens We've currently discussed that kidney stones form due to an accumulation of calcium oxalate. And those with a high level of the chemical substance in their urine are more vulnerable to stones. That's why it's important to remain clear of some leafy greens-- such as spinach, okra, and Swiss chard. 9. Dairy Foods We consume dairy items because they are high in calcium to construct strong bones. However, for those prone to kidney stones, calcium is not a buddy. In reality, it increases the excretion of calcium in the urine, making waste elimination more tough and motivating kidney stones to form. 10. Processed Foods The majority of processed foods, like that bag of chips you're eating, contain genetically customized ingredients-- such as corn, soy, rice, and canola-- to secure crops from insects resistance and herbicides. Nevertheless, these products impair healthy kidney and liver function, motivating kidney stones to form.

Eat 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda Daily and THIS Happens to Your Kidneys
The kidneys are small, only about the size of a fist, but they perform vital functions that play a role in overall health. Each day, the kidneys filter about 120-150 quarts of blood, to produce 1-2 quarts of urine, filtering waste and extra fluid out of the body. The kidneys prevent the buildup of waste in the body, keep electrolyte levels stable, and make hormones that regulate blood pressure, make blood cells, and maintain strong bones. Many factors can lead to kidney damage, including type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, a disease called glomerulonephritis, which damages the kidney’s filtering units, infections, kidney stones, and overuse of some over-the-counter pain killers. Repairing the kidneys after damage just may lie in a common household item: baking soda. How Baking soda it Work? The endocrine system produces hormones and enzymes to help digest food into safer chemicals that the body can process. The pancreas is usually the organ that produces the majority of sodium bicarbonate to protect the kidneys during digestion. Sometimes, the kidneys will produce additional amounts, depending on the type of food you eat. If your diet includes added sugar, fried foods, fatty foods and other unhealthy choices, the endocrine system can become stressed. Both the pancreas and the kidneys will suffer a significant reduction in their ability to produce sodium bicarbonate effectively. Without sufficient production of bicarbonate, the acids produced during digestion cannot be effectively neutralized, causing kidney damage. How to Use Sodium Bicarbonate for Kidney Damage Talk to a health care professional before starting any type of treatment. Sodium bicarbonate is not toxic, but it can be difficult for a sensitive stomach to digest. Proper administration for those in danger of developing kidney disease includes: On the first day, dissolve 1/2 teaspoon baking soda under the tongue. The next day, mix 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda with 1/2 teaspoon of salt into 1.5 liters of water, and drink each day for 2-3 days. Then, reduce your daily dosage to 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/3 teaspoon of salt. Kidney damage can be caused by living an unhealthy lifestyle, so the best way to protect your kidneys is to maintain a healthy weight and a healthy diet! Study Links First Kidney Stone Event with Chronic Kidney Disease
Mayo Clinic scientists have connected first-time kidney stone formations with chronic kidney disease in a new study. Chronic kidney disease is characterized by a progressive loss in kidney function, reducing the body's ability to clear waste. Symptoms include nerve damage, high blood pressure, anemia and weak bones. In the study, Mayo Clinic researchers examined 384 individuals who had just had their first kidney stones for three months after their stone event alongside a control group, and found affected individuals maintained higher levels of the blood marker cystatin C and urine protein after their first stone event. Both factors are known to increase the risk of chronic kidney diseases. http://www.upi.com/Health_News/2016/11/02/Study-links-first-kidney-stone-event-with-chronic-kidney-disease/6971478108112/ http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

Ketosis and Uric Acid Stones
Get Potassium Citrate: https://shop.drberg.com/electrolyte-p... Dr. Berg's Book: https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Bergs-Body-... (PLEASE GIVE YOUR UNBIAS REVIEW) Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about higher levels of uric acid and uric acid stones. Because ketones are acidic and release more nitrogen as well as certain parts of your body needing glucose, more nitrogen is released. When your body makes glucose out of dietary protein and fat, this is called gluconeogensis. To the pathway to release this excess nitrogen is urea, in which you could end up with higher levels of uric acid crystals (gout). If your urine is too acid, it will be more difficult to dissolve these crystals. Higher insulin levels usually make higher levels of uric acid and gout, but the ketogenic diet can also do this...IF you do not consume enough potassium foods. Normally, kidney stones are made from oxalates (90%), but on a ketogenic diet, you will have more uric acid stones (50% of the time). RECOMMENDATION 1. Keeping your potassium high (vegetables). 2. Take potassium citrate 3. Lemon juice (because its citrates). 4. Sea salt (on a keto diet you need 1 tsp per day. If you are doing a high carb diet, you need 1/4th of a tsp. 5. Take vitamin K2 if you have a tendency of getting kidney stones as a K2 deficiency is a major cause of kidney stones. In this video we are going to talk about ketosis, acids and stones. When you do a ketogenic diet, ketones are more acid so you are going to be releasing more acid to the body and you are going to be releasing something called nitrogen. A little bit more than you would if you are weren’t in a ketogenic diet. But because certain parts of the body or certain parts of the brain needs a little bit more of sugar, your body are also making a little bit of sugar from your dietary protein and dietary fat so it can make its own sugar, it is called gluconeogenesis. Ive cut out dairy and gluten as I seem to not tolerate them, or maybe I just dont tolerate poison ;)I have got a small % of my kidney function back as I am changing my diet, I do have social anxiety and ptsd sysmptoms so yes I do understand alot of these issues could be stress related really struggling mentally emotional spiritually and physically right now. Your thoughts? And great job you're doing really digging what you are all about. 12:33 – Lijanas - my name is Julia and I'm 17 years old and since I was born I have a venous malformation on my face (cheek & lip), which are abnormally developed blood vessles (veins). It looks similar to the attached pictures. It occurs during fetal developement and since you are saying that acidosis is the root cause of all diseases I wonder if abnormalities in the blood vessles are also caused by it? In the last couple of weeks I've noticed that it has grown and I don't know what to do since it makes me so self conscious. I did have a sclerotherapy done, where they inject a substance into the abnormal veins of the venous malformation (i'm not exactly sure what it was, but some sort of alcohol i think). The substance irritates the wall of the vessel which results in the formation of a blot clot within the vessel. The blood clot is supposed to stop the flow of blood through the bloodvessel and if the irritation is severe enough, the blood vessel will be destroyed and replaced with scar tissue. It was better for a short period of time but it's slowly growing bigger again. I feel like all it really did was just to scarr the tissue which makes it harder for me to move my lip on one side. Do you have any ideas what i could do? Could detoxing help with it not getting bigger? I have been taking your upper circulation herbs for a few days now and it feels a bit better.. Thanks so much for your videos, they inspire me a lot :) Greetings from Poland 24:32 – A’oi – I was wondering if you could talk a bit about the different levels of consciousness, how to achieve them, and how to live in the moment and plan for the future! 42:28 – Majesty - We need your help! We have just watched one of your videos and it was perfect timing. Our friend's dad has just been diagnosed with ALL TYPES OF CANCER (Heart, Lungs, Brain, and Both Kidneys). We are desperate and want to know how we can help him. The doctors have told him that he has 6-22 months with chemo pills (whatever those are) AND WE DON'T WANT HIM TO TAKE THEM. What are our options? Should we let him take the painkillers and chemo or should we recommend changing his diet or something? He had poor eating habits and smoked for years... 55:40 – Ann - I have suffered from frequent flatulence for about 6 years. I understand that a vegan fruit based diet would be ideal. I have experimented with a raw food diet for about a month before, and my gas stayed the same but sometimes worse. Please share some information on why I experience this and any of your advice. I have had blood work done and stool sample examined, everything came back normal. I am a 21 year old female, embarrassed to be around people, my social and work life have suffered long enough. 01:01:27 – Christiane – I came across your information and wondered what info or YouTube you have curing HSV-2 01:05:04 – Facebook discussion. 01:24:05 – Erika - Can a lipoma in the corpus callosum of the brain be dissolved? I know you have seen them on the skin but what about brain? I have severe vertigo, dizziness, mood swings, and mental changes. Sometimes I feel a lot of pressure on the left side of my head and my left pupil slightly bigger than my right. Im confused sometimes and dont know why? Internal dialogue is curupt by my symptoms. I have always had a strong bond with god/myself and I can feel my true soul trying to life me and make me survive but I live in Miami and the jobs dont pay enough to support organic living. Do you know any organic farms beyond Miami but not as far as your loc? I also gave gall stones, digestive issues like bloating and strange aches in gut. And brownish toe nails. I want to be my ultimate self, amazing and full of life so I may help this world in all the ways I know I can

Kidney Pain Symptoms - Signs Of Kidney Stones, Kidney Infection, Renal Failure
For more information on kidney pain symptoms, visit http://stayhealthyvideos.com/kidneydisease. It was an invaluable resource in writing the script for this video. Kidney pain is one of the common symptoms for the most common kidney problems. I've produced this video on kidney pain symptoms in the hope that I'll help people who don't know if they have kidney pain or back pain. Renal problems ("renal" is the medical term for anything related to the kidneys) can be very confusing to those who are experiencing them for the first time. If you have a history of kidney problems in your family, there's a good chance, and you're feeling some discomfort in the area of the lower back toward the flanks, you may very well have kidney trouble of some kind. I've made a number of other videos on topic related to health and well being. Please visit http://stayhealthyvideos.com to view them.

Kidney Stone Symptoms and How To Never Get Them!
http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free video guide to dietary supplements and alternative medicine! Today I'm going to share with you a few common kidney stone symptoms and what you can do to prevent this problem. Just like an automobile needs an oil filter to eliminate unwanted material, your body needs a filter for blood. Can you guess the name of this filter that the human body uses? Yes, it's the kidneys. The second job of the kidneys is to create urine that is used to eliminate any unwanted material. There is this tube that drains the kidney into the bladder and it's known as ureter. What if something blocked that tube and obstructed the flow of urine? This is what is known as a kidney stone. These stones are usually made of salts and other minerals. They could be really tiny in size or even as big as a golf balls. When something bad happens in the human body, most often there is a warning signal that takes place and it is pain. This pain usually is felt on the side of the body between the ribs and the hip. With kidney stones a person could also feel nausea like they want to vomit. Another sign of this disease would be someone's urine having an unpleasant smell or there could be blood in it. It's also possible that a person would not be able to urinate due to the lump of material blocking the pathway or there would be a lot of pain when trying to urinate. Lastly, a person could have high temperature and this might indicate an infection, where a harmful virus or bacteria starts to reproduce in an area. If you want to prevent this health problem it's a good idea to know what causes it right? One idea is that something is needed to dilute whatever is causing the stones. Do you have any idea what this? I'll give you a hint if someone doesn't consume enough of it they usually will get tired. The answer is water, which many people don't get enough of. If you are wondered how much water you should drink many people recommend the 8 by 8 rule. This means to drink 8 glasses that are 8 ounces of water. The other rule of thumb is when a person has really yellow urine they need to drink more water. Another way someone can reduce their chance of having kidney stones is to be active. If someone is sedentary for long periods of time, not only is it unhealthy but it can cause bones to release more calcium. Other risk factors include high blood pressure, eating too much sugar as well as digestive problems. Supplements and alternative medicine can be confusing and even harmful. Make things really simple and give your body a HUGE edge by viewing a free video guide I created at http://utahtexans.com/.
