Ingredients: • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef • 1 Cup of Mushrooms • 1 Cup of Salsa (without sugar) • 1 Cup of Onions • 1 Cup of Bell Peppers • 1 T. Olive Oil Taco Seasoning (allrecipes.com) • 1 T. Chili Powder • ¼ t. Garlic Powder • ¼ t. Onion Powder • ¼ t. Dried Oregano • ½ t. Paprika • 1½ t. Ground Cumin • 1 t. IP Sea Salt • 1 t. Black Pepper Directions: 1. In processor, finely mince the mushrooms and peppers. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet; add mushrooms and bell peppers and sauté until tender, about 1 -2 minutes. 3. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. 4. Mince (or dice depending on preference) the onions. 5. Add taco seasoning, onion and salsa to mixture and cook for about 5 minutes. Let it cool. 6. Divide taco meat into 4 equal containers (by weight) and refrigerate. Each container contains 4 oz. of protein and 1 cup of vegetables. It is not a healthy diet, and its in phases so you lose weight, then add back in the foods that causes you to gain weight and gain it back. The Ideal Protein diet is low carb and will help you lose weight but it comes with a package - it may not make you look good, why? Because of the ingredients in the pre-packaged foods - soy protein isolate (GMO), synthetic vitamins, textured wheat, modified corn starch, agave, maltodextrin, sucralose and all of it is not organic. They also let you add a snack, which will raise insulin - bad. The other BIG protein is its low fat - which will make it impossible to do this long term and deprive you of the fat soluble vitamins. However it may be a low carb diet, but I believe its a high insulin diet, which will keep your belly fat as you lose weight in other places. I'm hoping for great weight loss like I did in 2012, but this time for a 175 lbs loss instead of 105. Hi guys, Sorry I took so long to make a video about this. This is how I typically eat throughout the day. I know it's not the most elaborate meals, but I am a lazy person, haha. I'll admit that I am still paranoid sometimes with how much carbs I eat, but I am getting better at it. It has 3 years since I finished the Ideal Protein Program and for the most part, I have been able to keep off the weight. I do walk a lot so that may have something to do with it. I did gain some weight over the Christmas holidays, but I am slowly returning back to my original weight, lol. I hope you guys enjoyed this What I Eat in Day video. Research, enjoy your food, have fun, and most of all keep it simple until you have the courage and capabilities to stay on track while having a bit of adventures with the other foods that you're trying. Set grill or oven to 275F. 2. In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the stuffing. Feel free to make this dish your own by using your favorite veggies such as zucchini/squash, cabbage and even mushrooms. 3. Make the flank steak thinner by cutting in half so that it is easier to roll and stuff. If necessary, use a food mallet to pound the flank steak and thin it out even more. 4. Stuff the flank steak with the veggie mixture, then roll it up. 5. If you’re using a grill, place the flank on the grill with the flap (i.e., open end) facing down so that the steak bakes closed. If you’re using an oven, place the flank on a baking sheet with the flap facing down as well. 6.
