Dr. Berg's Complete Hair Formula: https://shop.drberg.com/hair-formula-... Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. CORTISOL Low cortisol is when one has either a stress event (including losses). This could trigger alopecia (an autoimmune condition). It could be both high and low cortisol. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66ujy... HIGH ESTROGEN This can also effect the hair by lowering the thyroid function. High estrogen blocks thyroid function. This could happen during the pregnancy when estrogen is spiked. However, right after the pregnancy, the estrogen drops and this can increase androgen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZDUo... INSULIN Increase insulin can trigger the increase of androgens, which turns into DHT effecting the hair. High androgens can cause PCOD, but its high insulin that causing that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTjDi... MENOPAUSE At menopause, estrogen drops, but not as low as testosterone, so the ratio makes testosterone higher this converts to DHT, thus effecting hair. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X4uoj... THYROID Having a slow thyroid can effect hair. But most thyroid issues are secondary which means it's really not a thyroid problem itself. If the gallbladder is a problem, then T4 will not convert to T3. Also if estrogen is high, the thyroid will be inhibited. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3z9p... TESTOSTERONE If testosterone is high, it can turn into DHT thereby blocking the growth of hair. Or, the lower amounts of estrogen can make the testosterone appear to be too high. PCOS & Hair Loss - Is It Reversible / Will It Grow Back?

09:53
One of the symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome is hair loss / balding on the scalp. To cut down a rather long scientific explanation... the reason why we lose our hair is because there are too many androgens in the blood stream. This causes the hair follicle to shrink, and eventually leads to the hair falling out. I would say this is the hardest symptom we need cope with when suffering from PCOS. As acne and weight gain are more common among people who are suffering with a health problems, losing your hair is a truly frightening experience as we don't know if it will ever grow back. People kept offering me the advice "don't worry, it's just hair, you're beautiful without it." Whilst this is a loving and reassuring comment, it didn't make me feel any better about losing half the hair on my head. _______________________________________________________________ In this video I share what worked and what didn't work for me, in terms of immediate symptom relief. I dive into the fact that when it comes to hair loss, it really needs to be addressed from the root of the issue. I know we feel so desperate to stop this and we want to try any supplement on the planet that could potentially help us. Although obsessing over supplements or over the counter prescriptions is not the way to go about this, and it causes you more stress and more money. If taking a supplement (even for the placebo effect) helps you to have peace of mind, give it a go. I've made a recommendation below/in the video. The best way to know whether you're addressing the root of the issue and your body is healing ... is a healthy cycle. This means healthy ovulation. This is what we want to improve upon, as we then know the the androgen and testosterone levels are starting to decrease. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F0YXso99Edg Watch this video to address healing the endocrine system from every angle. Each step is important to address when trying to reset your endocrine system leading to balanced hormones and no more hair loss. And the answer to your questions "does the hair grow back" ... YES. If you are like me, and you have been losing your hair for many years it may be hard to imagine the hair loss ever ceasing, with your hair starting to thicken again. Although I want you to start imagining this process. Imagine it is becoming thicker again (your mind is more powerful than you could ever imagine). You hair can and will grow back if you correct your endocrine system and hormonal imbalance. So yes, you have every opportunity to reverse this side effect. Now take a deep breath. Sigh out any tensions. Know that your body is correcting itself in every minute of every day. All you need to do is offer it the support it needs. Remember that your body is driving the car, you are just adding the fuel. So relax my dear ones, and trust that everything will repair itself when it needs to. Your body is doing the best it can under the circumstances it was operating in. With love, Sarah P.s these are the products I mention in the video. Saw Palmetto is a natural supplement that can improve the androgen levels in the body. This one didn't work for me, although I've read a lot of reviews that it has worked for many women. It's worth trying for 3-4 months to see if it works for you. If it doesn't, just stop taking it. Saw Palmetto - http://amzn.to/2xC9Bnc Since i've stopped losing my hair I've come to know that zinc and saw palmetto are supposedly powerful when used together, so give this one a go if it resonates. Good zinc brand: http://amzn.to/2je2iLP Castor oil is very powerful when applied to the scalp. I was making a castor oil / coconut oil hair mask 3 times a week which was definitely strengthening my hair and making me feel more confident about the hair loss. Definitely give this a go! Recipe: 2 tbsp castor oil - 1 tbsp coconut oil. Method: Mix together and apply to the scalp. Massage you head and pop it up in a bun for 4 hours (preferably overnight). Meditate on the idea that your hair is strengthening and growing back more and more each day. Castor Oil - http://amzn.to/2xHhiKu If my videos are helpful to you, please share with another who is suffering from PCOS or hormonal imbalance. We are in this together.

Why My Hair Fell Out / My Hair Loss Story

17:43
**I FORGOT TO MENTION: I am still using Rogaine! Although I experienced some good results with the product, it certainly isn't a miracle product, and I cannot credit it to my sudden resurgence of hair because that occurred only after I stopped taking spironolactone. I plan on continuing to use Rogaine until I use up my remaining supply, and I will be sure to update you all if anything in my hair routine for thin hair changes! T I M E L I N E : 2011 (17 years old): I discovered my hormone imbalance and began taking birth control and spironolactone to combat it. The plan was to check back in after 3 years to see my progress. 2011-2012 (17-18 years old): I lost A LOT of hair, but didn't really notice it/want to make a big deal out of it because I thought it was all part of the process. 2012-2015 (18-21 years old): I am away at college and studying abroad and am unable to follow up with the doctors about this pill regiment like we planned. Nevertheless, I continue to trust the process and believe that eventually things will get better. December 2015 (21 years old): I compare old pictures and realize that something has gone horribly wrong because my hair is much worse than it was before I started taking the pills. I do research and develop the hypothesis that the spironolactone is what was causing my hair loss. Early 2016 (21 years old): I see a dermatologist who does a biopsy of my scalp. The diagnosis was androgenic alopecia. I was not satisfied with this answer because I do not have a family history of hair loss. I continued to voice my desire to stop taking spironolactone, and we begin to wean me off of it. July 2016 (22 years old): I am completely off of spironolactone and have kept my birth control the same. July 2017 (23 years old): A year later, I see improvement. My hair appears to be making a comeback. My skin was quite bad for awhile, but seems to be evening out. My hormonal redness and breakouts have returned. Hormonal hair growth that had initially been eliminated with laser hair removal came back, but not to the same extent as before. My hair produces oil, which encourages hair growth. Overall, my body seems to be evening out! Sometime in 2020 (26 years old): I will update you all on my progress after a full hair growth cycle off of the spironolactone! Hey, friends! So the story of why my hair fell out is finally here! I know you all have been anxiously awaiting the answers that I have been searching for over the last year, and I really appreciate your patience! So, although this video explains why I have unusually thin hair, and although my hair is growing back, keep in mind that I will A L W A Y S have thin hair. Sadly, I will never have the thick mane of beautiful hair that I long for (I mean, really, did you see Carli Bybel's new video that features her hair?! GOALS, UNATTAINABLE GOALS), but thankfully my hair seems to be making a comeback! I hope this video can help those of you who are struggling with hair loss / female hair loss / androgenic alopecia / any kind of alopecia. I also hope this video can help those of you searching for a reason as to why your hair is falling out. Above all, I want this video to share my spironolactone and birth control and hair loss story for those of you who may be going through something similar. For me, spironolactone caused my hair loss, and I hope I can give you all some hope that your hair can recover from something like this! I look forward to updating you all on my hair regrowth process in the next few years. Like I said in the video, I don't want to focus on how thin my hair is anymore, so I am only going to revisit the thinness / thickness or my hair in 3 years (which is a hair growth cycle). I hope you all can understand and respect my perspective. Again, thank you for your patience! Please leave any remaining comments or questions you have down below!! 9 Hormonal Imbalance Signs Everyone Should Know

07:41
Here are the 9 most common symptoms of hormonal imbalance that can negatively affect you. If you suspect that you have any of these symptoms, talk to your doctor immediately! The rhythm of life, with all its stresses and environmental problems, doesn’t let you fully take care of your physical health. Despite this fact, your body and the way you look may be sending you signals about major health concerns that need to be dealt with. We all want to look our best but this doesn’t necessarily have to involve overpriced salon services, cosmetics or exercise. Your own hormones can “speak” for themselves. The development of the human body greatly depends on the function of hormones. These tiny signaling molecules are responsible for our mood, emotions, behavior and even our looks. TIMESTAMPS Acne 1:07 Excess weight 1:47 Fatigue 2:32 Sweating 3:16 Dark circles under the eyes 3:53 Depression 4:39 Breast changes 5:24 Hair loss 5:59 Unwanted hair 6:37 SUMMARY - Outbreaks of acne can be the result of improper skin care, an unbalanced diet, or your menstrual cycle. However, if acne has become a consistent foe, it’s probably a symptom of a hormonal disorder. - Many people struggle with their weight their whole lives, resisting food cravings and doing exercise; others are thin without any particular effort. Hormone-related problems are most likely to be the culprit of this injustice. - Always feeling tired despite no changes in your habits or environment is a much more serious problem known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which can be a result of hormones that are off balance. - If you have fluctuations in your body temperature, the issue could be both neurological and hormonal. Again, contact a health professional if you feel like you’re experiencing these symptoms. - Chronic insomnia may be the result of testosterone insufficiency in men and progesterone insufficiency in women. The good news is that sleep deficiency due to hormonal imbalance can be cured! - Depression can be another symptom of fluctuating hormone levels. Anxiety and depression can occur just before a woman’s menstrual cycle, during pregnancy, and during menopause. If you’re having more frequent panic attacks and anxiety, talk to an endocrinologist. - Low levels of estrogen can make breast tissue less dense whereas excessively high levels of this hormone can cause lumps or cysts. If you notice any changes in your breasts or you feel any lumps in your breast tissue, consult a doctor immediately. - Excessive hair loss is one of the most common symptoms of hormonal imbalance. Take control of your eyesight and headaches. Worsening vision and frequent headaches may signalize instability in the pituitary gland, the hormone epicenter. Don’t just give up and blame it on stress and hard work. Get yourself checked out! Taking care of your health should be top priority. Know your body and listen to the signals it’s sending to you so that you can be in tip-top shape. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about hair loss and the two causes: One is a nutrition deficiency: loss of trace minerals, collagen loss, silica, biotin or b-vitamins. There there is hormone imbalance due to high levels of DHT (potent type of testosterone). Both of these problems can be resolved by taking trace minerals, B-vitamins (including biotin), vitamin C and silica. Then also taking Stinging Nettle Root which inhibits DHT. 10 Early Warning Signs Your Estrogen Levels Are Too High & How To Fix It

04:56
Nothing helps the body work like it should than when its hormones are perfectly balanced. The key to making sure that women’s bodies are hormonally balanced is making sure that their estrogen levels are where they need to be. Estrogen also plays an important role regulating the menstrual cycle. Bloating and a decreased sex drive are just two indicators of estrogen dominance—what takes place when your estrogen level gets and stays too high. Recognizing the signs and symptoms of too much estrogen can help you know to make sure your hormones stay regulated. Weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, and pregnancy are some of culprits of estrogen dominance. Let’s take a closer look at these and more. Here are 10 signs that you have estrogen dominance: 1. Weight Gain Putting on more than a few extra pounds can be an indication of too much estrogen. It causes bloating and makes it even harder to lose the weight. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, your estrogen can’t suffer rapid changes. 2. Heavy Menstruation When your estrogen levels rise, it can have the unwanted side effect of giving you a heavier period than normal. So, if that happens, you might want to consider having your estrogen level checked. 3. Decreased Sex Drive When you just don’t want intimacy with your significant other, it could mean a significantly increased amount of estrogen. High amounts of estrogen point to a lowered sex drive; however, you don’t want your estrogen to fall too low. It can also affect your desire for sex. 4. Irregular Period As we’ve already seen, your hormones and your period are closely related. When your estrogen fluctuates more than it should, the time between your period becomes unpredictable also. 5. Swollen Breasts When your hormone levels change, your breasts can become overly sensitive. So, when your breasts get tender to the touch, it might mean that you’ve got too much estrogen. 6. Changes in Mood Estrogen can affect your mental health. Too much of the female hormone has been attributed to panic and anxiety attacks as well as depression. 7. Frequent Headaches Have you recently experienced migraine headaches? Have you begun to get headaches more than normal? These issues could be cause by estrogen dominance. 8. Hair Loss When your body produces too much estrogen, your hair begins to thin. As it thins, it begins to fall out. Balancing your estrogen levels can take care of this irritating problem. 9. Insomnia When you’re having trouble sleeping, the cause could be too much estrogen. Our bodies know when there are problems and often times has problems adjusting. Sleep loss can be a reflection of that. 10. Cold Extremities Estrogen levels can affect circulation too. If your hormone levels are abnormal it could be the reason you're having a hard time keeping your hands and feet warm. Balance Your Hormone Levels with These 5 Foods 1. Rosemary Rosemary doesn’t just add flavor to your favorite recipes. It can also improve memory function, boost your metabolism, and contribute to a properly functioning thyroid. Best of all, rosemary is one of the foods responsible for producing estrogen. 2. Cruciferous Vegetables I3C, or indole-3-carbinol as this nutrient is properly known, is found in cruciferous vegetables like spinach, bok choy, kale, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli. These all have the important job of ridding the body of excess estrogen because the I3C converts into a substance that helps the liver flush the body when it has too much estrogen. 3. Flaxseed Another food that assists in getting rid of excess estrogen is flaxseed. The lignans and phytoestrogens present in these tiny seeds help regulate estrogen in the body by controlling how much of the hormone is able to bind to estrogen receptors. 4. Isoflavones Found in several herbs such as Trifolium pratense, Puerari montana, and Pueraria lobata, isoflavones have antioxidant properties that boost low estrogen levels. These herbs can be found in certain teas and are a great way to balance estrogen levels. 5. Activated Folic Acid You often hear about the importance of folic acid in women’s health. That’s because it’s present in the same leafy green vegetables that are high in I3C. It’s able to change estrogen into a form that actually lowers the risk of some forms of cancer. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of misinformation about this topic… For example, most people - including the “experts” -- say how the cause is “too much testosterone”. When in reality, guys who are losing hair have less testosterone! In fact, a high percentage actually have clinical “low” levels of testosterone. The reality is that they have higher levels of “negative”, “aging” hormones -- such as female hormones, DHT, Thyroids, Stress hormones (cortisol) etc. -- which are the real causes of hairloss! These hormonal imbalances end up lowering your testosterone and ultimately, trigger hair loss “man boobs” lower libido less muscle Depression loss of drive and more belly fat. And if you think about it, it makes sense... Teenagers and guys in their 20’s have the highest testosterone and yet, they are NOT losing their hair. Unfortunately, as you age - there’s an increase in these “negative” hormones, causing a decrease in your testosterone and THAT’S when their hair loss starts and body hair increases. And the older you get, the worse everything becomes. This is why about 40% of men over the age of 40 are balding AND also have “lower” testosterone levels. Additionally, all of these hormonal imbalances are causing inflammation in your body, which is a common trigger for hair loss. If you have itchy scalp, that’s inflammation. If you have joint pain, that’s inflammation. Anyway, if you’re concerned about hair loss, or anything related to hormonal imbalances and accelerated aging, then make sure you watch this video because this will be the most important information you’ll ever hear about this topic. However, don’t worry -- I’m not going to make it complicated. I’ve simplified it all for you in about 5 short, easy to digest videos. Each one will be 2 minutes or less And in each video, you’ll also discover proven solutions that you can easily implement, so you can see fast improvements. ======================================== Thank you for watching. 👱 High DHT Affects How Much Hair You Have On Your Head - Hair Loss Part 3

03:14
See the 100% natural formula that can improve your DHT levels and help your hair loss issue: 🤜http://drsam.co/yt/NoMoreHairLost Or watch the first part: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRdsoOUp_hU ======================================= 👱 High DHT Affects How Much Hair You Have - Hair Loss Part 3 ======================================= So now that you know how to increase your testosterone levels as stated in the previous video, your next goal is to keep it high and this is done by preventing your “high” testosterone from being converted or “reduced” to negative, aging hormones. And the first “bad” hormone is Dihydrotestosterone, aka - DHT. This is the hormone that’s known to cause hair loss extra body hair growth and prostate problems Drugs such as Proscar, Propecia and Avodart work by inhibiting the 5-Alpha Reductase enzyme from converting or “reducing” testosterone to DHT. Herbs such as Saw Palmetto also have similar effects, just not nearly as strong. Unfortunately, these “DHT Inhibitors” also dramatically reduce your drive for life, especially your sex drive and libido! … Thus, being one of the major causes of impotence. Additionally, they cause depression and suicidal thoughts. In fact, there are websites dedicated specifically for these topics for users of these drugs. And now, the pharmaceutical companies are required to put these side-effect “warnings” inside the package insert. They’ve known about it for years, but because of so many complaints -- the FDA has forced them to put it in the literature. So, you don’t want to take these drugs or even the herb Saw Palmetto. Instead, there’s a specific form of Zinc, which is clinically proven to lower DHT, and increase your testosterone at the same time. Thus leading to an INCREASE in your libido and sex drive. So in summary: One of the reasons your testosterone lowers as you age, is due to the conversion of DHT - which is like Testosterones “evil brother”. 5-a Reductase or DHT inhibiting drugs (Proscar, Propecia and Avodart) and herbs (Saw Palmetto extract) are known to cause lower sex drive, impotence and increase depression. So instead, you want to take a specific form of Zinc, which has all DHT lowering benefits, but without any of the negative side-effects. However, there is one other major problem... One of the side-effects with these DHT inhibitors is higher estrogen levels, which leads to Gynecomastia or “man-boobs”. In fact, higher estrogen is one of the major causes of hair loss and decrease in testosterone and increase in DHT. Again, we do NOT want this. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. Buy above Ingredients from Amazon, below:- Almonds:- http://azon.ly/almonds Sunflower Seeds:- http://azon.ly/sunflowerseeds Eat These 2 Foods To Regrow Hair In 19 Days - Hair Loss Treatment - Hair Loss Cure Download Daily Plans @ https://www.remediesone.com whether it’s out of desperation to reset a cut from hell or just the desire to try out a new look, you’ve probably been compelled to search for how to make your hair grow faster at one point or another—and you know by now that not everything on the good old internet actually works. However, there are some things you can do that yield real results, especially when it comes to strategic eating. In Today's video Remedies One will discuss Eat THESE Foods to regrow hair in 19 Days. 1. Salmon, This fish is loaded with the strong hair supporters like vitamin D and protein, and it also contains omega-3 fatty acids that promote hair growth by keeping your scalp healthy. A win-win. 2. Yellow peppers, Yellow bell peppers have nearly five and a half times more vitamin C than oranges (341 milligrams, as opposed to 63). This is very good news for your locks—vitamin C is an antioxidant that strengthens the hair shaft and hair follicles, as well as prevents breakage. 3. Oysters, Zinc deficiency has been known to cause hair loss and poor scalp conditions, and oysters are loaded with zinc—just three ounces contains 493-percent of your daily value. But not just any oysters will do: Steer clear of the ones caught in the Gulf of Mexico, which may contain unusually high levels of Cadmium due to the 2010 BP oil spill. 4. Eggs, Eggs are an excellent source of those aforementioned omega-3s, and they are also contain biotin (which many people trying to grow their hair take in supplement form). But be aware: It’s not the “healthier” egg white that will make your hair long and beautiful, it’s the yolk. Eating too many egg whites can actually block the absorption of biotin into the body, causing a depletion of this micronutrient. 5. Sunflower seeds, Just a few little seeds can supply you with an abundance of vitamin E, which will enhance blood flow to the scalp and promote faster hair growth. 8. Almonds, These nuts will make your hair grow faster and thicker due to their high biotin content. One cup contains nearly one-third of your daily requirement. You should be able to see the results in a month or two of adding them to your diet. Are you ready to add these foods to regrow hair fast, Let me know in our comment section below. ---------------------------------------- People who watched this video: https://youtu.be/n7KtkiNf_bQ Also searched online for: ► This Japanese Method Will Help You Quickly Get Rid of Belly Fat https://youtu.be/v2hLwTDWfEQ ► Castor Oil For Hair Growth Before And After Black Women And American Women https://youtu.be/vSg61aMEPo8 ► What Your Chin Says About Your Health - Shocking Truth - Face Mapping https://youtu.be/kLO3pnhNoN8 ► Best Way To Get Rid Of Acne Scars On Buttocks - Skin Care Tips https://youtu.be/xCFlsL2_TQo ► How To Get Rid Of Dark Spots From Acne Home Remedies https://youtu.be/auD5Kcu6zH0 ------------------------------------------- FOR MORE DETAILS: ------------------------------------------- CONNECT WITH US: ► Like us at Facebook https://www.facebook.com/remediesone ► Tweet us at Twitter https://twitter.com/remediesone ► Circle us at G+ https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/115462721207283810926/115462721207283810926 ► Subscribe us at Youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjYqyEHJ8m9s-4swpaYn9mw?sub_confirmation=1 ► Read Blog at Blogspot http://remediesone.blogspot.com/ ------------------------------------------ Don't forget to check out our YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjYqyEHJ8m9s-4swpaYn9mw and click the link below to subscribe to our channel and get informed when we add new content: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjYqyEHJ8m9s-4swpaYn9mw?sub_confirmation=1 -------------------------------------------- Eat These 2 Foods To Regrow Hair In 19 Days - Hair Loss Treatment - Hair Loss Cure Disclaimer: The supplies and the data contained on Remedies One channel are provided for primary and educational capabilities solely and do not signify any licensed, medical or totally different expert advice on any topic materials. Healing Hormones (Does Hair Loss, Acne, Weight Gain, Hirsutism Ever Stop?!)

16:35
Are you needing some support with your hormonal imbalance symptoms? In this video I talk about where my body is at today. I discuss things you may not know about what will happen once you start healing your body. I don’t often speak on this subject but something feels like it needs to be shared. Let's discuss life beyond PCOS / Endometriosis / Fibroids / Ovarian Cysts / Any Hormonal Imbalance. It’s been 1.5 years since my symptoms stopped and my period returned regularly. If you are unfamiliar with my journey, just know that I went to hell and back with my symptoms. I was a severe case in every single possible symptom PCOS displays internally and externally. After coming off the pill not only did my period disappear for 14 months, the PCOS symptoms came on full-swing and an array of other health problems started showing up… gut dysbiosis, candida and chronic psoriasis just to name a few. My body was a WRECK. I share this video to offer you a glimpse of where you are headed for. We often lose site of what life could or would be on the other side of this mess. We get so lost in the fear and doubt… We lose all hope that things will ever get better. I am here to tell you they will. Watch this video to understand the possibilities that await you on the other side of this rather painful and challenging door you are now walking through.

DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) & Hair Loss

Regardless of your age, gender, budget, lifestyle or the extent of your hair loss, Hair Club has a solution for YOU. Call 888-817-4804 or click the Hair Club link to find out more. The culprit of Male Pattern Baldness is a hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is converted from testosterone in the scalp. Over time, DHT builds up around the hair follicle, thinning or “miniaturizing” the hair and ultimately stopping growth. The follicle regresses as a result, causing each new hair that cycles through the follicle to be gradually thinner than the previous one. Eventually the follicle shuts down altogether, ending hair growth completely and permanently. Both a follicle's resistance to DHT and the levels of DHT in the scalp are genetically determined , which explains why some people go bald and others do not. The gene can be inherited from both the mother and the father, so men with balding relatives (on either side of the family) have increased odds of losing their hair too.

5 Hidden Reasons For Hair Loss Most Women Don’t Know About

02:53
5 Hidden Reasons For Hair Loss Most Women Don’t Know About Unwanted hair loss can be extremely frustrating, upsetting and even embarrassing. Please subscribe and watch this video until the end to know the complete information. Hair loss in women is often associated with a change in hormones. There are several hidden causes of hair loss in women that are often overlooked. Here are five hidden reasons for hair loss most women don’t know: 1. Female Pattern Hair Loss. One of the most common reasons that women suffer from hair loss is due to female pattern hair loss. About one-third of all women are genetically exposed to it. It can happen anywhere from puberty to menopause, beginning with the gradual thinning of the hair. Female pattern hair loss is caused by a hormone known as dihydrotestosterone. An excess of the hormone, which is found in both men and women, can lead to hair loss. 2. An Autoimmune Condition. An autoimmune condition known as alopecia areata can cause hair loss. In people who suffer from the condition, the body’s immune cells are prone to attacking one another. The condition causes patches of hair loss when the immune system attacks the hair follicles. 3. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is associated with a wide range of problems when it comes to women’s health, including hair loss. This is a condition that causes an imbalance in female hormones. The ovaries overproduce testosterone, which can cause women to grow excess body hair or lose hair. 4. Medication. Hair loss can be a side effect of many different medications, including antidepressants, beta-blockers and anti-inflammatory drugs. Changing medication can help stop or reverse hair loss in many situations. 5. Pregnancy. Hormones change tremendously during pregnancy. Women may experience hair loss during any stage of pregnancy. For many women, hair loss occurs soon after the baby is born, due to more hormonal changes in the body. Let me tell you about the natural remedies for hair loss. Hair thinning often occurs when your hormones are off balance. Adding some hormone-balancing foods to your daily diet can help keep your hormones levels on the right track. Try avocados, nuts, pomegranates, organic apples and chia seeds. use essential oils. Studies have shown that rosemary oil can work as a topical hair loss treatment. It has the ability to increase cellular metabolism to stimulate hair growth. You can try mixing peppermint oil and sage oil to reduce hair thinning. you can also use coconut oil and olive oil to reduce hair thinning. 🤸🏻‍♂️ Low Testosterone Can Cause Hair Loss Or Balding - Hair Loss Part 2

03:08
See the 100% natural formula that can improve your testosterone levels and help your hair loss issue: 🤜http://drsam.co/yt/Increase-Testosterone Or watch the first part: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRdsoOUp_hU ======================================= 🤸🏻‍♂️ Low testosterone Can Cause Hair Loss Or Balding - Hair Loss Part 2 ======================================= As I stated in the previous video, men who are losing their hair typically have lower testosterone levels. And it’s no coincidence that a man’s testosterone peaks in his early 20’s and starts to drop in his late 20’s. And, this is also the time most men start to see hair loss. By age 40, there’s a big drop in testosterone and at the same time, a big increase in hair loss and extra body hair. And sadly, it only gets worse as you age. However, the next big problem is prostate growth and prostate cancer. And guess what, men who have prostate problems have LOW testosterone. Do you see a pattern?... So your goal is to increase your testosterone levels and decrease the “negative” hormones, which I’ll get to during this video series. So how do you increase testosterone levels naturally?.. Lift weights. But only about 3-4x weekly and less than 1 hour at a time. Thus, you only need 4 hours total a week. Too much causes a DROP in testosterone. Keep intense cardio to a minimum because it lowers testosterone and increases negative hormones. Thus, no running, jogging, biking. A brisk walk for 30 mins daily is great. Eat more healthy fats, natural fats in the raw form. Eat raw nuts, seeds, egg yolks, grass feed butter, macadamia nut oil, avocados and coconut oil. Do NOT heat your oils. Don’t cook with them. Don’t eat any of the typical “supermarket” oils. Get more sleep and rest. This is when you produce your good hormones and reduce the bad ones. Take a short nap if you can. Set time aside daily to rest for 20-30 min - even if it’s meditation or listening to relaxing music. Take herbs and vitamins that are clinically proven to increase your “total” and “free” testosterone levels… such as Horny Goat Weed Extract (20% Icarrin), Avena Sativa Extract (10:1), Longjack Extract (Eurycoma 100:1) and Vitamin D3. These are five, clinically proven solutions that you can implement right away to see improvements in how you look and feel. However, increasing your testosterone is just the start. The real challenge is to KEEP it high and prevent it from dropping, which is what I’ll cover in the next 3 videos. ======================================== Thank you for watching. The Hair Loss DHT Myth: Baldness Cure Debunked

29:03
Hair loss, more commonly referred to as Male Pattern Baldness, is an intriguing phenomenon. I’ve heard people proclaim before that they can’t believe that something like hair loss, hair fall, or balding hasn’t already been solved, yet we can put a man on Mars, and we can destroy entire cities with nuclear weapons. The truth is: The cause of hair loss has already been solved. The research exists, and it’s sitting right in plain sight, where anyone can find it. I’ll show it to you today. But thanks to our old friends Greed and Dogma, going under the monickers these days of Big Pharma and Big Science, nobody will hear about it. In this case billion dollar drugs like Finasteride are creating life-altering - often irreversible, side effects in thousands of men every year, including documented suicides, and it’s time we shine some light on the darkness. Like most things, the Truth is staring us right in the face. By the end of this video I will have shown you the REAL cause of hair loss in humans. You will know why you’re losing hair, and what you can do to stop it without going through hair transplant. First, I’m going to trace back the current “understanding” of male pattern baldness. What do the masses believe is the cause of hair loss, and why do they believe it? Where did that information come from and who wins from this dogmatic view, while others lose? I’ll show you the rather large inconsistencies in this present - dogmatically accepted - hypothesis of hair loss, but it’ll become quite obvious why the mainstream public is not aware of those discrepancies. Then I’m going to show you what ACTUALLY causes hair loss in men. This information is interestingly hiding right in front of our faces, yet nobody seems to see it, and why I believe this is actually another clever trick being played in the name of profit. So buckle up, and let’s dive into today’s Truth Tuesday. Examining the collective body of research and blood markers around all of these instances, you begin to see some painfully obvious patterns emerge. What do all of these situations have in common? Chronically Elevated Cortisol Levels Chronically Elevated Estrogen Levels (there is a feedback loop between cortisol and estrogen where they both increase one another over time as well) Low Thyroid Function Liberation of Free Fatty Acids In The Blood, which stimulates Estrogen production Chronically Elevated Prolactin Levels Mucopolysaccharide accumulation in the scalp tissue (Matrix for Calcification) Drops in protective hormone levels like Progesterone, with the simultaneous increase in stress hormone levels like cortisol and estrogen (This ratio matters) Control and balance these hormones through proper nutrition, micronutrient correction, and stress management and you will reverse your hair loss. Let’s look at some specific recommendations. I wanted to make sure I put together an action plan for anyone who needs to stop and find a hair loss remedy for receding hairline, hair regrowth, and baldness cure: First off, controlling excess Estrogen: to control estrogen I recommend taking the following 4 step approach: Methylate the estrogen in your system (choline and betaine) Lose extra body fat above 15% Supplement with, or up the dietary intake of Vitamin A, K2, and D Drastically reduce your exposure to estrogenics in your environment and diet If you're interested in seeing me formulate a natural supplement for hair regrowth, please sign up for the Waiting List here - https://truthnutra.com/hairloss Follow Me On Social Media: Website: https://truthnutra.com/yt Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/truthnutra/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/truthnutra/ Personal Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_christopherwalker/ Truth Nutra Products: Shop For Supplements - https://truthnutra.com/supplements Shop For Books - https://truthnutra.com/books Shop For Apparel - https://truthnutra.com/apparel Use code "YOUTUBE" For 10% Off! Try This Hair Loss Treatment To Stimulate Hair Regrowth

I wanted to make sure I put together an action plan for anyone who needs to stop and reverse their hair loss: First off, controlling excess Estrogen: to control estrogen I recommend taking the following 4 step approach: Methylate the estrogen in your system (choline and betaine) Lose extra body fat above 15% Supplement with, or up the dietary intake of Vitamin A, K2, and D Drastically reduce your exposure to estrogenics in your environment and diet Second, controlling Cortisol: Cortisol comes down to stress management. This has both psychological and physiological components. On the psychological level, you must stop reacting to things. A shift from negative outlook to positive outlook is necessary. Most people overlook this or discount it as not important but control of your mind and your worldview is absolutely MASSIVE. On the physiological level, you must increase oxygen consumption by improving your breathing. Spend 10-20 minutes per day in deep breathing. Also stop eating crappy food, it is causing your body significant cellular stress! In terms of exercise, stop doing chronic endurance training, focus on heavy lifting and explosive movements with plenty of rest between sets and sessions. Third, lower your Prolactin levels: To lower prolactin quickly and naturally, I recommend supplementation with KSM-66 ashwagandha like we have in Testro-X. This study found https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19789214 a significant 15% drop in Prolactin in men taking ashwagandha while simultaneously increasing T production by 40%. Increase the amount of Vitamin E you’re getting in your diet, or use a Vitamin E supplement. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1490755 In this study, 300 mg’s of vitamin E for 8 weeks, decreased prolactin levels by a staggering 69% when compared to placebo in healthy human subjects. Also, I recommend using L-Dopa like you can find in the Truth Nutra Dopa Mucuna. Dopamine modulates the release of Prolactin. https://academic.oup.com/endo/article-abstract/94/4/1077/2621920?redirectedFrom=fulltext Also, up your zinc! One of the key symptoms of zinc deficiency is hair loss. And daily supplementation of zinc was found to cut male prolactin levels in half https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2753470 And last thing to do to decrease prolactin is to increase B6 consumption. B6 has been found to significantly increase Growth Hormone production while simultaneously slashing prolactin production https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article-abstract/42/3/603/2684599?redirectedFrom=fulltext 4. Improve your Thyroid function: For those with damaged thyroid (if you’re losing hair you have a damaged thyroid btw), you must do everything in your power to improve your thyroid function. I initially recommend people use a dessicated thyroid supplement to treat this and kickstart your thyroid again. I also recommend supplementing with iodine and selenium. Use this supplementation protocol for at least 4-8 weeks to correct deficiencies. Hair loss, hair fall, balding in men, women, and children across the board is caused by: High estrogen High cortisol High prolactin Low thyroid function All of these are caused by micronutrient deficiencies, chronic stress, and exposure to estrogenics through the environment and certain food sources (basically a high estrogen load) and with storage in excess body fat tissue. Hair fall solution hair regrowth baldness cure is all achieved by increasing protective hormones and decreasing stress hormones. Drops in protective hormones like progesterone, which highlights that this is ratio dependent. The ratio of stress hormones to protective hormones. And when stress hormones increase while protective hormones simultaneously drop, then things get really bad. 3. Hair follicles require glucose, fructose, and/or pyruvate to actually grow hair. 👱 Poor Blood Flow Can Cause Baldness and Hair Loss - Hair Loss Part 7

04:06
See the natural formula that can improve your circulation and help your hair loss issue: 🤜http://drsam.co/yt/GetYourHairBack Or watch the first part: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRdsoOUp_hU ======================================= 👱 Poor Blood Flow Can Cause Baldness and Hair Loss - Hair Loss Part 7 ======================================= So here’s something very interesting -- men who are losing hair, typically have higher blood pressure and poor blood flow and circulation. In fact, statistics show that men who are bald/balding, have higher rates of heart disease - thus leading to heart attacks and/or strokes. Again -- blood flow being a major issue. Less blood flow to the scalp also results in less nutrients and oxygen getting to the hair follicles. This is also why a lot of transplanted hairs, eventually fall out over time. If there isn’t enough blood flow to the scalp / balding areas, even these “new” transplanted hairs eventually start to die and fall out over the next few years. Here are some other interesting facts... Minoxidil - the topical hair loss product... Was originally a blood pressure drug. One of the side-effects or side-benefits was extra hair growth Actually, it was more head hair AND body hair. People liked the extra head hair, but NOT the extra body hair. So, they made it topical so it goes on primarily to the scalp and thus, more scalp hair growth Also, you’ve heard of Viagra, correct? Well, this is PDE-5 inhibitor and the original reason Viagra was created, was for lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow. A side-benefit was better erections. So, two common problems for guys -- hair loss and poor erections -- and blood pressure and blood flow are both causing factors. So our goal is to improve your blood flow and circulation, which will result in a healthier heart, better hair growth and better erections. Recently, I started utilizing an all natural PDE-5 inhibitor called Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa, also referred to as X-Scabrosa. Basically, it acts like a natural Viagra - literally! … Obviously it’s not as potent as the drug, but there are also no side-effects from it. Of course, you have to find the correct source, the specific extract form (Piperazine 35%) and use the clinically proven dosage to make X-Scabrosa work. Unfortunately, most people don’t have access to this rare herb. But don’t worry, I’m not here to tease you. At the end of this video I’ll show you where you can get access this amazing herb. …. And, there you have it my friend. That’s the end of this video series about hair loss and hormones. Improve your hormones and blood flow and: You’ll have more muscle Less belly fat Feel happier and more energetic Higher sex drive and better erections And more head hair. Basically, you’ll look and feel younger. You’ll be a lot more confident and you’ll be the BEST that YOU can be and that’s all you can ask for. Now, I know I’ve given you a lot of things to think about in this video series. However, I’ve done this so you can be educated about YOUR health. Hopefully you have a better understanding and more clarity about this very important topic. With that said, if you’re serious about improving your hormones and finally fixing this part of your life, then visit the link below this video in the description area. You’ll discover the proven formula that’s been utilized by thousands of guys since 1999, that can help you get the results you’re looking for. Human Growth Hormones and Hair Loss

01:30
http://review.fasthairgrowthproducts.us You are tired of seeing your hair fall every time you pass the hairbrush through your hair. You feel embarrassed when somebody loudly announces the grey hair she has seen on your head. You plan to take human growth hormones to get that beautiful hair. To both men a woman, thick dense hair adds beauty to their looks. Women look prettier and men look more handsome. However, if you begin to lose on your hair, it becomes depressing. Hair fall, hair thinning, and grey hair at an early age are all very upsetting. No matter how many types of conditioner we use and consume herbal medicines to improve our hair problems, we never succeed. This is because it is important to clear the problem from its roots for best results. Growth hormones produces in the pituitary glands help the growth of hair. Your quality of hair improves. Nevertheless, have you ever thought; increased level of growth hormones can reverse the effects as well? There are articles based on several studies and researches that state that growth hormones do have positive effects on hair. Many patients have also reported loss of hair after being treated for acromegaly by various medications. For instance, octreotide. Acromegaly is disease that is caused by an increase in level of human growth hormones in the body. Growth hormones cannot be only taken for poor hair conditions. Growth hormones affect several parts of the body. Like, the heart, the liver, the kidney, skin, etc. This is why you see and feel various changes in you once you start taking HGH. Your skin's elasticity gets enhanced, your energy level is boosted, you get good sleep, you lose weight and body mass becomes lean, muscles become stronger, sexual potency improves, memory imrpoves... and the list will never stop. Therefore, HGH or human growth hormones cannot be taken for hair problems only. In addition, it solely does not justify why HGH should be used for treating hair problems. Medical problems cause hair loss. Improper care of hair causes hair problems. It is important to get to the roots of the problem instead of taking growth hormones with any consultation. It is wise to consult a doctor why you suffering from hair loss problems. The most common reason why one loses hair are: - Thyroid disorders - Iron deficiency - Malfunctioning of the immune system automatically - Hormonal imbalance in a woman - If you have been on other medications for a long time, it also causes hair fall. This is because, most of the medications heats up the system of the body. This causes hair fall. Human growth hormones will not completely solve hair loss problem because it does not affect a single system in the body. It affects several other vital organs. Besides this, there has been no justification for the usage of growth hormones for hair loss. http://review.fasthairgrowthproducts.us

How to Reverse Hair Loss 6 Secrets for Reversing Hair Loss

07:11
http://bit.ly/195aKGp The cause of hair loss is linked to an increase in an androgen hormone called DHT (DiHydroxy Testosterone). Managing this and other hormones is key to halting and reversing hair loss. In this video I go over the 6 compounds that you should be consuming to balance your hormones and keep your hair full and healthy. 1. Saw Palmetto is an herb that's been shown to block DHT. Supplement with 1500mg per day 2. Adaptogenic Herbs help your body adapt and deal with stress, balance hormones and reduce cortisol levels (also known as the aging hormone). Ashwaganda and Rhodiola are two of the adaptogenic herbs that help stop and reverse hair loss. Take 500mg of each per day. 3. Pumpkin Seed Oil is packed with zinc which has been shown to stop hair loss. Supplement with 1 Tbsp per day. 4. B-Complex vitamins - Biotin helps thicken your hair naturally and Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) supports your adrenal glands 5. Zinc boosts your immune system and repair your gut 6. Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil) reduce inflammation and balance hormones, Look for a high quality fish oil like Axe Naturals, Garden of Life or Nordic Naturals. Bonus Tip: Grains and sugars feed bad bacteria, cause estrogen to increase, and cause DHT to increase which promotes hair loss. 6 Proven Home Remedies for Hair Loss

03:59
Young or old, we love our hair, don't we? Hair condition plays a deciding role in styling your look. Unfortunately, hair loss is a problem that many people suffer from. There can be several factors behind hair loss such as environmental effects, aging, too much stress, excessive smoking, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, genetic factors, etc. There are about 100,000 strands of hair on your scalp and it is considered very normal to lose 50 to 100 strands a day. But when you start losing more than that, itís time for you to take some action so it doesnít progress to baldness or bald spots. Many readily available ingredients can be used to treat hair loss at home. 1. Hair Oil Massage The first step that you can take to reduce hair loss is to massage your scalp with appropriate hair oil. Proper hair and scalp massage will increase blood flow to the hair follicles. It will also promote relaxation and reduce feelings of stress. You can use hair oils like coconut or almond oil, olive oil, castor oil, amla oil, or others. Add a few drops of rosemary essential oil to the base oil for better and faster results. 2. Fenugreek Fenugreek, also known as methi, is highly effective in treating hair loss. Fenugreek seeds contain hormone antecedents that enhance hair growth and help rebuild hair follicles. They also contain substances that stimulate hair growth. Soak one cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning, grind them to make a paste. Apply the paste to your hair and cover with a shower cap. After about 40 minutes, rinse your hair. Follow this remedy every morning for a month. 3. Onion Juice Onion juice helps treat hair loss due to its high sulfur content, which helps improve blood circulation to the hair follicles and help regenerate hair follicles. Extract the juice of one onion by grating it and then strain it. Apply the juice directly onto the scalp. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, and then wash it off. Finally, shampoo your hair. Repeat this procedure two or three times a week for several weeks. 4. Aloe Vera Aloe vera contains enzymes that directly promote healthy hair growth. Regular use can also relieve scalp itching, reduce scalp redness and inflammation, add strength and luster to hair, and alleviate dandruff. Both aloe vera gel and juice will work. 5. Coconut Milk Coconut milk is rich in protein and essential fats that promote hair growth and prevent hair loss. When applied to the hair, coconut milk provides quick results. Apply the milk thoroughly onto the scalp and into your hair. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and then shampoo your hair. To make the treatment more effective, you can mix black pepper and powdered fenugreek seeds to the coconut milk before using it. 6. Licorice Root The mollifying properties of licorice roots open the pores, soothe the scalp and help get rid of irritations like dry flakes. This remedy is good for dandruff, hair loss and baldness. Add one tablespoon of ground licorice root to one cup milk with a quarter teaspoon saffron. Mix it thoroughly. Apply the paste on bald patches at bedtime and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash your hair. Hair fall and hair thinning are one of the most common problems faced by both men and women today. As much as 25% of the men below the age of 21 years suffer from hair loss. And 45% of the women suffer from hair thinning at some point of their life. Let us talk about it’s major reasons and the do’s and don’ts to fix it. So, it stops making hair and takes care of the other vital organs. So, any hormonal imbalance or lack or nutrients, hair has to pay the price. These days, fast foods, fad diets, cola, artificial sweeteners, artificial juices, processed foods are very much a part of every teenagers diet. This needs to be fixed. Ways to increase facial hair in males - Dr. Aruna Prasad

01:09
There’s no way of cosmetically increasing facial hair in men. First of all, if there is abnormally less facial hair in men, then if it is because of any low testosterone or there is any hormonal disorder. If it is patchy hair loss, it could be alopecia areata. So we have to identify the disorder or the person is born with less hair in the beard area. Unless the dermatologist identifies, we cannot make out if it is a disorder or an abnormal pattern. If it is a normal pattern, then fine. But if is really thin, the underlying hormonal investigations have to be done. But there is no other way of cosmetically increasing facial hair.

10 Common Signs of Thyroid Problems, No. 3 is Shocking

15:00
10 Common Signs of Thyroid Problems About 4.6 percent of the United States population suffers from underactive thyroid . The risk for developing hypothyroidism and infertility is higher in women over age 50 and postpartum females. If you have multiple signs and symptoms of this problem, ask your doctor to check your thyroid hormone levels and get treatment of thyroid. Here are the signs and symptoms that you have Thyroid Problems review : 01:02 Unexplained Weight Gain 02:05 Dry and Flaky Skin 03:08 Muscle Soreness and Pain 04:06 Hair Loss 05:11 Constant Fatigue and Tiredness 06:08 Menstrual and Fertility Problems 1. Unexplained Weight Gain Weight gain without any change in diet or physical activity may indicate low levels of thyroid hormones. These hormones help regulate basal metabolism and thermogenesis as well as the metabolism of fats and glucose. An underactive thyroid contributes to a lower metabolic rate, which may cause excess weight gain. If you have unexplained weight gain, it is essential to consult your doctor to determine the exact cause and get hypothyroidism treatment weight loss. 2. Dry and Flaky Skin If you are following your usual beauty and skin care regimen and haven’t changed any of the products you use but your skin is dry and itchy, it could be a symptom of hypothyroidism or thyroid dry skin. The change in skin texture and appearance can be due to reduced blood circulation, one of the side effects of having low thyroid hormones. In addition, a slowed metabolism due to low thyroid hormone production can reduce sweating. Without proper sweating, the skin becomes dry and flaky. As these skin signs are rather nonspecific and often subtle, people tend to ignore them or attribute them to other causes. It is best to consult your doctor to see if there is an underlying health condition causing these skin changes. 3. Muscle Soreness and Pain People suffering from hypothyroidism often experience muscle weakness, pain, stiffness, or cramping. There may also be general joint pain. Low metabolism disrupts how your body burns energy, which can affect how your muscles feel after doing your regular exercises. Low thyroid often increases inflammation that may be contributing to your muscle and joint pain. In fact, about 40 percent of the hypothyroid patients had predominantly sensory signs of a sensorimotor axonal neuropathy early in the course of thyroid disease. 4. Hair Loss hypothyroidism hair loss and Proper functioning of the thyroid gland is essential for the development and maintenance of the hair follicles, and an underactive thyroid can result in significant changes in hair growth and texture. It may also affect eyebrows and body hair. The thyroid hormones thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) modulate several aspects of hair anatomy, from the hair growth cycle to the hair’s pigmentation. If you are worried about hair loss and other hair-related issues, see your doctor to get your thyroid checked. 5. Constant Fatigue and Tiredness Fatigue and extreme tiredness are very common in people who have an underactive thyroid. When low thyroid hormones flow through the blood, cells do not function properly, leading to less energy, fatigue and constant tiredness. These symptoms persist even after getting proper sleep and rest. A 2012 study published in the European Journal of Endocrinology notes that autoimmune hypothyroidism patients had significantly higher levels of fatigue as compared with differentiated thyroid carcinoma patients health thyroid. 6. Menstrual and Fertility Problems Women with hypothyroidism may experience menstrual as well as fertility problems. Thyroid hormones have a great influence on menstruation, thyroid pregnancy, lactation and even uterine involution after childbirth. Nature Crazy's Top 7 Tips For Reversing Hair Loss Naturally

08:32
Want to know the cause of hair loss and how to reverse it? Controlling inflammatory cytokines, such as Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha, Superoxide, Reactive Oxygen Species, Prostaglandin imbalances, stress hormone elevation, prolactin production, and DHT are key to halting and reversing hair loss. What triggers these inflammatory events in the body? Weight gain, Excessive physical or mental stress, Environmental Pollution, Poor diet and eating disorders, lack of vitamins and minerals, and a build up of toxins in the body. Do genetics play a role? Yes, but your genes just determine a supsceptivity towards thinning and hair loss. There are many ways for halting the process naturally for ALL types of hair loss Today Nature Crazy is going to go over 7 exclusive tips that you should be utilizing to halt hair loss and stimulate hair regrowth. 1. Scutellaria baicalensis enhances hair growth and prevents further hair loss by inhibiting DHT binding with the androgen receptor and regulating the hair growth factor. In essence, this forces your follicles to transition from the telogen to anagen growth phase, which helps puts a stop to widespread hair loss. http://www.iherb.com/dragon-herbs-standardized-scute-500-mg-each-100-veggie-caps/55598?rcode=gsv403 2. Supplementing with Ecklonia Cava which is one of the most multifaceted supplements you can add to your routine. It stimulates hair growth, prevent hair follicle death, and reduces DHT activity in a natural way. We recommend taking two a day, one in the morning and another at night. http://www.iherb.com/nutricology-fibroboost-75-veggie-caps/7777?rcode=gsv403 3. Supplementing with a combination of Curcumin and Resveratrol downregulates the androgen receptor and impedes GSK-3beta, which is responsible for overflow of sebum on the scalp. They also block the Cannabinnoid receptor-1 which is responsible for detrimental hair growth cues due to stress and anxiety. Stress related hair loss is one of the most prevalent types of hair loss in the world today, and has very little to do with DHT or Genetics. We recommend supplementing with both Curcumin and resveratrol daily. http://www.iherb.com/jarrow-formulas-curcumin-95-500-mg-60-veggie-caps/106?rcode=gsv403 http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Natural-Resveratrol-60-Veggie-Caps/7730 4. If your liver starts to underperform it cannot properly remove hormones and toxins from our body including free testosterone and DHT. Supplementing with milk thistle on a regular basis can help improve the functioning of your liver and thus improve your overall health and hair. We suggest taking one a day. http://www.iherb.com/jarrow-formulas-milk-thistle-150-mg-200-capsules/127?rcode=gsv403 5. Specific hormones, called prostaglandins, can slow hair follicle growth and when left unchecked greatly contribute to hair loss by allowing another hormone called interleukin 6 to shorten the anagen hair growth stage and extend the catagen hair sleeping stage. Using an Omega-3 supplement on a daily basis helps to suppress this inflammatory prostaglandin which is a direct response to DHT.. We recommend taking Krill Oil twice a day which is an excellent choice for getting the right amount of Omega-3 in the diet. http://www.iherb.com/now-foods-neptune-krill-oil-500-mg-60-softgels/14424?rcode=gsv403 6. The supplements help your body from the inside out, and an effective topical directly addresses the scalp and hair from another front. If at all possible, try to avoid chemicals and opt for a natural topical that does not create dependent hairs but rather stimulates and aids hair growth naturally. For this reason, we suggest applying Nature Crazy’s Hair Growth Tonic once a day. https://naturecrazy.com/products/all-natural-telogen-effluvium-nightly-scalp-tonic 7. Steer clear of chemical laced shampoos and opt for only natural hair care products. The wrong products strip your hair of its protective oils, which causes breakage and exacerbates your hair loss. Our rule of thumb when choosing a new shampoo is to avoid the following ingredients. Sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, propylene glycol, PEG, DEA, TEA, parabens, and fragrances. For shampoo and conditioner, we wholly endorse Nature Crazy’s Just Really Thick Hair Shampoo and Just Really Thick Hair Conditioner, which are truly all-natural and absolutely free of harmful chemicals. https://naturecrazy.com/products/just-really-thick-hair-daily-shampoo https://naturecrazy.com/products/just-really-thick-hair-conditioner If you want updates on cutting edge hair, skin, and health tips just subscribe to this video below and check out our website at https://naturecrazy.com/ [1] http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24496985 [2] http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24252083 [3] https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19328683 [4] http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9590429 [5] http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21881585 http://www.naturecrazy.com/disclaimers
