It is more common among men than women. Exertional headaches usually consist of a throbbing or pulsating pain that lasts from as short as a few minutes to several hours. The pain is usually severe at the onset, and then gradually decreases. If the headache pain lasts longer than that, you should get it checked out by your doctor. To help get rid of an exercise induced exertion headache you should immediately stop whatever exercise or activity you're doing and focus on taking deep breaths to try and relax your body. Breathe deep into your belly. Doing this should help reduce the headache pain within a few minutes. After that do some light stretching for your neck, shoulders, and back to help release any tension that you have in these areas. A lot of times when you have excessive muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, and back this reduces proper blood flow and circulation to your head, and could cause the head aches. ================================ You can see my Stretching Video Playlist at: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLszvxdbDUNfe8LbE0QyC57y2exPIpw224 ================================ You can do these stretches on a regular basis and as part of your pre-workout warm up routine. After the stretching and deep breathing your headache pain should be reduced and you maybe able to continue on with your workout at a reduced intensity. Lighten up the weights, stop your sets short of failure, and take longer rest breaks between sets. You should purposely train easier like this for the next few workouts and monitor how you feel. As long as you avoid getting the exertion headaches, you can gradually increase your training intensity day by day until you are back to training at 100%. But if the headaches return frequently, then play it safe and get it checked out by your doctor to ensure that there's no underlying medical condition that needs to be addressed. In addition to these tips, your nutrition can play a big role with whether or not you get headaches. Things like your level of hydration, blood sugar, and electrolyte balance all play a role. So to ensure that you are not neglecting any nutritional aspects, I recommend that you download a copy of my Free PDF Report called: "Bodybuilding Nutrition Made Simple" at: http://leehayward.com/diet This covers the fundamentals of proper nutrition and will ensure that you have your basis covered. DASH diet – Low fat dairy products – Consuming more nuts, grains, fish and poultry – Fresh foods and vegetables – Avoiding high cholesterol and fatty foods The lucky ones can resolve their hypertension problems completely naturally, by exercising more, eating healthier and reducing the sodium intake. Others still need to take certain medications to prevent bigger complications. Woman with Horrible Headache Due to Unusual Condition Gets Relief
A woman finally gets relief after suffering from pounding headaches due to an unusual condition. Medical personnel in Tucson, Arizona deserve a pat on the back after performing a dangerous surgery to help a 20-year-old patient, Carissa Galvez. She had a genetic mutation, which affected her cerebral spinal fluid. Five years ago, a neurosurgeon placed a two-valve shunt in her head and back as an experimental procedure. The valve was supposed to help drain the fluid and it worked until several weeks ago when Galvez began experiencing pounding headaches, high blood pressure and vomiting. Something had gone wrong with the shunt causing the severe pain and neurosurgeons did not know what to do. The original doctor that had worked with Galvez had retired and hospital officials claimed that there was nothing that could be done. She remained at the hospital in debilitating pain. That is until officials at the University of Arizona Medical Center decided to operate. Now, she is expected to make a complete recovery and states "I'm a million times better than I was. I'm so happy I got relief."

Dizziness While Exercising – All About Postural Blood Pressure
https://www.drlam.com/blog/dizziness-while-exercising-all-about-postural-blood-pressure/22264/ This is Dr. Lam from DrLam.com and the Adrenal Fatigue Center. Today we’re going to talk about a common problem that some people experience when they’re doing, for example, exercises that the head is not in the right position, leading to dizziness. Now, dizziness can be due to a variety of factors. Most commonly, when it is related to postural change, we call it postural blood pressure problems. Now, the body’s blood pressure is regulated in many ways through an automatic mechanism. When the body’s head is below a certain level, in order to get more blood to the brain, the body’s blood vessels automatically constrict and that is intended to bring more blood to the brain so you don’t faint. Now, when this mechanism is defective or not functioning well, then problems can arise. For example, you can feel dizzy. You can feel the room spinning. You can feel even nauseated. You can have headaches and in severe cases, you can faint. The first thing you have to do if you have this type of experience is to get yourself back to a situation where your head is level or above your heart so that your body has the ability to regain its composure. The medical workup including cardiac as well as neurological workup will include checking out your heart, making sure that your carotid blood vessels are okay, there’s no blockage. Make sure your heart is not having any arrhythmias that are causing the heart rate to be dysregulated during these situations. Make sure that your ears and your nose are okay so that you don’t have any postural changes that can affect your balance. Metabolically, you’re going to make sure that your sugar is not low beyond a certain point. If everything checks out, then chances are you’ll be told that this is posture related. There’s really not much you can do if that’s the case, if everything works out. In the case of adrenal fatigue, we do see some postural changes and oftentimes, this can be improved with increasing the vascular volume such as with more fluids as well as more salt. Regulating and normalizing blood pressure often can also be beneficial and helpful. As far as exercise, you have to moderate yourself. Oftentimes, when the body is in a state of adrenal fatigue, the fight or flight response can be activated and when this happens, dizziness can occur as well. There are many, many reasons and you want to make sure that there’s no conventional medical reasons that you cannot check out. If everything turns out to be normal, do look into adrenal fatigue because it is very common. The good news is that, oftentimes, these are spontaneously healing signs. As your body gets stronger, if it is indeed related to adrenal issues, then oftentimes it gets better by itself. Taking medications can have its place if the situation is severe and you don’t want to be in a fainting situation, which can be dangerous to yourself and others. Regulating blood pressure, etc. can be considered with conventional medication. The problem with this is that if you overregulate, you can be a little more dizzy and a little more calm and sometimes walk around like a zombie because you can be sedated in order to avoid these problems. At the same time, if you don’t look at the underlying problem and resolve it, then these masking medications can actually be detrimental and negative to your overall health over time because your problem underneath is really not resolved. If it’s a matter of simple insufficient salt or adrenal weakness, then there are simple ways you can do, from lifestyle, nutrition, and supplementation that can help with the adrenals and then the postural blood pressure changes can resolve. These are the first steps you should take. However, especially if you are older and you have a previous history of heart disease, then you need to see a doctor first and make sure there’s nothing else going on. Most clinical professionals would advise against the Valsalva maneuver for a few reasons, but do these reasons have merit? The largest concern when involving the Valsalva maneuver is the impact on the brain, because although changes on the heart can seem dramatic, the brain is full of tiny veins and needs to be protected at all costs – so, will these sudden cardiac changes lead to brain damage of any sort? The answer is an intriguing one in that it would make common sense to imagine that if a person’s blood pressure rises over 300 mmHg, these vessels in the brain would cause immediate stroke; however, there are some interesting mechanisms that seem to protect the brain from the brunt of this pressure increase. Diving into a bit of physics and physiology combined, talking about the Bernoulli and Monro-Kelli Principles, we know that the brain is regulated differently than the rest of the body in terms of blood pressure regulation [11][12][15]. As arterial pressure increases due to the Valsalva, the brain compensates by dilating vessels to allow more rapid blood flow to mitigate this increase in pressure occurring throughout the body. We can understand this better if we first understand how intra-cranial pressure is created..." 4 Types Of Headaches You’ve Never Heard Of—But Could Be Suffering From
4 Types Of Headaches You’ve Never Heard Of—But Could Be Suffering From You know all about tension headaches, cluster headaches, and eye-strain headaches, more than you'd like to about sinus headaches, caffeine withdrawal headaches, and migraine headaches. You've probably lived through your fair share of hangover headaches. Around 45 million Americans regularly suffer from headaches, and while most are the common afflictions above, a much smaller group of people deal with rare, more unusual types. There are hundreds of types of headaches as categorized by the International Headache Classification. To tell them apart, doctors typically need patients to provide a detailed history of what their symptoms feel like, as well as when and how often they occur. Each type of headache has a distinct history, and that history determines what types of tests will be used to confirm a diagnosis. The more a person can think about the features of their headache, the more effective an evaluation is going to be. Here are some of those lesser-known types you should be aware of. Exertion headaches. These headaches occur in the minutes following some kind of physical exertion, including exercise, sex, sneezing, laughing, or even, yep, pooping. When you bear down, as you do during many of these activities, the spinal fluid pressure in the head increases briefly. That pressure leads to pain, which, luckily, is usually no cause for concern and should pass within a few minutes. In rare cases, there could be a blood vessel problem causing this pain, so if a headache comes on extraordinarily strong soon after exerting yourself, go see a doc. Hypertension headaches. Just like the name suggests, this type of head pain has to do with your blood pressure, but average BP isn't the culprit. Instead, this headache is caused by really, really high blood pressure—in the range of 200/110 or higher. When blood pressure is very high, it's elevated in the brain as well. Blood vessels may be restricting blood flow to the brain. A hypertension headache can feel like that very specific pain you might get from wearing a headband, and it's generally worse in the morning and improves throughout the course of the day, according to the National Headache Foundation. To alleviate the pain, it's crucial to keep BP under control. Giant cell arteritis. The cause of this boring, burning, or jabbing head pain remains unknown, but the condition is extremely serious. We do know it's linked to inflammation and almost always seen in people over the age of 60, who often also feel pain around their ears when chewing with these types of headaches. About one-third of people with giant cell arteritis will go blind, so it's typically considered an emergency diagnosis. Doctors will start treatment with steroids as soon as possible to prevent blindness and dramatically improve the pain. Trigeminal neuralgia. The older you get, the more likely you are to have this pain in the temples and around the jaw. Very sharp pain—like an electric shock—is typically triggered by something like touching the face or brushing the teeth, and people with this condition may experience several "shocks" a day, possibly due to an artery pressing on a nerve. Muscle relaxants might help, according to the National Headache Foundation, but if a patient with these symptoms is younger than 55 or so, it may also be caused by a neurological disease, like MS.

http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free guide to choosing and buying dietary supplements. There are all these arteries going through the brain that carry blood to where they are needed. A brain aneurysm really has to do with a weak spot in one of these arteries, that like bulges out. Sort of like the battle of the bulge in World War 2 Eventually the wear and tear may lead to an opening in which case blood will leak out. If the weak area ruptures then that isn't good, and around 50% of the time it will lead to death. If someone doesn't die then a huge majority of people will experience an everlasting disability. There are a variety of reasons that can bring about this condition and one of them is genetics. If someone in your family has aneurysms then it increases the odds of you getting it. Another very common cause could be high blood pressure, which is considered a silent killer because usually there are no symptoms. Having high cholesterol levels, kidney problems, old age, alcoholism and diabetes can all play a part as well. A person can have an aneurysm for many years and not notice anything, especially if it's small. Once it gets large and presses on something or disturbs the flow of your health, then you are going to notice something. When something goes wrong usually the first warning sign is pain. So, the very first symptom is going to be a headache. This pain can expand to the neck area as well as the face. Apart from the pain additional things can go wrong for instance; having blurry vision as well as problems with talking can develop. As the body starts to get sick the person could experience feelings of wanting to vomit. Next there can be symptoms of confusion, dizziness, sensitivity to light and vision problems. A person may even experience a seizure as the brain tries to cope with the injury. A seizure is really when the brain sends out abnormal signals that change how the body functions. This could either be light shaking of a person's hands, or it could be heavy turbulent shaking of the body. This seizure might make someone unconscious or perhaps not. The important thing to realize with these symptoms is that everyone gets a headache occasionally, but when it gets unusual and brings about other symptoms, perhaps it's best to get it checked out. I remember when I was a kid and had appendicitis. The pain got to be so great, and unusual, but I didn't get it checked out. My appendix actually burst and did a lot of damage that all could have been prevented. Besides getting normal checkups and seeing a professional if you experience warning signs, the best thing you can do is prevent this problem in the first place. Since this health problem has to do with the cardiovascular system anything that enhances it is going to help. If someone smokes cigarettes they are much more likely to develop this disease. It fact some health experts estimate that 70 to 80 percent of people who get aneurysms either smoke tobacco are used to. Another great thing someone can do is to exercise, reduce your intake of saturated fats, manage your stress and get plenty of rest. There are also plenty of herbal remedies that can assist someone. Anything that lowers blood pressure and clogging of the arteries can help, and there are more herbs that do this than you can imagine. For starters garlic can help, the hawthorn herb, omega 3 fats and many other choices that someone can get in a dietary supplement. Before you do go out and start shopping for these dietary supplements to improve your health, I highly recommend you get educated about the industry. The supplement world is similar to the Wild West in United States history and this means that there are not too many laws and rules. Sure government agencies provide some protection, but it's very small. Companies can make their labels as persuasive as they want, without truly backing it up with the product you think you're buying. Due to this I created a guide that can walk someone through the process of choosing a good brand over more of a risky choice. It talks about what to take for certain medical conditions, herbs to consider and more. The best part is that it's completely free and you can check it out by clicking on the link http://utahtexans.com/.

How To Cure High Blood Pressure At Home Naturally With Exercise! High Blood Pressure Home Remedies
Check out the simple 3-exercise routine to cure your high blood pressure: http://bit.ly/CureHighBloodPressureAtHome In this video, I’ll explain the three blood pressure exercises in details. And how exactly you can use them to heal your blood pressure- starting today. New research reveals that one single organ is responsible for almost all cases of high blood pressure. Contrary to what you may think it’s NOT: the heart the kidneys the arteries …or any other cardiovascular organ. By addressing the one organ responsible you can lower your blood pressure without: medications supplements diet changes strenuous exercises Starting Today! AND it doesn’t matter if you’re: overweight out of shape older than the dawn of time ☺ In fact, you can lower your blood pressure from home in an extremely pleasurable, relaxing way. Not only will you lower your blood pressure, you’ll also heal any damage already done to your arteries. And did I mention you’ll avoid the side effects of medications? This is No Mumbo Jumbo! What I’m about to share with you is based on research from some of the most respected health institutes in the world. But… Here is a fact you MUST understand first… You see, in 95% of cases doctors have no idea what causes high blood pressure. Sure, they’ll list some indicators, like: Smoking Being overweight Lack of physical activity Too much salt Excess alcohol consumption Stress Aging Genetics Poor diet …and so on, and so on! But, almost always, if pushed, they’ll have to admit that they have no idea what causes high blood pressure. I didn’t make this up; it’s clearly stated on the well-known doctor-run site WebMD.com [1]. So, traditionally, you’re pushed to treat your high blood pressure with drugs that can cause serious side effects, without anyone knowing what caused your high blood pressure in the first place. The bottom line is that mind/body exercises lower blood pressure and improve artery health. You’ll begin feeling the difference after doing the exercises just a few times. Even the very first time. You see.. Using mind/body exercises, you can give your brain something I call a “Focused Break.” For a few minutes, your brain is not under any kind of stress; it’s like the world stands still for a moment. In this short period of time, your brain reboots, like a frozen computer. When it starts again, everything flows much more smoothly. Your brain can led go of stressful events that happened 20 years ago in minutes. This is the method proven by tons of official studies to lower blood pressure without side effects. And this is what finally got my high blood pressure under control. There is Just One Problem… …there are literally thousands of different mind/body exercises. Some are effective; others may actually increase stress. Many can be extremely difficult to master. People spend decades trying unsuccessfully to control their minds. I examined hundreds of studies to identify the very best methods to lower blood pressure. Then worked relentlessly to improve the exercises, to perfect their effectiveness. After I cured my own high blood pressure, I recruited hundreds of volunteers to beta-test the same exercises. They gave me feedback then I went back to the drawing board. I realized that some techniques that worked for me did not work for others. Eventually, after years of experimenting, I came up with what I believe to be the: 3 Easiest, Most Effective Mind/Body Exercises to Lower Blood Pressure Naturally. -------------------- Related topics: high blood pressure home remedies high blood pressure remedies high blood pressure exercises high blood pressure workout high blood pressure symptoms high blood pressure treatment high blood pressure treatment at home high blood pressure cure high blood pressure diet high blood pressure causes high blood pressure during pregnancy high blood pressure medication high blood pressure control high blood pressure meditation high blood pressure headaches high blood pressure anxiety high blood pressure breathing high blood pressure chart high blood pressure dr. sebi high blood pressure dr. axe high blood pressure dr. berg high blood pressure dr. oz high blood pressure effects high blood pressure keto high blood pressure music high blood pressure meals high blood pressure prevention high blood pressure recipes high blood pressure signs ------------------------------------ Simplified Health Tips 2018

Sickie Girl - What it's Like To Get Nerve Block Needles in Your Head et Al
Having 4 rare migraines everyday with various degrees of pain levels. This has put me in a very rare and unique migraine catagory. The Neurologists call it Migraineurs. Getting nerveblock needles in your head is very painful, so much so that my Neuro appologises every time. He puts 4 on one side and 4 on the other and soaks a cotton ball after in alcohol and rubs every injection site. I normally have a 3 to 4 hour window where the anesthetic work's. It's when it wears off that the pain comes in massive droves. It feels like my head was used for batting practice because the back of my head swells. It stays like this from 3 to 7 day's. I pray for less. I get them because they help and bring some relief. However, 2 weeks before my needles are due, the block wears off. We might have to discuss next level which I am not fussed about. That's surgery. So I grin and bear it! And keep positive and pray and keep saying "And Yet I Smile" - King Eziekiel Chronic migraine/Migraineur is migraine that you experience for 15 or more days in a month. Retinal migraine (known also as ocular migraine) is a type of migraine attack where you lose vision or experience disturbances in one eye. Abdominal migraine is migraine where pain is felt in the abdomen rather than as a headache and causes stomach pain, nausea and vomiting. This type of migraine is more common in children. (However, I have It) Migraine with brainstem aura (formerly known as basilar migraine) which can cause loss of balance, double vision, difficulty speaking, and fainting. Hemiplegic migraine is a rare but severe form of migraine that causes temporary paralysis, usually to one side of your body. For some people, the aura symptoms can last as long as a few weeks. Ophthalmic migraine, is another rare type of migraine where there is a weakness in the muscles of the eye. It particularly affects young people. In addition to headache, people experience visual symptoms like dilation of the pupils, problems moving the eyes and drooping of the upper eyelids. Vestibular migraine, also known as migraine associated vertigo, can cause destabilizing symptoms like dizziness and vertigo. Status migrainosus is a type of migraine where headache symptoms last for three or more continuous days. With this form of migraine, there is also risk of dehydration and sleep loss as a result of prolonged pain and vomiting. Now the Master of headaches The Thunderclap is nicknamed the Suicide Migraine. Thunderclap Headaches Sudden and strong, like a clap of thunder, these headaches hit you with a blast of severe pain and can reach their peak in just 60 seconds.  Thunderclap headaches can be a sign of a serious, even life-threatening medical problem. Call 911 right away if you think you have one. There may be bleeding in your brain or other problems that need emergency care. Causes Thunderclap headaches could be caused by bleeding from an artery into the space surrounding your brain. This is known as a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Arteries are vessels that supply blood to your brain. A thunderclap headache could also be caused by any of the following: Small tears in the arteries of your head or neck A burst artery or aneurysm, which is a swollen, weak area in the artery Blocked veins in your head Leaking spinal fluid Rapid changes in blood pressure An infection in your brain Some activities such as the following could trigger a thunderclap headache: Hard, physical labor Taking certain drugs, including illegal ones Hitting warm or hot water too fast, such as when you first enter a shower or bath. Actress and advocate Sonequa Martin-Green explains the benefits of clinical trials, the importance of participation, and why diversity matters. Symptoms Unlike a migraine, thunderclap headaches seem to come on suddenly. The pain grabs your attention in the same way a clap of thunder does. You can feel pain anywhere on your head or neck. You may even feel it in your back. You might also have several other symptoms, including: Changes in vision Confusion Nausea Numbness Vomiting Weakness Treatment Drugs called analgesics may help relieve the pain. To figure out what’s causing your thunderclap headaches, the doctor may ask for a CT scan or an MRI of your brain. He may also give you a test called a spinal tap to examine your spinal fluid. Sometimes, drugs called calcium-channel blockers, which are used to treat high blood pressure, can help prevent these headaches. I suffer with all the above. I have lesions on my brain because of the severity. Seen on CTs with and without Contrast and MRIs. There you have it. It is debilitating and life altering. I have been told I will at some point have a massive stroke or cardiac event. These are only some of my incurable diseases besides my COPD, and non functioning digestive system. And yet I smile....Miche 💖💗💖

4 Ways You Can Reduce High Blood Pressure
Most people who have high blood pressure have no idea that they have it. We bring you the bottom line on the silent symptoms of high blood pressure. Hi, I'm Pilar Gerasimo with a Bottom Line Expert report on high blood pressure. I'm here today with Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum. She is the director of Women's Heart Health at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. Dr. Suzanne, let's get right into it. What are the symptoms, if any, of high blood pressure? You know about six million Americans are living with high blood pressure, and it's called the silent killer because you can't exactly tell that you have it—sometimes there are no symptoms. On the other hand, some people can develop symptoms like headaches, blurring of vision, shortness of breath, even chest pain. So if you have any of these symptoms, please go see your doctor, because the silent killer is actually just that. It could be a killer. Aside from obvious things like excess weight or obesity, what are the primary risk factors for high blood pressure? When it's not due to family history or a hereditary problem or an issue with the kidneys, you have to look at the lifestyle issues again. Alcohol—excess of alcohol or binge drinking can lead to high blood pressure. Also look at your diet. Too much salt—it is actually a risk factor for hypertension. And if you're not exercising—sedentary lifestyle—or if you have diabetes. All of the things that lead to the stiffening of the arteries are the risk factors. Your diet, your exercise, even stress. Diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol...all of these things can lead to high blood pressure. Is high blood pressure treatable without medication? You mentioned a lot of lifestyle factors. If it's not due to a primary issue, as I mentioned—like the kidney or an adrenal issue—then it's truly about lifestyle. It is truly about the choices you make with diet and exercise and how you live your life. I would say watch your alcohol, don't smoke and really watch what you eat, how you move, and how you choose to live. The bottom line on blood pressure is that unless you're dealing with a specific medical condition like the ones Dr. Steinbaum mentioned, most of the interventions that are going to be the most helpful in lowering your blood pressure are lifestyle related—nutrition, exercise and potentially a medication if called for—so check with your doctor and see what will work best for you. What causes pressure in eyes with burning sensation all over the body? - Dr. Sunita Rana Agarwal
When we are talking about increased pressure in the eye, we are talking about glaucoma. Headache will also be associated with the glaucoma. Numbness, tingling and burning sensation means there is some excitation on the nervous system. Then the diagnosis becomes more into an auto immune disease. Auto immune disease is the disease where our immune system is attacking us. In auto immune disease along with fatigue, skin discolouration it will also be associated with the eyes. In eyes there will be inflammation and glaucoma. The main problem is inflammation. Here our cells which should be actually attacking on bacteria is attacking us. Multiple sclerosis is one of the most common auto immune disease. There is no good treatment against auto immune disease. We can get the diagnosis by MRI or cerebrospinal fluid tap. The MRI will show certain areas of inflammation which we will relate well as plaques which can happen in the optic nerve, brain or in any of the areas. Then we will be able to target our medicines more towards that area. However, I would like to try and treat these conditions. If we can give back the person his own increased immune system. Most medicines in the conventional system will try to treat an auto immune disease by suppressing the immune system. Simple medications like steroids or non-steroidal anti inflammataories wherever we can cut the inflammation. However in the long run immune suppressant drugs don’t prove efficacy. To make an immune booster system we take one drop of the patient’s blood, make the patient’s own stem cells and healthy fetal DNA and give this back as sub cutaneous injection to the patient. This is a molecular based study and treatment. Along with the patient’s own stem cells we have a much wider area of treating the condition. It has been seen that there is an increase in the statistics of auto immune diseases. Usually a patient associated with an auto immune disease also has some food allergies. He will also be associated with a leaky gut. There will be diarrhoea, vomiting, some bouts in and out. They will also have muscle spasm, joint pains all related to some sort of food poisoning. That means its a food allergy. Most of the food allergies comes from nuts like peanuts, almonds etc. They can come from cereals like wheat maize, millet or legumes. There is something in the grains and legumes called lecitins. To find out this we need to take a blood analysis and stool analysis. In stool analysis we are searching for good bacteria. If the good bacteria is there this will prevent the leaky gut. That means if peanut allergy is there, to help us break down these peanuts we need these good bacteria. If the good bacteria is missing huge chains of the proteins is getting into the blood. This is causing allergic reactions. Diet, medications all of these mechanisms help us to improve our immune system. One of the most important thing is to have some probiotic in our diet. Indian diet is filled with yogurt and curd and this would be a good idea. Fruits are also very important. Increase them in your diet. Diet and exercise should be able to tackle a situation that most medicine is not able to.

7 Food to Avoid if You Have Poor Blood Circulation
Blood circulation issues may be sensed in several methods. Some symptoms include tiredness as a result of a poor circulatory function that might bring on other symptoms including fainting and dizziness. The inability to concentrate in the hands or feet, headaches, angina, and high blood pressure may also be other indications there could be issues with the blood circulation system. You will find nutritionally-dense foods that we are able to integrate into our diets to make sure our circulatory system is functioning at its finest. As we get older we have to start monitoring the things we eat, as some foods can aggravate existing healt conditions or bring on new ones. Here is a list of 10 foods to avoid if you have a bad blood circulation. 01:02 Added Sugars. 02:05 Trans Fats. 03:09 Salt. Sometimes I feel like a broken record when I talk about the dangers of sugar, but poor circulation is a perfect example of why you should avoid it like the plague. Eating too much sugar causes the body to release high amounts of insulin, which triggers inflammation. Worse, though, is that sugar is a major player in the development of type 2 diabetes. Diabetes is a circulation killer because chronically high levels of glucose in the blood coat arteries and veins, making them progressively more brittle and less able to function properly. This is why so many people with diabetes develop circulation-related complications. The easiest way to cut down on sugar is by cutting high-glycemic carbohydrates out of your diet. In addition, be on the lookout for “hidden sugar” lurking in places you might not expect it to be. Salad dressings, barbecue sauce, and other processed foods are notorious this way. A few years ago, the FDA adopted a rule banning trans fats and set this year (2018) as the deadline for getting this dangerous fat out of our food. But even with this regulation, you’re not entirely in the clear. If you cook with oil, trans fats can be created under high heat (frying), plus there’s always a chance that food processing can create them. what is the solution ?. Eat only organic whole foods and sauté instead of fry. And never, ever deep fry. Foods that contain high fat is the first food that should be avoided by pemderita blockage of blood vessels. Because these foods can increase fat levels in the blood and cause blockage of blood vessels which can worsen your blood circulation. They include beef, lamb, butter, cheese and coconut oil. A lot of people associate salt with high blood pressure and circulation issues, but that’s only true up to a point. Sodium, half of the chemical structure of salt, is essential for good heart health. However, beyond a certain amount, it can be risky because it causes you to retain water. The more water in your system, the greater your blood volume and the higher your blood pressure. I’ve actually seen patients in hypertensive crisis because they ate too much ham or too many pickles. Again, avoid them if you can. But don’t avoid salt altogether, either. Your body needs it. Overall, the best rule of thumb for improving circulation is this, If it’s good for your heart, it’s good for your arteries and veins, too. Combine these food tips with a complete anti-inflammatory diet like PAMM, stress reduction, regular exercise, less exposure to toxins, and a few well-chosen nutritional supplements, and you’ll be well on your way to better health. I call it the “most powerful” because It’s all natural and safe - so you’re not going to deal with any drugs and negative side-effects It works quickly - results are typically seen in just 30 days It’s easy and convenient - there’s no exercise or diets. No lifestyle changes. Thus, the results are easy to maintain long-term because people can stick to this proven formula. Remember, one of the biggest reasons people fail to achieve their goals - in our case - your health goals - is because it’s too difficult, complicated and hard to follow. So the easier it is, the longer you’ll stick to it and the better the benefits. And I mention all of this because I have a family history of high blood pressure, especially on my dad’s side of the family. And now that my mom is in her late 70’s, she’s had to deal with it as well. Which is an interesting point because ⅓ (33%) of adults in the US over the age of 20 have high blood pressure. And the older you get, the worst the numbers become because 90% of Americans over the age of 65 have high blood pressure.1-4 What’s worse is that there are millions of people who have “pre” hypertension and about 70% of these people don’t even know they have blood pressure problems. Anyway, generics and mainly aging and the negative changes in your hormones is a big cause of high blood pressure. So, improving your diet, exercising and so forth is great - but for most people it’s just not enough. ======================================== Thank you for watching. High blood pressure symptoms: How much exercise should you do to lower your reading?
High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is common and affects more than one in four adults in the UK.But a significant majority of people with high blood pressure don’t have any symptoms, states Bupa.In rare circumstances when people do experience symptoms, they may have a headache, shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain, heart palpitations and nose bleeds.Losing excess weight, eating less salt, sugar and saturated fat are among the recommended forms of treatment the health organisation recommends. But according to Dr Sarah Brewer, regular exercise is actually one of the most effective natural remedies. As soon as you stop exercising, the beneficial effects on blood pressure, cholesterol levels and glucose tolerance are rapidly lost.“Physical activity doesn’t need to be vigorous. Brisk walking for 30 to 60 minutes a day, most days of the week, produces significant benefits for people with hypertension.”Gardening and dancing are just as effective as swimming or cycling for the heart.Any activity that leaves you feeling warm and slightly out of breath is doing you good, according to Dr Brewer. All adults over 40 are advised to have theirs checked at least ev

High blood pressure: You can exercise this much to cut BP reading
High blood pressure symptoms do not often appear, but if the condition becomes more extreme it can cause a severe headache, fatigue and chest pain, among other symptoms. It’s not yet clear what causes high blood pressure, but it may be linked to ageing, eating a diet containing a high amount of salt and a lack of exercise, according to the NHS.Sufferers are often diagnosed through a simple blood pressure test, which your GP performs using a simple machine.Treatment for the condition can include medication, such as tablets, and/or trying lifestyle and diet changes, to reduce your symptoms.Exercising for this amount of time can help reduce blood pressure, according to Blood Pressure UK. High blood pressure symptoms: This deep breathing exercise can lower hypertension.
High blood pressure symptoms: This deep breathing exercise can lower hypertension. HIGH blood pressure symptoms are not always noticeable, but when signs do show, you may experience blurred vision and stomach pain. Simple lifestyle changes, such as cutting your salt intake, are recommended for lowering blood pressure, and some health experts even believe a simple breathing exercise can have a big impact. High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is common and affects more than one in four adults in the UK. A significant majority of people with high blood pressure don’t have any symptoms, according to Bupa. Rarely it can cause symptoms including headaches, shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain, heart palpitations and nose bleeds. Losing excess weight, eating less salt, sugar and saturated fat, and doing more activity are the recommended forms of treatment the health organisation recommends. But studies in the past have proven deep breathing can help lower hypertension. Writing for Mylowerbloodpressure.com, Dr Sarah Brewer said: “Deep breathing is one of the most effective natural remedies for high blood pressure. It’s easy to do, anywhere, and it’s free. “Often we take breathing for granted as it happens automatically with little effort or thought on your part. Yet poor breathing habits such as deep sighs, gasps, breath-holding or taking rapid, shallow breaths are common, and can contribute to high blood pressure. “Just taking time to inhale deeply can lower your blood pressure in less than a minute, whether or not you are on antihypertensive treatment.” Dr Brewer’s advice is backed up by study carried out by Japanese researchers. The blood pressure of more than 21,500 people while they were sitting in a clinic or hospital waiting to see their doctor - what Dr Brewer describes as a notoriously stressful time when blood pressure naturally tends to rise. A significant majority of people with high blood pressure don’t have any symptoms. After resting quietly for ten minutes, the waiting patients had their blood pressure measured before and after sitting quietly for another thirty seconds, or before and after taking six, deep breaths in-and-out. The people who took the deep breaths showed to have significantly greater reductions in blood pressure than those who sat quietly. Furthermore, those with the highest resting blood pressure readings gained the most benefit. Dr Brewer explained: “Deep breathing stimulates stretch receptions in the walls of large blood vessels within the chest. This activates nerve reflexes that lower blood pressure, and also stimulates the vagus nerve to slow your heart rate.” All adults over 40 are advised to have theirs checked at least every five years, and this can be done at your GP surgery, at some pharmacies, as part of your NHS Health Check in some workplaces. You can also check your blood pressure yourself with a blood pressure monitor at home. But what is considered a normal reading? NHS Choices advises that blood pressure is recorded with two numbers. The systolic pressure (the higher number) is the force at which your heart pumps blood around your body. The diastolic pressure (the lower number) is the resistance to the blood flow in the blood vessels. Both measured in millimetres of mercury (mmHg). Ideal blood pressure is considered to be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg. Hypertension is considered to be 150/90mmHg or higher, and low blood pressure is considered to be 90/60mmHg or lower. Eating these five portions of fruit and veg a day could also help reduce high blood pressure symptoms.

Health Tips - Warning Signs Of High Blood Pressure That You Shouldn’t Ignore
High Blood Pressure Symptoms. Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11 As our blood flows through the vessels and arteries throughout our body, it creates a certain amount of pressure on them. Normal blood pressure is considered to be 140/90 and lower than that. The first number refers to the systolic blood pressure, which is the pressure of the heart when it beats. The second number is the diastolic blood pressure and it is the strain measurement of the heart when it relaxes during beats. Which factors can lead to an elevated blood pressure? Stress can definitely trigger the occurrence of high blood pressure. When we are under stress, our body produces stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol, which instantly causes blood pressure to rise. In stressful situations, our blood vessels constrict, putting more pressure on the artery walls as the blood flows through them. Genes also have a part to play. If your close relatives suffer from elevated blood pressure, the likelihood that you will be affected is bigger too. The good news is that we can control some of the risk factors by leading a healthy lifestyle and eating healthily. Nutrition also plays a major role. Diet high in saturated fats and sodium can significantly increase the risk of hypertension. It is therefore recommended that we eat an abundance of whole foods that are low in sodium and high in heart-friendly fats, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Sm0king, as well as excessive alcohol and caffeine intake, can also lead to a high blood pressure, in addition to leading a sedentary lifestyle and being overweight. The likelihood also grows with age. People who suffer from disorders of the endocrine system, diabetes, high cholesterol, and kidney problems are more commonly affected by elevated blood pressure. In some persons, hypertension can suddenly rear its ugly head in pregnancy, in which case it has to be treated instantly since it can lead to preterm delivery and other serious complications in both mother and the baby. Why is it so important to treat high blood pressure? Elevated blood pressure means that the heart and the blood vessels are under a bigger amount of strain than they should be normally. This condition increases the risk of having a heart attack and/or stroke, kidney disorders and dementia. The limbs are also affected by an increased blood pressure – the peripheral arteries in the legs suffer too. What are the warning signs to look for? The dangerous feature of hypertension is that it can go without symptoms. Some people are not even aware that they suffer from it. It is, therefore, necessary to have regular health checkups. The following symptoms, however, indicate a dangerous rise in your blood pressure and they have to be treated by a physician immediately: Blurred vision. Bleeding from the nose. A pounding sensation in the neck and in the ears. Severe headache. Blood in urine. A feeling of numbness. Heavy and difficult breathing. A feeling of lightheadedness and frequent dizziness. Bad circulation. What are the methods for treating hypertension? It is essential that you promptly consult your physician in case you notice a rise in your blood pressure. It can be controlled by a combination of medication and some lifestyle changes. Moderate exercising is considered as a natural way to control hypertension. When we exercise, the oxygen intake is increased and the blood vessels are widened, not to mention the stress relief that we obtain from being physical active. What about nutrition? When it comes to the role of nutrition, DASH diet is the recommended option not only for reducing blood pressure but for improving and maintaining health in general. The abbreviation DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. It includes the following: consuming dairy products that have a low-fat content; eating a variety of fresh produce; choosing fish, poultry, grains and nuts as a rich source of protein rather than foods that are high in cholesterol and saturated fats. 3 Miracle Exercises To Kill The Blood Pressure Forever || Maintain 120/80 mmhg
3 Miracle Exercises To Kill The Blood Pressure https://tinyurl.com/yabdpc3t Maintain 120/80 mmhg https://tinyurl.com/yabdpc3t 3 Easy Exercises Drop Blood Pressure Below 120/80 – Starting Today! Preventing Diseases Such As Stroke, Heart Attack, And Kidney Failure The effects were amazing… The horse completely calmed down His heart rate slowed down. He became totally focused and relaxed. His blood pressure dropped to NORMAL! …all in a less time than it takes to make a pot of tea. I wouldn’t have believed it unless I saw it with my own eyes. Something had obviously transformed internally. It was a changed horse. This immediately got me thinking . . . Could this technique be changed to suit humans, instead of horses? Could I use this technique to lower my own blood pressure? It was far-fetched but worth a try. After all, I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. With my experience as natural health researcher, I had a clear idea how to do it and I started working on it right away. At the end of the day, I began testing my exercises. For the next two weeks, I changed and improved them. Two weeks later, I checked my blood pressure. It was late August. Sunday afternoon. A day I’ll always remember. The only permanent solution for high blood pressure is to break this cycle. Using the body/mind exercises I learned that day from the horse whisperer, I managed to give my system something I call a “Focused Break.” Let explain what I mean . . . Picture yourself in a cartoon. You walk into a meeting room with your heart, kidneys, brain, and a representative from the cells. They’re all fighting over how to deal with your hardened arteries and high blood pressure. They all steam from rage and frustration. Now imagine if you – as a great negotiator – could persuade them all to just calm down, sit back, and relax. Do nothing for a few minutes. This is what I call a focused break. As you all sit there in the meeting room and calm your nerves, the solution is obvious to everyone: Call off the crisis mode, so the cells won’t demand as much blood. Slow down the heart rate, to lessen the pressure on the arteries. Balance the excretion of sodium and water from the kidneys Working calmly together, your body will heal itself. All it needs is the “Focused Break” for everyone to calm down, synchronize, and focus on the task on hand. And as your blood pressure drops, the arteries will soften again. The vicious health cycle has been reversed. And the risk of stroke or heart attack has dropped to almost zero. I tried the audios yesterday. I did not even go walking, but chose to tap the knees instead as the audio said. I checked blood pressure before starting – 180/115. Afterwards all three audios I checked again – 150/90. Amazing after only one session. No one else seems to deal with the underlying issues causing hypertension. It seems as we age (I am 56) we have no way to release this tension without something like you offer. Joseph Ludvigson Carbondale, Illinois It’s actually a little difficult to explain exactly how the exercises work in reality. This is one of those things you have to experience to understand. What I can tell you is that they take absolutely no effort. You either sit down or walk slowly around the room while performing those easy mind/body exercises. So it doesn’t matter what kind of physical shape you’re in – you can do them. The simple directions are on audio, so all you have to do is follow along. There is absolutely nothing to learn, and you can begin benefiting immediately after receiving the program. You, of course, also get a detailed written manual explaining exactly how to do the exercises and how they work. So, based on your preferences, you have everything you need to quickly lower your blood pressure.
