How to get rid of high blood pressure & hypertension after 2 weeks!
Over time, 90 percent of people suffer from high blood pressure! It goes up as we age. A bad diet and bad habits like smoking, drinking, lack of exercise will all contribute to high your problems. Blood pressure is the force that your blood exerts on the walls of the arteries it flows through, just like water flowing through a garden hose pushing against the rubber. When people have high blood pressure—also called hypertension—it’s often because blood vessels are too rigid to expand when the heart pumps. High blood pressure can trigger heart attacks and strokes and also can damage the surrounding organs too. It will send blood to the heart, causing the veins, arteries. This will slowly open them up and rejuvenate the heart. An average healthy blood pressure is 120/80. 120 the higher number—is the pressure on blood vessel walls during a heartbeat. 80 the lower number—is the pressure between beats. The vibration techniques will help to clear any blockages that have accumulated. Once the blockages are cleared, the other organs in your body will also benefit. Try this for 2 weeks and your pressure will start to go back to normal. You can get checked by the doctor to see the results. Go before and after and let me know how you get on. Keep me updated daily with how you feel. I want you to get better.

☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/LongTermLowBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP ======================================= ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= Lowering high blood pressure is a very important topic not only for avoiding a heart attack or stroke, but simply for a longer life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure, which has typically lead to strokes on my dad’s side of the family and heart attacks on my mom’s. The good news is that there are lots of simple ways to lower high blood pressure, naturally. And today I’m going reveal 3 simple pressure points on your body, that will instantly lower your blood pressure. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. I picked these 3 areas for lowering your blood pressure because you can do them any where, any place -- they’re easy to access. It’s just your hand, forearm/wrist and the back of your head. Easy access, you can do it yourself and you’ll get fast relief. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. How to Reduce High Blood Pressure Without Medications in Only 5 Minutes
Point number one This is not even a point, but a line. It passes behind the earlobe to the middle of the clavicle. This line should not be pressed, not massaged, but very slowly pampered almost imperceptibly with a hand movement from top to bottom, barely touching the tips of his fingers. Repeat this procedure 10 times on one side, and another round on the other side. Point number two This point is on the face part at the earlobe level, at a distance of half a centimetre from the ear in the direction towards the nose. This point should be massaged with the fingertips for about 1 minute on each side of the face, respectively. You may push hard, but without causing any pain. It is important that you feel a bit of pressure on that point.

[Natural Health]-How to Lower Your High Blood Pressure During Pregnancy?
[Natural Health]-How to Lower Your High Blood Pressure During Pregnancy? High blood pressure and pregnancy isn’t necessarily a dangerous combination. But having hypertension during pregnancy requires special care, irrespective of whether you are diagnosed with this problem before or after conception. High blood pressure, medically known as hypertension, means the force of the blood that pushes against the walls of your arteries is too high. Blood pressure readings of 140/90 mm Hg is considered too high. During pregnancy, women can suffer from different types of high blood pressure, such as: - Gestational hypertension that develops after 20 weeks of pregnancy. - Chronic hypertension that was present before pregnancy or that occurs before 20 weeks of pregnancy. High blood pressure during pregnancy puts extra stress on your heart and kidneys, which in turn increase the risk of heart disease, kidney disease and strokes. Along with these, other complications may include fetal growth restriction, preterm delivery, placental abruption and cesarean delivery. When suffering from hypertension during pregnancy, it is important to monitor your blood pressure level closely throughout the pregnancy. Managing your blood pressure can help you have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. At the same time, ultrasound exams should be done frequently to track the growth of the baby in the womb. Baroreflex Regulation of Blood Pressure, Animation.
How heart rate is controlled by the parasympathetic and sympathetic divisions of the autonomic nervous system, with overview of baroreceptor resetting. Baroreflex is a rapid negative feedback loop in which an elevated blood pressure causes heart rate and blood pressure to decrease. Reversely, a decrease in blood pressure leads to an increased heart rate, returning blood pressure to normal levels. The reflex starts with specialized neurons called baroreceptors. These are stretch receptors located in the wall of the aortic arch and carotid sinus. Increased blood pressure stretches the wall of the aorta and carotid arteries causing baroreceptors to fire action potentials at a higher than normal rate. These increased activities are sent via the vagus and glossopharyngeal nerves to the nucleus of the tractus solitarius – the NTS - in the brainstem. In response to increased baroreceptor impulses, the NTS activates the parasympathetic system – the PSNS - and inhibits the sympathetic system – the SNS. As the PSNS and SNS have opposing effects on blood pressures, PSNS activation and SNS inhibition work together in the same direction to maximize blood pressure reduction. Parasympathetic stimulation decreases heart rate by releasing acetylcholine which acts on the pacemaker cells of the SA node. Inhibition of the sympathetic division decreases heart rate, stroke volume and at the same time causes vasodilation of blood vessels. Together, these events rapidly bring DOWN blood pressure levels back to normal. When a person has a sudden drop in blood pressure, for example when standing up, the decreased blood pressure is sensed by baroreceptors as a decrease in tension. Baroreceptors fire at a lower than normal rate and the information is again transmitted to the NTS. The NTS reacts by inhibiting parasympathetic and activating sympathetic activities. The sympathetic system releases norepinephrine which acts on the SA node to increase heart rate; on cardiac myocytes to increase stroke volume and on smooth muscle cells of blood vessels to cause vasoconstriction. Together, these events rapidly bring UP blood pressure levels back to normal. Baroreflex is a short-term response to sudden changes of blood pressure resulted from everyday activities and emotional states. If hypertension or hypotension persists for a long period of time, the baroreceptors will reset to the “new normal” levels. In hypertensive patients for example, baroreflex mechanism is adjusted to a higher “normal” pressure and therefore MAINTAINS hypertension rather than suppresses it. 3 Easy Exercises Drop Blood Pressure Below 120/80 - The High Blood Pressure Program review

There are a number of health conditions exacerbated by high blood pressure, so it is imperative for sufferers to find a way to get their pressure under control to protect their long term health. There are several prescription medications used to treat hypertension, like ACE inhibitors, but these have side effects of their own, and are not always effective. Christian Goodman created a (Blue Heron Health News) program of three specific exercises that lower blood pressure and improve health. The guide comes in the form of an eBook and accompanying mp3 files. The Exercises I’ll include a brief synopsis of the exercises so you get an idea of what the program entails. The first blood pressure exercise involves rhythmic walking for 12 minutes. It can be done indoors or outside if weather permits. The second exercise involves deep breathing patterns along with the repetition of certain phrases that last around 15 minutes. It is meant to elicit an emotional release. The last exercise is meant to be done in bed before you go to sleep. It is a deep relaxation technique used to release stress and anxiety. The Real Culprit Christian Goodman asserts that stress is the main cause of high blood pressure, and the combination of exercises he recommends are meant to directly and indirectly reduce stress and improve health. Goodman also recommends a series of lifestyle modifications that work in conjunction with the exercises to reduce hypertension. These include: Eating a healthy, low fat, low sodium diet Exercising regularly Avoiding unnecessary stress Making these lifestyle changes is imperative for best results, so do not gloss over them and limit your efforts to the exercises alone. They are meant to be part of a more thorough regimen to reduce blood pressure and improve health. My Experience My blood pressure was 145/95 the last time I had it taken before starting the program. That’s not terribly high, but it is above normal, and my doctor recommended that I get it down to 130/90. He recommended the standard diet and exercise approach, so I though Goodman’s regimen would be a good choice. I chose to give the routine a solid four weeks before taking a new blood pressure measurement. I did the exercises every day, ate a very healthy diet, and was conscious of my stress levels, and made a concerted effort to keep them in check. At the end of the month I was very pleased to see that my blood pressure had gone down to 120/80, which was much better than I had expected in such a short time. I have to make it clear that I took this program very seriously, and followed a pretty strict diet in addition to religiously performing the exercises. That being said, I think my results were quite impressive for such a short time, and I do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone suffering with high blood pressure. 4 Ways You Can Reduce High Blood Pressure
Most people who have high blood pressure have no idea that they have it. We bring you the bottom line on the silent symptoms of high blood pressure. Hi, I'm Pilar Gerasimo with a Bottom Line Expert report on high blood pressure. I'm here today with Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum. She is the director of Women's Heart Health at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. Dr. Suzanne, let's get right into it. What are the symptoms, if any, of high blood pressure? You know about six million Americans are living with high blood pressure, and it's called the silent killer because you can't exactly tell that you have it—sometimes there are no symptoms. On the other hand, some people can develop symptoms like headaches, blurring of vision, shortness of breath, even chest pain. So if you have any of these symptoms, please go see your doctor, because the silent killer is actually just that. It could be a killer. Aside from obvious things like excess weight or obesity, what are the primary risk factors for high blood pressure? When it's not due to family history or a hereditary problem or an issue with the kidneys, you have to look at the lifestyle issues again. Alcohol—excess of alcohol or binge drinking can lead to high blood pressure. Also look at your diet. Too much salt—it is actually a risk factor for hypertension. And if you're not exercising—sedentary lifestyle—or if you have diabetes. All of the things that lead to the stiffening of the arteries are the risk factors. Your diet, your exercise, even stress. Diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol...all of these things can lead to high blood pressure. Is high blood pressure treatable without medication? You mentioned a lot of lifestyle factors. If it's not due to a primary issue, as I mentioned—like the kidney or an adrenal issue—then it's truly about lifestyle. It is truly about the choices you make with diet and exercise and how you live your life. I would say watch your alcohol, don't smoke and really watch what you eat, how you move, and how you choose to live. The bottom line on blood pressure is that unless you're dealing with a specific medical condition like the ones Dr. Steinbaum mentioned, most of the interventions that are going to be the most helpful in lowering your blood pressure are lifestyle related—nutrition, exercise and potentially a medication if called for—so check with your doctor and see what will work best for you. ► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. In fact, under today’s video I’ve got a short report about how I quickly lowered my dad’s high blood pressure - without drugs or restrictive diets. Make sure to take a look after you finish this short video. I bring all of this up because I want to emphasize just how important it is for your health and longevity to make sure you control your blood pressure levels. So let’s get started with the top 5 clinically proven solutions for lowering high blood pressure. Drugs / Prescription Medications Like I said, hypertension is such a massive health problem that blood pressure drugs are the #1 most prescribed drugs in America.3 In fact, out of the top 10 most prescribed drugs - THREE of them are blood pressure drugs! And the crazy part is that there are 11 TYPES of “blood pressure lowering” drugs, which is a total of over 80 DIFFERENT medications all trying to lower hypertension. And yet, the problem is getting worse each and every year. I don’t like these drugs because they have lots of negative side-effects. However, they are valuable for SHORT-TERM usage to quickly put you into a “normal” range. But it’s definitely not a long-term solution. Diet What you eat is very important and one of the best types of diets for lowering blood pressure is a DASH diet4 - which stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. This is similar to the Mediterranean diet - both being successful at reducing hypertension and promoting weight loss at the same time. DASH promotes the consumption of vegetables, fruits, lean protein, whole grains, and low-fat dairy, and recommends avoiding sugars, red meat, and salt. Many believe that the low-sodium is responsible for its success. However, salt probably doesn't have that much to do with it... I believe the primary reason why it works so well is because it restricts your intake of fructose—as does the Mediterranean diet. The idea that salt promotes high blood pressure is actually, at least in part, a myth. Exercise Exercise has many health benefits as I’m sure you know. One of the best is the simple fact that you get some stress release. And I think we can all agree that we live in very stressful times and this additional stress contributes to hypertension. The best exercise is a combination of BOTH: Aerobic (with oxygen) - walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, etc. Anaerobic (without oxygen) - resistance exercise with weights, cables, machines, etc. Ideally 3x weekly for 30-45 minutes is a good goal. However, even a 15 minute daily walk will do wonders for your health and blood pressure levels. Rest & Relaxation Most “experts” don’t emphasize the importance of rest and relaxation - both physical and mental. Your mind is more powerful than your body and with the extra stress and worry in our modern life-styles, you MUST make some time to “unplug” and “reboot” your system. Meditation, stretching, reading, napping, walking, writing your thoughts, getting a massage, laughing, hugging, playing, etc… are all great ways to reduce your stress hormones and improve your blood pressure levels. You MUST do this daily. As my friend Tony Robbins says, this can be your “hour of power” or “30 minutes to thrive” or “15 minutes to fulfillment”. Specific Herbs, Vitamins & Minerals Most supplements don’t work. But there are a few herbs and minerals that are clinically proven to help lower your blood pressure levels naturally and quickly. Many times better than prescription medications and WITHOUT the negative side-effects. The top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts are: Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Click here for a natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/ReduceHBPToday Or look at these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25zDNw3ZQU8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfS74a_MSgg ======================================== Thank you for watching. How To lower Blood Pressure Naturally With Nattokinase And Exercise
http://herbreview.org/how-to-lower-blood-pressure-naturally-with-nattokinase-and-exercise/ Nattokinase, at a dose of 4000FUs, lowers BP quickly - especially if taken shortly before exercise. Aerobic exercise works best. Walking is a good example. In this video I demonstrate the BP lowering effects of nattokinase with jogging and sprinting, but I think walking for 45 minutes will have the desired effect. So what is nattokinase? It's an enzyme that is extracted from traditional Japanese soy food natto. The enzyme was discovered only recently by Dr Hiroyuki Sumi in 1980 at the University of Chicago. So what is nattokinase so important? The body produces several enzymes that promote clot formation, but only one, plasmin, to dissolve them. Furthermore, levels of plasmin reduces with aging. The effect of nattokinase resembles that of plasmin. And it's a fairly inexpensive supplement when compared to blood thinning drugs. Furthermore, it works even better than pharmaceutical drugs. Nattokinase does not inhibit body's reaction to form new clots around a trauma, but pharmaceutical drugs will inhibit critical coagulation. Nattokinase is a natural agent that thins and dissolves blood clots effectively, with relative safety, without side effects. It's the Aspirin strategy without the pitfalls. The traditional Japanese food Natto has been used safely for over 1000 years. The potent fibrinolytic enzyme nattokinase appears to be safe based upon the long-term traditional use of this food. Nattokinase can be used preventatively. It is a naturally occurring, food based dietary supplement that has demonstrated stability in the gastrointestinal tract, as well as to changes in pH and temperature. Furthermore, regular use of nattokinase may help prevent your cognitive abilities as you age. Blood clots cause strokes and SENILITY. Nattokinase can keep blood clots from forming or dissolve existing clots. And it's more effective than blood-thinning drugs. Your blood needs to be just right - not too thick, not too thin. The body makes enzymes that cause clotting so it doesn't keep bleeding after surgery or injury. But the body makes only one primary enzyme to thin blood - plasmin. Nattokinase works a lot like plasmin - but doesn't cause excessive bleeding like blood thinners, and doesn't have side effects. Thrombotic clogging of the cerebral blood vessels may be a cause of dementia. It has been estimated that sixty percent of senile dementia patients in Japan is caused by thrombus. Thrombotic diseases typically include cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cardiac infarction and angina pectoris, and also include diseases caused by blood vessels with lowered flexibility, including senile dementia and diabetes (caused by pancreatic dysfunction). Nattokinase holds great promise to support such patients. Scientists at Yonsei University in Korea tested 86 individuals aged 20 to 80 whose blood pressure ranged from 130 to 159 mmHg. Each received either nattokinase at 2000 FU (fibrinolytic units) per capsule daily or a placebo. After eight weeks, those on nattokinase had significantly lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The researchers conclude, "These findings suggest that increased intake of nattokinase may play an important role in preventing and treating hypertension." Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from natto. One of nature's most powerful blood thinners. It dissolves clots and prevents their formation in some cases. A Taiwanese study showed no adverse effect from two capsules of nattokinase (2000 FU per capsule) a day for two months. It may help reduce blood pressure as thins blood. It dissolves fibrin (tiny fibers) that make up the meshwork of the blood clot. Or it may act like plasmin - the natural enzyme in human blood that maintains the right viscosity. The higher the dosage, the stronger the blood thinning effect, so need to be mindful of that. A word of caution - combining nattokinase with warfarin, plavix, effient or other prescribed blood thinners; aspirin or any other herb or medicine that thins the blood or prevent blood clotting may have a dangerous additive effect and lead to excessive blood thinning. Take nattokinase on an empty stomach.

I almost paid for this discovery with my life. Hi, my name is Christian Goodman I'm well-known in the health field as a natural health researcher. My articles have been published on several thousand websites as well as many off-line health journals. In this letter, I'll share my story of how I accidentally stumbled onto this method that quickly and naturally lowers high blood pressure ? after having suffered life-threatening hypertension for years. What I discovered was so easy, so simple yet so powerful that it led me to create a program . . . that helps more than 88.7% of those who use it to normalize their blood pressure -- usually within a week. Like you today, I was a ticking time bomb My average blood pressure was 185/129. I should have been dead long ago. I guess it was my healthy lifestyle that kept me alive. I ate well, worked out every day, and took time to relax. But nothing seemed to help with my hypertension. Every day I monitored my blood pressure. And every day my worries grew. It wasn't just my fear of dying. Like you, I have wonderful friends and family. I worried about leaving my wife behind to take care of and support our children all alone. Without them, I may have given up. I was so desperate that, as much as I dislike taking medications, I honestly considered that possibility. 7 Natural ways to lower your blood pressure
7 Natural ways to lower your blood pressure High blood pressure is also called hypertension. Two factors contribute to high blood pressure: the quantity of blood your heart pumps and how narrow your arteries are. High blood pressure raises your risk of heart problems and strokes. Most people have no symptoms, so the best way to detect it is to get screened during a checkup at your doctor’s office at least every year. If you do have high blood pressure, there are some dietary and lifestyle changes that can help you lower your blood pressure 1. Reduce sodium in your diet Foods high in sodium include table-salt, sauces, salad-dressings, bacon, pickles, snacks, fast-foods, canned-foods, etc. Even a small reduction in the sodium in your diet can reduce blood pressure by 2 to 8 millimeter of mercury. The effect of sodium intake on blood pressure varies among groups of people. In general, limit sodium to less than 2,300 milligrams a day or less. 2. Reduce your stress Chronic stress is an important contributor to high blood pressure. Occasional stress also can contribute to high blood pressure if you react to stress by eating unhealthy food, drinking alcohol or smoking. Take some time to think about what causes you to feel stressed, such as work, family, finances or illness. Once you know what's causing your stress, consider how you can eliminate or reduce stress. If you can't eliminate all of your stressors, you can at least cope with them in a healthier way. 3. Exercise regularly Regular physical activity at least 30 minutes most days of the week can lower your blood pressure by 4 to 9 millimeters of mercury. It's important to be consistent because if you stop exercising, your blood pressure can rise again. If you have slightly high blood pressure (prehypertension), exercise can help you avoid developing full-blown hypertension. If you already have hypertension, regular physical activity can bring your blood pressure down to safer levels. 4.Eat a healthy diet Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 millimeters of mercury. This eating plan is known as the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. 5. Supplement your diet with nuts, seeds, and legumes. They are relatively high in fat, but they also have magnesium, potassium, fiber, and protein. Because of this, the DASH-Diet (Dietary-Approaches-to-Stop-Hypertension) recommends eating only four or five servings per week. 1 serving is 1/3 of a cup of nuts. 6.Restrict your sugar consumption. Processed sugars add calories to your diet without providing you with the nutrients that will make you feel satisfied. Reduce your consumption of sweets to, at most, five per week. A serving is a tablespoon of sugar or jelly 7. Monitor your blood pressure at home and see your doctor regularly Home monitoring can help you keep tabs on your blood pressure, make certain your lifestyle changes are working, and alert you and your doctor to potential health complications. Lowering your High Blood Pressure
Your blood pressure numbers are affected by stress, food, and even alcohol. “Alcohol, what it does is when you drink it, it does tend to increase your blood pressure and dehydrate you,” explained Dr. Simon Grinshteyn, a hospitalist with Lee Health. If a patient has high blood pressure, doctors will typically inquire about their lifestyle. “That’s one of the first questions we ask is what is your alcohol intake, and most people like to say that they drink a lot less than they actually do,” said Dr. Grinshteyn. But doctors say blood pressure numbers don’t lie. “That’s why the standard of care is to double check the blood pressure at a different situation, at a different time,” he said. High blood pressure is considered anything higher than 130/80. But too much alcohol can keep your body dehydrated and your blood pressure high. “Alcohol can cause liver disease and nutritional deficiencies and weight gain,” said Dr. Grinshteyn. It’s why doctors recommend limiting your alcohol to two drinks for men per day and one drink for women per day. “Cutting back on the drinking can lower blood pressure about five points,” he said. To keep a healthy blood pressure, doctors also recommend regular physical activity, limiting your salt, and increasing your fruits and vegetables. “Heart disease, vascular disease, such as strokes, are very common and you wouldn’t even know if you have high blood pressure because it’s called the silent killer. Usually, you don’t have symptoms and then once you start having symptoms, your blood pressure is usually pretty high at that time,” said Dr. Grinshteyn. Making it important to limit your alcohol and monitor your blood pressure. 💓 What’s Worse - Low or High Blood Pressure?
How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets. 👉👉 http://drsam.co/yt/Improve-BP 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYdPjTGeVI4 #bloodpressure ==================================== 💓 What’s Worse - Low or High Blood Pressure? ==================================== The other day I was asked an in important and interesting question: “Dr. Sam - I have borderline high blood pressure and my wife typically has low blood pressure, what’s worst for your health?” So, the fast answer is that in the “short run”, it’s low blood pressure. In the long run, it’s high blood pressure. But, let me quickly explain... What Do The Numbers Mean To understand blood pressure reading, it is important to understand what blood pressure is. As you already know, the heart pumps blood through the chambers of the heart, then it goes to the vessels to transport the blood throughout the body with the circulatory system. Your blood pressure measures the pumping action of the heart. The top number reading is known as the systolic blood pressure, it is the force exerted on the walls of the arteries when the heart contracts to pump oxygenated blood. The bottom reading is the diastolic blood pressure. It is the pressure reading when the heart is resting in between beats. Category Systolic BP (top) Diastolic BP (bottom) Severe Hypotension (low) 50 – 59 mmHg 33 – 39 mmHg Serious Hypotension (low) 60 – 89 mmHg 40 – 49 mmHg Borderline Hypotension (low) 90 – 109 mmHg 50 – 69 mmHg Normal Blood Pressure 110 – 119 mmHg 60 – 79 mmHg Prehypertension (high) 120 – 139 mmHg 80 – 89 mmHg Stage 1 Hypertension (high) 140 – 159 mmHg 90 – 99 mmHg Stage 2 Hypertension (high) 160 – 180 mmHg 100 – 110 mmHg Hypertensive Crisis (high) Higher than 180 mmHg Higher than 110 mmHg Signs and Symptoms of Hypotension and Hypertension Hypotension Hypertension Dizziness Lightheadedness Syncope Blurring of vision Inability to concentrate Nausea Cold, clammy skin Pallor Thirst Body weakness Rapid and shallow breathing Tachycardia Dizziness Severe Headache Nose bleeding Irregular heartbeat Chest pain Blurring of vision Fatigue or body weakness Confusion Difficulty of breathing Hematuria Nausea and vomiting Normal, Low & High Ideally, you want your blood pressure to fall within the normal range, most of the day. However, those who suffer from stress, anxiety, high cholesterol, obesity and the like, they have increased risk of having a high blood pressure and in severe cases it can lead to heart attack or stroke. On the other end, some people suffer from low blood pressure due to certain diseases or conditions, this can lead to shock or even worse – death. Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension) Low blood pressure is alarming because it can be very life threatening if prompt medical attention is not rendered. The causes range from dehydration, blood loss and some surgical disorders. It is manageable as long as the origin of the condition is determined and properly treated. BOTTOM LINE: In the short run, low BP is worse because you can go into shock and die. Or simply pass out and if it’s while driving or something similar, could result in death or bad accident. However, this is more extreme and rare. High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) Blood pressure constantly changes throughout the day depending on the level of activity, physical and emotional status. If your blood pressure is elevated and stays elevated throughout the day and continues for a few days or weeks, then it’s something to be concerned about. Something interesting to note is that the older you get, the higher the blood pressure typically becomes and this is due to a variety of lifestyle reasons (poor diet, lack of exercise, being overweight, etc.). However, the primary cause/reason for higher blood pressure as you age, is due to the negative changes in your hormones. But don’t worry, there’s hope. I discuss this in further detail at my website because I have a family history of hypertension. You can get the details by clicking the link below, in the description area at the end of this video. So don’t go there just yet... BOTTOM LINE: High blood pressure is a problem when it’s consistent and ongoing because of the pressure it puts on your organs (heart, brain, kidneys, etc.) and the end result could be a heart attack or stroke. Thus, in the long-run, high blood pressure is worse. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. How To Lower Blood Pressure Naturally With L-Arginine And Exercise - High BP Treatment Supplement
http://herbreview.org/how-to-lower-blood-pressure-with-l-arginine-and-exercise Taking l-arginine an hour or two before aerobic exercise may be an effective way of lowering blood pressure. The exercise and arginine in your bloodstream will help relax and widen ("vasodilate") your blood vessels and lower high blood pressure for a while. Blood pressure will be lowered for perhaps a couple of days. So you need to keep this up. Exercise at least three times a week, and with the arginine supplementation, your blood pressure will be lowered naturally (at least more naturally than a pharmaceutical drug.) This video can be found on YouTube at :- http://youtu.be/uxdrZl0CX4A The dose of arginine required is half a gram for every 10kg of body weight. Take your weight in kilograms, divide by ten. Then multiply the result by 0.5 and you should get your dosage. Which will be around 3-4 grams for most people. This formula has been quoted in the scientific literature, for what I'm not exactly sure, but the formula works. And it's been used by at least two holistic-approach sources. I calculated 4g was my optimal dose of arginine before I came across this formula, which just verified mathematically my personal results. As with any supplement, there is always the danger and side effect of overdosing, so taking just the minimum arginine you need for the BP lowering effect. If you'd like to lower your BP beyond what arginine can deliver, try other supplements. The cause of high BP is probably "multifactorial", meaning there are several reasons that contribute to high BP. Each cause may respond best to a different supplement, so a bit of trial and error may be needed. Some supplements may "fight" each other, so just be careful here. Why isn't the BP lowering effects of arginine combined with exercise more widely known? Arginine is cheap. And can't be patented by big the big drug companies. Perhaps this is one possible reason. Thanks for reading, and good luck with your health.

Magnesium & Blood Pressure: How Does Magnesium Affect Blood Pressure?

Day in and day out I hear from people that are struggling with high blood pressure and their doctors are telling them that if they don't change their diet, if they don't change their exercise routine or if they don't change their lifestyle, they're going to end up dying because of their high blood pressure. Now, I'm not saying that those doctors are wrong, but what I am saying is we need to look at the bigger picture. We need to look at some other things outside of just the good old fashioned changing your diet and adding more exercise. All right, so what I want to talk about in this video is how magnesium actually affects blood pressure. You see, as we're progressing through various forms of research, we're starting to find that there's a lot more to blood pressure that what we thought. We used to just think it was kind of a sodium thing, how our bodies were sensitive to sodium and how that would ultimately affect the overall water retention, how it would overall effect just how our constricting blood vessels, et cetera, et cetera. But as we go forward we're learning that minerals really do play a bigger role outside of just sodium. So when it comes down to magnesium, it's pretty powerful and I want to reference this entire video surrounding one particular meta-analysis study. Now, for those of you that have watched my videos before, you know that a meta-analysis is a study that takes a look at a bunch of different studies aggregated together. So in this particular one, we took a look at a study that was published in the American Journal of Hypertension, this is a journal that specializes in blood pressure. So blood pressure research looking at all kinds of different studies and this one particular meta-analysis took a look at 34 different studies that had a total of 2,000 patients. So this is a very big study. These are the kind of studies you want to look at to give you a very solid, definitive answer. So, the studies that they looked at were what are called randomized placebo studies, which means the subjects did not know whether they were receiving a placebo or if they were receiving magnesium. Now, since we looked at a lot of different studies, it ranged anywhere from 248 milligrams of magnesium that were given to the subjects all the way up to 960 milligrams of magnesium that were given to the subjects. What they did is they looked at all these studies, and some of these ranged from three weeks all the way up to eight months. They took a look at where the average balance would change in terms of someone's blood pressure or where the average change would just generally occur and what they found is after about three months on average, if you consumed approximately 368 milligrams of magnesium, you were expected to see approximately a two millimeter of mercury decrease in your systolic and a 1.8 millimeter mercury decrease in your diastolic blood pressure. And then researchers later on, after digging into the research even more found that, really, only after a month, you would see a big difference. That's pretty darn powerful and it may not sound like a whole lot when you're looking at the big picture, but when it's just one simple factor that you're changing, that is very powerful. This is not changing the diet and not changing exercise. References 1) Zhang X , et al. (n.d.).
