Sex Prevents Prostate Cancer

03:02
A recent large-scale study has found that the more frequently a man has sex, the less likely he is to get prostate cancer. Dr. Geo Espinosa, ND, LAc, IFMCP, CNS, clinical assistant professor of integrative and functional urology at New York University and author of Thrive—Don’t Survive: Dr. Geo’s Guide to Living Your Best Life Before & After Prostate Cancer, discusses the results of this study. Men who ejaculate at least 21 times a month have lower risk for prostate cancer. There is also evidence that ejaculation prevents men from developing more aggressive forms of this cancer. These results were consistent in men who had sex with a partner and men who masturbated. The possible reasons for the decreased prostate cancer risk, suggests Dr. Geo, are that ejaculation prevents semen buildup and that semen has antimicrobial properties.

How Often Should You Ejaculate to Avoid Prostate Cancer?

03:39
Prostate cancer is the number one form of cancer for men, and recently there has been a lot of talk about ejaculation frequency and prostate cancer. That begs the question: How often should you ejaculate to avoid prostate cancer? The real answer is that nobody actually knows... There have been lots of ideas and theories, but there's no proof anywhere. One study showed a correlation between ejaculating 21 times per month and a reduced risk of prostate cancer, but remember - correlation does not equal causation. Personally, I'm going to keep practicing semen retention, because that feels best to me. I ejaculate once every 12-21 days - with however much sex and/or masturbation I want during that time, and that frequency of ejaculation gives me incredible amounts of vitality, clarity and charge. More on that later. --- RESOURCES --- "How Often Should You Ejaculate?" https://www.beyondejaculation.com/how-often-should-you-ejaculate/ 5 Simple Techniques to Last Longer in Bed - https://www.beyondejaculation.com/last-longer-in-bed-exercises-5-techniques/ My First Tantric Orgasm - https://www.beyondejaculation.com/my-first-tantric-orgasm/ ---INSTAGRAM--- https://www.instagram.com/taylorclarkjohnson/ --- VIDEO TRANSCRIPT BELOW --- " How often should you ejaculate to avoid prostate cancer? That's a question I got asked on Instagram recently, and it's a really important question considering that 80% of men will have prostate cancer by the time they get to be 80. So this is a really big deal. And if you're watching this video, I'm guessing you've seen some of the headlines that have come out recently that have said things like "Men Should Ejaculate 21 Times a Month to Reduce Their Rates of Prostate Cancer." Or even more sensationalist: "Men Need to Ejaculate Every Day to Avoid Prostate Cancer." These are actually gross misinterpretations of the research. One of the main studies that's fueling these headlines is a study that looked at 30,000 men over the course of 18 years. And... They looked at the ejaculation rates of these men. So for men who ejaculated 21 times a month, they did show a reduced risk of getting prostate cancer compared to men who ejaculated around 4 or 5 or 6 times per month. But... That's just a correlation. It's not actually showing causation, and the researchers will say so themselves in the article... They say we don't actually know if frequent ejaculations are the cause for this reduced risk. They say that it's possible that there could be other factors involved. For example, people who ejaculate regularly probably have a healthy sex life. They're probably more physically active than other people. They might have a closer-knit community, or at least they might have a long-term relationship that provides them with lots of benefits like stability and love and meaning and connection... all of which have been shown to reduce stress overall in life and build happiness... which probably is related to your overall health and the likelihood that you're going to get cancer. So when you see headlines like that I invite you to take them with a grain of salt because they are sensationalist headlines that are designed to grab your attention, to elicit a fear response and to make money on ad revenue... generally speaking... or clicks or overall traffic on their website. I'm gonna be real with you... nobody actually knows the answer to this question. So instead of trying to ejaculate every day, which I personally believe reduces your energy and your vitality and your ability to fight off illness... I personally practice semen retention, which means that I have sex regularly, but I don't ejaculate all the time. I've found that this actually builds my life energy, this makes it harder for me to get sick because I have more energy, I have more vitality, and this just gives me more clarity in life in general. And I believe that living this way is actually going to keep me healthier in the long term. Which includes a reduced risk of prostate cancer and all of that stuff. Unfortunately there's not a whole lot of research out there to support this because there's not that many men who are practicing this. But these theories and ideas go back thousands of years, and they're backed by ancient wisdom that supports the idea that if you ejaculate regularly, you are letting your life force go. And you are depleting yourself of vitality. So, food for thought. If you're curious about the practice of semen retention I'll put some resources underneath this video. Again, really really powerful practice. It has changed my life. I actually just went through 30 days of no ejaculating, while having sex, and it was... it was amazing. Changed my life. So, if you want to try that... resources below... Thanks for being here. Thanks for caring about your health and your body cause this is really important stuff, and I'll see you next time... Cheers! Frequent ejaculation and prostate cancer: What's the link?

06:28
Frequent ejaculation and prostate cancer: What's the link? The prostate is a small, walnut-shaped gland that plays an important role in ejaculation. It produces the fluid in semen and helps push this fluid out when a man ejaculates. About 1 in 7 men in the United States will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime. As prostate cancer is so common, being aware of the risk factors is important. This video explores whether frequent ejaculation can reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

(Illseed News) A recent study will have men shaking in their boxers if they choked the chicken a bit too much in their younger years. Researchers at the University of Nottingham have determined that men who masturbate often in their 20s and 30s are far more prone to developing prostate cancer. The scientists surveyed 800 men and about half of them had suffered from prostate cancer. The same data could be attributed to gentlemen that got their mack on frequently with the ladies, but the higher sexual activity was generally credited the act of self-love. Ironically, men over 40 that jerk-off or shag a lot of babes can reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Masturbation clearly needs a great publicist to stop this bad press." Um, thanks G-d for making it perfectly clear to us in your holy Torah how dangerous this is... And you guys give me slack for my self control... Also see... Masturbation and Prostate Cancer Risk Masturbation Frequency Linked to Prostate Risk in 20s, Protection in 50s By Daniel J. DeNoon WebMD Health NewsReviewed by Louise Chang, MDJan. 27, 2009 -- Frequent masturbation in young men is linked to higher risk of early prostate cancer, but it lowers prostatecancer risk for men in their 50s, a study shows. High levels of male sex hormones, or androgens, may increase a man's risk of prostate cancer. But different studies of this question, done in different ways, have reached different conclusions. To look at the question in a new way, a team of researchers at England's University of Nottingham looked at whether men with more intense sex drives were at higher risk of prostate cancer. Polyxeni Dimitropoulou, PhD; Rosalind Eeles, PhD, FRCP; and Kenneth R. Muir, PhD, obtained detailed sexual histories from 840 men. About half the men got prostate cancer by age 60, and about half did not have cancer. The findings were surprising. Sexual intercourse did not affect prostate cancer risk. But frequent masturbation did -- in different ways, at different times of life. "Frequent masturbation during men's 20s and 30s increased their risk of prostate cancer," Dimitropoulou tells WebMD. "But men in their 50s who masturbated frequently had decreased risk." Of course, masturbation frequency is relative. For men in their 20s, "frequent masturbation" was two to seven times per week. Compared to same-age men who reported masturbating less than once per month, 20-something frequent masturbators had a 79% higher risk of prostate cancer by age 60. For men in their 50s, "frequent masturbation" was one or more times per week. Compared to same-age men who reported never masturbating, 50-something frequent masturbators had a 70% lower risk of prostate cancer. What's going on? The study wasn't designed to answer that question. But Dimitropoulou and colleagues have some theories. They suggest that young men genetically predisposed to have hormone-sensitive prostate cancer will be at higher risk if their bodies naturally produce high levels of male hormones -- the same hormones that give them an intense sex drive. So it's not masturbation itself that's increasing prostate cancer risk in young men. More masturbation may just mean more sex drive -- and more androgens bathing prostate tissues. That's not the case for older men. Dimitropoulou suggests that in older men, masturbation itself may actually be helpful, ridding the prostate gland of fluids that may contain cancer-causing substances. "In mature age, it may be more important that toxins get flushed out of the system," she says. "And because the masturbation frequency was not as high in the men's 50s as it was in their 20s, even low levels of masturbation in the 50s has a protective effect." These are just theories, Dimitropoulou warns. More research is needed to determine the exact role of sex hormones and sexual activity in prostate-cancer risk at different stages of life. Meanwhile, Dimitropoulou, now at England's University of Cambridge, advises moderation for both younger and older men. "It is kind of logical that a moderate level of masturbatory activity has to be maintained," she says. "Not too much, and not none at all." Dimitropoulou and colleagues report their findings in the January issue of BJU International.

Prostate Cancer Prevention - 7 Ways to Protect your prostate Naturally

03:40
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths among men in the United-States. The prostate is a walnut-sized gland behind the base of a man’s penis and below the urinary bladder. Its function is to make seminal fluid, which is the liquid in semen that protects, supports, and helps transport sperm. In this video will talk about some of the natural ways to reduce your risk of prostate-cancer. 1.Learn about personal risk factors. Some of the major personal risk factors for prostate cancer are age and family history. The risk of prostate cancer increases the older you get. Although approximately 75% of the cases of prostate-cancer have no pattern or order, about 20% of those with prostate-cancer have had cases of the disease in their family previously. More than 80% of prostate-cancers are diagnosed in men over the age of 65. 2.Exercise regularly. One great way to possibly reduce the risk of prostate-cancer is to exercise. Some studies even indicate that your risk of cancer decreases further the more vigorous you exercise. You should do aerobic-exercise at least 30 minutes per day for 5-6 days out of the week. 3.Have sex more often. Another way that you can reduce your risk of prostate-cancer is to have more sex. According to an Australian study, if you masturbate 3 or more times per week, you are 34% less likely to develop prostate-cancer by age 70. Along the same lines, sex also counts toward the total number of weekly ejaculations. • The finding could be explained by the flushing out of cancer-causing agents during ejaculation 3.Reduce the amount of fat you eat. You can reduce your risk of prostate-cancer by making dietary changes. In order to help lower your chance of getting prostate-cancer, you should eat a diet that is low in fat. According to numerous studies, there is an established link between a diet high in saturated-fat and the development of prostate-cancer. • In general, fats should not exceed 30% of total daily-caloric intake 4.Increase your soy intake. Increasing the consumption of soy products is another dietary option to consider to reduce the risk of prostate-cancer. Soy products contain isoflavones, which are natural compounds that act like estrogens. In laboratory tests, they have been proven to inhibit the growth of prostate-cancer cells. • Try to incorporate soy products such as soymilk, tempeh, miso, and tofu into your diet. 5.Brew green tea. Drinking green-tea may also reduce the risk of prostate-cancer. Brewed green-tea contains high levels of polyphenol compounds, particularly catechins, that may be protective against prostate-cancer. Try to brew yourself a cup with breakfast or lunch to help lower your risk of cancer 6.Increase natural vitamins and minerals. There are some supplements that will naturally help you fight prostate-cancer. Naturally occurring folate, a B vitamin, has been shown to reduce the risk of prostate-cancer. You should not take folic-acid, which is a synthetic form of folate, because it has been found to increase the risk of prostate-cancer. Signs And Symptoms of Prostate Cancer

10:05
Warning Signs of Prostate Cancer. Sadly, many men don't find out they have prostate cancer until the cancer has spread, nci prostate cancer making it more difficult to treat. This is because in the early stages, prostate cancer often doesn't have many symptoms. That's a problem because prostate cancer is the second most common kind of cancer in American men, after skin cancer, you must advanced prostate cancer symptoms. 1, Difficulty urinating. This may take the form of feeling like you have to go and then nothing comes out, stopping midstream, or having to go more often. Another sign is difficulty stopping, which often takes the form of extended dribbling, or the feeling that you still have to go even when you're done. Because the prostate gland surrounds the urethra. the tube that carries both urine and semen -- even a very small tumor in this location can interfere with urination or ejaculation. Bear in mind, however, that the prostate gland becomes enlarged in many men as they age, and this enlargement, known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), is the more likely cause of urinary problems and get best treatment for prostate cancer. 2, Pain while urinating. Again, the problem may be a prostate tumor pressing on the urethra. treatment of prostate cancer However, pain while urinating is a classic symptom of infection in the urinary tract. It can also signal an infection of the prostate, known as prostatitis. 3, Blood in the urine. facts about prostate cancer This sign is less common, and it's a reason to go straight to the doctor. It doesn't have to be very much blood; all you might notice is a pinkish tint or smear. Blood in the urine is often caused by infections in the bladder or prostate, by kidney stones, and by BPH. However, in some cases it's due to a tumor in the prostate, bladder, or kidney. 4, Difficulty getting or keeping an erection. Yes, this one's really hard to talk about. But if it's not happening when you want it to, or things get stuck "half-mast," it's time for a checkup. (Female partners need to tread delicately around this one, but if it's happening often enough to interfere with your s3x life on a regular basis, prostate cancer medicine find a moment to introduce the subject in a kind and nonthreatening way.) 5, Blood in the semen. This sign, like blood in the urine (#3), is often not described very clearly. It's not a large amount of blood, more like just enough to make semen pinkish or streaked, according to men with prostate cancer. prostate cancer drugs Gals, you can help with this one too; if you notice an odd color to semen after s3x, speak up. 6, Chronic constipation and other intestinal issues. The prostate gland is located below the bladder and in front of the rectum, so a tumor in this location can interfere with digestive functions. However, it's sort of a chicken-and-egg situation; chronic constipation can contribute to an enlarged prostate by putting pressure on the gland, and vice versa. Chronic constipation and intestinal problems can also be early indicators of colon cancer. 7, Frequent pain in the lower back, hips, or upper thighs. The most common sites for prostate cancer to spread are the lower back, pelvis, and hips. Unexplained pain and tenderness in these areas are signs of trouble. One way to distinguish this type of pain from run-of-the-mill sciatica and lower back pain is that it may feel deeper and more like a dull ache. However, experts say any lower back or hip pain that doesn't go away is a reason to see the doctor. 8, Having to pee in the middle of the night. This is one of the sly symptoms that men diagnosed with prostate cancer say they remember, now that they look back. If you find yourself waking more than once a night urgently needing to go, a trip to the doctor is in order. Bear in mind, though, that this symptom is far more likely to be caused by BPH or an overactive bladder than by prostate cancer. 9, Leaking or dribbling urine. Here's one almost no one talks about, but we need to. It's basically the male version of urinary incontinence, which typically occurs on a small but still noticeable scale. symptoms of prostate cancer Longer bathroom trips while you wait for the dribbling to stop or leakage on the way to the bathroom are the telltale signs. Women, if while doing the laundry you notice that his pants or jeans smell like pee, delicately suggest a visit to the doctor. 10, You're over 50 and have risk factors. Since early prostate cancer most often has no symptoms at all, men who are at risk need to talk to their doctors and consider having regular PSA tests and rectal exams (sorry!), whether they notice anything odd happening or not. Family history -- especially a father who had prostate cancer -- being overweight, eating a high-fat diet, being of African-American descent, and smoking all increase your risk of prostate cancer. Frequent Ejaculation May Protect Against Prostate Cancer

Good news men – in case you didn’t know already know, orgasms not only feel fantastic but are also linked to a decreased risk of prostate cancer. It appears that men who ejaculate a lot over the course of a month are less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer. This finding was first uncovered back in 2004 when researchers at the National Cancer Institute examined the association between ejaculation frequency – which includes sexual intercourse, nocturnal emission, and masturbation – and the risk of prostate cancer. The study first appearing in the Journal of the American Medical Association, tracked over 29,000 men in the U.S. aged 46 to 81 years using data from the Health Professionals Follow-up Study from 1992 to 2000. All men were cancer free when the study began. Each man filled out questionnaires every 2 years over the course of the study with the participants reporting on the average number of ejaculations they had each month during the ages of 20 to 29 years, 40 to 49 years, and during the past year. The results showed men who ejaculated 21 or more times a month had a 33% lower risk of prostate cancer compared with men who reported four to seven ejaculations a month throughout their lifetimes. An Australian study of 2,338 men had the same results in that men who averaged four to seven ejaculations a week were 36% less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer before the age of 70 than men who ejaculated less than 2.3 times a week on average. But another study found that men who had sex with 30 or more women were two to three times more likely to develop prostate cancer than men with only one partner. This is considered good news for all men even though there was no agreement as to what accounted for the protection. One reason given was that the prostate accumulates carcinogens or other harmful substances which are eliminated during ejaculation. Men need to remember that sexual activity can have some negative consequences, such as acquiring a sexually transmitted infection. Whatever the reason may be, men can enjoy knowing that sex is a very pleasurable method of possibly protecting himself against prostate cancer. 9 Things That Affect A Man's Prostate Cancer Risk - prostate Cancer Symptoms! By Healthy Ways

03:41
9 Things That Affect A Man's Prostate Cancer Risk - prostate Cancer Symptoms. Prostate cancer is cancer that occurs in the prostate -- a small gland in men that produces the fluid that nourishes and transports sperm. Prostate cancer is among the most frequent forms of cancer in men. However, although some kinds of prostate cancer grow slowly and might need minimal or even no treatment, other kinds are aggressive and may spread rapidly. While the number one danger of prostate cancer is age, there are quite a few different factors that could increase or decrease the danger of a person's cancer. Here are five motives. 1. Family history- If his father or a brother was diagnosed with prostate cancer, a man's risk for the disease roughly drops, Koehler says. Blame the genes. As heart disease and other health problems can operate in a family, so can prostate cancer risk concludes a study in the journal Urology. 2. Race- African males could possibly be up to five times more prone to develop prostate cancer compared to men of different races, as stated by the National Cancer Institute. Scientists have linked some particular DNA "versions" to prostate cancer. And African American men appear to take more of the variations, based on research published within the journal Nature Genetics. 3. Masturbation Habit- The more commonly some man masturbates throughout his 20s, 30s, and 40s, the more the chance of prostate cancer, concludes research in the journal BJU International. The research author’s state elevated quantities of this hormone testosterone levels are associated with high levels of prostate cancer--along with to greater libido. 4. Age- Among the largest risk factors for prostate cancer is age-old. Teenage boys are rarely affected by this disease. The Prostate Cancer Foundation reports that just one in 10,000 men under the age of 40 at the USA will grow it. That number jumps to at least one in 38 for men between the ages of 40 and 59. It jumps in 14 men between the ages of 60 and 69 into at least one. 5. Frequent sexual intercourse- On the flip side, the more sexual sex that a guy gets, the lower his risk for prostate cancer--especially if he is over 50. That is based on a study from the Journal of Sexual Medicine. Laboratory evaluations have proven that the manic material of a guy's semen differs when he strolled during intercourse versus throughout orgasm. It is likely that sex fires the prostate up and also helps clean toxins out in a way orgasm cannot fit, the study authors imply. Give It a Try And Let Me Know or Comment Below How It works With You.

Ejaculation May Lower Prostate Cancer Risk

Men who report a higher frequency of ejaculating as adults are less likely to be subsequently diagnosed with prostate cancer (PCa), a new study led by a School of Public Health researcher confirms. In an article in the journal European Urology, Jennifer R. Rider, assistant professor of epidemiology, and colleagues found that an ejaculation frequency of 21 or more times per month at ages 20–29 years or 40–49 years is associated with a significant, 19 percent and 22 percent decreased risk of a PCa diagnosis, respectively, compared with a frequency of 4 to 7 times per month in adjusted analyses.

top 4 Benefits of Regular Masturbation for Men | you will love this

03:56
top 4 Benefits of Regular Masturbation for Men Like You Number1 Masturbation Prevents You From Getting Prostate Cancer Australia. What does it come to mind? The folks from this foreign beautiful country did a study in 2003. The theme of the study was “masturbation link to prostate cancer (the prostate is a crucial part of your reproductive system)”. The results were somewhere in the lines of: Men who ejaculated more than five times per week have 30% less chance to develop prostate cancer. In 2004 a researcher from another team reported that ejaculation frequency is irrelevant with prostate cancer, but he stated that men who do not masturbate at all (or having sex at all) seem to have increased risk of prostate cancer. Number2 Masturbation Raises Your Immunity The “Masturbation Benefits List” gets bigger. Immunity is the prize this time. Masturbation not only relaxes you, but it also enhances your immunity. When you masturbate, you increase levels of cortisol in your blood. You probably know that cortisol is bad for you, but the truth is it can be helpful in right doses at the right time. Cortisol is necessary because it regulates and maintains your immune system. Without it, you would be dead in minutes. Reaching orgasm (ejaculating) seems to help even cure a cold. For this experiment, 11 men were asked to masturbate from start to finish. At the same time, the researchers measured their blood (don’t ask me how). What the scientists found was that when men reached orgasms (ejaculation), they had increased population of leukocytes. White blood killer cells. More leukocytes, better immunity. Number3 Masturbation Improves Heart Health Do you hate running up and down the treadmill, sweating like a pig, just to get a chance to improve your cardiovascular system? There seems to be another way. The following words will impact your life like never before. Ready? Masturbation helps with overall cardiovascular health. A study done in the USA and published in the American Journal of Cardiology concluded the following: Men with two or more orgasms per month were half as likely to have a stroke or heart disease when compared with men with less than one orgasm per month. The researchers concluded that “active” men have better and healthier cardiovascular system. The phenomenon is likely due to the increase in heart rate when you masturbate. This increase trains the circulation and this reduces your risk for heart attack. Number4 Masturbation Increases Your Lifespan The best of the masturbation benefits for last. A study was done in the UK. The scientists there observed the relation between sex and lifespan in men. The final conclusion was that the number of orgasms and quality of life in men is interconnected. Quality of life brings joy and happiness which leads to longevity. Wow. Masturbation is a sex act, called self-love. So, if a decent amount of it is performed once in a while, it can bring you joy (as you already know). That makes sense of course if you read the previous points we make. Lowering heart disease and cancer risk seems to improve your life too.

Prostate Cancer Symptoms: Early Signs and Symptoms of Prostate Cancer in Men

03:12
Prostate Cancer Symptoms: Early Signs and Symptoms of Prostate Cancer in Men If you’re a man, the federal government estimates that you have about a one-in-seven chance of growing prostate most cancers sooner or later in the course of your lifetime. In maximum cases, prostate cancer symptoms aren't apparent inside the early ranges of the disease. Guys with early prostate most cancers may not have any signs, as those only occur whilst the most cancers are massive sufficient to place pressure at the urethra. The prostate cancer also can grow to be enlarged due to a circumstance is known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), that's non-cancerous. Where is Your Prostate? Handiest guys have a prostate, which is a walnut-sized gland placed directly beneath the bladder in the front of the rectum. It surrounds the urethra, the tube that consists of urine and semen out of the body. The prostate gland can have an effect on urine control, called continence. Prostate most cancers share many comparable signs and symptoms with benign sicknesses of the prostate. The earliest prostate cancer signs and symptoms are often urinary. Warning symptoms can be frequent urination, Urination that burns the problem with beginning urine drift and Blood within the urine. The prostate gland performs a key role inside the male reproductive gadget, so it’s not surprising that prostate cancer can cause sexual dysfunction. Guys may also have issues getting or maintaining an erection, or experience painful ejaculation. Some guys with early prostate cancer reveal in no signs and symptoms. Due to adjustments in hormone levels, sexual disorder turns into more common with age. Still, you shouldn’t push aside erectile dysfunction or different symptoms as a result of growing older. Tests can help decide whether or not your symptoms are cancerous or now not. As soon as prostate cancer spreads, it can motive pain in and across the area of the prostate gland. Guys with the ailment can also experience an ache in different areas. Pain is also likely to occur in a couple of regions. As an example, you may experience painful urination along with pelvic pain. Whilst to look a health practitioner. Make an appointment together with your medical doctor when you have any symptoms or signs and symptoms that worry you.

💋 WARNING: The Negative Effects of Masturbation

How to naturally increase your testosterone, while decreasing negative hormones: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/BalanceYourSexHormones Or watch these 5 proven ways to fix premature ejaculation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=56JiN54B5lU Or this video on how masturbation impacts testosterone and muscle building: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1kxBpCE3YA =============================================== 💋 WARNING: The Negative Effects of Masturbation =============================================== Benefits Of Masturbation Maturbation is very natural and most people do it. In fact, your body NEEDS to have an orgasm and that’s what “wet dreams” are. It happens more often to men because of their higher testosterone levels, but it still happens to women. So, you can either have an orgasim by yourself (masturbation)... or with someone … or if you do neither, your body will “release” it on its own through a “wet dream” or a “nocturnal emission”. The benefits of having an orgasm is that it can help you relax, reduce anxiety and blood pressure, sleep better, improves blood flow and helps you live longer by reducing stress hormones. For men, it helps increase your testosterone levels and reduce prostate problems, when it’s not done “excessively”. For women, it helps reduce menstrual pain and duration. Negatives Of Masturbation So, let’s move on to the “negatives” of masturbation and more specifically, EXCESSIVE masturbation. For example, men in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s, who “frequently” masturbated 5X a week or more, has been linked to an INCREASE in prostate cancer for men.1 While the same amount done by men in their 50’s, REDUCED the risk of prostate cancer.1 Men who masturbate “excessively”, have less sensitivity during sex and take longer to climax. Additionally, they can also suffer from erectile dysfunction and “reduced firmness”... HOW You Masturbate Is Also A Problem Men who masturbate, typically watch porn. Well, this also reduces sensitivity and expectations when it comes to having sexual intercourse. There’s an over release of Dopamine, the “pleasure chemical” and this then causes a negative rebound and reduces sensitivity at the dopamine receptors. The basically SAME problem that happens to cocaine users.2 Thus, you need “more” to get the same pleasurable feelings. The other problem for guys is that the initial increase in testosterone, eventually causes a DECREASE because there’s an increase in female hormones - such as prolactin and estrogen.5 The end result is lower testosterone levels and THIS ends up causing you to age faster, lose muscle, get depressed, moody, and eventually - have erectile problems.3 Excess masturbatoin has also been linked to accelerate hair loss and balding, due to an increase in the balding hormone, DHT Finally, excessive masturbation depletes your body of certain nutrients and minerals, such as zinc… in addition to cerebrospinal fluid. Which can result in accelerated aging, hair loss and impotence.4 Again, the problem here is a negative change in your hormones5 … And in a minute I’ll give you some natural solutions to fix this, but before I do - I want to finally discuss the difference between: Orgasms by masturbation vs. intercourse Actually, it won’t and here’s why… People who are “excessively” masturbating … daily or multiple times a day, are never going to be having that much sex. And if they are, they are “sex addicts” and thus, they have other issues. So What’s The Solution? And no, I’m not. But allow me to give you 3 solutions. First, I would suggest you REDUCE your masturbating. It’s like working out. You can’t go to the gym every single day - it’s not good for your health and it’ll diminish your results and slow your progress because of negative changes in your hormones. You need to have “off days” and sometimes, you need to take off a few days or maybe even a week to let your body recuperate and improve your hormones. So, I suggest you do the same with masturbating. Secondly, try masturbating without any porn. Watching porn is actually becoming a very big problem in society, especially for men… and it’s causing a lot of negative issues as it pertains to sex, impotence and neurological changes in your brain.4 Lastly, make sure you’re at least taking specific herbs, vitamins and minerals which are designed to help replenish what you’re losing in the orgasim, to help increase your testosterone levels and to reduce the negative hormones such as female and stress hormones. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. Enlarged Prostate Sexual Symptoms

41:10
http://www.balancedhealthtoday.com/endosterol.html http://www.balancedhealthtoday.com/store/endosterol.html The prostate is a glandular organ of the mammalian male reproductive system. The prostate gland sits at the base of the bladder surrounding the urethra, which is the urinary canal that connects the bladder to the penis. Enlargement of the prostate-- benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH--is a common condition in older men that typically results in a narrowing of the urethra. BPH often makes urination difficult and sometimes painful. In addition, BPH and its associated treatments sometimes results in adverse sexual side effects. Libido Some men who suffer from BPH also experience a decrease in sexual desire. While the experts are not exactly sure whether the cause of decreased libido is a physical or psychological manifestation, according to a report published in the March 2009 issue of "Urology," it should be considered a legitimate symptom. Additionally, the medications used to treat BPH include 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors that have been shown to be effective at reduction of prostate size and improving urine flow. Unfortunately, these drugs have also been shown to decrease the libido in those taking the medication. Ejaculation BPH sufferers will sometimes experience abnormal ejaculation. These ejaculation problems are typically in the form of retrograde ejaculations. Retrograde ejaculations describe the reverse expulsion of semen up into the bladder rather than out through the penis. The fluid is later expelled through normal urination. According to UrologyHealth.org, this problem has also been reported as a side effect to BPH medications like 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. Impotence Impotence is another prevalent symptom for men who suffer from BPH. Impotence, described as the lack or inability to achieve or maintain an erection for sexual activity, has been implicated in at least half of those diagnosed with BPH according to a study published in the March 22, 2007 issue of "The International Journal of Impotence Research." As with other symptoms like decreased libido and abnormal ejaculation, this symptom appears to be either stimulated or exacerbated by medications used for the treatment of BPH. Depending upon the individual, there may be certain medications that can be used in conjunction with BPH medications to remedy sexual problems associated with impotence. http://www.balancedhealthtoday.com/store/ http://balancedhealthtoday.com/products.html

Mitigating the Negative Effects of Chronic Masturbation

20:01
In this video, we discuss the potential negative health effects of excessive masturbation, the possible underlying causes for this addictive behavior and some simple tips for addressing the cause and mitigating the anti-health effects of chronic masturbation or more specifically, ejaculation. Ejaculation or orgasm increases the production of prolactin, a stress hormone that attributes to a variety of health problems including PCOS, breast and prostate cancer, pattern hair loss, weight gain and a sluggish metabolism. The good news is there are natural, simple methods for not only lowering prolactin, but addressing the root stress that attributes to compulsive behavior. Here are 9 Possible Causes of Painful Ejaculation. Painful ejaculation, also known as dysorgasmia or orgasmalgia, can range from mild discomfort to severe pain during or after ejaculation. The pain can involve the penis, scrotum, and perineal or perianal area. Here are 9 Possible Causes of Painful Ejaculation. Watch this entire video to know all of them. Painful ejaculation can have a serious impact on your sex life. Please Like, Comment, Share And Subscribe For More Videos. Men's Health Tips on Facebook:- https://goo.gl/dexvSz #1. Prostatitis Prostatitis is the term for inflammation or infection of the prostate gland. It’s the most common urologic problem in men under 50 years old. It can cause painful or frequent urination, so it’s easy to mistake for a urinary tract infection. Other symptoms include lower abdominal pain and difficulty getting an erection. #2. Surgery Some types of surgery can cause a number of side effects, including painful ejaculation. One of these is radical prostatectomy, a procedure to remove all or part of the prostate and some nearby tissue. It’s used to treat prostate cancer. Risks of the procedure include erectile dysfunction, and penile and testicular pain. Surgery to repair a hernia (inguinal herniorrhaphy) can also cause painful ejaculation. #3. Cysts or stones It’s possible to develop cysts or stones in the ejaculatory duct. They can block ejaculate, causing infertility and painful ejaculation. #4. Antidepressant Drugs Antidepressant drugs can cause sexual dysfunction, including painful ejaculation. The types that are most likely to cause sexual side effects are: selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, tricyclics and tetracyclics, monoamine oxidase inhibitors #5. Pudendal neuropathy Pudendal neuropathy is a condition in which there’s some damage to a nerve in the pelvis. That can lead to genital and rectal pain. Some things that can affect the pudendal nerve are injury, diabetes, and multiple sclerosis (MS). #6. Prostate cancer Though often asymptomatic, prostate cancer can cause painful ejaculation. Other symptoms may include urination problems, erectile dysfunction, or blood in your urine or semen. #7. Trichomoniasis Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted infection that can also cause burning or pain during urination. #8. Radiation Therapy Radiation therapy to the pelvis can result in erectile dysfunction, including pain on ejaculation. These side effects are usually temporary. #9. Psychological Issues In some cases, the cause can’t be determined. If you don’t have pain when you masturbate, it could be emotionally based. Consider seeing a therapist to explore this further. Stop Masturbation Now | Safe Your Sexual Health | Masturbation Side Effects On Men Health

Don't forget to Subscribe for more information about Men Sexual Health. Masturbation Myths Depressed and anxious man sitting cross-legged on bed. Many myths exist about the risks of masturbation, however none of these have been proven. There are many myths about masturbation. Even though many of these have been debunked several times, they seem to resurface time and time again. Most claims about masturbation are not backed up by science. There is often no scientific evidence to show that masturbation causes any of the adverse effects suggested. Masturbation will not cause: blindness hairy palms impotence later in life erectile dysfunction penis shrinkage penis curvature low sperm count infertility mental illness physical weakness Some couples worry that their relationship must be unsatisfying if either one of them masturbates; this, too, is a myth. Most men and women continue to masturbate either alone or together when they are in a relationship or married, and many find it an enjoyable part of their relationship. One study found that women who masturbated had happier marriages compared to those who did not masturbate. Masturbation side effects Masturbation is harmless. Some people may experience chafing or tender skin if they are too rough, but this will usually heal in a few days. If men frequently masturbate within a short space of time, they may experience a slight swelling of the penis called an edema. This swelling usually disappears within a couple of days. Other potential side effects include: Guilt Some people who worry that masturbation conflicts with their religious, spiritual, or cultural beliefs may experience feelings of guilt. However, masturbation is not immoral or wrong, and self-pleasure is not shameful. Discussing feelings of guilt with a friend, healthcare professional, or therapist that specializes in sexual health might help a person to move past feelings of guilt or shame that they connect with masturbation. Decreased sexual sensitivity Man and woman in bed looking upset, having sexual intimacy problems. Aggressive or excessive masturbation techniques may lead to reduced sexual sensitivity. If men have an aggressive masturbation method that involves too tight a grip on their penis, they can experience decreased sensation. A man can resolve this over time with a change of technique. Enhanced stimulation, such as using a vibrator, may increase arousal and overall sexual function in both men and women. Women who use a vibrator have reported improved sexual function and lubrication, while men experienced an improvement in erectile function. Prostate cancer The jury is out as to whether masturbation increases or decreases the risk of prostate cancer. Researchers need to conduct more studies before they can reach a conclusion. A 2003 study demonstrated that men who ejaculated more than five times each week during their 20s were one third less likely to develop aggressive prostate cancer than those who ejaculated less often. Researchers speculate that the reduced risk was because frequent ejaculation may prevent the build-up of cancer-causing agents in the prostate gland. A similar link between frequent ejaculation and a lower risk of prostate cancer was discovered in a 2016 study. Researchers found that men who ejaculated 21 times per month or more had a reduced risk of developing prostate cancer. In contrast, a 2008 study found that frequent sexual activity during a man's 20s and 30s increased his risk of prostate cancer, especially if he masturbated regularly. Disrupting daily life In rare cases, some individuals may masturbate more than they desire, which may: cause them to miss work, school, or important social events interrupt a person's daily functioning affect their responsibilities and relationships serve as an escape from relationship issues or substitute for real-life experiences Someone who thinks they might be adversely impacted by their masturbation practice should speak with a healthcare professional. A doctor or counselor may suggest talk therapy to determine ways that they could manage their sexual behavior. Consulting a sex therapist may also help with coping strategies for excessive masturbation. To locate a local sex therapist, a person can visit the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) and Prostate Cancer for USMLE Step 2

34:35
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and Prostate Cancer epidemiology, etiliogy, causes and symptoms, investigations, treatment and management. Handwritten full lecture for USMLE. ANATOMY of PROSTATE Central zone of prostate sorrounds ejaculatory duct. The Transitional zone of prostate encompases meddle part of urethra. Peripheral zone is placed outside. Prostate cancer is most common in peripheral zone (60-70%). The Central zone is the second most common site for prostate cancer (25%). The Transition zone only has an occurence rate of 5% for prostate cancer. Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) is in the transition zone and that is why it presents mostly with urinary symptoms. BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA (BPH) Prostate is heavily influenced by DHT and testosterone, however, DHT is ten times more sensitive. Testosterone is converted to DHT by 5alpha reductase. This causes hyperplasia of collagen cells and the smooth muscle. The collagen will cause a physical obstruction while the smooth muscle will cause mechanical obstruction. Eventually there is bladder enlargement which may forma false diverticulum (outpouching of the bladder). Clinical Signs and Symptoms Obstructive symptoms - Consists of the patients experiencing hesitancy, difficulty voiding, straining, decrease in the force of stream and dribbling of urine. Irritation symptoms - increase frequency or urgency as well as nocturia. These symptoms occur as the bladder gets larger and begins to overflow. These symptoms can produce an International Prostate Symptoms Score (IPSS) which determines severity of Benign prostatic Hyperplasia through symptoms. Diagnosis of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Digital Rectum Exam is done initially, however it doesn't correlate well with symptoms and it is very difficult to palpate. Urinalysis is also done to rule out prostatitis. PSA is organ specific but can be elevated in cancer and prostatitis. Ultrasound or CT to look for complications such as bladder distention. Transrectal ultrasound is used before surgery. Treatment for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) If the degree of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is minimal such as 0-7 on the IPSS score than watchful waiting because most spontaneously. So for these patients continue monitoring PSA and Digital Rectums Exams. If getting worse continue to medical treatment. Alpha 1 blocker allows relaxation of the smooth muscle that may be constricting the urethra. Finasteride is a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor to prevent formation of DHT from testosterone and help debulk the prostate. Commonly used drugs are terazosin and doxazosin but this can lead to hypotension. More specific is an Alpha A1 blocker such as tamsolusin which is more specific for the prostate and therefore hypotension is not present but can lead to retrograde ejaculation. Surgery - If medical therapy doesn't work for the Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). Two procedures transurethral and prostatectomy. PROSTATE CANCER CLINICAL SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS of PROSTATE CANCER Can range from asymptomatic to completely fatal. Screening - Digital Rectal Exam is not helpful and PSA is the only method being used. Local Disease causes symptoms similar to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia symptoms, but this suggests involvement of the transition zone. Metastasis disease include symtpoms related to osteoblastic bone growth, primarily the spine leading to neurological symptoms and back pain. Prostatic Cancer patients may also have patients related to lower extremities due to lymphatic obstruction INVESTIGATION for PROSTATE CANCER Digital Rectal Exam shows a single nodule and correlates well with severity of disease. However, it may be a cyst or a stone. PSA normally should be less than 2.5ng/dL (some say less than 4 ng/dL). May also be helpful to measure as PSA Velocity and Free PSA versus Bound PSA. This helps distinguish Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia from Prostate Cancer. Transrectal Ultrasound may also be used. Biopsy uses the Gleasson Score which looks at the tissue of prostate under microscope and given a score out of 5. Staging of prostate cancer utilizes the TNM score. TREATMENT AND MANAGEMENT of PROSTATE CANCER Start with active surveillance by monitoring PSA/DRE/Biopsies. Radiation - Has a lot of GIT complications and may lead to erectile Dysfunction. Brachytherapy is the new treatment. Radical Prostatectomy - May lead to neruovascular damage causing Erectile Dysfunction and damage to urethra my lead to incontinence. After treatment continue to monitor PSA to look for Metastasis or resurgency of cancer. TREATMENT OF METASTASIS OF PROSTATE CANCER Castration - Orchiectomy (Gold Standard), Leuprolide/Ghrelin (GnRH) but these have a temporary increase in androgens, and Anti-Androgens (Flutamide). Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer (CRPC) are tumors that are still growing despite castration. Then use chemotherapy (Doxitexal, Mitoxantrone, Dosatinib)

Prevent cancer: Harvard study says men who ejaculate more may avoid prostate cancer - TomoNews

01:08
Boston, Massachusetts — Dr. Marc Garnick, Editor in Chief of Harvard Medical School’s Annual Report on Prostate Diseases said that a recent study conducted by Harvard yielded good news for sexually active men: high ejaculation frequency seems to protect against prostate cancer. As part of a follow up study, approximately 30,000 men between the ages of 46 and 81 reported the average number of ejaculations per month from their twenties. Ejaculations include sexual intercourse, nocturnal emissions, and masturbation. The scientists found that men who ejaculated 21 times or more a month enjoyed a 33% lower risk of prostate cancer compared with men who reported less than ten ejaculations a month throughout their lifetimes. Scientists said that further study is needed to investigate possible protective mechanisms against prostate cancer, but in theory, emptying the prostate of potentially irritating or harmful substances may be one protective method. Nevertheless, gentlemen, enjoy the fact that not only does ejaculation feel good, but it may also carry health benefits. ------------------------------------------------------------- Welcome to TomoNews, where we animate the most entertaining news on the internets. SYMPTOMS OF PROSTATE CANCER

04:13
Sadly, many men don't find out they have prostate cancer until the cancer has spread, making it more difficult to treat. This is because in the early stages, prostate cancer often doesn't have many symptoms. 1. Difficulty urinating This may take the form of feeling like you have to go and then nothing comes out, stopping midstream, or having to go more often. Another sign is difficulty stopping, which often takes the form of extended dribbling, or the feeling that you still have to go even when you're done. 2. Pain while urinating Again, the problem may be a prostate tumor pressing on the urethra. However, pain while urinating is a classic symptom of infection in the urinary tract. It can also signal an infection of the prostate, known as prostatitis. 3. Blood in the urine This sign is less common, and it's a reason to go straight to the doctor. It doesn't have to be very much blood; all you might notice is a pinkish tint or smear. Blood in the urine is often caused by infections in the bladder or prostate, by kidney stones, and by BPH. 4. Difficulty getting or keeping an erection Yes, this one's really hard to talk about. But if it's not happening when you want it to, or things get stuck "half-mast," it's time for a checkup. Erectile problems are often caused by atherosclerosis (fatty buildup along the arteries), which can reduce blood flow to the penis, but they can also be due to a prostate tumor that interferes with erections or ejaculation. 5. Blood in the semen This sign, like blood in the urine , is often not described very clearly. It's not a large amount of blood, more like just enough to make semen pinkish or streaked, according to men with prostate cancer. Gals, you can help with this one too; if you notice an odd color to semen after sex, speak up. 6. Chronic constipation and other intestinal issues The prostate gland is located below the bladder and in front of the rectum, so a tumor in this location can interfere with digestive functions. However, it's sort of a chicken-and-egg situation; chronic constipation can contribute to an enlarged prostate by putting pressure on the gland, and vice versa. Chronic constipation and intestinal problems can also be early indicators of colon cancer. 7. Frequent pain in the lower back, hips, or upper thighs The most common sites for prostate cancer to spread are the lower back, pelvis, and hips. Unexplained pain and tenderness in these areas are signs of trouble. One way to distinguish this type of pain from run-of-the-mill sciatica and lower back pain is that it may feel deeper and more like a dull ache. 8. Having to pee in the middle of the night This is one of the sly symptoms that men diagnosed with prostate cancer say they remember, now that they look back. If you find yourself waking more than once a night urgently needing to go, a trip to the doctor is in order. Bear in mind, though, that this symptom is far more likely to be caused by BPH or an overactive bladder than by prostate cancer. 9. Leaking or dribbling urine Here's one almost no one talks about, but we need to. It's basically the male version of urinary incontinence, which typically occurs on a small but still noticeable scale. Longer bathroom trips while you wait for the dribbling to stop or leakage on the way to the bathroom are the telltale signs. Women, if while doing the laundry you notice that his pants or jeans smell like pee, delicately suggest a visit to the doctor. 10. You're over 50 and have risk factors Since early prostate cancer most often has no symptoms at all, men who are at risk need to talk to their doctors and consider having regular PSA tests and rectal exams (sorry!), whether they notice anything odd happening or not. Family history, especially a father who had prostate cancer, being overweight, eating a high-fat diet, being of African-American descent, and smoking all increase your risk of prostate cancer.
