Don't forget to Subscribe for more information about Men Sexual Health. Masturbation Myths Depressed and anxious man sitting cross-legged on bed. Many myths exist about the risks of masturbation, however none of these have been proven. There are many myths about masturbation. Even though many of these have been debunked several times, they seem to resurface time and time again. Most claims about masturbation are not backed up by science. There is often no scientific evidence to show that masturbation causes any of the adverse effects suggested. Masturbation will not cause: blindness hairy palms impotence later in life erectile dysfunction penis shrinkage penis curvature low sperm count infertility mental illness physical weakness Some couples worry that their relationship must be unsatisfying if either one of them masturbates; this, too, is a myth. Most men and women continue to masturbate either alone or together when they are in a relationship or married, and many find it an enjoyable part of their relationship. One study found that women who masturbated had happier marriages compared to those who did not masturbate. Masturbation side effects Masturbation is harmless. Some people may experience chafing or tender skin if they are too rough, but this will usually heal in a few days. If men frequently masturbate within a short space of time, they may experience a slight swelling of the penis called an edema. This swelling usually disappears within a couple of days. Other potential side effects include: Guilt Some people who worry that masturbation conflicts with their religious, spiritual, or cultural beliefs may experience feelings of guilt. However, masturbation is not immoral or wrong, and self-pleasure is not shameful. Discussing feelings of guilt with a friend, healthcare professional, or therapist that specializes in sexual health might help a person to move past feelings of guilt or shame that they connect with masturbation. Decreased sexual sensitivity Man and woman in bed looking upset, having sexual intimacy problems. Aggressive or excessive masturbation techniques may lead to reduced sexual sensitivity. If men have an aggressive masturbation method that involves too tight a grip on their penis, they can experience decreased sensation. A man can resolve this over time with a change of technique. Enhanced stimulation, such as using a vibrator, may increase arousal and overall sexual function in both men and women. Women who use a vibrator have reported improved sexual function and lubrication, while men experienced an improvement in erectile function. Prostate cancer The jury is out as to whether masturbation increases or decreases the risk of prostate cancer. Researchers need to conduct more studies before they can reach a conclusion. A 2003 study demonstrated that men who ejaculated more than five times each week during their 20s were one third less likely to develop aggressive prostate cancer than those who ejaculated less often. Researchers speculate that the reduced risk was because frequent ejaculation may prevent the build-up of cancer-causing agents in the prostate gland. A similar link between frequent ejaculation and a lower risk of prostate cancer was discovered in a 2016 study. Researchers found that men who ejaculated 21 times per month or more had a reduced risk of developing prostate cancer. In contrast, a 2008 study found that frequent sexual activity during a man's 20s and 30s increased his risk of prostate cancer, especially if he masturbated regularly. Disrupting daily life In rare cases, some individuals may masturbate more than they desire, which may: cause them to miss work, school, or important social events interrupt a person's daily functioning affect their responsibilities and relationships serve as an escape from relationship issues or substitute for real-life experiences Someone who thinks they might be adversely impacted by their masturbation practice should speak with a healthcare professional. A doctor or counselor may suggest talk therapy to determine ways that they could manage their sexual behavior. Consulting a sex therapist may also help with coping strategies for excessive masturbation. To locate a local sex therapist, a person can visit the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

Frequent ejaculation and prostate cancer: What's the link?

06:28
Frequent ejaculation and prostate cancer: What's the link? The prostate is a small, walnut-shaped gland that plays an important role in ejaculation. It produces the fluid in semen and helps push this fluid out when a man ejaculates. About 1 in 7 men in the United States will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime. As prostate cancer is so common, being aware of the risk factors is important. This video explores whether frequent ejaculation can reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

(Illseed News) A recent study will have men shaking in their boxers if they choked the chicken a bit too much in their younger years. Researchers at the University of Nottingham have determined that men who masturbate often in their 20s and 30s are far more prone to developing prostate cancer. The scientists surveyed 800 men and about half of them had suffered from prostate cancer. The same data could be attributed to gentlemen that got their mack on frequently with the ladies, but the higher sexual activity was generally credited the act of self-love. Ironically, men over 40 that jerk-off or shag a lot of babes can reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Masturbation clearly needs a great publicist to stop this bad press." Um, thanks G-d for making it perfectly clear to us in your holy Torah how dangerous this is... And you guys give me slack for my self control... Also see... Masturbation and Prostate Cancer Risk Masturbation Frequency Linked to Prostate Risk in 20s, Protection in 50s By Daniel J. DeNoon WebMD Health NewsReviewed by Louise Chang, MDJan. 27, 2009 -- Frequent masturbation in young men is linked to higher risk of early prostate cancer, but it lowers prostatecancer risk for men in their 50s, a study shows. High levels of male sex hormones, or androgens, may increase a man's risk of prostate cancer. But different studies of this question, done in different ways, have reached different conclusions. To look at the question in a new way, a team of researchers at England's University of Nottingham looked at whether men with more intense sex drives were at higher risk of prostate cancer. Polyxeni Dimitropoulou, PhD; Rosalind Eeles, PhD, FRCP; and Kenneth R. Muir, PhD, obtained detailed sexual histories from 840 men. About half the men got prostate cancer by age 60, and about half did not have cancer. The findings were surprising. Sexual intercourse did not affect prostate cancer risk. But frequent masturbation did -- in different ways, at different times of life. "Frequent masturbation during men's 20s and 30s increased their risk of prostate cancer," Dimitropoulou tells WebMD. "But men in their 50s who masturbated frequently had decreased risk." Of course, masturbation frequency is relative. For men in their 20s, "frequent masturbation" was two to seven times per week. Compared to same-age men who reported masturbating less than once per month, 20-something frequent masturbators had a 79% higher risk of prostate cancer by age 60. For men in their 50s, "frequent masturbation" was one or more times per week. Compared to same-age men who reported never masturbating, 50-something frequent masturbators had a 70% lower risk of prostate cancer. What's going on? The study wasn't designed to answer that question. But Dimitropoulou and colleagues have some theories. They suggest that young men genetically predisposed to have hormone-sensitive prostate cancer will be at higher risk if their bodies naturally produce high levels of male hormones -- the same hormones that give them an intense sex drive. So it's not masturbation itself that's increasing prostate cancer risk in young men. More masturbation may just mean more sex drive -- and more androgens bathing prostate tissues. That's not the case for older men. Dimitropoulou suggests that in older men, masturbation itself may actually be helpful, ridding the prostate gland of fluids that may contain cancer-causing substances. "In mature age, it may be more important that toxins get flushed out of the system," she says. "And because the masturbation frequency was not as high in the men's 50s as it was in their 20s, even low levels of masturbation in the 50s has a protective effect." These are just theories, Dimitropoulou warns. More research is needed to determine the exact role of sex hormones and sexual activity in prostate-cancer risk at different stages of life. Meanwhile, Dimitropoulou, now at England's University of Cambridge, advises moderation for both younger and older men. "It is kind of logical that a moderate level of masturbatory activity has to be maintained," she says. "Not too much, and not none at all." Dimitropoulou and colleagues report their findings in the January issue of BJU International.

Prostate Cancer Prevention - 7 Ways to Protect your prostate Naturally

03:40
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths among men in the United-States. The prostate is a walnut-sized gland behind the base of a man’s penis and below the urinary bladder. Its function is to make seminal fluid, which is the liquid in semen that protects, supports, and helps transport sperm. In this video will talk about some of the natural ways to reduce your risk of prostate-cancer. 1.Learn about personal risk factors. Some of the major personal risk factors for prostate cancer are age and family history. The risk of prostate cancer increases the older you get. Although approximately 75% of the cases of prostate-cancer have no pattern or order, about 20% of those with prostate-cancer have had cases of the disease in their family previously. More than 80% of prostate-cancers are diagnosed in men over the age of 65. 2.Exercise regularly. One great way to possibly reduce the risk of prostate-cancer is to exercise. Some studies even indicate that your risk of cancer decreases further the more vigorous you exercise. You should do aerobic-exercise at least 30 minutes per day for 5-6 days out of the week. 3.Have sex more often. Another way that you can reduce your risk of prostate-cancer is to have more sex. According to an Australian study, if you masturbate 3 or more times per week, you are 34% less likely to develop prostate-cancer by age 70. Along the same lines, sex also counts toward the total number of weekly ejaculations. • The finding could be explained by the flushing out of cancer-causing agents during ejaculation 3.Reduce the amount of fat you eat. You can reduce your risk of prostate-cancer by making dietary changes. In order to help lower your chance of getting prostate-cancer, you should eat a diet that is low in fat. According to numerous studies, there is an established link between a diet high in saturated-fat and the development of prostate-cancer. • In general, fats should not exceed 30% of total daily-caloric intake 4.Increase your soy intake. Increasing the consumption of soy products is another dietary option to consider to reduce the risk of prostate-cancer. Soy products contain isoflavones, which are natural compounds that act like estrogens. In laboratory tests, they have been proven to inhibit the growth of prostate-cancer cells. • Try to incorporate soy products such as soymilk, tempeh, miso, and tofu into your diet. 5.Brew green tea. Drinking green-tea may also reduce the risk of prostate-cancer. Brewed green-tea contains high levels of polyphenol compounds, particularly catechins, that may be protective against prostate-cancer. Try to brew yourself a cup with breakfast or lunch to help lower your risk of cancer 6.Increase natural vitamins and minerals. There are some supplements that will naturally help you fight prostate-cancer. Naturally occurring folate, a B vitamin, has been shown to reduce the risk of prostate-cancer. You should not take folic-acid, which is a synthetic form of folate, because it has been found to increase the risk of prostate-cancer. Signs And Symptoms of Prostate Cancer

10:05
Warning Signs of Prostate Cancer. Sadly, many men don't find out they have prostate cancer until the cancer has spread, nci prostate cancer making it more difficult to treat. This is because in the early stages, prostate cancer often doesn't have many symptoms. That's a problem because prostate cancer is the second most common kind of cancer in American men, after skin cancer, you must advanced prostate cancer symptoms. 1, Difficulty urinating. This may take the form of feeling like you have to go and then nothing comes out, stopping midstream, or having to go more often. Another sign is difficulty stopping, which often takes the form of extended dribbling, or the feeling that you still have to go even when you're done. Because the prostate gland surrounds the urethra. the tube that carries both urine and semen -- even a very small tumor in this location can interfere with urination or ejaculation. Bear in mind, however, that the prostate gland becomes enlarged in many men as they age, and this enlargement, known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), is the more likely cause of urinary problems and get best treatment for prostate cancer. 2, Pain while urinating. Again, the problem may be a prostate tumor pressing on the urethra. treatment of prostate cancer However, pain while urinating is a classic symptom of infection in the urinary tract. It can also signal an infection of the prostate, known as prostatitis. 3, Blood in the urine. facts about prostate cancer This sign is less common, and it's a reason to go straight to the doctor. It doesn't have to be very much blood; all you might notice is a pinkish tint or smear. Blood in the urine is often caused by infections in the bladder or prostate, by kidney stones, and by BPH. However, in some cases it's due to a tumor in the prostate, bladder, or kidney. 4, Difficulty getting or keeping an erection. Yes, this one's really hard to talk about. But if it's not happening when you want it to, or things get stuck "half-mast," it's time for a checkup. (Female partners need to tread delicately around this one, but if it's happening often enough to interfere with your s3x life on a regular basis, prostate cancer medicine find a moment to introduce the subject in a kind and nonthreatening way.) 5, Blood in the semen. This sign, like blood in the urine (#3), is often not described very clearly. It's not a large amount of blood, more like just enough to make semen pinkish or streaked, according to men with prostate cancer. prostate cancer drugs Gals, you can help with this one too; if you notice an odd color to semen after s3x, speak up. 6, Chronic constipation and other intestinal issues. The prostate gland is located below the bladder and in front of the rectum, so a tumor in this location can interfere with digestive functions. However, it's sort of a chicken-and-egg situation; chronic constipation can contribute to an enlarged prostate by putting pressure on the gland, and vice versa. Chronic constipation and intestinal problems can also be early indicators of colon cancer. 7, Frequent pain in the lower back, hips, or upper thighs. The most common sites for prostate cancer to spread are the lower back, pelvis, and hips. Unexplained pain and tenderness in these areas are signs of trouble. One way to distinguish this type of pain from run-of-the-mill sciatica and lower back pain is that it may feel deeper and more like a dull ache. However, experts say any lower back or hip pain that doesn't go away is a reason to see the doctor. 8, Having to pee in the middle of the night. This is one of the sly symptoms that men diagnosed with prostate cancer say they remember, now that they look back. If you find yourself waking more than once a night urgently needing to go, a trip to the doctor is in order. Bear in mind, though, that this symptom is far more likely to be caused by BPH or an overactive bladder than by prostate cancer. 9, Leaking or dribbling urine. Here's one almost no one talks about, but we need to. It's basically the male version of urinary incontinence, which typically occurs on a small but still noticeable scale. symptoms of prostate cancer Longer bathroom trips while you wait for the dribbling to stop or leakage on the way to the bathroom are the telltale signs. Women, if while doing the laundry you notice that his pants or jeans smell like pee, delicately suggest a visit to the doctor. 10, You're over 50 and have risk factors. Since early prostate cancer most often has no symptoms at all, men who are at risk need to talk to their doctors and consider having regular PSA tests and rectal exams (sorry!), whether they notice anything odd happening or not. Family history -- especially a father who had prostate cancer -- being overweight, eating a high-fat diet, being of African-American descent, and smoking all increase your risk of prostate cancer. Frequent Ejaculation May Protect Against Prostate Cancer

01:33
Good news men – in case you didn’t know already know, orgasms not only feel fantastic but are also linked to a decreased risk of prostate cancer. It appears that men who ejaculate a lot over the course of a month are less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer. This finding was first uncovered back in 2004 when researchers at the National Cancer Institute examined the association between ejaculation frequency – which includes sexual intercourse, nocturnal emission, and masturbation – and the risk of prostate cancer. The study first appearing in the Journal of the American Medical Association, tracked over 29,000 men in the U.S. aged 46 to 81 years using data from the Health Professionals Follow-up Study from 1992 to 2000. All men were cancer free when the study began. Each man filled out questionnaires every 2 years over the course of the study with the participants reporting on the average number of ejaculations they had each month during the ages of 20 to 29 years, 40 to 49 years, and during the past year. The results showed men who ejaculated 21 or more times a month had a 33% lower risk of prostate cancer compared with men who reported four to seven ejaculations a month throughout their lifetimes. An Australian study of 2,338 men had the same results in that men who averaged four to seven ejaculations a week were 36% less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer before the age of 70 than men who ejaculated less than 2.3 times a week on average. But another study found that men who had sex with 30 or more women were two to three times more likely to develop prostate cancer than men with only one partner. This is considered good news for all men even though there was no agreement as to what accounted for the protection. One reason given was that the prostate accumulates carcinogens or other harmful substances which are eliminated during ejaculation. Men need to remember that sexual activity can have some negative consequences, such as acquiring a sexually transmitted infection. Whatever the reason may be, men can enjoy knowing that sex is a very pleasurable method of possibly protecting himself against prostate cancer. Please visit our website today to learn more!

Ejaculation May Lower Prostate Cancer Risk

00:49
Men who report a higher frequency of ejaculating as adults are less likely to be subsequently diagnosed with prostate cancer (PCa), a new study led by a School of Public Health researcher confirms. In an article in the journal European Urology, Jennifer R. Rider, assistant professor of epidemiology, and colleagues found that an ejaculation frequency of 21 or more times per month at ages 20–29 years or 40–49 years is associated with a significant, 19 percent and 22 percent decreased risk of a PCa diagnosis, respectively, compared with a frequency of 4 to 7 times per month in adjusted analyses.

Prevent cancer: Harvard study says men who ejaculate more may avoid prostate cancer - TomoNews

01:08
Boston, Massachusetts — Dr. Marc Garnick, Editor in Chief of Harvard Medical School’s Annual Report on Prostate Diseases said that a recent study conducted by Harvard yielded good news for sexually active men: high ejaculation frequency seems to protect against prostate cancer. As part of a follow up study, approximately 30,000 men between the ages of 46 and 81 reported the average number of ejaculations per month from their twenties. Ejaculations include sexual intercourse, nocturnal emissions, and masturbation. The scientists found that men who ejaculated 21 times or more a month enjoyed a 33% lower risk of prostate cancer compared with men who reported less than ten ejaculations a month throughout their lifetimes. Scientists said that further study is needed to investigate possible protective mechanisms against prostate cancer, but in theory, emptying the prostate of potentially irritating or harmful substances may be one protective method. Nevertheless, gentlemen, enjoy the fact that not only does ejaculation feel good, but it may also carry health benefits. ------------------------------------------------------------- Welcome to TomoNews, where we animate the most entertaining news on the internets. Sex Prevents Prostate Cancer

03:02
A recent large-scale study has found that the more frequently a man has sex, the less likely he is to get prostate cancer. Dr. Geo Espinosa, ND, LAc, IFMCP, CNS, clinical assistant professor of integrative and functional urology at New York University and author of Thrive—Don’t Survive: Dr. Geo’s Guide to Living Your Best Life Before & After Prostate Cancer, discusses the results of this study. Men who ejaculate at least 21 times a month have lower risk for prostate cancer. There is also evidence that ejaculation prevents men from developing more aggressive forms of this cancer. These results were consistent in men who had sex with a partner and men who masturbated. The possible reasons for the decreased prostate cancer risk, suggests Dr. Geo, are that ejaculation prevents semen buildup and that semen has antimicrobial properties.

💋 WARNING: The Negative Effects of Masturbation

How to naturally increase your testosterone, while decreasing negative hormones: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/BalanceYourSexHormones Or watch these 5 proven ways to fix premature ejaculation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=56JiN54B5lU Or this video on how masturbation impacts testosterone and muscle building: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1kxBpCE3YA =============================================== 💋 WARNING: The Negative Effects of Masturbation =============================================== Benefits Of Masturbation Maturbation is very natural and most people do it. In fact, your body NEEDS to have an orgasm and that’s what “wet dreams” are. It happens more often to men because of their higher testosterone levels, but it still happens to women. So, you can either have an orgasim by yourself (masturbation)... or with someone … or if you do neither, your body will “release” it on its own through a “wet dream” or a “nocturnal emission”. The benefits of having an orgasm is that it can help you relax, reduce anxiety and blood pressure, sleep better, improves blood flow and helps you live longer by reducing stress hormones. For men, it helps increase your testosterone levels and reduce prostate problems, when it’s not done “excessively”. For women, it helps reduce menstrual pain and duration. Negatives Of Masturbation So, let’s move on to the “negatives” of masturbation and more specifically, EXCESSIVE masturbation. For example, men in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s, who “frequently” masturbated 5X a week or more, has been linked to an INCREASE in prostate cancer for men.1 While the same amount done by men in their 50’s, REDUCED the risk of prostate cancer.1 Men who masturbate “excessively”, have less sensitivity during sex and take longer to climax. Additionally, they can also suffer from erectile dysfunction and “reduced firmness”... HOW You Masturbate Is Also A Problem Men who masturbate, typically watch porn. Well, this also reduces sensitivity and expectations when it comes to having sexual intercourse. There’s an over release of Dopamine, the “pleasure chemical” and this then causes a negative rebound and reduces sensitivity at the dopamine receptors. The basically SAME problem that happens to cocaine users.2 Thus, you need “more” to get the same pleasurable feelings. The other problem for guys is that the initial increase in testosterone, eventually causes a DECREASE because there’s an increase in female hormones - such as prolactin and estrogen.5 The end result is lower testosterone levels and THIS ends up causing you to age faster, lose muscle, get depressed, moody, and eventually - have erectile problems.3 Excess masturbatoin has also been linked to accelerate hair loss and balding, due to an increase in the balding hormone, DHT Finally, excessive masturbation depletes your body of certain nutrients and minerals, such as zinc… in addition to cerebrospinal fluid. Which can result in accelerated aging, hair loss and impotence.4 Again, the problem here is a negative change in your hormones5 … And in a minute I’ll give you some natural solutions to fix this, but before I do - I want to finally discuss the difference between: Orgasms by masturbation vs. intercourse Actually, it won’t and here’s why… People who are “excessively” masturbating … daily or multiple times a day, are never going to be having that much sex. And if they are, they are “sex addicts” and thus, they have other issues. So What’s The Solution? And no, I’m not. But allow me to give you 3 solutions. First, I would suggest you REDUCE your masturbating. It’s like working out. You can’t go to the gym every single day - it’s not good for your health and it’ll diminish your results and slow your progress because of negative changes in your hormones. You need to have “off days” and sometimes, you need to take off a few days or maybe even a week to let your body recuperate and improve your hormones. So, I suggest you do the same with masturbating. Secondly, try masturbating without any porn. Watching porn is actually becoming a very big problem in society, especially for men… and it’s causing a lot of negative issues as it pertains to sex, impotence and neurological changes in your brain.4 Lastly, make sure you’re at least taking specific herbs, vitamins and minerals which are designed to help replenish what you’re losing in the orgasim, to help increase your testosterone levels and to reduce the negative hormones such as female and stress hormones. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. Dr. David Samadi - Sex after Prostate Cancer : A Candid Look

02:21
Does prostate cancer mean the end of my sex life? How will sex after prostate cancer be different? Lenox Hill's robotic prostate surgeon, Dr. David Samadi, answers these questions every day. "The truth," he says, "is that prostate cancer treatment changes sex, but it does not end it." Restoring an enjoyable sex life after prostate cancer is, in part, dependent on prostate cancer treatment choice. "My goal is to remove prostate cancer with the most precise surgery possible: SMART (Samadi Modified Advanced Robotic Technique) robotic prostatectomy," says Dr. Samadi. "When men and their partners know what to expect, they can accelerate recovery, experiment, and work together," says Dr. David Samadi, who encourages patients to resume sexual activity as soon as they're up for it -- or sooner. Some changes are temporary and some are permanent, but all can be overcome. Sex, Prostate Cancer, and Erectile Dysfunction (ED): What to Expect After Prostate Surgery Impotence and ED -- erection issues after surgery are temporary for most men. Don't hesitate to take advantage of oral medication such as Viagra and Cialis. Orgasm without erection -- you can experience pleasurable orgasm without an erection. During recovery, sexual pleasure is not dependent on sexual penetration. No more ejaculation -- no prostate gland or seminal vesicles means no ejaculation. Your orgasm may feel different, but it will still be pleasurable. Leaking urine during sex -- it might happen, it might not. If it does, it will likely be minor and temporary and will not harm you or your partner. Changes in mood and libido -- the psychological and physical impact of surgery can leave you tired and irritable; sex may be the last thing on your mind. Work toward intimacy, whether sex is involved or not, and desire will return. Performance anxiety -- self-esteem can take a hit during prostate cancer recovery. Talk to your partner and explore your intimacy together. Instead of worrying about what your partner will think, turn the focus on their pleasure. With commitment to recovery and post-surgery follow-up, Dr. David Samadi's patients can reasonably expect the complete return of erectile function in 12-24 months after surgery. Read more about how SMART (Samadi Modified Advanced Robotic Technique) surgery preserves sexual function better than other prostate cancer treatment methods. _________________________________________________________________ Dr. David Samadi is the Chairman of Urology & Robotics Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital. How Many Times Men Need to Ejaculate to Prevent Prostate Cancer (Hint: It’s a Lot!)

03:12
How Many Times Men Need to Ejaculate to Prevent Prostate Cancer (Hint: It’s a Lot!) Worried about prostate cancer? There’s at least one preventative step men can take—and they won’t even have to leave their bedrooms. Attention men everywhere: You now have a great excuse to get it on in the bedroom. After all, it’s all in the name of science (and your health!) That’s right! According to several studies, ejaculating frequently—during sex, masturbation, or while sleeping—can reduce men’s risk of prostate cancer. A 2016 study got a bit more specific on what the researchers mean by “frequently.” After surveying 32,000 men from 1992 to 2010, the study found that participants who reported ejaculating at least 21 times per month during their 20s were 19 percent less likely to develop prostate cancer than those who ejaculated seven times per month or less. If you’re in your 40s, there’s even better news: frequent ejaculation reduces your prostate cancer risk by 22 percent. “While our findings should be confirmed in studies that evaluate the potential biological mechanisms underlying the observed associations, the results of our study suggest that ejaculation and safe sexual activity throughout adulthood could be a beneficial strategy for reducing the risk of prostate cancer,” Jennifer Rider, lead author of the study, said in a press release. This study wasn’t the first to make the connection, though. An Australian study of 2,338 men found that men who averaged 4.6 to seven ejaculations a week were 36 percent less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer before the age of 70 than men who ejaculated less than 2.3 times a week, on average. Still, ATTN says, “there’s no magic number of times a person should ejaculate to reduce their risk. What the study findings suggest is a dose-dependent relationship, where the risk becomes lower the more frequently a person ejaculates.” Although the relationship between ejaculation and risk of prostate cancer has been more or less confirmed, researchers still don’t know why the two are linked. Rider has one theory about the connection. Here’s what she told Reuters: “Ejaculation frequency is, to some extent, a measure of overall health status in that men at the very low end of ejaculation—zero to three times per month—were more likely to have other [medical problems] and die prematurely from causes other than prostate cancer.” There you go! If you’re ready to test the theory for yourself, chow down on these aphrodisiac foods; they’ll be sure to get you in the mood—and spark a bit of romance.

**** Effects of excessive masturbation**** on your health (including hair loss and depression).

04:23
Get your hair loss treatment here ►►► https://endhairloss.eu Scientific background: Professor Jim Pfaus, Ph.D of Montreal’s Concordia University talks about the benefits of avoiding masturbation, read more here: https://thoughtcatalog.com/christine-schoenwald/2015/11/3-surprising-ways-not-masturbating-benefits-your-life/ ----------- Transcripts: Effects of excessive masturbation on your body and health (including hair loss, stress and depression) Masturbation is a normal sexual behavior, but, like any other behavior, when over practiced it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances and side effects. How much is over-masturbation? Over-masturbation would be 2 or more times a day. Several doctors recommend to keep masturbation frequency down to only two or three times a week. And for a reason. First you should know that internal body temperature increases with masturbation. This is the reason you feel more hot or sometimes even sweaty after masturbating. According to anael.org, when person ejaculates, a “complex movement of absorption takes place, and by effect of the emptiness, the seminal vesicle tries to fill, and humid air is absorbed through the penis, which is later absorbed from the seminal vesicle to the lymphatic system, arriving at the brain producing a thermal shock and cold spaces between the cerebral neurons and cells and this affects cerebral, physical and nervous normality”. Sperm contains also DNA, which is carrier of the heredity genetic code, and RNA which contains enzymes, proteins, glucosides, lecithin, calcium, phosphorus, biological salts, testosterone, etc. When ejaculation is carried out, a very small percentage of this components, are eliminated from the body. Loss of excessive amounts of calcium can cause fatigue and pain in the bones, and you should replenish the minerals and nutrients that are lost in significant amount during each ejaculation, either through an appropriate diet, rich in these minerals, or through supplementation. Over-masturbation, or more accurately said over-ejaculation, stimulates parasympathetic nervous functions, which results in the over production of sex hormones: DHT, acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abnormally high levels of sex hormones cause your brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive changes in the body chemistry, with bad side effects for your health. One of the side effects of over masturbation is hair loss. The levels of one of the hormones responsible for hair loss, called DHT, increase greatly because of excessive masturbation. Decrease masturbation to max 3 times a week! And, if you are suffering from hair loss, visit our web site Endhairloss.eu, where we deliver a very effective stop hair loss natural program. You will find the link below the video. People who over-masturbate could experience problems with concentration and memory, which is supposedly a clear sign of “being over drained of acetylcholine”. According to some authoritative sources, over-masturbating can also drain the motor nerves and neuro-muscular endings, replacing it with too much stress adrenalin which is where memory loss, lack of concentration, and eye floaters come from.    Excessive masturbation can also cause, poor concentration, deteriorating eyesight, mood swings, sleeping disorder, anxiety, stress and depression. Because of this, I recommend to keep it down to max 3 times a week. Also, avoid watching porno, as this will steal your focus and your attention, preventing you from concentrating on more important aspects of your life, and will naturally cause you to masturbate more and more, making you into a slave. Remember to check the link below the video, to watch the 4 presentation videos of our stop hair loss natural program. Ok that was all for the video. I hope you enjoyed it, and don’t forget to subscribe for more videos like this. Thank you.

Early Warning Signs And Symptoms Of Prostate Cancer | Causes And Treatment of Prostate Cancer

04:40
Warning Signs And Symptoms Of Prostate Cancer. Causes And Treatment of Prostate Cancer. Prostate cancer is one of the largest issues facing men’s health. Prostate cancer kills over 11,000 men in the UK each year. The causes of prostate cancer are not fully understood. It is known that the chances of developing the condition increase with age. Often, prostate cancer is found through a PSA test in men who have early-stage disease. The prostate is usually the size and shape of a walnut and grows bigger as men get older. Its main job is to help make semen – the fluid that carries sperm. Prostate cancer occurs when cells within the prostate gland become cancerous forming a tumor. Prostate cancer can grow slowly, especially in older men. Prostate cancer frequently does not produce any symptoms until the condition is quite advanced. Here are nine main symptoms of prostate cancer: -Seeing to urinate more often than usual for example if men need to go again after two hours. -Difficulty starting to urinate. -Needing to rush to the toilet and sometime leaking before you get there. -Dribbling urine after you finish going to the toilet. -Straining to taking a long time to finish urinating. -The feeling you are not emptying your bladder fully. -Blood in the urine. -Discomfort when sitting, caused by an enlarged prostate. If cancer has spread outside of the prostate gland, a man may experience: - Pain in the back, hips, thighs, shoulders, or other bones. - Fatigue. - Unexplained weight loss. - Change in bowel habits. - Swelling or edema in the legs or feet. You may reduce your risk of prostate cancer by making healthy choices, such as exercising and eating a healthy diet. How to Recognize Prostate Cancer Symptoms

03:46
How to Recognize Prostate Cancer Symptoms. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men and the second leading cause of cancer-related death in men in the United States. The average age at the time of diagnosis is about 66 years old, with about six cases in 10 diagnosed in men aged 65 or older and very few diagnosed before age 40. Prostate cancer can have no symptoms at all and there is no definitive screening protocol for cancer, due to false positives and false negatives among current screening tests. When detected, 90% of cancers are found locally within the prostate and have not spread to other parts of the body, which means that nearly 100% of men at this stage are disease-free after five years. If you are worried about prostate cancer, learn to recognize the symptoms and increase your awareness around testing and the stages of prostate cancer so that you get treatment as quickly as possible. 1. Identify the symptoms of early prostate cancer. Document any symptoms you notice, so that you can tell your doctor about them. These symptoms are not definitive proof that you have prostate cancer, but they should be a signal to you that you need to get screened by a doctor. 2. Pay attention to your urination cycles. Changes in urination cycles ,both drastic and gradual, may indicate prostate cancer. Due to its location, the mass from cancer can push up against your urethra or bladder, preventing normal flow of urine. This is called a weak or slow flow. Note if it takes you longer to complete urinating or if the urine is slow or dribbling from your penis. Other changes to watch for include: Wanting to go to the bathroom but no urine comes out. The mass from the prostate may have blocked off the urethra or bladder opening to the urethra. If you feel you have to go but nothing comes out the penis or very small dribbling of urine, you may have a more severe blockage of the urethra or bladder. Having the urge to urinate more at night or waking up with the feeling. Since the mass obstructs urine outlet, your bladder may not empty entirely during the day. So when you are sleeping the bladder it fills up faster due to the urine previously there. You may also get the sense you want to urinate but you cannot due to the mass blocking the urethra ,bladder. You can check other changes in your urination cycle against a questionnaire that is used by urologist and primary care doctors. 3. Be aware of burning when you urinate. Due to more urine collecting within the bladder and or urethra from incomplete voiding, infections can arise causing inflammation. When urine passes through it irritates and causes a burning pain through the urethra. When the prostate is inflamed from an infection, this is called prostatitis. 4. Look for blood in your urine or a pink or red urine tint. Due to the enlarging mass from prostate cancer new blood vessels may form and many others may get injured. Also, enlargement of the prostate may lead to prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate) and increase urinary tract infections which can cause blood in the urine. Blood in urine is known as hematuria. 5. Pay attention to painful ejaculations (orgasm). It is well, documented that there may be an association of prostate cancer with prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate from infection). When this occurs the inflammation of the prostate can irritate the gland upon ejaculation causing painful orgasms. PROSTATE CANCER ,BORON REDUCES PROSTATE CANCER RISK

14:17
Reduce Cancer Risk With Boron Boron is increasingly recognized for its targeted capacity to destroy prostate cancer cells and lower prostate-specific antigen, or PSA—while leaving healthy cells unharmed. Sufficient amounts of boron also support healthy bones and joints, as well as reducing the risk and pain of osteoarthritis. Boron quantities found in food are usually very low. Adequate boron intake via supplements may help prevent or control potentially lethal prostate cancer and support optimum health. BORON: NOT ABUNDANTLY FOUND IN FOOD Boron is a trace mineral that is essential to plant growth and finds its way into the human diet through our consumption of plant foods—especially apples, plums, grapes, avocados, vegetables, nuts, and legumes. Despite its widespread availability in plant foods, ingesting adequate amounts of boron through dietary choices can be difficult. Why? Because the total quantity of boron in any one plant food is very low. For example, apples are considered to be a good source of boron. However, to attain the minimum 3 mg daily intake of boron that is generally suggested, you would need to eat about 2.4 pounds of apples a day—that’s over eight apples! You wouldn’t have to worry about surpassing the tolerable daily intake (TDI) for boron until you managed to consume about 68 apples during a single day! Worse, with modern dietary habits, many individuals can develop a boron deficiency by simply failing to eat enough fruits, vegetables, and nuts. And even among those whose diets include rich quantities of these plant foods, their boron intake will be greatly affected by regional geology because the food content of boron varies greatly according to the boron content of the soil in the region where the produce was grown. Even local preferences for some foods over others can result in high or low human boron levels. Ensuring optimal boron intake becomes increasingly important as we age. While boron has long been recognized for its critical role in safeguarding bone health, scientists are increasingly excited about growing evidence of boron’s powerful role in blocking the development of prostate cancer. This idea has sparked intense interest among researchers, because this potentially fatal disease is at epidemic proportions. Autopsy evidence indicates that prostate cancer is histologically evident in up to 34% of men aged 40 to 49 and up to 70% of men aged 80 and older. PROSTATE CANCER: WHAT’S YOUR RISK? Prostate Cancer Also known as carcinoma of the prostate—a gland in the male reproductive system—prostate cancer: Is diagnosed in about 209,000 American men every year Is the most common cancer among men Is the second leading cause of cancer death among men (after lung cancer) Kills about 28,000 American men annually Can occur without exhibiting any symptoms at all Can result in any of the following symptoms: Difficulty starting urination Weak or interrupted flow of urine Frequent urination, especially at night Difficulty emptying the bladder completely Pain or burning during urination Blood in the urine or semen Pain in the back, hips, or pelvis that doesn’t go away Painful ejaculation May be up to 64% less likely to strike men with adequate boron levels than men with boron deficiency

SYMPTOMS OF PROSTATE CANCER

04:13
Sadly, many men don't find out they have prostate cancer until the cancer has spread, making it more difficult to treat. This is because in the early stages, prostate cancer often doesn't have many symptoms. 1. Difficulty urinating This may take the form of feeling like you have to go and then nothing comes out, stopping midstream, or having to go more often. Another sign is difficulty stopping, which often takes the form of extended dribbling, or the feeling that you still have to go even when you're done. 2. Pain while urinating Again, the problem may be a prostate tumor pressing on the urethra. However, pain while urinating is a classic symptom of infection in the urinary tract. It can also signal an infection of the prostate, known as prostatitis. 3. Blood in the urine This sign is less common, and it's a reason to go straight to the doctor. It doesn't have to be very much blood; all you might notice is a pinkish tint or smear. Blood in the urine is often caused by infections in the bladder or prostate, by kidney stones, and by BPH. 4. Difficulty getting or keeping an erection Yes, this one's really hard to talk about. But if it's not happening when you want it to, or things get stuck "half-mast," it's time for a checkup. Erectile problems are often caused by atherosclerosis (fatty buildup along the arteries), which can reduce blood flow to the penis, but they can also be due to a prostate tumor that interferes with erections or ejaculation. 5. Blood in the semen This sign, like blood in the urine , is often not described very clearly. It's not a large amount of blood, more like just enough to make semen pinkish or streaked, according to men with prostate cancer. Gals, you can help with this one too; if you notice an odd color to semen after sex, speak up. 6. Chronic constipation and other intestinal issues The prostate gland is located below the bladder and in front of the rectum, so a tumor in this location can interfere with digestive functions. However, it's sort of a chicken-and-egg situation; chronic constipation can contribute to an enlarged prostate by putting pressure on the gland, and vice versa. Chronic constipation and intestinal problems can also be early indicators of colon cancer. 7. Frequent pain in the lower back, hips, or upper thighs The most common sites for prostate cancer to spread are the lower back, pelvis, and hips. Unexplained pain and tenderness in these areas are signs of trouble. One way to distinguish this type of pain from run-of-the-mill sciatica and lower back pain is that it may feel deeper and more like a dull ache. 8. Having to pee in the middle of the night This is one of the sly symptoms that men diagnosed with prostate cancer say they remember, now that they look back. If you find yourself waking more than once a night urgently needing to go, a trip to the doctor is in order. Bear in mind, though, that this symptom is far more likely to be caused by BPH or an overactive bladder than by prostate cancer. 9. Leaking or dribbling urine Here's one almost no one talks about, but we need to. It's basically the male version of urinary incontinence, which typically occurs on a small but still noticeable scale. Longer bathroom trips while you wait for the dribbling to stop or leakage on the way to the bathroom are the telltale signs. Women, if while doing the laundry you notice that his pants or jeans smell like pee, delicately suggest a visit to the doctor. 10. You're over 50 and have risk factors Since early prostate cancer most often has no symptoms at all, men who are at risk need to talk to their doctors and consider having regular PSA tests and rectal exams (sorry!), whether they notice anything odd happening or not. Family history, especially a father who had prostate cancer, being overweight, eating a high-fat diet, being of African-American descent, and smoking all increase your risk of prostate cancer. Prostate Cancer Symptoms: Early Signs and Symptoms of Prostate Cancer in Men

03:12
Prostate Cancer Symptoms: Early Signs and Symptoms of Prostate Cancer in Men If you’re a man, the federal government estimates that you have about a one-in-seven chance of growing prostate most cancers sooner or later in the course of your lifetime. In maximum cases, prostate cancer symptoms aren't apparent inside the early ranges of the disease. Guys with early prostate most cancers may not have any signs, as those only occur whilst the most cancers are massive sufficient to place pressure at the urethra.
