Does High Blood Sugar Make You Sleepy?

06:01
In this video, you can find out why you feel tired and what can you do to fix this and get healthy again. Discover why Dr. Sam Robbins, a health expert, recommends Blood Sugar Optimizer™ as one of the solutions for improving your blood sugar and glucose levels. http://drsam.co/yt/MakeYouSleepy-BSO ************************ Does High Blood Sugar Make You Sleepy? ***************************** One of the symptoms of diabetes or pre-diabetes is excessive sleepiness. However, the cause of it is probably different than you’d guess. You would think that a high blood sugar would create a “sugar rush” which would give you a boost of energy. This is true if you are healthy and you don’t have insulin problems. What causes high blood sugar? A high blood sugar emerges when there isn’t enough insulin to manage it or when insulin is not effective enough because your body is “insensitive” to insulin. Insulin is a hormone produced by your pancreas and it is needed to transport glucose and sugar from the blood to all cells in your body. When cells receive the correct amount of sugar, they create energy. Why you feel tired? If your pancreas is unable to produce a sufficient amount of insulin or if you are not reacting properly to insulin, your cells won’t receive the right amount of glucose that they need to produce energy. The result is that you feel tired all the time or you become forgetful or you can’t think clearly and many people become moody. There are even more factors that can make you feel tired when you have high blood sugar from eating the wrong type or amount of foods. When your blood sugar goes too high your kidneys are working overtime to eliminate the excess of glucose and sugar from your blood. This makes you tired in 2 major ways: First, you lose energy because you are overworking your kidneys and secondly, you will urinate much more oftentherefore you will be dehydrating and this would make you feel tired. If you don’t fix this you will become diabetic! My long-term goal for you is to normalize your blood sugar so you don’t become diabetic in the future! You don’t want your blood sugar to be Low (hypo) or High (hyper). What can you do to fix this and get healthy again? What is your best & safest solution? The most effective and safest products use a combination of different nutrients and ingredients, at specific proven dosages, creating a special synergy, which will help create healthy blood sugar & glucose levels, without serious negative side effects. Fortunately, there’s “all-in-one” solution called Blood Sugar Optimizer™, which contains the above key ingredients, in specific extracted dosages — in addition to a couple other helpful ingredients. The feedback has been amazing and since the product has been around for almost a decade, you know it works! Why You Get Sleepy After Eating Protein

04:37
Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY In this video Dr. Berg explains what are some reasons you get sleepy after eating protein. The reason would be excessive protein and too much meat. I do recommend smaller portions because a lot will raise your blood sugar. Lower the fat in protein will trigger the insulin from the pancreas but it will also trigger another hormone that comes from the pancreas called Glucagon. Glucagon does balance the insulin and is a fat burning hormone, but you don’t want to have too much insulin because it will cause insulin resistance. A typical way to get sleepy would be protein with carbs such as meat and potatoes and you want to avoid that combination. Lastly would be low stomach acid and you would know if you have it by getting heart burn, indigestion, acid reflex, bloating and gas. This means you need more acid to help with the digestion of protein. Glucagon is the opposing hormone to insulin, which is triggered by moderate protein, intense exercise and low carbs. Hypoglycemia and Adrenal Fatigue - Lab tests don't tell all

05:40
http://www.drlam.com/blog/signs-symptoms-hypoglycemia-despite-normal-lab-values/17404/ One of the most common complaints of fatigue and symptoms of adrenal fatigue is the need to have food in order to avoid fatigue, brain fog, soon after a meal is taken. This is Dr. Lam, founder of DrLam.com and in this video we will go over the mechanics of what happens in this for of hypoglycemia which we call reactive hypoglycemia. Laboratory tests, if you take a spot of the blood sample at the time of the sensation of fatigue, brain fog, and anxiety are usually normal. So, sufferers are universally baffled. Doctors are also not sure what is going on and tell the client or the patient that it's fine; but is it really fine? Let's take a look. When the blood sugar is dropping then the term hypoglycemia is used. Usually clinically we see the laboratory value of sugar less than 60-70 mg per decimeter, but in the case of adrenal fatigue associated with hypoglycemic episodes, the blood sugar actually is normal. Now, we don't exactly know why this is happening, but we do know that there is a form of reactive type of hypoglycemia, a form of hypoglycemia that is called reactive hypoglycemia, I should be clearer, in that it is not the absolute level of blood sugar that decides whether you have symptoms or not; however, it is that you are of normal blood sugar, let's say 100-120 mg per decimeter to the 60-70 or even 80, so while you can have a blood sugar of 80 and be considered normal, the drop from 110-80 is what triggers the hypoglycemic symptoms. This is why it is called reactive hypoglycemia, and when you have this which is commonly associated with adrenal fatigue, laboratory tests will show normal. Now what you can do is to eat a bit more frequently, and that is the common thing to do, but you also want to not just simply eat but understand the physiology that this is the way your body is telling you that it is metabolically deranged and in need. You are not necessarily in a diabetic situation and you are not necessarily having a medical clinical diagnosis of hypoglycemia, but you have hypoglycemic symptoms, and laboratory results are normal. Now, eating small snacks is a good thing to do, repeat blood test is not usually productive, but reactive hypoglycemia is a sign of later stages of adrenal fatigue, and usually when that happens to you it is a sign that you have to look and see what else is going on. Usually, it also accompanied by brain fog, irritability, and at night time it can actually wake you up after you've been sleeping. During the day time, after lunch, you may have to find that you need a snack about two hours before, or afterwards I'm sorry, otherwise you will feel really draggy, and fatigued and slumpy. The same thing may happen in the morning around 10 am around 2 or 3 hours after breakfast, before lunch, you will then feel a sense that you really need food and if you don't have that food supply or the sugar boost then your body will feel very, very weak. These are classic signs of reactive hypoglycemia in the situation of adrenal fatigue. Now, it is very important also to check with your doctor to see that there are other forms of metabolic imbalances. Those people who have a family history of diabetes especially should be a little bit more careful because your body can react in different ways under those situations. But, if you really put the picture together clinically, in adrenal fatigue you can really sense the big picture, and that big picture is what counts it is not just the hypoglycemic episode on its own. Sometimes it can be accompanied as I said earlier with brain fog, heart palpitations, pain of unknown origin, insomnia, heart palpitations and arrhythmia, joint pains, etc., etc. So knowing this is one of the leads that bring us to adrenal fatigue and how to overcome this is something that we can deal with once we understand the physiology. Diabetes is often called the silent killer because of its easy-to-miss symptoms. It initially presents with few symptoms, which can be easily overlooked. Research says that one out of three people who have it don’t even know about it. While others are unaware that they have diabetes in its early or even middle phases. If you've been feeling off, talk to your doctor about getting a simple blood test that can diagnose the disease. And pay attention to these subtle diabetes signs and symptoms. 1. Frequent urination (polyuria): The kidneys start working harder to get rid of the excess glucose from the blood. So if you notice that you have to urinate more often, this could be a warning sign. 2. Excessive thirst (polydipsia): This symptom links with the previous one. As you lose more fluids, the body will try to replenish them, hence the constant need to drink. 3. Increased hunger (polyphagia): Due to extreme highs and lows in blood sugar levels, the body develops a sudden urge to eat. The cells don’t get enough glucose, so you crave it. 4. Dry mouth: You experience a lack of moisture in the mouth, which can be both unpleasant and dangerous. Gum diseases are a known complication of diabetes. 5. Unexplained weight loss or weight gain: As insulin can’t get glucose into the cells, the body reacts as if it would be starving and starts using proteins from the muscles. On the other hand, increased consumption of sugary foods can lead to weight gain. 6. Fatigue: Excessive tiredness can develop when body constantly compensates for the lack of glucose in the cells. It is not uncommon to also feel irritable and in a bad mood. 7. Vision problems: High blood sugar also affects the eyes. It changes the shape of the lens and eyes. As a result, your vision becomes blurry. If sugar levels stay high for a long period of time, this can cause permanent damage and can even lead to eyesight loss. 8. Headaches – A headache can develop due to elevated blood sugar levels and is considered an early sign of hyperglycemia (high blood glucose). 9. Skin changes: Velvety dark skin, known as achantosis nigricans, can appear on the neck, groin and armpit. You can also observe other unusual skin changes and itchiness, especially around the vaginal or groin area. 10. Infections, cuts and bruises that do not heal:This classic sign of diabetes is a consequence of blood vessel damage. Excessive amounts of sugar harm the veins and arteries, so they become less able to transport blood to where it is needed to repair and heal the damage. 11. Yeast infections: Since bacteria and fungi thrive in a sugary environment, infections can become more common. 12. Numbness and tingling in hands and feet: This symptom is a result of nerve damage – neuropathy – that is connected with diabetes. Tingling and numbness can be accompanied by burning pain and swelling. 13. Sexual dysfunction: Diabetes also damages blood vessels and nerves in the sex organs, which can lead to different sexual problems. With the right diet, exercise regimen and, if necessary, medications, diabetes can be kept under control, and the person can continue to live a fulfilling life.

Boost Your Energy on Keto (Ketogenic Diet) Doing This...

Give Us Your Success Story: https://www.drberg.com/add-client-success-story Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY or go here: https://www.drberg.com/how-to-do-ketosis Kale Shake Recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QdHE9oNuLs Autophagy:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10jNZleNH9w Dr. Berg talks about how to boost your energy on the ketogenic diet. The mitochondria generate energy in your body. Many illness including cancer start with a breakdown of the mitochondria. Fixing the mitochondria will then fix your energy so you're not fatigued or tired. When you go through keto fatigue, you may need to take various B vitamins (B5) and potassium but you could also be tired because your mitochondria need support. Antioxidants can protect the oxidation from free radicals from radiation, chemicals, etc. Cruciferous vegetables, omega 3 fatty acids and certain trace minerals all aid in the repair process and are called antioxidants. It could be CoEnzyme Q10, vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium magnesium, etc. are examples. The main point is to get you to start increasing your quality of food, especially vegetables which includes these antioxidants from the phytonutrients to improve things. I recommend combining kale, parsley, and beet tops in a shake to increase the health of your mitochondria. Intermittent fasting and keto together can also help boost your mitochondria. Mitophagy is autophagy towards mitochondria, cleaning up the damages ones and causing a recycling effect. Mitochondria – produces the energy in the body. These are little energy factories or the powerhouses of the cells. They take the food that we eat and converts into ATP (or the energy currency of the body). Many illnesses including cancer, diabetes, autoimmune diseases all start with the breakdown of mitochondria. These mitochondria runs on certain vitamins and minerals. Oxidative Stress: (The mitochondria is in constant assault from) • metals (iron and copper) • smoking • pollution • chemicals • toxins • Lots of exercise (creates free radicals that will damage. Free Radicals are things that makes the cell membrane unstable) • radiation • GMO foods • viruses and other microbes • high levels of sugar • high levels of insulin • Stress Anti-oxidants – It neutralizes the oxidation. The body makes anti-oxidants and it can also be get from the foods or food concentrates. • Phytonutrients – “Phyto” meaning plants, chemicals. That are present in vegetables and a lot other foods that are considered superfoods. • Omega 3 • Trace Minerals – Selenium, Zinc, Manganese • B Vitamins It is very important to put some attention and focus on repairing mitochondria and enhancing the phytonutrients if you want to start building up your energy and you will prevent a lot of illnesses involved in the dysfunction of mitochondria. Healthy Ketogenic diet and Intermittent Fasting in general enhances mitochondria function. Mitophagy is basically the autophagy cleaning up the dysfunctional mitochondria. It is the body recycling the damaged cells and damage mitochondria. Intermittent Fasting triggers mitophagy by working up to 18 hours of fasting minimally. Does Tiredness Indicates Diabetes?

02:01
Does Tiredness Indicates Diabetes? Many people sometimes feel fatigued, lethargic. It may be the result of hard work, excessive stress or lack of good night sleep. But it could also be related to diabetes. Tiredness is one of the most common symptoms of diabetes. What causes people with diabetes to be tired? Two common reasons for tiredness are having too much or too low blood sugar levels. If you feel tired during the day, despite having slept well, it could be a result of either high or low blood sugar levels. Afternoon Tiredness is an Adrenal Fatigue Symptom

04:50
https://www.drlam.com/blog/why-you-have-an-extreme-lack-of-energy-between-three-and-five-p-m/20919/ Feeling tired in the afternoon especially between 3 to 5 PM, is what we call an afternoon slump. This is Dr. Lam, founder of DrLam.com, and in this video we will go through the mechanism of what this is all about. Most people eat lunch between 12 and 1 o'clock, and if your diet is not very heavy in carbohydrates, you should be able to feel quite steady and refreshed throughout the afternoon as you continue your work. Those people who have diabetic problems or pre-diabetic problems may have an intolerance to carbohydrates and they may get what we call a food coma, or a food slump, usually within a half an hour or so from when they eat lunch. Now we are not talking about that, we are talking about a situation about two hours after lunch, around 3 o'clock or so, assuming that you eat around 1 or 12:30, that your body simply kind of runs out of steam. It's almost like you have irritability, fatigue, you feel you need a nap. Sometimes, you can hardly open your eyes. What is really going on? The body seems like it is in a slowdown mode, it doesn't want to move. It is like a train, running out of gasoline, and interestingly if you take a break and take a 20-minute nap you do feel better. So this slump has many reasons, it could be metabolic because the sugar is low during this time, and that can be associated with adrenal fatigue. It can be your cortisol level has gone off balance. It could also be due to if you have tremendous stress during the day your adrenaline may have been released and causes the sugar to be used up, so to say, and causes the body to go into a rebound situation in the afternoon. The interesting thing in these slumps that happens during the afternoon that is classic for adrenal fatigue, is it is self-limiting. It gets worse, and then by 5 or 6 o'clock you start to rise back up in terms of your energy level. It is almost like you have a second wind when you get through this slump. Managing this slump is very important because during this slump not only do you have reduced energy and fatigue, you can have occurring brain fog, reactive hypoglycemia, heart palpitations, etc. So, take it together with other symptoms, and this will serve to give you a big window of looking into what is really going on. Now, this type of slump can be overcome obviously by eating food, by moving, physical activities; but if you are very weak these things might not be possible. The good news is that there are ways to overcome this, and usually when the body recovers and gets stronger, usually this problem is one of the first ones to go away. So, you will hear the reports of sufferers saying 'Well, I'm able to go through my afternoon now. I no longer need an afternoon break. I am able to go through the whole day.' These are wonderful signs that the body's metabolism and the energy reserve is clearing up, and, as a result, it has more energy to produce and more energy as a reserve to help the body deal with stressful times during the afternoon when the body's need can be quite great. Now, so, what you need to do is to pay attention. If you do have afternoon slump, make sure your blood sugar is okay, make sure to go to a conventional medical doctor to get checked out, but if nothing is wrong that is indicative of structural problems, then do think about adrenal fatigue. Top 5 Herbal Tea for Diabetics

03:14
Diabetes is a condition characterized by high blood sugar levels, which can cause cognitive difficulties, vertigo, fainting and tiredness. Chronic high blood sugar can even lead to coma or death if not properly addressed through medications or diet. Diabetes also increases your risk of high blood cholesterol, a factor for heart disease. Herbs cannot cure diabetes; however, herbal teas may help reduce symptoms and risks associated with this condition. 1. Ginseng Tea Ginseng is most commonly associated with Panax ginseng, an herb grown in China. However, American ginseng, grown primarily in Wisconsin, has a similar chemical structure. Both types of ginseng are widely marketed in the United States as energy enhancers. Teas made from this herb may help fight diabetes-related fatigue. Ginseng tea may also increase the sensitivity of blood sugar to insulin, a substance that transports sugars to cells for energy. 2. Dandelion Tea About thousands of years ago, the Chinese used to brew tea with dandelion herb and cure cold. It's your best bet to combat diabetic condition. It helps lower the glucose level in your body bringing it to moderate levels. The sugar flowing in your blood is moderated thus reducing the symptoms of diabetes. 3. Green Tea Green tea is widely known in the United States as a rich source of polyphenols, which are antioxidant chemicals that may reduce the risk of cancer. However, green tea may also offer benefits for diabetics. It may help slow the conversion of carbohydrates from starchy foods, such as potatoes and corn, into glucose. It may also help prevent sticky deposits that can harden your arteries and contribute to heart disease. 4. Licorice Tea Licorice is most commonly associated with candy, which is typically flavored with anise rather than licorice root. However, true licorice has been used for more than 5,000 years as a treatment for respiratory problems and sore throat. Licorice root tea may also help prevent diabetes-related cataracts. 5. Black Tea If you're not fond of these herbs, you can brew regular tea that contains flavonoids and not add milk to it. Make sure it contains the necessary herbs that control blood sugar levels and enrich the blood. This tea when consumed may not give you the perfect taste but will definitely help you fight diabetic condition.

What Causes Hypoglycemia?

04:44
Support the deeper cause of a slow metabolism: Insulin & Glucose Support: https://bit.ly/2Og0mzy Support Healthy Insulin & Blood Sugar Levels Take the Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/TakeBodyTypeQuiz Dr. Berg talks about signs and symptoms of Hypoglycemia. "Hypo" means low and "glycemia" is blood sugar. So when you have low blood sugar, this is the time when you have Hypoglycemia and you might show hypoglycemia symptoms like feeling dizzy, irritable, craving for sweet, thirsty, depressed etc. Having either low or high sugar in the body is not good for health. Stress in adrenal glands can also cause Hypoglycemia. Too much sugar in the body causes the reverse effect and is called Hyperglycemia. There's a big confusion on the deeper cause of hypoglycemia. If someone consumes excess sugars it creates a whiplash effect of the pancreas pumping out the insulin. This over-reaction will create a drop in blood sugar. But never then add sugar when you have low sugar unless you want to continue this problem. These are some signs of hypoglycemia. Diabetes. Symptoms & Complications

02:01
Common symptoms of diabetes are increased urination, often feeling thirsty, feeling hungry, even after eating, feeling fatigued, blurry vision, slow healing of cuts, and itching of the skin. Diabetes type 1 is also characterized by weight loss. Persons suffering from diabetes type 2 are often overweight. Diabetic neuropathy causes painful tingling, like needle sticks, or numbness in the extremities, like wearing gloves or socks. When diabetes progresses, or has been untreated for a long time, complications may occur. Complications may include bacterial or fungal skin and mucous membranes infections or diabetic dermopathy, causing skin pain and itching. Eye diseases caused or made worse by diabetes include glaucoma, cataracts, and retinopathy. These can cause severely blurred vision or blindness. Changes in the blood vessels caused by diabetes leads to kidney diseases, foot ulcers and may cause tissues to die. Diabetes also causes high blood pressure, worsens the symptoms of atherosclerosis and doubles the risk of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Symptoms of gestational diabetes resemble diabetes type 2, but complications of the disease can also harm the fetus. In severe cases, death may occur.

Why You Get a FOOD COMA - Fatigue After Eating Comes at a Price!

11:37
Experiencing food coma is more common than you may expect. Many cultures are known for celebrating big meals or challenges such as “all-you-can-eat”. Because of this, fatigue after eating is frequent in modern society; however what you may not realize is that this fatigue is a signal that something is damaging the health of your body. According to extensive research, food coma and inflammation are strongly correlated, and the bad news is that these same studies point to inflammation as being the root of disease. When I speak of inflammation, I’m not referring to the body’s response to an injury or wound, but rather a chronically inflamed state. For example, with food coma, when you eat something which is not natural (i.e. candy), your body becomes alerted. In the same way, high-stress associated with the pressures of modern life means that many of you are chronically inflamed and that the seeds of the disease have already spread roots (thus feeling fatigue after eating). It may sound scary –and that’s not my goal- but your body creates thousands of cancerous cells on a daily basis. The good news is that the human body is a complex mechanism, and from a biological perspective, you have been designed with the ability to fight off disease (i.e. inflammation related to fatigue after eating and food coma). In other words, your body will able to protect itself, provided that it’s healthy and strong enough. Going back to food coma, you may be aware that food is a huge contributor to low-grade inflammation. The scientific word for this is postprandial inflammatory response. Because your intestine is responsible for being a guard, or otherwise a barrier separating the external environment from your internal system, when we eat something the body considers foreign or unnatural, it will investigate. This means that if your body doesn’t recognize something, then the inflammatory system is activated even more. And that’s because the immune system thinks that the food you’ve ingested is an invader. In addition, because the immune system requires a lot of energy, you feel fatigue after eating. This is what food coma actually is; food coma is inflammation, and it’s not a good sign because it indicates an issue with either your meal or digestive functioning. Now for the good news: while food coma, digestive issues, or fatigue after eating are common in our modern society, there are certain interventions which could help with postprandial inflammation. However, it's important to remember that health is not dependent on any one single behavior, but is rather an accumulation of good behaviors. Considered one of the most powerful antibiotics our bodies use, a protein called Lactoferrin is a universal intervention for the disease. It has the capacity to diminish the inflammatory response of the body, and most importantly, can combat chronic illnesses including food comas or the inflammation associated with fatigue after eating. If you’re wondering how to achieve this, here are 3 incredibly effective interventions: 1. Breast milk. Lactoferrin is found in abundance in human breast milk. You may already be aware of the importance of breast milk for your baby’s body. Breast milk is great against a food coma as it negates the inflammatory response, and is important for babies as their immune system is not fully developed. However, this first option is more educational, as breast milk is not exactly available in supermarkets. 2. Supplementation. Lactoferrin can be found in this form, and I will link my personal recommendation down below. Be advised though, if you’re suffering from lactose intolerance, this is a bovine supplement derived from milk and therefore may not be suitable for individuals experiencing extreme reactions to milk products. 3. Upper body exercise. The most economical and healthiest way is through exercise. From an evolutionary point of view, our ancestors physically worked for their meals (i.e. catching fish), and that signaled that it was meal time, and so the body produced Lactoferrin in response. Nowadays, as little as 10 minutes will produce enough lactoferrin to negate immune over-activation to help against a food coma and fight fatigue after eating! As promised, here is the Lactoferrin supplement I strongly recommend: Best Lactoferrin (USA & Canada): http://amzn.to/2vfqBjD Best Lactoferrin (UK & Europe): http://amzn.to/2ulmeVg Health begins in the gut, Anita Tee MSc Personalized Nutrition, BSc Human Biology To get healthier with a scientist on your side, keep up with me on: Twitter: https://twitter.com/factvsfitness Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/factvsfitness/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/factvsfitness/ My website: http://factvsfitness.com

Diabetes type 2 - Symptoms of Diabetes- Type 2 diabetes

03:21
Type 2 diabetes Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder that results in hyperglycemia (high blood glucose levels) due to the body: Being ineffective at using the insulin it has produced; also known as insulin resistance and/or Being unable to produce enough insulin Type 2 diabetes is characterised by the body being unable to metabolise glucose (a simple sugar). This leads to high levels of blood glucose which over time may damage the organs of the body. From this, it can be understood that for someone with diabetes something that is food for ordinary people can become a sort of metabolic poison. This is why people with diabetes are advised to avoid sources of dietary sugar. The good news is for very many people with type 2 diabetes this is all they have to do to stay well. If you can keep your blood sugar lower by avoiding dietary sugar, likely you will never need long-term medication. Type 2 diabetes was formerly known as non-insulin-dependent or adult-onset diabetes due to its occurrence mainly in people over 40. However, type 2 diabetes is now becoming more common in young adults, teens and children and accounts for roughly 90% of all diabetes cases worldwide. How serious is type 2 diabetes? Type 2 diabetes is a serious medical condition that often requires the use of anti-diabetic medication, or insulin to keep blood sugar levels under control. However, the development of type 2 diabetes and its side effects (complications) can be prevented if detected and treated at an early stage. In recent years, it has become apparent that many people with type 2 diabetes are able to reverse diabetes through methods including low-carb diets, very-low-calorie diets and exercise. For guidance on healthy eating to improve blood glucose levels and weight and to fight back against insulin resistance, join the Low Carb Program. Following pre-diabetes or metabolic disorder, type 2 diabetes can potentially be avoided through diet and exercise. Symptoms and diagnosis The most common symptoms of type 2 diabetes are: Excessive thirst Frequent urination Increased hunger Extreme tiredness Sudden loss of muscle mass diabetes diabetes type 2 diabetes mellitus Symptoms of Diabetes diabetes symptoms diabetes treatment https://www.facebook.com/Diabetes-1910671942588191/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NX1T_TkxEMc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0aqMgXHteY

Diabetes is caused when the insulin hormone cannot be well regulated by the body system; as a result you get an imbalance in your blood sugar. It affects all ages from children to adults and even the older generation. Glucose is a very important element in a human's body as it is the main source of energy to the body tissues and when it is well regulated then the body will function properly without any complications. http://www.diabetes-help.net/ We have different types of diabetes, one type is where the body system cannot produce insulin while another type is when the body produces insulin but not in the right proportions. When you experience this unusual occurrence, it is advisable that you visit your doctor who you will consult after which a number of tests done to determine the root cause of the symptoms. This symptom is a bit unclear because in some women frequent urination may indicate bladder infection while in men sometimes it may be due to prostrate complications. The urination is frequent but without any burning sensation making it easier to manage although it may be upsetting making frequent trips to the toilet. Another symptom of diabetes is when you have increased hunger even after eating well. This is because the blood sugar cannot be converted into energy for the muscles and tissue as a result the body will keep on demanding for more food to make up for the glucose.
