30 High Histamine Foods And Drinks To Avoid - Foods High in Histamine
Histamine is a chemical involved in proper digestion, the immune system, and the central nervous system. Histamine is found in foods, but also in the human body, and it is stored in mast cells, that are an essential part of the immune system. This chemical is also the main mediator in causing the signs and symptoms of allergy (that is why many people take antihistamines for allergy relief). Histamine may be received by one of four receptors (H1R-H4R) and is released in the human body when mast cells degranulate. Tthe histamines build up in the human body and cause many symptoms, including - hives, rashes, swelling in the throat, runny nose, and itching. The failure of DAO to degrade histamine is responsible for the many cases of histamine intolerance seen in the today. You can help the DAO enzyme do its job better by making sure your regular diet is rich in foods high in vitamin C and B6. Histamine intolerance is unlike other sensitivities or food allergies in that the response is cumulative, not immediate. Histamine Intolerance symptoms and signs tend to appear very soon after eating a high-histamine food, commonly within less than 2 hours. Histamine-containing foods can contribute to high histamine levels in the human body. For histamine-sensitive people, this can be a serious problem. Note - All foods (plant-based or animal-based) subjected to microbial fermentation in the manufacturing process contain histamine. 7 Foods to Avoid if You Have Spring Allergies
7 Foods to Avoid if You Have Spring Allergies 1. Tomatoes Sadly, these delicious salad staples may be causing you to have allergy reactions (to grass pollens) including a tingly throat, mouth dryness and scratchiness, and itchy or watery eyes, according to the Mother Nature Network. This is because tomatoes, among other fruits and vegetables, may trigger reactions in grass pollen-sensitive individuals. The network explains that in spring (and fall) in particular, your body’s immune system “recognizes and essentially mistakes a plant protein in the food for pollen.” .2. Bananas What has often been referred to as earth’s “perfect food” may not be so perfect if you have weed allergies. The Mother Nature Network also notes that some fruits can adversely affect weed pollen-sensitive people, especially those who suffer from ragweed allergies. Bananas are on the source’s list of fruits and veggies that can trigger an Oral Allergy Syndrome (OAS). It shouldn’t take long to determine if you have an allergy to a particular fruit. Symptoms should become apparent within a half-hour, noted the site. 3. Yogurt Livestrong.com points out that excess mucus is often a problem that comes with seasonal allergies, and that dairy foods like yogurt can make the problem even worse. The health site notes that yogurt can cause the mucus in your system to thicken, impeding its journey from your body. When mucus, which is meant to clear your body of foreign substances, is slowed, it doesn’t remove allergens from your system as quickly or effectively as it should, adds Livestrong. 4. Mushrooms You night be reading the word “antihistamine” on every box of allergy medication, and are wondering what the heck it actually means. Histamines are produced by your body and are also present in foods, and they can trigger certain allergic responses, especially if you have mold sensitivity. Livestrong.com also points out how mushrooms (themselves a fungus) can promote histamine growth, leading to sneezing fits and general misery. Maybe skip ordering mushrooms on your next pizza, as our suggestion. 5. Beer or Wine Wine and beer have not been spared from the allergy culprit list, either. If you’re already a seasonal allergy sufferer, the New York Times has concluded that alcohol consumption can make your symptoms worse. It notes that beer and wine contain histamines, which are present due to the fermentation process involved with making alcoholic beverages. Wine and beer in particular also contain sulfites, which have also been traced to allergic reactions and asthma, according to the article. 6. Spicy Foods EverydayHealth.com suggests staying away from spicy-hot foods when pollen season is in full swing. The spicy foods encourage an “outpouring of histamine” that combine with histamine from your seasonal allergies for the perfect storm of symptoms. This is not to say that all allergy sufferers must avoid spicy foods, notes the website. You may be able to get away with that extra spicy burrito, for example. However, if you already notice a bit of a sniffle, it’s probably best to ask for the mild versions of your favorite foods for a while. 7. Raw Foods If you were thinking of starting a raw “Paleo” food diet this spring, you may want to reconsider if you’re an allergy sufferer. Several online sources point to uncooked foods as having worse allergy triggers than cooked foods, due to pesticides and other food impurities. This goes for snacks as well. You may not want to just grab an apple and go, unless you thoroughly wash it or make it into something else like applesauce or apple pie that requires heat. The suffering may outweigh any benefits you get from the diet. When you come into contact with a substance you're allergic to, your body treats it like an invader and goes into overdrive. These reactions can be anything from a mild case of hives and headache to severe sinus or breathing issues, to something called anaphylaxis which can kill you and requires a shot of epinephrine from a device such as an EpiPen. For more mild allergies, there are many treatments from simply avoiding what you're allergic to with food allergies to taking Benadryl or other over the counter medications for seasonal allergies. Some allergies require shots or drops under the tongue in hopes to retrain the immune system to no longer see the allergen as a threat, and "cure" the allergy. While some allergies are far more common than others, here's a list of 25 Of The Most Common Allergies. Peanut allergies are on the rise in the US and UK, and researchers aren't really sure why. What we do know is that reactions range from mild to fatal, and only require minimal contact to occur. Soy is a less common allergy that usually effects children, but it's a difficult one to have as soy is found in nearly every processed food, from baby formula to pre-prepared meat products and cooking oils (even if they aren't labeled as containing soy). Nickle is a metal (the metal the coin was originally made from), and some people are actually allergic to it. Often found in good costume jewelry, if your earring posts or necklaces make you itchy or leave behind a rash or dry flaky patches of skin, you may be allergic to nickle. Nickle is also commonly found in zippers, eyeglass frames, cell phones, and keys. Egg allergies are mostly common in children and are usually outgrown but not always. The proteins that cause the allergic reaction are actually only present in the egg white; however, all eggs must be avoided as it's impossible to not cross contaminate the egg yolk and white. Egg proteins are all used in many common vaccines, which is why your doctor will ask if you have an egg allergy before administering any vaccine. Penicillin is a group of antibiotics and one of the first sets of antibiotics to be regularly used. Discovered in 1928 by Alexander Flemming, penicillin was put into use regularly in 1942. Reactions range from a mild rash to anaphylaxis. Sulfates are chemicals that occur naturally in some foods and are added as a synthetic preservative in others. About 1 in 100 people are sensitive to these chemicals and reactions can be life threatening or something as simple as a mild headache. Tree nut allergies are one of the most common allergies in adults and children. Reactions can be life threatening and most experts recommend those with a tree nut allergy carry a epinephrine auto-injector pen with them at all times. Tree nuts include walnuts, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, and almonds among others. They do NOT include seeds such as sunflower or pumpkin seeds or peanuts which are technically a member of the legume (bean) family. An allergic reaction to apples is actually one of the more common culprits of Oral Allergy Syndrome, or OAS. If you get tingling, itching, or swelling in your lips, tongue, or throat after eating apples, you may be allergic. The proteins in apples break down when they're cooked, so many people who cannot enjoy raw apples can still enjoy apple pie and apple sauce. Formaldehyde is a chemical that is frequently used to treat fabrics, specifically anti-chlorine, anti-wrinkle, waterproof, and suede finishes. It's also found in some beauty products such as nail polishes. Contact with formaldehyde can cause rashes and contact dermatitis. And more... 10 Most WARNING Signs of Gluten Intolerance
Gluten intolerance, also called gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease- when it’s in its most severe form- can have symptoms that range from no symptoms to life threatening or debilitating chronic health problems and anywhere in between. Often, these symptoms are not consistent from person to person and this is part of what makes gluten testing or Diagnosing Gluten Sensitivity so difficult for medical professionals. Gluten sensitivity and intolerance can manifest as much more than just IBS-like symptoms and stomach problems. That’s why doctors are more likely to dismiss the idea that you even have this because if they don’t hear about digestive problems as your chief complaint, then it must be something else. More than 55 diseases have been linked to gluten, the protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. It's estimated that 99% of the people who have either gluten intolerance or celiac disease are never diagnosed. But how can you tell if you really are gluten intolerant? For some, eating this mainly wheat-derived protein is just fine, while others experience a full range of symptoms, some of which can make life nightmarish. If you have experienced at least 7 of these 10 symptoms after eating foods containing gluten, it might be time to think about modyfying your diet. Food allergy - Diagnosis
Food allergy - Diagnosis Diagnosis There's no perfect test used to confirm or rule out a food allergy. Your doctor will consider a number of factors before making a diagnosis. These factors include. Your symptoms. Give your doctor a detailed history of your symptoms — which foods, and how much, seem to cause problems. Your family history of allergies. Also share information about members of your family who have allergies of any kind. A physical examination. A careful exam can often identify or exclude other medical problems. A skin test. A skin prick test can determine your reaction to a particular food. In this test, a small amount of the suspected food is placed on the skin of your forearm or back. A doctor or another health professional then pricks your skin with a needle to allow a tiny amount of the substance beneath your skin surface. If you're allergic to a particular substance being tested, you develop a raised bump or reaction. Keep in mind, a positive reaction to this test alone isn't enough to confirm a food allergy. A blood test. A blood test can measure your immune system's response to particular foods by measuring the allergy-related antibody known as immunoglobulin E (IgE). For this test, a blood sample taken in your doctor's office is sent to a medical laboratory, where different foods can be tested. Elimination diet. You may be asked to eliminate suspect foods for a week or two and then add the food items back into your diet one at a time. This process can help link symptoms to specific foods. However, elimination diets aren't foolproof. An elimination diet can't tell you whether your reaction to a food is a true allergy instead of a food sensitivity. Also, if you've had a severe reaction to a food in the past, an elimination diet may not be safe. Oral food challenge. During this test, done in the doctor's office, you'll be given small but increasing amounts of the food suspected of causing your symptoms. If you don't have a reaction during this test, you may be able to include this food in your diet again. Preparing for your appointment Because doctor's appointments can be brief, and because there's often a lot of ground to cover, it's a good idea to be well-prepared for your appointment. Here's some information to help you get ready for your appointment and what to expect from your doctor. Write down any symptoms you've had, including any that may seem unrelated to the reason for which you scheduled the appointment. Write down key personal information, including any major stresses or recent life changes. Make a list of all medications, vitamins and supplements that you're taking. Take a family member or friend along, if possible. Sometimes it can be difficult to remember all the information provided to you during an appointment. Someone who accompanies you may recall something that you missed or forgot. Write down questions to ask your doctor. Your time with your doctor is limited, so preparing a list of questions will help you make the most of your time together. List your questions from most important to least important in case time runs out. Some basic questions to ask your doctor include: Is my condition likely caused by a food allergy or another reaction? What kinds of tests do I need? Is my condition likely temporary or long lasting? What types of treatment are available, and which do you recommend? What are the alternatives to the primary approach that you're suggesting? I have these other health conditions. How can I best manage these conditions together? Are there any dietary restrictions that I need to follow? Should I see a specialist? What will that cost, and will my insurance cover seeing a specialist? Is there a generic alternative to the medicine you're prescribing me? Do you have any printed material that I can take home with me? What websites do you recommend visiting? If your child is seeing the doctor for a food allergy, you may also want to ask: Is my child likely to outgrow his or her allergy? Are there alternatives to the food or foods that trigger my child's allergy symptoms? How can I help keep my child with a food allergy safe at school? In addition to the questions that you've prepared to ask your doctor, don't hesitate to ask questions during your appointment. What to expect from your doctor Your doctor is likely to ask you a number of questions. Being ready to answer them may save time to go over any points you want to spend more time on. Your doctor may ask: When did you begin experiencing symptoms? How severe were your symptoms? How long did it take symptoms to appear after eating the food you suspect you're allergic to? Did you take any over-the-counter allergy medications such as antihistamines, and if so, did they help? Does your reaction always seem to be triggered by a certain food?
Food Allergy Triggers, Common and Uncommon
Peanuts When you're allergic to a food, your body reacts to proteins in that food. It can cause rashes, swelling, trouble breathing. Peanuts can be in a lot -- from baked goods to sauces. Read food labels. Packaged foods must say if they have peanuts. Ask how food is prepared and let servers know you’re allergic. If you’re allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, like walnuts, may bother you too. Milk and Dairy Foods Milk is one of the most common food allergy trigger for kids. The good news -- most outgrow it. In the meantime, infants may need hypoallergenic or soy formula. If you’re breastfeeding, you may need to avoid drinking milk too. Look at the label on packaged foods. Even things like tuna can have milk protein in it. Sometimes milk is listed as the ingredient casein. Eggs These are another common food allergy trigger for kids. While many outgrow this allergy, watch out for eggs in noodles, mayonnaise, and baked goods. They can also be in some unlikely places like the foam topping on drinks or the egg wash on pretzels. Eggs are also used to make the flu vaccine, so check with your doctor before getting it. Shellfish Surprise! You can get a sudden seafood allergy as an adult. If you do, sorry seafood lovers, it’ll probably stick with you for life. Shrimp, crab, crawfish, and lobster -- these guys can cause serious reactions. Clams, mussels, scallops, escargot, octopuses, and squid can cause reactions, too. If you’re allergic, avoid all shellfish. Tree Nuts It can seem like nuts are everywhere. They can even be in lotions made from tree nut oils, like shea oil. Nuts must be listed on packaged foods, but they're harder to avoid in restaurants and bakeries. If you’re allergic, watch out for walnuts, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, cashews, pistachios, Brazil nuts, and pine nuts. Nutmeg, water chestnuts, and sunflower seeds aren't nuts and should be OK. Fish Fresh salmon, tuna, or halibut can cause severe allergies. If you’re allergic to one type of fish, you may react to others, too. Be careful if you love Thai and Chinese food. Many ethnic restaurants flavor dishes with fish sauce. Also beware of Caesar dressing and Worcestershire sauce. They have anchovies in them. Soy Breads, cookies, canned soups, processed meats, and snack foods all can have soy in them. If you’re allergic, read food labels carefully so you can steer clear. Other foods to avoid include edamame, tofu, soy milk, miso, and soy sauce. Babies and children are more likely to have a soy allergy than adults. Wheat From bread to beer, salad dressing to deli meats, wheat can hide in a lot of foods. Why? Wheat proteins help some processed food stick together and give it texture. If you’re allergic to wheat, other grains, like barley, oats, rye, corn, and rice are usually safe. But you may want to avoid bulgur, couscous, and farina. It's possible to have a wheat allergy but be OK to eat gluten. Gluten Sensitivity? Intolerance? If you’re gluten-sensitive, that’s different from an allergy. Gluten is usually found in wheat, rye, and barley. It can trigger: Gluten Intolerance or Celiac disease -- Gluten can cause permanent damage to your intestines.Gluten sensitivity -- Your stomach and intestines are upset by gluten. It doesn’t cause permanent damage but you may want to avoid it.

Peanut allergy treatment - The TRUTH About Peanuts Revealed (Why They Are Bad)
Peanut allergy treatment - The TRUTH About Peanuts Revealed (Why They Are Bad) Peanut allergy treatment Are peanuts health foods? Or are they bad for you? Today I want to reveal the truth about peanuts and why they are bad for you. To begin with, peanuts are not “nuts”, they are legumes and thus, part of the “bean” family. Most people don’t know this. As to why you should avoid peanuts, there are few important reasons. ALLERGIES To begin with, some people are deathly allergic to peanuts. For a small percentage of the population, peanuts can literally kill them. (1). Of course, the majority of people aren’t AS allergic to peanuts, but if you ate enough of them, long enough, the allergens start to build up and you WILL have allergic reactions, even if they are mild and subtle. It won’t kill you, but it won’t improve your health either. Macronutrients The next thing is that people will say that peanuts are a healthy food because it has carbs, proteins and fats. But the protein doesn’t contain all the essential amino acids. The next problem is the fat content - it’s fairly high in Omega 6 fats and linoleic acid. Omega 6 fats cause inflammation and many diseases - heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, fat gain, cancer, autoimmune diseases, etc. They also compete with the healthy, omega 3 fats - which is NOT what you want. Aflatoxins Most people don’t know, but peanuts actually grow underground, where they tend to be colonized by a fungus called Aspergillus, a source of aflatoxins... which are toxic and highly carcinogenic (cancer causing). Humans are actually fairly resistant to the acute (short-term) effects of aflatoxins, but unfortunately continued exposure does cause a buildup. Additionally, fungus grows on its own and thus, even if you stop eating peanuts the fungus continues to grow inside of you and over time becomes toxic. Studies in humans link aflatoxin exposure to liver cancer, stunted growth in children and mental retardation (8, 9, 10, 11). This is very important for all your parents giving your kids peanut butter daily. I suggest you STOP! High In Lectins Peanuts are also high in Lectins, which is bad for your health -- Again, causing all the typical problems of diseases, inflammation, weight gain, memory problems, joint pain, diabetes, etc., etc. Healthy Alternatives Peanuts and nuts taste yummy, there’s no denying that. Especially when roasted and lightly salted. And in small amounts, eaten occasionally - they should be fine for most people. However, I suggest you switch to other nuts, especially if you are giving your kids peanut butter. Instead, eat Almond butter Walnut butter Hazelnut butter These are much healthier nuts and still taste great. avoid peanuts peanut allergy nut allergy peanut tree nuts peanut allergy cure peanut allergy symptoms peanut free peanut butter peanut butter allergy common food allergies food allergies symptoms peanut allergy treatment peanut allergy reaction nut allergy symptoms nut allergy cure food allergies treatments walnut allergy peanut allergy rash most common food allergies tree nut allergy baby allergies shellfish allergy kids allergies tree nuts list almond allergy

Chronic Weakness Constant fatigue, without having performed any physical exercise, is a strong indication of gluten intolerance as well as for Celiac Disease. 4. Mental Confusion Gluten intolerance can cause confusion, dizziness, and difficulty concentrating. Be aware, as these are also symptoms associated with fatigue, stress or aging. 5. Joint Pain Gluten intolerance causes inflammation in various parts of the body, especially in the joints. 6. Immune System Problems Immune system failures can be consequences of a gluten intolerance. With Celiac Disease, the clearest symptom is anemia, which also damages the immune system. 7. Depression Gluten intolerance is also harmful to people who have depression because it intensifies the symptoms of anxiety, irritability, and sudden mood swings. 8. Skin Lesions For people who have Celiac Disease, skin lesions such as rashes, eczema, psoriasis and others, are very clear symptoms of the disease. These symptoms also appear in people with a gluten intolerance, but to a lesser degree. 9. Tooth Decay When the person has a gluten intolerance, the teeth are weakened and there is a greater chance of cavities. 10. Hormonal Disorders Hormones can also be severely affected in people with an intolerance to gluten. In cases of Celiac Disease, a very rapid increase or decrease in weight may be symptomatic of estrogen levels which are out of control. So periodic hormone-level tests are very important. What to do if you have Celiac Disease and/or gluten intolerance? If you notice more than one of these symptoms in your daily routine, the first step is to pay a visit to your doctor and ask him to order multiple tests. Ask specifically for him to run the test for Celiac Disease. After diagnosis, be prepared to eliminate gluten from your daily diet. If the symptoms are extremely bothersome, you can also do a simple test: Eat a gluten-free diet for a while and check for improvement in your condition. If you feel better, just confirm the diagnosis with the doctor so you can continue your treatment. Do food allergies cause asthma attacks?
Food allergies may cause worsening of asthma or even trigger an attack. Common food allergies include: eggs, nuts, milk, shellfish, chocolate and citrus among others. It is rare, but some people with asthma are extremely sensitive to sulfites, which are used as preservatives in processed foods. If a food contains significant amounts of sulfite, there should be a warning label on the package. Look for the words sodium sulfite, bisulfite, or metabisulfite on the label. Some foods that commonly contain sulfites are: dried fruit, instant potatoes, shrimp beer and wine, and certain cheeses. Some allergists believe that fast food in general, which may contain higher amounts of sulfites and salt, can make asthma worse. Look in the Tools Area for a list of foods that may make asthma worse. --- Asthma Answers at a Click was developed to supplement and reinforce the asthma education provided by your physician, not as a replacement for medical care and advice. Why Your Staff Should be Trained in Common Food Allergies | Learn 2 Serve
Here are reasons why food allergen training is important for your staff. Food Safety training on common food allergies and more. Why Your Staff Should be Trained in Common Food Allergies Did you know that 15 million Americans have food allergies? It can get tricky when people with food allergies are dining out. The best way to accommodate food allergies and prevent reactions is comprehensive food safety training. Food Allergies and Symptoms Milk, eggs, nuts, and seafood are the most common food allergies. Food allergy symptoms include: • Hives • Tingling mouth • Swelling lips or face • Respiratory trouble • Nausea • Abdominal pain • Anaphylaxis Food Allergy Regulations The FDA requires food manufacturers to list common food allergens on food labeling. There are no national laws yet for restaurants. But a few states do have food allergy regulations: • Illinois: Managers with allergen training • Massachusetts: Certified food protection manager, food allergy awareness poster, and menu notice requesting disclosure of patron allergies • Maryland: Food allergy awareness poster • Michigan: Certified food safety manager with training in food allergies • Rhode Island: Certified food protection manager, food allergy awareness poster, and menu notice requesting disclosure of patron allergies • Virginia: Food allergy training Food Allergies in Restaurants Some guests may neglect to inform servers of their allergies. Unless they’re trained, some servers and food handlers may be unaware of common allergies or which dishes include an allergen. It may not be obvious that a dish or food contains allergens. And cross contact in the kitchen is enough to cause a reaction. Food Allergy Policies Some restaurants have taken steps to address allergies, including: • Inquiring about guests’ food allergies • Relaxed “no substitutions” policies • Special allergen-free dishes • Food allergy warnings on menus • Staff training Training Can Prevent Reactions A little knowledge can go a long way. A section on food allergies in a food safety course can educate and prepare staff to deal with possible allergies. It’s important employees know which dishes contain common food allergens. A reaction in a restaurant can have devastating consequences for diners and the restaurant. Food Allergy Training is Good for Business The increase in food allergies has led many food establishments to take steps to help sufferers. When consumers see your restaurant going the extra mile to keep them safe, your reputation will improve and you’ll see an increase in repeat guests and positive reviews. Help Im Allergic To Everything!
Are you one of those people who appear to be allergic to so many foods? A subscriber posted this question, many may be familiar with this question. If you want to do any comprehensive stool testing or food allergy testing click HERE: https://bit.ly/2qmrnY6 Your FREE Candida Report here: https://www.yeastinfection.org/free-candida-report Greetings, Eric Bakker, New Zealand naturopath. Thanks for checking out my video. I've got an interesting question here. I've got lots of questions to go through again, as usual. So here's a question from a subscriber. "Eric, do you have any suggestions for people who have allergic reactions to a lot of healthy foods. I've been on the strict candida diet for four months and my allergic reactions to things like nuts and seeds, lemon juice I get mouth tingling, eggs I get gut and nasal, nightshades and the achy joints, et cetera. I never had such reactions to these things when I was healthy. Could it be the long term allergies or simply because of leaky gut candida? Should I avoid all of these things strictly and try again when I am healed?" That's a great question. Well, the first thing I'd recommend you probably do is check out ... do a stool test on yourself to see what the heck is going on inside. You know, a stool test generally will give you a lot of good information. It's gonna show you what the microbiology of the gut is like, where the imbalances are, where your strengths are, where your weaknesses are. You don't need to do a leaky gut test if you do a stool test because that will give you a pretty good idea on how permeable the gut is. You'll be able to pick that up through the secretory IgA, through the bacterial levels, all sorts of different things. So that would be probably a smart thing to do if you've been sick for this long. You could also consider food allergy testing, you know, a blood based test for IgG, IgE antibodies to see if you're reacting to any kind of foods. That's probably maybe the first test that you may want to consider, will be the food allergy before you do a stool test. Now let's say you can't afford any testing at all. Well, fair, fair enough. Okay, if you can't afford any testing, I can appreciate that. What I recommend you do then is write down all of the foods that you're currently consuming ... all the foods! So just get a piece of paper, my piece, my love allergy sheet for example. Say you were, for example, here. You'd write all your foods down in a column here, every food that you eat. Okay? This is quite a smart thing to do. So you write nightshades, you write lemon juice, you write nuts and seeds. Define the nuts and seeds. Do you eat almonds? Do you eat brazil nuts? Do you eat poppy seeds? Do you eat sunflower seeds? I write everything down, preferably in categories: meats, dairy, vegetables, fruits, condiments, grains, all that kind of stuff, and then itemize all those. You could do it on Excel Spreadsheet. And then you've got columns on the right of that. What you wanna do then is write your severity index. All right? So meaning one, mild reaction, two, moderate reaction, three, bad reaction. So just put a tick in those columns. And then have a look at that list and then date it. So now you've established all the foods you eat, how strong a reaction is, and when you got those reactions. All right? This is a very smart thing to do, because then over time, as your gut heals, you should notice that those things are going from a strong reaction down to a moderate to a mild reaction. So, I hope that answers your question. Thanks for the question, I appreciate it.
