U.S. Haults Cigna Medicare Enrollment

00:36
New enrollment in Cigna Corp's Medicare Advantage health plans for seniors and standalone Medicare prescription drug plans has been suspended by the U.S. government, citing noncompliance in its appeals and grievances procedures. The government said Cigna had deficiencies in its appeals and grievances processes in both Medicare Advantage and the Medicare prescription drug program. Cigna's Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D drug plans help pay for drugs administered outside of a hospital for some 1.5 million people. http://feeds.reuters.com/~r/Reuters/domesticNews/~3/MDV61G6nCZo/story01.htm http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

Silverscript Part D vs. Humana vs. AARP & Other Medicare Prescription Drug Plans

02:51
Call 1-800-892-7981 or visit http://medicarefriend.com/ Hi there, I'm Glen with the Medicare friend. I have given advice to thousands of folks that are turning 65 and getting onto Medicare for the first time, and what I tell them is conveniently located below for you: Silverscript Part D vs. Humana vs. AARP & All Other Medicare Prescription Drug Plans You're getting ready for Medicare and you are wondering how in the world are you going to get your prescriptions covered and everybody is starting to mail you stuff. Silverscript and AARP and Humana- Humana is so hot right now! AARP is the one that your sister or brother or friend or mother or neighbor has and they love it so is that the best one for you? The correct answer is Maybe... Here's why- unlike Medicare supplements that are all standardized and have to offer identical benefits- Medicare Part D prescription plans can be very different. Each of these Insurance Companies gets to decide how much your specific prescription that you're taking is going to cost. Here's where it gets a little shifty- if a company is boasting that they have a $0 deductible that doesn't mean anything because they may have a much higher co-pay then the next one. And the company with the higher deductible could say that your prescriptions are in a lower-tier on their formulary. And ultimately you would end up paying less for the company with the higher deductible. Better yet some companies with high deductibles can say for your prescriptions, the deductible doesn't apply to them in the first place. And best of all some of the part D plans offer free 3 month supply prescriptions through the mail order. Each person that our team helps gets a thorough analysis on medicare.gov so they will know to the penny what they will pay on one plan versus another. So you can make sure you have the Best Plan! And another nice thing is every year we revisit this with you and make sure you are still in the Medicare Part D plan that saves you the most money overall. So if you get more prescriptions later, you're not stuck, you can switch to a plan that covers your new prescriptions the best. Call us now for a free consultation- We make this SO Easy for you! Talk to you soon. Here at the Medicare friend, we shop the entire market for you, because all we want is to see you happy, with great coverage, and keeping as much money in your pocket as possible. We have NO OTHER MOTIVATION than to give you the best of the best. Call us now or visit us at Medicarefriend.com to schedule a free consultation. Medicare Part D Colorado 2

01:27
http://www.Medigaplist.com ----------------- There are so many Medicare plans to choose from when dealing with Medicare part D. So much confusion when it comes to the donut hole in Medicare. The premium cost of all of these plans are different, the co pays are different, the mail order pharmacies, the drugs, the Lipitor generic, the simvastatin. It goes on and on, and the one general consensus is that Medicare Part D prescription drug plans are just darn confusing. Rocky mountain health plans in Colorado are easier to figure out than the drug plans for Part D. The first step is to get your Medicare A and B card. If you already have that taken care of and you have a Medicare supplement plan in place the battle is almost won. Maybe it is the annual enrollment period and you simply want to change your drug plan or switch from a Medicare advantage plan. Maybe you just are tired of running your drugs through the system only to find out the Medicare approved part D plans are all expensive. My advice is to get a broker to help you through this. Why is it that people always want to do things themselves? It doesn't cost you anything more to get a Medicare broker to walk you through this time period. If you want Medicare Part D info and you are tired of looking around then call us at Medigaplist. We can help. So many people have asked me what the best Medicare drug plan is and I always tell them it is different for everyone. The AARP drug plan from United Healthcare is the best Medicare drug plan in Colorado for certain people. Humana is the best Medicare Part D plan for someone else. It really depends on the drugs you take. If you take Lisinopril to treat high blood pressure aka hypertension, or you take another ACE inhibitor, the plan isn't going to be the samer Part D Medicare plan that someone taking Actos or Avandia. Omeone who is taking Valium or a Xanax obviously has a different condition than someone taking Altocor, lovastatin or Crestor. Would you take Aviane or a ethinyl estradiol/levonorgestrel for your back pain; I don't think so. oyu need to get a list of Medicare Part D drug plans and compare the premiums. You also want to compare the best Medigap plan F and see if you can save money on your supplemental Medigap plan. The bottom line is you want the best Medigap plan F or Plan G you can find if it's affordable, you want a great Medicare part D plan, you need to make sure you can handle the Medicare Part A and B premium, and you want a good dental plan from a company such as Delta Dental. Medicare Explained (in under 4 minutes!) | The 4 Parts of Medicare

03:30
https://www.abtinsuranceagency.com/medicare | (888) 465-9728 Medicare Explained - There are 4 main Parts to Medicare: Part A, Part B, Part C and Part D. Part A is your hospital insurance. This Part of Medicare is usually free, and it helps to cover things like inpatient hospital care, skilled nursing facility care and some home health care. Part A does have some out of pocket costs associated with it – for example, in 2018 there is a $1,340 hospital deductible per 60 day benefit period, so it renews every 60 days. And there is also coinsurance associated with extended hospital days, and skilled nursing facility care. Medicare Part B is your Medical insurance. This helps to cover outpatient services, things like office visits, diagnostic testing, durable medical equipment and even most non self administered medications. Part B isn’t free – most people pay a standard premium of $134/month for Medicare Part B. Part B services are subject to an annual deductible ($183 in 2018) and then, Medicare Part B pays 80% of Part B covered services after the deductible is met – you pay 20%. Medicare Parts A and B together are called original Medicare. Medicare Part C is an optional way to receive your Medicare benefits – so it not mandatory, and in fact it is not ‘original medicare’. Medicare Part C is also called Medicare Advantage, and these are managed care plans that cover Part A and B benefits, and usually include prescription drug benefits as well. If you decide to go with a Medicare Advantage Plan, you typically receive services from network providers, and pay out of pocket in the form of co-pays and coinsurance for certain services. Medicare Part D is your prescription drug coverage. You can get Part D coverage either built into your Part C Medicare Advantage Plan, or if you have original Medicare you can purchase a stand alone Part D plan. Stand alone Part D plans are offered by different insurance companies and the plan that is best for you will be based on the medications you are taking currently. These are the four parts of Medicare explained in a nutshell! Medicare Part D 2017

03:47
http://www.omahainsurancesolutions.com/ 402-614-3389 Medicare usually makes some changes every year. Medicare changes Part D without exception. Medicare and the insurance companies make adjustments based upon drug costs and contracts with pharmaceutical companies. Medicare is also gradually eliminating the dreaded gap in Part D coverage, better known as the "Donut Hole." Medicare Changes Part D Deductible The change that gets the most recognition this year is the Medicare Part D changes deductible. Medicare changes Part D deductible from $350 in 2016 to $400 in 2017. That is a 14% increase to the deductible alone, which is a constant reminder to review your Medicare Part D plan each year with your agent. Part D Shell Game A $400 deductible is sizeable. Most of the Part D plans have the deductible, but some do not. The way those plans are able to eliminate the deductible is by spreading the deductible out Medicare Changes Part Dthrough the various co-pays on your medications. The other way is to apply the deductible only to higher Tier, more expensive drugs, e.g., Tier 3-5 medication. The Part D plans are a bit of a shell game shifting costs from this drug to another. It is important to not be distracted by the various co-pays. Medicare.gov has a wonderful medication calculator that will compared all of the Part D plans in your area side-by-side. You want to use that tool and focus on the total number that you will spend. Too often, Medicare beneficiaries will focus on one co-pay or an initial deductible. The bottom line is the total amount coming out of your pocket. Medicare Changes Part DMedicare.gov Medication Calculator That being said, we all have limited budgets. A big deductible may be too big for your wallet. It may make sense to use a Part D plan without a deductible to even out your costs over the year. If you are going on a Part D plan more than half way through the year because you just turned 65, it may make sense to pick a plan with no deductible. Why pay the big deductible and turn around and pay it again in January? That is why it is important that your agent go through your list of medications, talk about the costs, and figure out the best plan for you. An experienced agent should be able to effectively use the Medicare prescription drug calculator to show you how your medication costs will play out in the coming year. Also remember to check whether you qualify for the EXTRA HELP Program.

click here----http://www.medigaplist.com When you are on Medicare with the biggest worry for most people are the prescription drug plans because the out of pocket costs are pricey. If you are taking Novolog or another Diabetes insulin pen you must do some work so that you are not going to automatically hit the Medicare part d donut hole. It isn't the same for someone taking a generic drug such as Lisinopril or lovastatin. These are the generic drugs that might cost $3 at Walgreens, CVS, or Walmart. The diabetes insulin injections can be costly and can put you into the donut hole in the first quarter of the year. Especially in 2014 when the donut hole is around 50% of your prescription drug retail cost. Many people that are taking Novolog or another diabetes insulin drug will be on a Medicare supplement plan F or a Medigap plan N and think that the costs are really low. They are. 08:17
888-411-1329 https://www.remedigap.com/ https://www.mymedicare.gov/ This video is all about tracking the Part B deductible so you don’t accidentally overpay it. This is especially important if you have Medicare Supplement plan G or Medicare Supplement plan N because you will receive bills from medical providers and you want to make sure you pay only the amount you’re responsible for. Once you overpay, then you have to try and get your money back from the provider. This can lead to stress and time wasted. I’ll show you some great ways you can track the Part B deductible. The Part B Deductible is actually the medical deductible, so doctor visits, lab work, durable medical equipment are some of the type of claims that are applied towards the Part B deductible. There are several easy techniques for tracking the Part B deductible. And, it's always a great idea to cross reference using the ideas in this video. This will help if you get a bill from the provider that includes more than what you think you should pay. Medicare providers will sometimes send a bill and include the Part B coinsurance, so it's important to know what you've already paid. This video includes a Client Case Study that shows exactly how you can accidentally be overcharged after meeting the Part B deductible. And as a side note, if you have Medigap Plan N, you'll want to keep your co-pay and deductible information separate. Overall, keeping track of the Medicare Part B deductible is very easy. It's also time well spent on the front end to avoid overpaying later on. This is especially important if you have Medigap Plan G or Medigap Plan N insurance.

Medicare 101: Medicare Part D

02:48
----------------------------------------- http://www.Medigaplist.com Medicare Part D is probably the most confusing part of Medicare. It is the prescription drug plan part of Medicare, and for those of you who are taking prescription medications this is the worst part of Medicare. The Medigap plans and Medicare Advantage plans can seem like a piece of cake when comparing it to the Medicare drug plans, especially if you have to go through the donut hole. Medicare part D is the prescription drug program the government has in place to subsidize the cost of the medications that people who are over the age of 65 or on Medicare in the USA. It was started in 2006 but was enacted as part of the Medicare modernization act. If you are enrolled in medicare Part A, and Medicare Part B you can get a Medicare Part D plan. There is no underwriting done for these plans which means if you are on Medicare you can get a drug plan no matter what you have (Cancer, heart disease, etc). Most people who get a Medigap Plan F from companies such as AARP, Cigna or Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield will wan't to get a prescription drug plan. If you are on Mutual of Omaha Plan N you can still get an AARP Medicare prescription drug plan. If you are on an Advantage plan or an MAPD you will get the drug plan tied in with the Medical coverage. The Medicare Plan F is what the majority of the population on Medicare supplement plans have. There are so many prescription drug plans that are approved by the state governments that you must look at which ones are available by you. If you live in Colorado Springs the Medicare plans may be different than the plans in Denver Colorado. If you live in Jefferson County they could be different than the plans in Pueblo County. If your zip code is 80901 it could be different than the zip code 80942. I am mentioning Colorado just because I wanted to show how from state to state and zip code to zip code it can be different. Medicare Part D Colorado

01:24
--------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.Medigaplist.com There are so many Medicare plans to choose from when dealing with Medicare part D. Medicare Open Enrollment 2018 - What to do... What not to do...

14:53
Medicare Open Enrollment 2018. Complete Medicare Resource Center here: http://www.MedicareonVideo.com 1-877-88KEITH (53484) Medicare Open Enrollment 2018 starts from October 15th to December 7t h. During this time, all Medicare members can update or alter their medical protection schemes. This includes changes to current Medicare healthcare plans that will come into effect in 2018. Learning of the purpose for enrollment and the options available, can help you best prepare for updated medical and prescription coverage. Your Options for Medicare Enrollment 2018 During the Open Enrollment period for Medicare, all registered members are provided the chance to change their healthcare plan. If you wish to upgrade your prescription cover or completely change your general healthcare program, the Medicare Open Election period 2018 allows you to do so easily and conveniently. You can upgrade your Medicare Advantage Plan or your Medicare Part D plan or prescription benefits. Qualifying seniors over the age of 65 years who qualify for Medicare plans may find their cover insufficient for their specific wellness, clinical and chronic care needs. Unfortuantely, you cannot alter your coverage halfway through the year if you find it does not provide what you are looking for. The enrollment period between October and early December offers the chance to make these amendments that become active in January 2018. For Medicare Advantage or prescription cover, members can complete their updates during the stipulated enrollment period with ease. There is no need to register membership for the change in protection or fill out lengthy and complex forms. For those who reside in a chronic care facility or have received a diagnosis of End Stage Renal Disease, you will not be eligible to enroll for the Medicare Advantage Plan at this time. Notice of Change You may receive an Annual Notice of Change or ANOC for the enrolment period, but documents received through the course of the year concerning your healthcare plan should be reviewed. If you wish to alter the policy, you must learn which options or modifications to plans, can better meet personal health needs. Remaining aware of policy features including the extent of cover, benefits and costs can help you determine whether your current medical care plan is sufficient for the new year. If you are satisfied with your protection, simply leave the cover unchanged and it will continue into the new year. Where dissatisfaction with a policy is apparent, be sure to amend your cover during the 2018 Medicare Enrollment period. Enrollment Restrictions You cannot register for a Part B Medicare plan if you are applying for cover for the first time during enrollment. If you are interested in changing your coverage from a Medicare Advantage to a Medigap plan, it cannot be initiated without completing a medical questionnaire. Important Medicare 2018 Enrollment Considerations Learn whether your current prescriptions will continue to be covered in the new year. Part D Medicare patients may be protected for specific prescriptions in 2018 only to have to pay a deductible or co-payment for a certain category of medication owing to changes in suppliers. Your Open Enrollment allows you to update your prescription policy ensuring your medication is comprehensively covered in 2018. During an Open Enrollment, carefully assess your plans to prevent excessive costs for your healthcare in the new term. How Does Medicare Part C Work?

01:22
A question we hear often from customers is, what does Medicare Part C cover? Medicare Part C is typically referred to as Medicare Advantage. These plans are offered by private insurance companies that contract with Medicare as an alternative way to get your Original Medicare (Part A and Part B). Many Medicare Advantage plans also include Medicare Part D. In addition to your Part B premium, some plans – but not all - require an additional monthly premium for the Medicare Advantage plan's medical and prescription drug coverage. Please keep in mind that not all plan types are available in every area. The benefits on these plans can change from year to year, so you have the option to change your Medicare coverage every year during Medicare’s Annual Election Period – or AEP. Medicare’s Annual Election Period runs from October 15 to December 7 each year. Medicare has neither reviewed nor endorsed this information. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Follow eHealth at: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/eHealth Twitter: https://twitter.com/eHealth _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Do I Need Medicare Part D?

02:35
Do you really need Medicare Part D? I get asked this all the time and in this video I answer this question for you. https://Medicaresavingsolutions.com 1-800-663-5707 When you are getting on Medicare or turning 65 and getting on Medicare it can be hard for some people to justify whether they should take Medicare Part D or not. In this video I explain the reasons why you should take part D in most cases where you don't have other prescription drug insurance. The first reason you should have the Medicare Part D plan is because if you don't take it when you are first eligible then you will be penalized later when you do need the plan and enroll. That Medicare Part D penalty is a monthly penalty added to the premium of the part D plan you choose and lasts the rest of your life. The second reason you should take the Part D plan is that you never know when you may need it. You could end up on some very high cost medications out of the blue and you may not have any way to pay for them if you don't have Medicare Part D. Then you'd have to wait to sign up for a part d plan during the open enrollment period. Medicare Part D Should I take Part D I don't take any medications What is the Medicare Part D Penalty Where do I get part D How do I get part D Why is there a Part D penalty How much is the Medicare Part D penalty Do I need part d do you need part d

Wednesday Medicare Supplement Rate Watch

03:18
This Wednesday Medicare Supplement Rate Watch is focused on Medgiap Plan G, for a female, ages 65, 70 and 75 in Dallas County Texas (zip code 75043). As I have said before, Medicare Supplement plans are all Federally regulated by the government. There is no reason for anyone to pay more with one carrier over another because the letter of the plan dictates the coverage, not the carrier. You are not getting any additional benefits by paying more. That’s why it is important to shop your coverage every year, and we can help you with that. You may ask, “Why do these companies charge different prices if they are all the same?” That’s a great question. Carriers have different administrative costs and they have different profit goals. There’s tons of different reasons why these big companies charge different prices. What you need to know is, just like in your Medicare book, Plan G is the same with every carrier. Rx Rip-off: OptumRx, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Catamaran Inflate Prescription Copays

Recent investigations show that OptumRx, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Catamaran make their customers overpay for many commonly-used medicines. For example, if a drug costs $3.00 retail, your insurance might require you to pay $30.00 – ten times more – just because $30.00 is the stated copay.

Medicare Supplement vs Medicare Advantage: Which one is better?

05:29
Selecting between Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans is an important decision for those turning 65 or retiring and selecting their Medicare coverage for the first time. This video explains the difference between Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans, also known as Medigap. We will cover things like the premium, cost, copay, deductible, out of pocket expenses, and networks of these two popular supplement insurance plans. This video will help in your decision making process as you select between Medicare Advantage and Medicare supplement plans. This is another one of the most common questions that we get here at Medicare hero is how do I decide which type of coverage is really best for me. Medicare Supplement: So first let's talk about Medicare supplement plans. The monthly premiums for Medicare supplement plans range from about $85 to $170 dollars a month, actually for people turning 65 I see an average of about $100 to $120 per month for their coverage. The premiums you pay all depends on your age, gender, and where you live. With a Medicare Supplemental plans we can see any doctor or any Hospital in the entire country that accepts Medicare there's absolutely no networks, and when we go to see those doctors there's no co-pays, no deductibles, and no out-of-pocket expenses. All we do is pay our monthly Insurance premiums and we're done. Additionally with a Medicare supplement plan you never need a referral to see a specialist, and again it doesn't matter which insurance company you select such as AARP United Healthcare, Humana, Aetan, Cigna, Mutual of Omaha, or New Era, you can always go see a specialist without a referral when you have a Medigap Plan. Now the last part of Medicare I want to talk about is prescription drug coverage, Part D of Medicare. With a Medicare supplement plan you can select independently of your Medicare supplement insurance company a prescription drug RX plan. Medicare Advantage: Medicare Advantage plans were created as a low cost alternative to Original Medicare and Medicare supplement plans. When I say lower-cost what I mean is lower monthly premiums. So the premiums for Medicare advantage plans can be anywhere from $0 in addition to what you're already paying for part b of Medicare up to $60 or $70 and premiums can even be as high as a hundred dollars a month. The key with Medicare Advantage plans is that we want to keep our premiums low because that is the advantage is low monthly premiums. So one of the compromises that Medicare Advantage plans make in order to get those low monthly premiums is they have network so you want to make sure that your doctors and hospitals that you choose to use are in the network for the insurance company you're looking at. This means that Medicare insurance companies such as AARP United Healthcare will have a different network then Humana, Aetna, or bluecross blueshield. So just be careful make sure your doctors, specialists and hospitals are in network. Also your Networks and doctors can change mid-year but we can't necessarily change our Part C coverage. Additionally because we now get those low monthly premiums we now have to pay deductibles co-pays and other charges when we use our insurance coverage. So if you see a specialist you might have a small copay, if you go to the hospital you will have to pay a certain amount of pocket. So we get low monthly premiums with Medicare Advantage plans but then we have to spend money the more we use our healthcare insurance. Additionally Many of the most affordable Part C Medicare Advantage plans do require referrals to see a specialist. Now that we've had all the key points both Medicare advantage and Medicare supplement plans what's the bottom line? Well Medicare supplement plans are best for people who can afford the extra premiums and if you most value your choice of doctors and hospitals as well as a predictable healthcare budget where you're not going to have large healthcare expenses throughout the year. You know if you just pay your monthly premiums you're going to be set. Medicare Advantage plans on the other hand are simply the best if you're looking for low monthly premiums. The Annual Enrollment (Election) Period (AEP) takes place October 15 to December 7 and is available to all Medicare Advantage and Part D eligible beneficiaries. During the Annual Election Period: Beneficiaries may add or drop MA (Medicare Advantage) and/or drug coverage, or return to Original Medicare. No action is needed if the beneficiary chooses to keep his/her current plan. She/he should check for any benefit changes under the plan. Beneficiaries may make more than one enrollment choice during the Annual Election Period, but the last one made prior to the end of the Annual Election Period, as determined by the date the plan or marketing representative receives the completed enrollment form, will be the election that takes effect. 2017 Medicare Supplement Plans | What's changing and staying the same!

https://www.remedigap.com https://www.remedigap.com/ecourse 888-411-1329 Medigap Tips: 2017 Medicare Supplement Plans If you just started researching Medicare Supplement insurance, or you’ve been at it awhile, I’ll give you some tips about what’s changing and what’s staying the same in 2017. Hi, Joann Quinn, insurance professional and co-founder of REMEDIGAP.com, just here to make Medicare and Medigap a little bit easier…one video at a time. So, let’s see what’s happening in 2017 with benefit changes, new plans, and rate increases. Plan benefit changes Since CMS standardized Medigap plan benefits, they’ll remain the same in 2017. So, essentially, that means…if Medicare approves your claim, then Medigap is required to pay according to the Outline of Coverage established for your Medigap Plan…when it comes to copays, deductibles and coinsurance. Now, with that said, as of this recording, an announcement hasn’t been made regarding any increases to Medicare deductibles. However, if there are increases, Medigap plans adjust according to the Outline of Coverage. So, For instance, if the Part A Hospital Deductible increases, and your Medigap plan covers the Part A deductible, it will automatically adjust to pay the new deductible amount. This is a great safety net put in place by CMS. And, Likewise, if you have Plan F or Plan C, those plans will also automatically adjust to pay the Part B deductible if it increases in 2017. So, are there any New Medigap Plans in 2017? Well, there aren’t any new plans, it’s still the same 10 standardized plans…however, you may begin hearing more about Plan D in 2017. Now, this isn’t Part D (your drug plan), it’s Medigap Plan D…and, I can’t figure out why they just couldn’t give it a different letter to make it less confusing, but, nonetheless, it’s Medigap Plan D. And, some insurance carriers are beginning to sell it. But, as of this video it’s still not super competitive, however, definitely one to keep an eye on in 2017. If insurance companies can get the rate lower than Plan G, it could be worth a look. Okay, let’s address Rate adjustments It’s always a popular topic….but, first things first, not all Medigap companies increase rates on January 1. When you hear about first of the year changes, it’s usually in reference to Medicare Part D (drug plan) and Medicare Advantage Plans (the HMO /PPOs). But what you need to be aware of is that Medigap rate adjustments can happen any time of the year. So, Let me show you an example of what I’m talking about… And, as in 2016, Plan G & Plan N will probably continue to grow in popularity and grab more of the Medicare Supplement market share, which may mean Plan F will incur rate increases that aren’t as favorable as G or N. However, it all comes down to the insurance company and how they manage their Medigap plans and Medical Loss Ratios when determining their rate increases. And, I have one quick Bonus Tip for you… If you’re concerned about buying a Medigap Plan and getting a rate increase a couple months later (based on the fact that insurers can raise rates any time of the year), don’t worry…most insurance companies offer a 12 month rate lock. Just make sure you add that to your list of questions when doing your research. And, Speaking of research, if you want to learn more about Medicare, sign up for my free Medicare Ecourse. Where you can learn about Medicare on your schedule. You receive one email a day over 7 days where I cover all the parts of Medicare, enrollment guidelines, penalties and much more. I hope you found this video helpful, please like it, share it and don’t forget to subscribe so you can get updates when my new videos are added.
