Corn Allergy | What Is The Corn Allergy Symptoms

02:35
Corn Allergy | What Is The Corn Allergy Symptoms. source : http://www.allergyandasthma.net/ What Is The Corn Allergy Symptoms An allergy to corn occurs when your immune system mistakes corn or a corn product for something that’s harmful. In response, it releases antibodies called immunoglobulin E to neutralize the allergen. The next time you were to eat corn, your body would identify it and signal the immune system to release histamine and other chemicals. Allergy symptoms are caused by this reaction. However, this allergy is extremely rare. It often occurs because of cross-contamination with another allergen, such as soy. Trace amounts of soy can trigger a reaction in people who are very sensitive to it. Signs Allergic reactions to a particular food like corn can vary based on the individual. For some people, the reaction may be uncomfortable. For others, the reaction may be more severe and possibly life threatening. Symptoms may appear between minutes or hours and can include: 1. tingling or itchiness in the mouth 2. hives or eczema 3. swelling of lips, tongue, throat, face, or other parts of the body 4. difficulty breathing with wheezing or nasal congestion 5. dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting 6. digestive problems like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea Severe Allergic Reaction A more severe allergic reaction to corn can result in anaphylaxis, which can be a life-threatening condition. Symptoms include: 1. loss of consciousness 2. a rapid and irregular pulse 3. shock 4. difficulty breathing due to swelling of the throat and air passages It’s important to seek medical help immediately if you’re allergic to corn and you experience any of these signs. Consult Your Doctor source : http://www.allergyandasthma.net/ Make an appointment with your doctor if you suffer any of these symptoms when eating corn or corn products. They’ll take a history of your symptoms, family health, and food allergies to determine if your allergic reaction is caused by corn or something else. Reading Labels in Ingredients Food products generally indicate when corn is included in the ingredients. Steer clear of anything with the words corn (such as corn flour or corn syrup), hominy, masa, or maize listed. Other ingredients that may indicate the presence of corn include: 1. caramel 2. dextrose 3. dextrin 4. fructose 5. malt syrup 6. modified food starch and vinegar Prevention source : http://www.allergyandasthma.net/ There is no way to cure allergies to a food product like corn, but there are ways to reduce the risks of allergic reactions. If you have already suffered a severe allergic reaction to corn in the past, wear a medical bracelet or necklace. This will help others know that you have an allergy to corn. The medical bracelet or necklace is helpful in situations where you have a strong allergic reaction and cannot communicate to others about your condition. 10 Most WARNING Signs of Gluten Intolerance

09:00
Gluten intolerance, also called gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease- when it’s in its most severe form- can have symptoms that range from no symptoms to life threatening or debilitating chronic health problems and anywhere in between. Often, these symptoms are not consistent from person to person and this is part of what makes gluten testing or Diagnosing Gluten Sensitivity so difficult for medical professionals. Gluten sensitivity and intolerance can manifest as much more than just IBS-like symptoms and stomach problems. That’s why doctors are more likely to dismiss the idea that you even have this because if they don’t hear about digestive problems as your chief complaint, then it must be something else. More than 55 diseases have been linked to gluten, the protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. It's estimated that 99% of the people who have either gluten intolerance or celiac disease are never diagnosed. But how can you tell if you really are gluten intolerant? For some, eating this mainly wheat-derived protein is just fine, while others experience a full range of symptoms, some of which can make life nightmarish. If you have experienced at least 7 of these 10 symptoms after eating foods containing gluten, it might be time to think about modyfying your diet. 5 Signs your Body Shows too Much Acid and How You Can Fix it (body too acidic symptoms)

Check out This Cool Websites: http://bit.ly/2piuC2K Please watch: "5 Things to Eat and Drink After a Junk Binge (An Easy Way To Recover From A Junk Binge Disorder)" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jdho7NMBrMo --~-- Please do get in touch with our main sponsors for more information on our latest marketing and future segments. :https://www.tryviews.com 5 signs your body shows too much acid and how you can fix it (body too acidic symptoms) Maintaining the correct pH balance in your body is very important to overall health. If your body's pH is highly acidic most of the time, you can increase your risk for a variety of diseases. A pH balance of 0 to 6 is acid, a pH balance of 7 is neutral, and a pH balance of 8 to 14 is alkaline. If you have been eating a lot of acidic foods, you can adjust the balance by learning how to correct high acid pH with high alkali foods. Monitor your stress level If you made dietary changes and included less acidic foods in your diet and still notice a high acid pH balance, stress could be the culprit. Utilize stress reduction techniques to help reduce acidity. Change your diet Acidic foods may include meat (animal protein), dairy, white rice, wheat and white flour, including pasta. Amaranth, millet, and quinoa are good grains. All meats are acidic though beef, pork and shellfish are the worst. Soy milk is alkaline, green tea and tisanes are alkaline, but black tea and alcohol are acidic. Raw spinach is great, but cooked spinach not so much (though it’s not the worst). Check your medications as certain medications can cause your pH balance to be acidic If you are not sure, speak to your doctor. If the medication is necessary and you cannot avoid it, you may help combat the acidic pH by eating alkaline foods. Use a pH testing strip to test your pH balance. You can either test your urine or saliva. Test 60 minutes before eating a meal and 2 hours after eating. This will give you the best range of pH. Test twice a week. Monitor your alcohol consumption If you have problems with stomach acid, you may need to reduce or even stop drinking alcohol. The biggest culprits are beverages with a low ethanol concentration 5%, such as beer and wine. Fermented alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, champagne, sherry, etc.) are considered powerful stimulators of stomach acid production. No direct link has been discovered between alcohol and stomach ulcers, but people who have ulcers are also more likely to have cirrhosis of the liver, a condition often caused by heavy alcohol consumption. 5 Foods That Destroy Your Hormones and Skin

04:06
Once we leave the teenage years, we may think acne is a thing of the past. But later in life, an imbalance of hormones can shake things up and acne takes center stage again. An endocrine imbalance is the culprit responsible for triggering hormonal acne. Women in mid-cycle and/or right before their periods are easy prey. These are the two times a month when estrogen and testosterone spike. These two hormones can accumulate if not properly detoxed. And when estrogen dominates, the complexion is fertile ground where inflamed skin and acne can thrive. Luckily there is a natural solution that may provide relief. The first step is to pay attention to your diet. The food you ingest can disrupt your hormones which in turns, produces inflammation. But on the flip side, the right kinds of food can balance hormones and soothe your skin. In today’s video we’ll examine the foods which work for and against your hormones. Foods to Avoid 1. Soy Soy has been on the suspect list of instigating acne. If you think you are sensitive to soy, try eliminating it from your diet and see if your condition improves. It contains phytoestrogens which can create a hormonal imbalance. 2. Dairy Excess dairy consumption can contribute to a surplus of hormones that can lead to acne. Dairy is also a primary cause for leaky guy syndrome. 3. Gluten Like dairy, Gluten can disrupt hormones. It can create intestinal inflammation and produce a domino effect of health issues. 4. Caffeine Caffeine is a kick-starter for millions every morning. Yet it often comes with a tradeoff. It can take its toll on your skin’s immune response. A steady combination of coffee and tea can strip away many essential vitamins which are essential to maintaining a vibrant complexion. 5. Canola, Sunflower, Safflower and Vegetable Oil If you have acne-prone skin, put these oils on your radar as ones to avoid. They have certain nutrients that can ignite a fire storm on your complexion, especially during peak estrogen days. The Best Foods for Your Complexion 1. Avocados Avocados contain a substance that can bring hormone levels back under control. Adding avocados to your diet can be a natural defense system to ward off inflammation. 2. Turmeric Another spice you may already have in your kitchen cabinets is Turmeric. Besides its natural ability to reduce inflammation, pain and swelling, it’s also a remedy for your skin. 3. Chia Seeds One of the highest sources of omega-3’s in nature can be found in this gluten-free grain. These little marvels can stabilize blood sugar, improve insulin sensitivity and keep blood pressure spikes in check. 4. Cinnamon In your spice rack, you may already have a secret weapon. Cinnamon. This aromatic spice contains anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that help regulate hormones. 5. Pomegranates Mood swings can be tempered by eating Pomegranates. They produce the same estrogens that female ovaries do. They also are rich in anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. -------------------------------------------------------- Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Natural Cures channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. Coffee, Caffeine and The Adrenal Fatigue Connection

14:23
Coffee, Caffeine and The Adrenal Fatigue Connection Schedule a FREE Consult: http://www.justinhealth.com/free-consultation In this video, Dr. Justin Marchegiani tackles the connection between coffee and caffeine to your adrenal fatigue condition. Can coffee cause adrenal fatigue? Should you avoid caffeine? Coffee consumption can be like a double edge sword for most people. Caffeine and coffee can stimulate your thyroid, adrenals to make more cortisol, and adrenaline which can have performance-enhancing benefits. While on the same side caffeine can weaken already dysfunctional adrenal glands driving anxiety, fatigue, and poor sleep. Coffee and caffeine can have cognitive and fat burning benefits while at the same time it may also contain toxins that can put additional stress on an individual’s already overburdened liver. In this video Dr. Justin reviews who may benefit from coffee and who should stay away from it. Dr. Justin also reviews compounds you can add to the coffee to lessen the negative effects of caffeine and enhance its benefits. ===================================== Gluten Video Series: http://www.justinhealth.com/gluten-video-series Thyroid Hormone Balance Video Series: http://www.justinhealth.com/thyroid-hormone-balance Female Hormone Balance Video Series: http://www.justinhealth.com/female-hormone-balance ===================================== ***Click below to SUBSCRIBE for more Videos http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=justinhealth ===================================== Dr. Justin Marchegiani Email: office@justinhealth.com Newsletter: http://www.justinhealth.com/newsletter Google +: https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/115880353981241082117/115880353981241082117/ Visit us at: http://www.JustInHealth.com Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/justinhealthwellnessclinic Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/just_in_health Linked In: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/dr-justin-marchegiani/56/804/50a/ -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Please watch: "GI Issues — Malabsorption, Infection & Inflammation in the Eye and Joint | Dr. J Live Q & A" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGf7F1Xi6po -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

This Is What Happens When You Drink a Coffee on an Empty Stomach

03:06
You might think drinking coffee in the morning is a great idea. You may even think it’s a great way to get yourself going in the morning. But you’d be surprised to learn that drinking coffee first thing in the morning- especially on an empty stomach- is a terrible idea. Why? Let’s take a look at a few reasons. 1. Stomach Acid Your stomach has hydrochloric acid, which, at the right level, helps your body digest food properly. When your stomach is empty, this acid doesn’t have much to work with, so it can slosh around and hurt your stomach. Drinking a cup of coffee on that empty stomach adds to the problem by putting more acid in your body. Always having too much stomach acid will harm your stomach and digestive tract, leading to problems like heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, and stomach ulcers. 2. Bad Digestion Having caffeine on an empty stomach ruins digestion, leading to a bloated feeling and other signs of irritable bowel syndrome, like pain and irregularity. How? Caffeine acts like your adrenal glands, which create stress hormones called cortisol and adrenaline. When these hormones flood your body, they raise your heart rate and blood pressure, and your liver starts letting out blood sugar to give energy to muscles so that you can run away. Your digestive system also shuts down to send energy to where it is needed most. 3. Anxiety When you go through your morning on an empty stomach, you lower your brain’s power to properly break down serotonin. Serotonin is the “happy, calm hormone”. When your brain is unable to break down this hormone properly, it causes anxiety and depression. Throwing a cup of coffee on top of that empty stomach causes anxiety by boosting your body’s cortisol and adrenaline levels. That will leave you feeling shaky, nervous, and weak. 4. Dehydration Drinking coffee on empty stomach raises the amount of fluid that your body passes, and can cause dehydration. If you’re like most people, you’ll likely answer to that dehydration by reaching for yet another cup of coffee, making things even worse for yourself. 5. Low Levels of Serotonin Very few people know about this, but coffee will make you feel less hungry. People who drink coffee right away in the morning sometimes end up skipping breakfast. Skipping your first meal of the day can ruin your body’s power to make serotonin, a neurotransmitter in charge of making you feel happy and calm. Also, serotonin is very important for a good night’s sleep. Your body changes serotonin into melatonin at night. Low levels of melatonin usually lead to insomnia problems. If you like drinking coffee, make sure to always have it after breakfast. 30 High Histamine Foods And Drinks To Avoid - Foods High in Histamine

04:55
Histamine is a chemical involved in proper digestion, the immune system, and the central nervous system. Histamine is found in foods, but also in the human body, and it is stored in mast cells, that are an essential part of the immune system. This chemical is also the main mediator in causing the signs and symptoms of allergy (that is why many people take antihistamines for allergy relief). Histamine may be received by one of four receptors (H1R-H4R) and is released in the human body when mast cells degranulate. Tthe histamines build up in the human body and cause many symptoms, including - hives, rashes, swelling in the throat, runny nose, and itching. The failure of DAO to degrade histamine is responsible for the many cases of histamine intolerance seen in the today. You can help the DAO enzyme do its job better by making sure your regular diet is rich in foods high in vitamin C and B6. Histamine intolerance is unlike other sensitivities or food allergies in that the response is cumulative, not immediate. Histamine Intolerance symptoms and signs tend to appear very soon after eating a high-histamine food, commonly within less than 2 hours. Histamine-containing foods can contribute to high histamine levels in the human body. For histamine-sensitive people, this can be a serious problem. Note - All foods (plant-based or animal-based) subjected to microbial fermentation in the manufacturing process contain histamine. Here is a list of top 30 High Histamine Foods And Drinks To Avoid: #1 Red & Processed Meat #2 Canned Fish #3 Cheese #4 Red Wine #5 Chocolate #6 Soy Sauce #7 Apricots #8 Beer #9 Chili Powder #10 Cashews #11 Salad Dressings #12 Champagne #13 Yogurt #14 Hamburgers #15 Mayonnaise #16 Coffee #17 Cinnamon #18 Brazil Nuts #19 Potato Chips #20 Avocados #21 Olives #22 Crackers #23 Mushrooms #24 Dried Dates #25 Peanuts #26 Sausages #27 Salami #28 Ice cream #29 Sour cream #30 Cookies In this video, you learned about histamine intolerance diet, histamines in food, low histamine diet, and Foods High in Histamine. Adrenal Fatigue, Caffeine and Adrenal Crashes

05:12
https://www.drlam.com/blog/signs-symptoms-caffeine-adrenal-crashes/14769/ Coffee, tea and energy drinks are so prevalant in society today, its acceptable to fill your body with these - I would say not so natural - compounds. Although they are natural in the sense they do exist in nature, they are never designed to be in our body that many people put them in. Now this is Dr Lam founder of Dr Lam.com. Now we talk about these compounds in relation to adrenal fatigue and how they can actually sustain the body when energy is low, and they can crash the body if there is too much. Now in adrenal fatigue the body is in the weakest point and the body wants to be nurtured. Its like a horse that is tired, the body is not feeling so well. You need rest, the body needs rest, and that is why the body slows down. Oftentimes we don't recognize that, we don't want to accept that and we keeps the body going and the way we do it is with coffee that has caffeine and tea that has 15% caffeine unless decaffeinated, and energy drinks can have up to two times the amount of caffeine as coffee. So if you do this over a period of time, several things will happen. The body will get stimulated. Number two, the heart gets stimulated. Number three, the adrenal glands get stimulated. If you stimulate the body enough its like stretching a rubber band; the more you stretch at first - rebounds if you stretch it - after enough times the rubber band will break. This is what happens then, people start with one energy drink, two and then three, they keep going until they can't stop; after awhile they become "wired." They cannot sleep at night but they cannot stop either because they are already having a dependency issue, and if you try and get out of those you can get headaches. That's not the worst though actually, after a while you are not only wired in the day but you are tired at night and cannot fall asleep. Then the body starts crashing. In other words the body will force the system to slow down to conserve energy. It doesn't matter what you do, you take more coffee, you think that the body will be more energized but actually the body will overrule the coffee and overrule the caffeine and forces you to lay down in an almost vegetative state. Many will become bedridden, couchbound, housebound; they cannot stand up. The moment they stand up they have so much caffeine in the system they can get rapid heartrate, they can get even more dehydrated, they can get more fatigue, they have dizziness. All these can be associated. The important lesson to learn is this: energy drinks should be taken only with great great care. If you need it from time to time and you are in a healthy state, chances are your body will do well. If you're in adrenal fatigue, you should avoid it, and if you're already on these items do not stop abruptly because your body may overreact; and also an important thing to remember is these items can give you a short term energy boost, but long term you'll have a lot of collateral damage, and part of that collateral damage is in the adrenal glands because most people don't see that; it's often taken for granted, but it is not as simple. Especially as you get older, some people now are very sensitive to caffeine and caffeinated products for a reason. The reason is often because the body is already overstimulated, so having caffeinated drinks and having a letdown in energy as what we call an adrenal crash is very significant and an important indicator as an adrenal fatigue symptom. Coffee Substitutes: 5 Fast Facts

02:35
See The 10 Best Coffee Substitutes on Ezvid Wiki ►► https://wiki.ezvid.com/best-coffee-substitutes Fact #1. The dark, bold flavor of coffee is unique and difficult to replace. With that in mind, the experience most coffee substitute brands go for is that bold, richly roasted flavor that comes from real coffee beans. This means high quality substitutes provide a very similar flavor and mouthfeel as coffee. Fact #2. Coffee substitutes are often made of roasted grains and roots. These are pulverized into a water soluble powder for use, like instant coffee. The ingredients used in many substitutes have benefits beyond their distinctive flavor. Chicory is one such ingredient. This is a high-fiber root that has been extensively studied for its impact on health. It contains anti-inflammatory compounds and may improve gut health. Fact #3. Dandelion root is found in many coffee alternatives. It's packed with nutrients, and it's also a rich source of calcium. Drinking dandelion tea can help fight diabetes, cleanse the liver, and protect against signs of atherosclerosis. Roasted grains like barley usually make up the base. Barley tea has an impressive blend of nutrients and antioxidants that can help the body stay balanced. Fact #4. When asked why they drink coffee substitutes instead of coffee, many people will cite an allergy. Coffee allergies are possible, though they're not as common as anecdotal evidence would make it seem. Most cases of coffee allergies are actually sensitivities to one or more other ingredients in the coffee. Fact #5. Most people who say they're allergic to coffee are actually caffeine sensitive. A caffeine sensitive person will experience many symptoms when they drink coffee that other people do not. Caffeine can make people jittery, nervous, anxious, and restless. It may cause a person to feel extremely irritable or agitated, and even cause insomnia. A lot of people who switch to coffee alternatives find their symptoms subside immediately.

The Dangers of Caffeine and Depersonalization

07:18
Hey it's Harris again here with another video on caffeine, and how it can affect people that have depersonalization disorder. Visit my website for more videos and articles. Also check out my complete 10 hour video depersonalization recovery program at http://depersonalizationrecovery.com/the-program/ Caffeine ramps up the sympathetic nervous system (also known as the fight or flight response) and can in and of itself cause a great worsening of DP and DR symptoms, as well as outright cause panic attacks. In fact, many times caffeine consumption can mimic panic disorder when the person is a routine caffeine drinker that doesn't realize his daily amount. It's important to keep caffeine consumption to a minimum. 40 to 50mg (one small cup of coffee, a single shot of espresso), is a lot for a DP sufferer. Having said that, if you are a regular drinker of caffeine, withdrawal can be tough. The biggest problem for a DP sufferer would be the decrease in mood experienced in the first week of withdrawal. Many people with DP also suffer from some form of depression, and this worsening of mood can really make it hard to even entertain a positive thought. Headaches are common as well as being very tired and fatigued. Caffeine, as a stimulant, can bring clarity from the fogginess that DP sufferers often experience, but it overactivates the sympathetic nervous system. Since depersonalization usually occurs in people with highly sensitive personalities (hsps), it's best to avoid stimulants. As always, visit my website for a lot more info, and check out my program the Total Integration Method for how to experience a complete recovery. http://depersonalizationrecovery.com

Parkinson’s disease: Drinking coffee could reduce symptoms of neurodegenerative condition

03:19
DRINKING coffee and eating chocolate could reduce the symptoms and make walking easier for newly diagnosed Parkinson’s Disease patients, a study has shown. A clinical study, published in the journal Parkinsonism and Related Disorders shows for the first time that Parkinson’s Disease patients with higher caffeine consumption presented a reduced need for standard medical treatment. Parkinson's disease is a condition in which parts of the central nervous system become progressively damaged over many years. Hundreds of people suffer with the condition, a non-reversible degenerative brain condition which occurs when nerve cells in the brain die. Many people showing signs of Parkinson’s prescribed dopaminergic treatment - as dopamine agonist drugs are currently one of the main ways to treat Parkinson's symptoms. The four-year study, conducted by scientists from the UK and Italy, investigated the clinical associations of caffeine consumption among newly diagnosed Parkinson’s disease patients. The experts looked at the effects of a broad range of products which contain caffeine, including energy drinks and chocolate, rather than a specific one, such as coffee or tea. The average caffeine consumption amongst study participants was 296mg a day - calculated after they filled in a Caffeine Consumption Questionnaire. But experts said an extra 50mg of caffeine - the equivalent of an espresso - could help sufferers. The research showed people who had an extra cup of coffee a day were more likely to be associated with a decrease in symptom severity.  It concludes that higher caffeine consumption was associated with a reduced accrual of both motor and non-motor disability. Motor symptoms in sufferers of Parkinson’s disease typically include tremor, rigidity, slowness of movement, and postural instability, while non-motor disabilities can include pain or depression. Parkinson’s disease affects one in every 500 people - about 127,000 people in the UK. There is no cure for the disease, but it can be controlled with drugs, therapy and surgery Chris Stemman, executive director of the British Coffee Association, said: “This new study builds on previous clinical studies that have shown a higher caffeine intake is associated with a reduced rate of the ‘wearing-off’ phenomena and impairment of voluntary movement in Parkinson’s Disease patients, and further highlights the impact of caffeine intake on the burden of symptoms. “We welcome further clinical research to be conducted in this important area to further understand how caffeine and coffee consumption can help patients.” However, scientists said that despite the findings, it has to be emphasised that this was an ‘observational study’, specifically designed to evaluate the association between caffeine use and PD progression, and so additional factors such as smoking cigarettes could be ‘confounding’.  Parkinson's disease: Do YOU know the symptoms of devastating neurodegenerative disorder? 5 Physical Symptoms That Mean You're Drinking Too Much Coffee

5 Physical Symptoms That Mean You're Drinking Too Much Coffee https://youtu.be/yzFynNkksEM We're not here to knock coffee. Our day doesn't percolate without a morning mug of joe. Plus it's linked to some pretty sweet perks, from healthy longevity to decreased risk for dementia. But your double shot could also serve up some not-so-welcome side effects—some you may not even link back to java. We're not saying you have to quit coffee (as if), but there are tweaks to your daily ritual that can tone down its aftermath. 1) You're a little too amped up. Java jitters are a thing. Not only is coffee a central nervous system stimulant, but caffeine blocks adenosine receptors while jacking up adrenaline, dopamine, and glutamate, a combo that can cause a fight-or-flight frenzy. Sympathetic nervous system activation can lead to anxiety, jitters, increased heart rate, irritability, and perhaps even anger outbursts. Coffee fix: Switching to decaf helps, as it reduces, but doesn't completely eliminate, the caffeine intake. 2) You crash during the day. Props to coffee for its pick-me-up benefits—it can take you from tired to wired in a flash. But when the jolt wears off, you could come crashing down. A study also found that caffeine could wreck productivity, causing hard workers to slack off. Coffee fix: Make sure you eat for energy. 3) You take A LOT of trips to the bathroom. Coffee is a diuretic, meaning it can up your urinating frequency, especially if you're not a regular coffee drinker. Coffee fix: Have a healthy snack with your espresso. 4) Your eyes won't stop twitching. Eye twitches seem to come out of nowhere, yet the National Institutes of Health lists caffeine among the top three causes. Research from York University shows that caffeine triggers the release of serotonin and noradrenaline, excitatory neurotransmitters that can increase reactivity in the muscles and nerves. Coffee fix: Cut the coffee and up your water intake. 5) Your sleep schedule is out of whack. Coffee can sabotage slumber, wrecking quality and quantity, and making it harder to catch z's—even when it's sipped 6 hours before bedtime. Coffee can also hack your body's circadian rhythm, giving you that jet lag-like sluggishness during daylight hours. Coffee fix: Stop the Starbucks runs by 4 PM to keep from messing with your bedtime. The list of symptoms is HUGE when it comes to mold sickness. Here are my top 5 weird symptoms that made me question if I had something else going on (namely mold). These are the ones that prompted me to finally get my home tested for mold. Some helpful links: 1. http://www.survivingmold.com/ 2. https://www.jillcarnahan.com/2015/02/08/toxic-mold-exposure-cause-symptoms/ You have within you what it takes to heal. I am just your guide! Let’s work together to get you feeling vital again. Email Tgurley7 with the subject “I’m Ready To Feel Vital” to book your FREE 15 minute consultation that will get started on your own health journey. My name is Tessa and I am a vitality coach. I am currently getting my Master’s in Integrative Medicine from the George Washington University. I started on this path because I was chronically ill for over 7 years with a multitude of mysterious symptoms. I finally got to a point where I was suicidal because I simply could not live with how I was feeling. At that point, I began a quest; a quest to get to the root of the issue and a quest to finally feel vital again. Currently, I am healing from something called CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) as the result of Lyme Disease, Toxic Mold poisoning combined with a genetic predisposition to be more sensitive to both of these biotoxins (HLADR SNP, for you geeks out there). Check out my video, “What It’s Like to Live With CIRS” to hear more about my story. Like! Comment! Subscribe! Share! It all helps get the word out about the illnesses that are on the brink of becoming epidemic in proportion. Check me out on Instagram @enlivened_one and Facebook Enliven Fitness.

Symptoms of Gluten Sensitivity

https://www.glutenfreesociety.org/gluten-sensitivity-intolerance-self-test/ What Are The Symptoms of Gluten Sensitivity? The answer to this question can be different for different people. Gluten is often times referred to as a “medical hydra“. Why? Because gluten can cause a variety of problems. The classic thought, even in medicine today, is that gluten induced damage is isolated to the GI tract. This long standing misconception is problematic for many patients because it can delay a gluten sensitivity diagnosis for years. Many doctors will not even consider gluten in the absence of gut issues even though research has found that extra-intestinal (symptoms outside of the gut) manifestations of gluten are extremely common. Understanding this, it is important to seek out a doctor with a level of clinical expertise above and beyond traditional medical training. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
