There are many different forms of arthritis, and there is no cure for this disease, but there is a possibility to control and make our life without problems. Fortunately, there are some useful home remedies to treat Arthritis. Home Remedies for Rheumatoid Arthritis Turmeric Turmeric, a yellow spice that contains a potent compound called curcumin, which helps heal inflammation. According to the Study of Women's Health in Iowa, it is clear that women who drank three or more cups of this green tea per day are 60 percent less likely to develop Rheumatoid Arthritis and its symptoms rather than women who do not drink this green tea. Therefore, drink it regularly at regular intervals to get rid of this problem. Cinnamon Cinnamon helps give relief from arthritis pain and symptoms. Therefore, take a half teaspoon of cinnamon powder and one tablespoon of honey. Mix these two in a cup of warm water and drink this regularly in the morning on an empty stomach. Cloves Cloves have an inflammatory chemical called eugenol against which helps heal the pain of arthritis. It also contains antioxidants that give relief from pain and inflammation that was caused by arthritis. Therefore, intake of teeth in any way challenging helps you a lot in reducing pain. They are connected with ligaments, tendons, and cartilage to each other and the surrounding muscles. The knee joint is the largest in the human body. It handles a tremendous amount of stress as it allows lower body mobility while supporting the upper body. Over time, the cartilage at the end of the bones that form the joint can deteriorate. In addition, there are fluid sacs in the knee capsule to keep the joint lubricated. These bursae can become irritated or inflamed if injured, resulting in bursitis. There are many potential causes for knee joint pain: Osteoarthritis – a chronic condition that occurs when the cartilage between bones breaks down Rheumatoid arthritis – an autoimmune disease that affects joints, causing swelling Bursitis – inflammation of fluid sacs either in front or directly behind the kneecap Immuno-inflammatory conditions Injury/over-use Infection Tendonitis – inflammation of tendons Gout – a form of arthritis in which uric acid accumulates and crystals of it settle in a joint Fortunately for our knees, there are natural remedies to reduce inflammation and ease the pain. The following recipe is a knee joint pain relieving rub. It contains effective anti-inflammatories and analgesics. Let’s look at what’s in it. 1. Cayenne. Cayenne has been used by Native Americans for millennia for pain relief. Capsaicin is a phytochemical in this spicy pepper that relieves pain through a variety of mechanisms. First, capsaicin blocks chemical pain transmitter “substance P” from reaching the brain. Second, when applied topically, it penetrates the skin to defunctionalize fibers that respond to pain stimuli. Through the skin, capsaicin stops nerves fibers from feeling pain and transmitting it. The capsaicin in cayenne is also effective for inflammatory skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema. Cayenne works to relieve inflammation when taken internally as well. 2. Apple Cider Vinegar. Supremely beneficial for human health in a wide range of applications, ACV is a potent anti-inflammatory that can relieve joint stiffness. The acetic acid in ACV penetrates the skin and can help to break up acid crystals that can form in the joint. Acetic acid has also been found to provide effective relief for tendonitis and other joint inflammation. (2) Additionally, unfiltered ACV contains bone-supporting minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. 3. Olive Oil. Anti-inflammatory and emollient, olive oil is a wonderful carrier oil. 4. Ginger. A potent anti-inflammatory, the phytochemical gingerol inhibits excessive immune response that results in inflammation. A 2014 study of the daily topical application of ginger on joints of people with osteoarthritis (OA) resulted in pain relief within a week and continued for the 24-week duration of the study. Natural Rub Recipe for Bone, Knee and Joint Pain You can apply this paste on any joint to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. You may want to experiment with the recipe and mix half the amount of ACV with the olive oil; sometimes the rub can be quite strong and the olive oil will lessen heat and make the paste easier to apply. All of these ingredients will also reduce inflammation if you eat them. Please note that cayenne can stain fabrics, so take care around adjacent clothing. In this video I will show the amazing health benefits, beauty tips and uses for this spice. 1 turmeric face mask there are literally hundreds of turmeric face packs that When used on the face and body, it can make the skin brighter, clearer, and flawless. depending on what type of skin you have you can mix with turmeric milk, lemon juice, honey, aloevera, etc. Its best to search on google what face pack you want according to your skin type but i do later in this video give tips on 2 more popular face masks 2 Blend your own curry powder If there’s one thing turmeric is famous for, it’s the leading ingredient of an Indian curry. Turmeric can used along with other spices to make your curry taste wonderful and beats any curry sauce straight from a jar. There are loads of recipes on the internet so why not give it a try! 3 Skin care: The oil can be used for skin massaging which helps reduction of acne, blackheads, scars making your skin soft and glow. Regular body massage removes all the skin imperfections giving a healthy skin complexion. You can even add few drops of turmeric oil to your bath water. Anti-inflammatory: The turmeric oil massage provides relief from joint pains, muscle pains, cramps and arthritis because of its rich anti inflammatory properties. More about this later 4 Prevents Liver Damage The Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of curcumin (the active ingredient in turmeric) helps liver detoxify the blood. Turmeric encourages the production of vital enzymes that reduce toxins in body, thereby prevent liver damage. This is very beneficial to the liver. Eating turmeric helps fights cirrhosis and hepatitis. 5 Acne treatment Due to its anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties, turmeric treats pimples in an effective manner. It prevents sebaceous glands from producing excess oil. You can treat acne easily by mixing equal amount of turmeric and honey in a bowl. Mix the two ingredients completely until a smooth paste is formed. Apply this on affected area or you can apply it on your entire face. Let it stay for 40-50 minute and then wash off with plain water. Repeat it twice a day to get rid of acne rapidly. or Turmeric is a great remedy that will help get rid of your acne. Mix a pinch of cinnamon and turmeric with aloe vera gel and use it as a mask or spot treatment to exfoliate dead skin and fight acne. Sunburn solution: To get rid of sunburn mix 2-3 pinch of turmeric in one tbsp. of yoghurt. Apply this on affected area and it will soothe your sunburnt skin immediately. You can also use this mixture on your arms and face to get rid of tanned and pigmented skin. Dandruff remedy Some people state Turmeric is especially helpful in treating fungal infections like dandruff. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of Organic Turmeric Powder in 2 tablespoons of Organic Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil and apply all over the scalp. Rinse off and shampoo as usual to prevent and treat dandruff. Turmeric face wash: Turmeric is known for centuries for its anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties. Add 2 tbsp of honey add pinch of turmeric and use it as a cleanser, massage the mixture all over the skin and rinse to help soften and smooth the skin.
