His wife then looked for options in the diet for changes. This drug was Ketasyn AC 1202 and stopped Alzheimer stages progress in just 3 months. The wife examined this and saw the main item in it- triglyceride oil. And this means coconut oil of the health store. She gave her husband coconut 2 spoons daily in 2 times, for 2 months. However, if you’re an active person consuming 1600-2000 calories a day, you want carbohydrates to be about 40% of your overall intake of calories, 30% protein, and 30% fat. These numbers can fluctuate depending on if you’re trying to burn fat, build muscle, or just stay fueled. In general, the amount of carbs you consume per day should be between 500-800 calories, which is 120-200g of carbohydrates. A lot of people today are saying carbs are bad for you. However, carbohydrates are important for energy and cellular function. They can be harmful if you overload on carbohydrates, which is what a lot of people do today. I would encourage you to start a food diary for 3-7 days and write down what you're eating on a daily basis. Then monitor your daily overall intake of fat, protein, and carbohydrates and see how your body does. Then, try adjusting these proportions based on what you’re trying to achieve. Try getting more grass-fed animal products, more fruits, more vegetables, more sprouted nuts and seeds, more coconut products, more raw fermented dairy products and overall real foods. Avoid dealing with a middleman as you will not get a good deal from Alibaba if you are trying to deal through a middleman. 2) verify the address of the manufacturer and also called the manufacturer through your mobile phone or you can call through WhatsApp on Skype. 3) verify the address of the manufacturer in Google Maps 4) negotiate with manufacturer. 5) as the manufacturer to send a sample. 6) make it very clear with the manufacturer about the payment terms. 7) get clear information about the shipping date and the overall order processing time before you make the payment. 8) check the manufacturer of the seller ratings and reviews before doing a purchase. 9) consider looking at the response rate in Alibaba before doing a transaction with them. 10) send a quote request to the manufacturer asking them to give you the best rate for certain quantity beginning. Please make sure you follow these steps or more if you can from your side before you place an order or close a deal in Alibaba to order products in bulk. Also know that if someone tells you that they will get the product for you from China without paying any custom duty or import duty then do not believe that person very easily. There are 4 simple signs to check if a mango is ripe and ready to eat! Whether you are picking out a mango from the grocery store or waiting for it to ripen at home this is essential knowledge any mango lover needs to know. Step one: Check the color, mangoes should be predominately yellow orange when ripe. Often, if you buy mangoes in a country that doesn't grow them they'll be harvested unripe and given the shipping time for it to ripen. This messes with the proper ripening cycle and sometime your ripe mango will have more then half the mango green. So make sure to use all 4 tricks to check if it's ripe. Step two: Give your mango a slight squeeze, it should be a little soft but not too soft. If it's rock solid its far from ripe. Step three: Smell your mango, it should have that wonderful aroma of a mango and be quite fragrant. No smell means not ripe. Step four: check to make sure there is some yellow color at the point where the mango connects to the tree, if there is absolutely none then its not ripe. In this video, I break down the Rock’s daily diet and meal plan to show you what he eats at every meal. In a recently published Muscle and Fitness magazine article, Dwayne Johnson’s meal plan was featured. Instead of just reposting what you can easily read for yourself, I decided to do a breakdown of the most important things we can learn from how the Rock eats. First, let’s take a look at the Rock’s diet plan, meal by meal. DWAYNE JOHNSON'S DIET AND MEAL PLAN Meal 1 - 10 oz cod - 2 whole eggs - 2 cups oatmeal Meal 2 - 8 oz cod - 12 oz sweet potato - 1 cup veggies Meal 3 - 8 oz chicken - 2 cups white rice - 1 cup veggies Meal 4 - 8 oz cod - 2 cups rice - 1 cup veggies - 1 tbsp fish oil Meal 5 - 8 oz steak - 12 oz baked potato - spinach salad Meal 6 - 10 oz cod - 2 cups rice - salad Meal 7 - 30 grams casein protein - 10 egg-white omelet - 1 cup veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms) - 1 tbsp omega-3 fish oil Postworkout - whey protein shake As you can see, there is a lot of cod in this meal plan! In fact, there are 36 ounces of cod being eaten every day! The national average for cod is seven dollars per pound. This puts the Rock at over $15 of cod every day. That doesn’t even include the additional 4 dollars per day in chicken and steak. Obviously, cost is not a factor for the Rock, however this can become pretty cost prohibitive for the regular guy. Sometimes, supplementation can get you to your protein goals much more quickly and less expensively than with food alone since you can consolidate your protein much more effectively. This would be a perfect example of this. Other key points from Dwayne Johnson’s meal plan is the abundance of complex carbohydrates. When you are looking to train as intensely as the Rock does, you need to fuel both your brain and your muscles with their preferred fuel source - carbohydrates. Protein is another key component of every meal as we discussed. Regardless of where you are getting yours from, be sure to try and get high quality protein in some form at every meal. And finally, as I point out in the end of the video, bulk prep of your food is critical for remaining prepared. Ketogenic Diet vs. Low Carb Diet The words "low-carb" and "keto" get thrown around a lot. Are they the same thing? At first glance, it may appear that if you eat one less cup of rice, you can transition from a low-carbohydrate diet to a ketogenic diet. After all, both nutritional strategies place an emphasis on reducing carbohydrates, and both are often followed for their fat-loss potential. Pretty much the same thing, right? Not so fast, ketobro. Although both diets are considered low-carb compared to the standard Western diet—you know, the one made up mostly of processed carbs and mystery ingredients—the similarities stop there, both in philosophy and execution. Here's what you need to know about low-carb and ketogenic diets so you can make an informed choice!. The Low-Carbohydrate Diet Defined. A low-carbohydrate diet is a pretty vague description in and of itself. After all, "low" is a relative term. But in the most effective versions of this approach, the priority is being more selective about your carbs and where they come from. In many cases, you can still eat fruit, vegetables, and beans, while eliminating or cutting back on grains, baked goods, and processed sugars. This shift from carb-dense sources to low-density ones naturally reduces the daily amount of carbs you take in. However, a low-carbohydrate diet lacks specific classifications of what "low" means, and often neglects protein and fat recommendations. Technically, if you're used to eating 300 grams of carbohydrates per day, and drop to 200 per day, you're following a lower-carbohydrate diet. If you don't replace those lost calories, you'll probably lose some weight, but it may have been the lower calories that caused it, not the lower carbs. Conversely, if you replace those missing calories with either more fat or more protein, you produce two very different diets. The Difference Is In The Ketones. One byproduct of carbohydrate restriction is increased production of ketone bodies, which are small molecules derived from fat produced in the liver. When your body's stored glucose levels are low, ketone production increases. This can be measured via blood- or urine-ketone testing. A traditional high-carb diet results in blood ketones between 0.1 and 0.2 millimoles (mmols), and a moderate-to-low-carb diet has no significant effect on this. However, once you truly embrace a ketogenic diet, blood ketones rise to 0.5 -5.0 millimoles, putting you in a state of "nutritional ketosis" and signifying that you're keto-adapted.[2] This is the primary indicator that you're following a ketogenic diet. Carbohydrates. In most research studies, a low-carbohydrate diet is defined as eating less than 30 percent of calories from carbohydrates, which often equates to 50-125 grams per day.[3,4] For comparison's sake, The American Dietary Guidelines (2010) recommend that 45-65 percent of calories come from carbohydrates each day.[5] A ketogenic diet, on the other hand, is defined as eating 5-10 percent of total calories from carbohydrates.[6] This often equates to 25-30 grams of carbohydrates per day, with a suggested maximum of 50 grams per day. Protein. Protein intake can run the gamut in a low-carb approach. Personally, when weight loss is the goal, I recommend maintaining a moderate to high protein level to support muscle mass and satiety. High-protein diet: Greater than 0.7 grams per pound of body weight. Moderate-protein diet: 0.36 - 0.69 grams per pound of body weight. Low-protein diet: Less than 0.36 grams per pound of body weight. Fats. A well-designed low-carbohydrate diet should still have a moderate amount of fat—you have to fill your calories somehow, right? Far too many physique competitors have discovered the hard way that going low-fat and low-carb leads to poor recovery and feeling awful most of the time. That said, provided you're getting the minimum, your fat level isn't as crucial in a low-carb approach, since your body is still running off of carbohydrates as its primary fuel source.
