These blades were resistant to shattering, super tough, and able to be honed to extreme sharpness and resilience. It disappeared for a time, and metal as strong as Damascus steel wasn’t forged again until the Industrial Revolution. It took electron microscopes to reveal the secrets of the steel, and it wasn’t until relatively recently that we were able to take a look and find out just went into it. It was so strong due to some added materials, including manganese, nickel, vanadium, chromium, cobalt, milkweed, Cassia auriculata bark, and traces of some rare elements. It was shown that the combination of these elements mixed in with the source material, Wootz steel, a chemical reaction occurred, making the steel stronger and tougher. “Carbide nanotubes,” which are tough tubes of carbon, are expressed on the surface through this process, and those make the blade extremely hard and durable. 2. Coso Artifact Found in the Coso Mountains in California in 1961, the Coso Artifact is debated over and could be evidence of an ancient advanced civilization! The owners of a gem shop went out prospecting and collected a bunch of geodes to open up back at their shop. Eggs are great to incorporate into your diet plan because they’re high in protein, high in healthy fats and they can help you feel full for a very low amount of total calories. Large amounts of sugar in your diet cause your cells to go through complicated biochemical processes that result in muscle aches and pains, joint stiffness and swelling. Food high in sugar won’t make you feel full because it doesn’t contain any useful nutrients, which is why you often feel hungry even if you just ate a big delicious sugary muffin like half an hour ago. When you eat sweet stuff, the pancreas releases insulin to help bring glucose to the cells, giving you a rush of energy. Once the cycle ends, though, your energy levels drop because your body wants more sugar. And this can start a never-ending cycle of overeating sugar in order to stay energized. If not brushed away properly, food debris causes the appearance of plaque on your teeth, which erodes the tooth’s hard enamel surface resulting in tiny holes. Always make sure to brush AND floss your teeth properly, use an antibacterial mouthwash, and visit your dentist regularly.
