💋 Masturbation & Testosterone Levels - Truth & Clinical Facts
How to control and increase your testosterone levels, naturally: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/IncreaseTLevels Or discover the negative and positive effects of masturbation 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_5xl0w_mXE Refferences: 1. http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1046/j.1365-2605.1999.00196.x/full 2. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11760788 =============================================== 💋Masturbation & Testosterone Levels - Truth & Clinical Facts =============================================== A few months ago I did a video about the negative and positive effects of masturbation. Since then, I’ve gotten a few hundred questions about this topic, mainly from men... since I guess maybe they masturbate a lot more than women. I was surprised about how much confusion there was about this topic and how many questions guys had. One of the most often asked question was how masturbation affects testosterone levels - does it go up, go down, any negative effects? Since everyone always seems to be in a rush, the short answer to this question is, NO - masturbation and ejaculation haven’t been shown to have any long-term or negative effects on testosterone levels. However, a longer and more accurate answer is that this isn’t a very simple answer. Masturbation, whether solo or with a partner, can have a variety of effects — although mostly short term — on your testosterone levels. Masturbation - Increase or Decrease Testosterone Levels? One study1 has shown that not masturbating for 3 weeks MAY cause a slight DECREASE in testosterone levels. However, this study was done on men who were older and had erectile dysfunction (ED) and thus, maybe not be an accurate representation of all men. Yet, another study2 showed the exact opposite after the same 3 weeks, a slight INCREASE in testosterone levels. There are lots of conflicting reports and studies. However, the bottom line is that whatever effects masturbation or ejaculation has, positive or negative, it’s only short-term. Your body will always go right back to normal - whether that’s normally have “low” or “high” testosterone levels. My advice is enjoy your life because there a lot of other things that will negatively affect your testosterone levels and WORRYING about masturbation is a lot worse for your health and testosterone levels - right?... Masturbation & Building Muscle Another question I received is “what about building muscle” and the answer is NO, masturbation doesn’t affect your ability to build muscle - again, because it has no long-term causing effects on your testosterone levels, which is the primary hormone that increases muscle mass and fat loss. However, if you are interested in increasing your testosterone levels naturally -- whether it’s because you want to Build more muscle Lose belly fat Have more energy Improve your sex drive Fix any erectile problems you have Or simply, you want to feel more confident and youthful #muscle #masturbation #testosteronelevels ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. See in this video how to raise it naturally by utilizing this: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/Grow-Testosterone Or you can watch this video on my other channel about the 4 cliniclally proven ways to increase your testosterone naturally: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbNyVIqZ36s Refferences: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16571087 http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0300483X08002850 https://academic.oup.com/toxsci/article/107/1/56/1664314 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20005209 http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0300483X11002393 http://search.informit.com.au/documentSummary;dn=319040401687055;res=IELHEA 💪 Top 7 Testosterone Killers In Your Home If you’ve been listening to me for any length of time, you know that genetics aside, I am a firm believer that the way you look and feel, is very dependant on your hormones. Unfortunately, there are many factors that can negatively affect your hormones - food, exercise, stress, supplements and today’s topic - 7 things in your home, that are lowering and killing your testosterone levels and at the same time, increasing your negative, “anti-testosterone” hormones. This is a problem for both men and women, but much more so for men because they are very dependant on testosterone. Basically, with all of these testosterone killers in your home, the end result is that you look and feel older. You’re going to lose your sex drive, lose muscle size and strength, get fatter, feel depressed, increase your risks for various cancers and diseases and basically, accelerate the aging process! And it seems that a primary cause of these problems is excess estrogen, which indirectly lowers testosterone. Also, estrogen is a primary cause of both breast AND prostate cancer. So, it’s a big problem that you want to fix. Now, your body can create its own estrogen internally (endogenously). However, there’s also environmental estrogens, from the outside (exogenously) and that’s what I’m going to quickly discuss today because these you CAN control. Thus, you should try your best to limit or hopefully eliminate the following 7 testosterone killers in your home. 1 -- Bisphenol A (BPA) Otherwise known as BPA, it is probably the most well-known of a family of chemicals used in the production of polycarbonate plastics for its effect of the hardness of plastic. Not only has it been linked to low testosterone levels, but also to erectile dysfunction and cancers, both prostate and breast. You can find it in: Reusable plastic bottles Kid’s sippy cups Clear, hard plastic items The lining of food cans 2 -- Parabens Another large family of chemical, which have a weak affinity for estrogen receptors. They are most present in sun blocking, SPF blocking lotions though... and this is where they have the potential to cause more damage because you’ll be applying these sunblocking lotions all of your body. This is not only a very large surface area, but you skin also absorbs the chemicals quickly. So if you’re out in the sun, please have a gradual exposure or use a parabens-free lotion. You will find those in a wide variety of products in your medicine cabinet: Cosmetics Shampoos Toothpaste shaving gels 3 -- Phthalates Many air fresheners, scented candles but also other items with the mysterious ingredient “perfume” are actually phthalates, a compound also used to make plastics more flexible. You can find them in many cosmetics and personal care items as well. Make sure you stay away from: Non-organic/non-Essential Oil-based scented candles Body spray Most commercial perfumes Air Fresheners Scented bathroom sprays Aromatic personal care products They have also been found in a lot of fast-food items 4 -- Soy This is a main food source for massive amounts of phytoestrogens. Many vegans and vegetarians want to compensate the lack of protein from animal sources by eating more soy, which leads to a host of health issues - one of the worst in my opinion, being a decrease in thyroid levels.1 5 -- Beer Hops found in beer, is actually a rich source of phytoestrogens, and even beer on the weekends does decrease testosterone levels. So regular drinking or large amount have effects on your androgen levels that are compounded by the other health hazards alcohol has. 6 -- Triclosan This is main antibacterial agent found in antibacterial soap. It, and its cousin triclocarban, have a testosterone-lowering by decreasing the biosynthesis of testosterone.2,3 In fact, it’s also a carcinogen (cancer causing). It’s so bad that the European Union has banned this chemical in 2010, and so has the state of Minnesota - but not the other 49 states. 7 -- Benzophenones ========== Thanks DrSamRobbins
