Get ready for the 21-day raw food challenge, save money, and live abundantly! http://youtu.be/Y7ii8BtgiIQ Printable Shopping List: http://www.fullyraw.com/#!grocery-list/c1slx My Recommended Raw Food Weekly Shopping/Grocery List: • 5-10 Pears • 10 Bunches of Bananas (Almost a case) • 3 Stalks of Celery • 20-30 Oranges • 20-25 Apples • 6-10 Cucumbers or Zucchini • 2 Pineapples • 2 Bags/Lbs. of Grapes • Approx. 12 pints of berries of choice • 1-2 Watermelons • 2-3 Lbs. of Dates • 5 Mangos • 5-7 persimmons • 2 Avocados • 7 Lemons • 5 Rainbow Bell Peppers • 1 Large Bundle of Carrots • 1 Head of Broccoli • 3 Bunches of Herbs like Cilantro, Basil, or Parsley • 2-3 Bags/Boxes of Spring Mix • 6 Heads Romaine • 6-10 Heads of Kale • Unlimited Tomatoes! • Optional: If you live in a tropical area, you can find papaya or even jackfruit. • Meal Brighteners! Note: This list is based upon a 2000 calorie lifestyle. You can increase the amount as you see fit. Feel free to fill in your list with Meal Brighteners. These are items that may be a little more expensive or perhaps not as available. I buy just a few of these to keep my meals colorful and exciting when possible. Examples include cherries, pomegranates, figs, mushrooms, ginger, etc. If some of these items are not available to you, PLEASE don't worry. Go to your local markets and find the items that are in season and easy for you to purchase. One of the best parts of eating FullyRaw is getting to enjoy the abundance of the season! One of my biggest tips to saving money while purchasing produce is buying in bulk. Are you ready for some raw TexMex?!? Hope you're hungry because this one is filling and satisfying to every taste-bud on your palate! Who's ready to try a FullyRaw burrito?! http://youtu.be/ImTbxABSRAs Recipe at: http://www.rawfullyorganic.com/content.php?section=recipes&id=126 Recipe at: http://fullyraw.com/easyblog/entry/the-fullyraw-burrito All Ingredients: Large Collards Leaves 1-3 Colorful Bell Peppers Half of One Zucchini One Cucumber 1-2 Shredded Carrots Juice of 3 Lemons Tomatoes (Beefsteal or Cherry) Small Bunch of Cilantro Green Onions Few Leaves of Arugula Alfalfa Sprouts Tsp of Cumin Less than a Quarter Cup of Sesame Seeds Quarter of an Avocado Optional: Red Onion, Spicy Peppers, and Celery Bits For the Awesomesauce! Half a Zuccini (more if desired) Less than the quarter cup of Sesame Seeds Juice of 3 Lemons Few Sprigs of Green Onion 1 Bell Pepper (preferably red) Optional: Spicy Pepper Directions: Take your collard leaf and destem the backend (not fully), but just enough to take away the very thick part of the stem as shown in the YouTube video above. Lay out your leaf. Blend the ingredients for the saucy spread! Spread on the AWESOMESAUCE with the ingredients listed above. Spread the Awesomesauce on the back of the leaf. Chop, slice, and dice all other ingredients and layer them on top of the sauce on the leaf. Top with a slice of avocado, sprouts, or more sauce! Fold in the sides and wrap around the ends. Flip over the burrito "baby" and cut it in half with a knife! Allow all the beautiful colors inside to be shown to you.... Take a BIG BITE and savor! I've made FullyRaw Vegan Carrot Cupcakes with Orange Vanilla Cream Frosting just for YOU! Just WAIT until you try these bite size party favors that are absolute PERFECTION! http://youtu.be/14KR2TEUBxU These desserts are PERFECT to make for any occasion and perfect to share with family, friends, kids, and more! The cupcakes are also perfectly portioned for those who want to keep true to a low fat raw vegan lifestyle; a few cupcakes meet your requirements for a low-fat day so that you can have your cupcakes and eat them too! Ingredients for the Carrot Base: Food Processor Cupcake Holders/Fillers Approximately 2-3 Cups of Shredded Carrots (Food Processed) 1.5 Cups (According to You) of Fresh Dates Half Cup of Walnuts (Less if You Want Lower Fat) Cinnamon Fresh Slice of Ginger Dash of Turmeric Combine all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture reaches the consistency that you want. I like mine gooey, so I let the machine run for longer. Most will want more of a "bread" type consistency, so don't let it go for too long as to get the proper texture. Press this mixture into the cupcake liners and refrigerate. Get ready to make your frosting! For the Orange Vanilla Créme Frosting: Approximately 2 Cups Soaked Cashews 1 Cups Pitted Dates Small Stem or Scrape of Fresh Vanilla Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice from 2-4 Oranges Blend in a Vitamix or powerful blender. This is VERY thick and creamy and may take a while to get perfect! Spread this frosting onto your cupcakes with a spatula. You can also use a piping bag as shown in the video to apply the frosting on top. If you don't have a piping bag, you can always cut off the tip of a ziploc bag and apply your beautiful design from there! Enjoy immensely! Thank you for sharing in my birthday celebration with me! I will teach you how to live, breath, and eat FullyRaw! For this first video we're going to give you all the tips, tricks, etc on how to go FullyRaw. Even if you're not going FullyRaw, doing one FullyRaw meal can be beneficial. Living raw is not about eating a "diet," it's about living a healthy LIFESTYLE. It's about thriving, allowing your foods to nourish your body and send your soul soaring! There are many ways to eat a raw foods diet. Ironically, some of these ways are not healthy at all. Eating FullyRaw focuses on thriving via a low fat raw vegan lifestyle (80/10/10), which emphasizes consuming more fruits and greens rather than gourmet prepared dishes with nuts or seeds. My diet consists primarily of fruits and greens, which are the most nutrient dense foods. These foods have brought me absolute health, and I want to share my healthy lifestyle with you! 10 Easy Steps to Start Eating a Raw Food Diet: 1. Stock up on Fruits! (Throw out ALL junk and make SURE that you have enough in your house to last you at least a week!) 2. Make your first meal of the day a juice or smoothie. (32-64 oz) Try my Holy Grale, Sunburst Juice, Soulshine Juice, Jungle Juice, V8 Juice, or Orange Spinach Basil Smoothie! YUM! 3. Make your second meal a huge platter of fruit! Eat all the fruit that you care for and preferably mono-meal. This is the easiest on digestion. Examples of a fruit meal are bananas (7-15), oranges (10-15), pears (8-10), grapes (whole 2 lb bag), apples (7-10), persimmons (10), etc. Gravitate towards sweeter fruits because these have a higher calorie ratio per unit of volume. If you are worried about not being able to eat as much as you need, remember that your stomach is a muscle and that it can expand AND contract when "exercised" properly. Yes, you can eat more expensive fruits (berries, cherries, etc)-- it's personal and monetary preference! 4. For your dinner, eat a small plate of fruit and a large salad! Start with juicy fruits like citrus (5-6 pieces) and end with a GIANT Rainbow Salad. Consume about 1-2 heads of leafy greens if you can. Try my Epic Raw Marinara as a dressing and add whatever veggie toppings you want! Make it colorful and filled with life! 5. Educate yourself! Check out the FAQ page athttp://www.fullyraw.com 6. Exercise! Get at least 20 minutes to an hour a day at least! 7. Find a community with whom you can share this blessing! Raw vegan strawberry shortcake! The perfect dessert to make for your loved ones or even yourself! 7 layers of sweet, fluffy heaven! BE MINE?! http://youtu.be/hoK_QdVve9E A special Valentine's Cake to make for your loved ones or even for yourself! This recipe of EPIC MEAL TIME proportions will win the heart of ANYONE! Ingredients for the crust: 2-3 lbs of pitted, fresh dates 1-2 cups of dried, raw mulberries 1-2 cups of raw, dried figs (white or black) 1 pinky of vanilla bean 1 tbs of cinnamon Run all ingredients through a food processor until the mixture reaches a crust-like consistency. Push the crust into the bottom of a pie pan or a cake dish, and get ready for the next layer! If you want your cake to slice smoother, feel free to add wax paper lining on the bottom of the cake. Add a sliced layer of strawberries onto your crust. FullyRaw Cool Whip Ingredients: 2 cups of freshly prepared almond milk Either 1-2 frozen bananas or a half cup of raw cashews The meat of 2-3 young coconuts Note: if you want the cake to be lower in fat, use the bananas instead of the cashews and replace the almond milk with coconut water. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender like a Vitamix. Spread this FullyRaw "Cool Whip" onto your first layer of strawberries. Add a second layer of sliced strawberries on top and get ready for another layer of Cool Whip! For your FullyRaw Strawberry Cool Whip, simply use the remaining white cool whip and blend it with a few strawberries to turn it pink! Spread this layer on top of your second layer of sliced strawberries and top it with ANOTHER layer of sliced strawberries! Ingredients for the Strawberry Glaze: Half to one pound of fresh strawberries Half a cup of fresh, pitted dates Blend the ingredients for the strawberry glaze and spread it on top! Add your final layer of sliced strawberries! Place your cake into the freezer for approximately 4 hours to harden it. When ready, take it out, slice it up, and ENJOY! Share with family and friends! How to Start a Raw Food Diet!

Want to start a raw food diet? Now is the time! Here are 10 easy ways that you can start succeeding in living a FullyRaw lifestyle! http://youtu.be/gLHUF8Tw_Dc Living raw is not about eating a "diet," it's about living a healthy LIFESTYLE. It's about thriving, allowing your foods to nourish your body and send your soul soaring! There are many ways to eat a raw foods diet. Ironically, some of these ways are not healthy at all. Eating FullyRaw focuses on thriving via a low fat raw vegan lifestyle (80/10/10), which emphasizes consuming more fruits and greens than gourmet prepared dishes with nuts or seeds. My diet consists primarily of fruits and greens, which are the most nutrient dense foods. These foods have brought me absolute health, and I want to share my healthy lifestyle with you! 10 Easy Steps to Start Eating a Raw Food Diet: 1. Stock up on Fruits! (Throw out ALL junk and make SURE that you have enough in your house to last you at least a week!) 2. Make your first meal of the day a juice or smoothie. (32-64 oz) Try my Holy Grale, V8 Juice, or Orange Spinach Basil Smoothie! YUM! 3. Make your second meal a huge platter of fruit! Eat all the fruit that you care for and preferably mono-meal. This is the easiest on digestion. Examples of a fruit meal are bananas (7-15), oranges (10-15), pears (8-10), grapes (whole 2 lb bag), apples (7-10), persimmons (10), etc. Gravitate towards sweeter fruits because these have a higher calorie ratio per unit of volume. If you are worried about not being able to eat as much as you need, remember that your stomach is a muscle and that it can expand AND contract when "exercised" properly. Yes, you can eat more expensive fruits (berries, cherries, etc)-- it's personal and monetary preference! 4. For your dinner, eat a small plate of fruit and a large salad! Start with juicy fruits like citrus (5-6 pieces) and end with a GIANT Rainbow Salad. Consume about 1-2 heads of leafy greens if you can. Try my Epic Raw Marinara as a dressing and add whatever veggie toppings you want! Make it colorful and filled with life! 5. Educate yourself! Check out the FAQ page at http://www.fullyraw.com 6. Exercise! Get at least 20 minutes to an hour a day at least! 7. Find a community with whom you can share this blessing! Here is a fun and easy meal plan for you! http://youtu.be/GtITScibUGc Are you starting a raw diet or do you struggle with starting because you feel that it is not working for you? Let me ask you this: ARE YOU EATING ENOUGH? Why do people fail at eating FullyRaw? The number one reason is because they do not eat enough. Don't be discouraged! The number one mistake that people make when they first go FullyRaw is that they don't eat enough. I want you to succeed, so I'm going to go through different fruit/veggie calorie amounts to help you understand how much you need to be eating to feel your best. More often than not, I hear about people who try eating FullyRaw for 1-2 weeks, and they feel amazing! They lose weight, have more energy, clearer skin, and feel alive! Then after a few weeks, they hit a plateau, and they begin to feel tired, lethargic, and spacey. When I sit down with these people, what we discover is that they are calorie deficient. They lack energy because they are not consuming enough energy. This can be a scary journey for many. The first step is always the hardest because its such a new world-- it's a change of lifestyle. It's not a diet; it's a way of LIFE. When you begin this lifestyle, it does take time to adapt to eating more fruits and veggies, but once you get the hang, it becomes like second nature and you REALLY FEEL the benefits! In my last video I show you what I ate. Most people don't believe I eat that much and that's ok. I'm not asking you to eat as much as me. I run 6-10 miles daily. I am an an athlete. I need more calories than the average Joe. Take the formula, fit it for you. Eat what feels comfortable. Calorie awareness is so so important. Moat people have been taught to diet-with calorie restriction. I'm here to tell you that calorie AWARENESS IS important. This is an abundant lifestyle, not restriction. BEFORE WE START, If you are wanting to start a raw food diet definitely check out this video: http://youtu.be/gLHUF8Tw_Dc ------- In order for you to understand how much you should be eating each day, lets walk through each meal and give you examples of what you can eat with calorie amounts. I'm basing these amounts on a minimal 2000 calorie diet. You may need more, but for example purposes, this is what I will show you. Take my formula, and for it for you. For FullyRaw Breakfast: Fruit Juice or Smoothie Or a 32-64 oz jar of a juice or smoothie fruit based . (This is 375-750 calories.) for beginners, start with 32. For my big eaters, if you're still hungry it's ok to do 64 oz. if you're an athlete and need MORE CALORIES, eat the higher calorie density fruit like bananas, apricots, dates, durian, mango, etc. FullyRaw lunch. Fruit is FAST FOOD, easy to bring ANYWHERE and easy to prepare. Sometimes it's as easy as peeling a banana. Done. Aim for 700-800 calories. If you're still hungry you can eat more. Now this sounds like a lot, but calorie wise, it will most likely be less than a thousand calories. Give examples. Plate this plate that... If u can't eat that much, eat more frequently. Download the app Cronometer or a calorie counter on your phone. Physically SEE how much you are eating. Dinner is the hardest meal to eat Fullyraw. It's not that it's any more complicated, but when people get home from a long, hard day at work, they want to REWARD themselves w satisfying foods. Unfortunately, many of us were trained to think that certain "bad" foods were rewarding. Instead of thinking as fruit as the best reward for your body, it's "ice cream".... I have converted tons of unhealthy recipes into raw ones to help you out, so please check those out. Start your dinner w a comfortable portion fruit. Approximately 500-600 calories worth of fruit then 200 calories of veggies and greens -- a salad and eat what you want AFTER that. I hope this video helps you! Sending you my HUGS!
